Description

Method for rapid internal and external flowering of compressed tea
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of tea processing, and particularly discloses a method for rapid internal and external flowering of compressed tea.
Background
Compressed tea is brick-shaped or tea in other shapes which is prepared by taking black raw tea, old green tea, chateau tea and other suitable raw tea as raw materials and processing the raw materials through typical processes of pile fermentation, steaming, pressing and the like. Most compressed tea varieties are relatively coarse and old, the color of dry tea is dark brown, and the liquor color is clear yellow or clear red. Is very popular in minority areas.
The compressed tea has the characteristics of good moisture resistance, convenience in transportation and storage, mellow tea taste, suitability for weight reduction and the like.
The science of eurotium cristatum is eurotium cristatum, and the process of growing golden spherical closed capsule shells on tea leaves by eurotium cristatum is commonly called flower growing. The 'flowering' process in compressed tea processing is a key process for forming the unique qualities of compressed tea. The essence of 'blooming' is that the growth and the propagation of dominant bacteria, namely eurotium cristatum, are promoted by controlling certain temperature and humidity conditions to generate golden closed capsule shells, the content of the golden closed capsule shells in the compressed tea is closely related to the taste and the aroma of the tea, and the quality of the compressed tea can be directly influenced.
As is known, the technology of flowering inside and outside is an industrial problem, most enterprises and public institutions can only bloom inside, a small number of units can bloom on the surface, and enterprises and public institutions which bloom inside and outside simultaneously are hardly reported;

Through the tests of the embodiments, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. by adopting the technical method, the mixed bacteria pollution rate of the compressed tea is lower than 1 percent;
2. because the strain 'Xiangfeng No. 1' is adopted, the compressed tea can bloom inside and outside simultaneously, and the flowering time is short and is only 4-5 days;
3. by adopting the method, the density of the hair is high and the hair is uniform.
There are a limited number of preferred embodiments of the invention, which are described in greater detail and detail, but which should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
