Abstract

带扣
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带扣,该带扣由可分离的阴部件和阳部件构成,可将皮带或布带等的两端相互连接。
背景技术
现有技术的上述带扣由阴部件和阳部件构成,该阴部件为中空筒状,设置有插入孔和止动部,该阳部件在凸缘部的前面的两个端部处以相对的方式设置有弹性片,该弹性片插入上述阴部件的插入孔中,在该弹性片的端部设置有与上述阴部件的止动部结合的结合部。
构成上述的阴部件的扁平的中空筒,以其前面敞开的方式设置有插入孔,以上下壁上形成有开口的方式设置有止动部,在其后端设置有安装或固定例如带的端部的安装机构。
此外,在阳部件的凸缘部也设置有安装或固定带的端部的安装机构。
另外,弹性片以立起的方式设置于凸缘部的前面。
下面,对带扣的结合和脱开进行描述。
首先,利用安装机构将带的两个端部安装于阴部件和阳部件上,当将阳部件的嵌合部插入阴部件的中空筒内,即插入插入孔中时,通过使每个结合部与中空筒的上下壁的内侧相接触,使每个弹性片向内侧弯曲,这样可将弹性片插入中空筒内部。
接着,当将结合部和弹性片插入中空筒内部、直至处于凸缘部与中空筒对合的状态时,由于每个结合部与开口相对,这样在弹性片的弹力的作用下,每个结合部突入每个开口中,与作为形成开口的前侧边缘的止动部结合,阴部件与阳部件连接。
另外,在使阴部件与阳部件分离的场合,通过在每个开口部分用手指按压每个结合部,使弹性片弯曲,以每个结合部与止动部的嵌合脱开的状态,使阴部件与阳部件沿相互分离的方向移动,从而可使阴部件与阳部件分离。
比如,在日本专利公报特开昭59-82803号中公开了上述的带扣。
在现有技术的带扣中的阳部件中,弹性片从凸缘部的前面立起。
于是,在带的宽度较大的场合,在阴部件与阳部件相连接的带扣的整个长度较长的情况下,仍可保持带扣的宽度(纵向)与整个长度(横向)的平衡。
但是,在带的宽度较窄的场合,由于必须确保弹性片的弯曲度,而不能缩短弹性片的长度,这样不能缩短阴部件与阳部件相连接的带扣的整个长度,从而会产生下述不利情况,即宽度(纵向)与整个长度(横向)的平衡受到破坏,形成横向长度较长的带扣。
发明内容
本发明是为消除上述的不利情况而提出的,本发明的目的在于提供一种带扣,该带扣在带等的宽度较窄的场合,通过在确保弹性片的长度和弯曲度的同时,缩短阳部件的整个长度,则可使阴部件与阳部件连接的整个长度不构成横向较长的长度。
本发明的带扣,由阴部件和阳部件构成,该阴部件为中空筒状,设置有插入孔和止动部,该阳部件在凸缘部的前面的两个端部处以相对的方式设置有弹性片,该弹性片插入上述插入孔中,在该弹性片的端部设置有与上述止动部结合的结合部,所述带扣通过阴、阳连结,在上述凸缘部的前面的由上述弹性片夹持的两个端部上设置有凹部,上述凸缘部与上述弹性片沿长度方向重叠;安装或固定带的端部的安装机构分别设置在阴、阳部件上。

具体实施方式
下面,根据附图对本发明的实施例进行描述。
图1为构成本发明的一个实施例的带扣的阴部件的正面图,图2为图1所示的阴部件的底面图,图3为沿图1中的A-A线的剖面图,图4为沿图2中的B-B线的剖面图。
在图1~4中,标号1表示由塑料制成的阴部件,该阴部件1由扁平的中空筒2和平板部8构成,该平板部8以沿上下跨过的方式成整体地设置于该中空筒2的后端上。
