Example 2
1. Pretreatment of tea

According to the production requirements such as the grade requirements of raw materials of products, raw materials with different screen sizes after refining are evenly tiled in layers on a stacking yard in a stacking room according to a certain proportion, and all raw and auxiliary materials are evenly mixed by means of a tea shovel and other tools to obtain the raw materials before pressing.
2. Moisture detection
Taking 3g of the raw material sample processed in the step 1, and detecting the water content of the raw material in a Licheng rapid moisture tester (the model is DHS-20A).
3. Raw material water fetching
According to the formula: and (3) calculating the required water consumption amount by using the tea water consumption = tea weight x [ (target water content-raw material water content) ÷ (1-target water content) ]. 4. Raw material stacking softening
Transferring the raw materials processed in the step 3 to a piling yard, covering a moisture-preserving cloth, piling for 6-12h (slightly kneading the raw materials by hands, and uniformly softening the tea leaves), detecting the moisture again, and ensuring that the moisture content of the tea leaf raw materials is between 22% and 27%, otherwise, retreating the raw materials.
5. Weighing
According to the formula: weighing the tea, wherein the weight of the tea is = the weight of the target tea + the weight of the target tea x the water content of the raw material, and weighing the raw material processed in the step 4 according to production needs.
6. Steamed tea

And (3) carrying out pasteurization on the compressed tea which is separately packaged in the pressure maintaining box for 30s to 1min, and immediately packaging into an aseptic container.
10. Inoculating strains
And (3) placing the compressed tea sterilized in the step (9) on an Antai super clean workbench (the model is SW-CJ-1 FD), and inoculating a golden flower fungus liquid strain of Xiangfeng tea industry group limited company 'Xiangfeng No. 1' to the surface of the compressed tea in a sterile environment in a spraying mode.
11. Coating film

Test example
Through the tests of the embodiments, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. by adopting the technical method, the mixed bacteria pollution rate of the compressed tea is lower than 1 percent;
2. because the strain 'Xiangfeng No. 1' is adopted, the compressed tea can bloom inside and outside simultaneously, and the flowering time is short and is only 4-5 days;
3. by adopting the method, the density of the hair is high and the hair is uniform.

The method for rapid flowering of compressed tea in and out according to claim 1, wherein the step 8) comprises the following steps: subpackaging the compressed tea obtained in the step 7) into a polypropylene pressure maintaining box, wherein the pressure maintaining box is specially customized and is divided into an upper cover and a lower cover, and the upper cover and the lower cover are respectively provided with 3 air holes with the diameter of 0.2 cm.

The method for rapid flowering of compressed tea in and out according to claim 1, wherein the step 10) comprises the following steps: inoculating a golden flower fungus liquid strain of Xiangfeng No. 1 of Xiangfeng tea industry group limited company to the surface of the compressed tea in a spraying mode in a sterile environment.

6) Steaming tea: steaming the tea weighed in the step 5), wherein the steam temperature is 120-150 ℃, the steam pressure is 0.3-0.8MPa, and the tea steaming time is 6-8s;
7) Pressing and shaping: pouring the steamed tea in the step 6) into alloy moulds with corresponding specifications, uniformly paving the tea in bottom holes of each mould, putting a polyethylene film which is 5-10cm larger than the mould, covering a mould cover, and putting the mould cover into a compressed tea pressing machine for pressing and shaping for 10-20min;
8) Packaging a pressure maintaining box: subpackaging the compressed tea obtained in the step 7) into a polypropylene pressure maintaining box, wherein the pressure maintaining box is specially customized and is divided into an upper cover and a lower cover, and the upper cover and the lower cover are respectively provided with 3 air holes with the diameter of 0.2 cm;
9) Steam sterilization: packaging the compressed tea in a pressure maintaining box by adopting a pasteurization method for 30s to 1min, and immediately packaging into an aseptic container;
10 Inoculation of the strain: inoculating a golden flower fungus liquid strain of 'Xiangfeng No. 1' of Xiangfeng tea industry group limited company to the surface of compressed tea in a spraying mode in a sterile environment;