上述中空筒2以从前面到后端敞开的方式设置有插入孔3,在上下壁上设置有开口4,开口4的前侧边缘构成止动部5。
另外,在中空筒2的前壁内侧成整体地设置有2条导向肋6,在中空筒2的后壁内侧,对应于导向肋6成整体地设置有2条导向肋7,该导向肋6、7在后端连接,从而构成带扣。
此外,在中空筒2与平板部8之间,形成有使带穿过的孔9,由平板部8与孔9构成安装带的安装机构。
还有,阴部件1按照沿上下方向保持对称的方式构成。
图5为构成本发明的一个实施例的带扣的阳部件的正面图,图6为图5所示的阳部件的底面图,图7为沿图5中的C-C线的剖面图,图8为阳部件与阴部件连接的状态下的阴部件的上半部的剖面的正面图。
在图5~8中,标号11表示塑料制成的阳部件,该阳部件11由凸缘部12、弹性片15和受导向部18构成,该弹性片15按照朝向前方延伸的方式成整体地设置于该凸缘部12的前面12f的两个端部,并插入中空筒2中的插入孔3中,该受导向部18按照沿凸缘部12的前面12f的中心朝向前方延伸的方式成整体地设置,并插入中空筒2的插入孔3中。
在上述凸缘部12上设置有沿前后贯通的孔13,并且按照将该孔13沿左右分割的方式设置有轴14。
该孔13和轴14构成安装或固定带的安装机构。
另外,在每个弹性片15的前端部成整体地设置有其外侧后端与中空筒2的止动部5结合的结合部16。
还有,每个弹性片15设置于凹部17的外侧,该凹部17设置于凸缘部12的前面12f的两个端部上,该弹性片15与凸缘部12沿长度方向重叠。
上述受导向部18由中空筒2中的导向肋6、7进行导向,从而沿前后移动。
再有,在受导向部18的前端部的上下方成整体地设置有接触部19,该接触部19在凸缘部12与中空筒2接触的状态其端部与带扣(导向肋6、7)接触。
此外,阳部件11按照沿上下方向对称的方式构成。
下面,对带扣的结合和脱开进行描述。
首先,利用安装机构将带的两个端部安装于阴部件1和阳部件11上,当将阳部件11的结合部16插入阴部件1的中空筒2内,即插入插入孔3内时,通过使每个结合部16与中空筒2的上下壁的内侧接触,使每个弹性片15朝向内侧弯曲,这样可将结合部16和弹性片15插入中空筒2内部。
另外,当将结合部16和弹性片15插入中空筒2内部,直至凸缘部12处于与中空筒2接触的状态,即处于图8所示的状态时,如图8中的双点划线所示,每个结合部16与每个开口4相对,因此如图8中的实线所示,通过弹性片15的弹力,每个嵌合部16朝向其所对应的开口4内部突入,并与止动部5嵌合,从而按照不能从阴部件1拔出阳部件11的方式使阴部件1与阳部件11连接。
此外,在使阴部件1与阳部件11分离的场合,在每个开口4的部分用手指按压每个结合部16,使弹性片15弯曲,以使每个结合部16与所对应的止动部5解除结合的状态,使阴部件1与阳部件11沿相互离开的方向移动,从而可将阴部件1与阳部件11分离。
图9为用于对本发明的一个实施例的阳部件与现有技术实例的阳部件的长度进行比较的说明图。
另外,下侧为本发明的一个实施例的阳部件,而上侧为现有技术实例的阳部件。
此外,现有技术实例中的阳部件采用与本发明的一个实施例中的阳部件相同的标号。
在图9中,符号a表示为使结合部16后退所必需的弹性片15长度,b表示凸缘部12与弹性片15沿长度方向实现重叠的重叠长度。
如上所述,采用本发明的一个实施例,通过在凸缘部12的前面12f的由弹性片15夹持的两个端部上设置凹部17,如图9所示,凸缘部12与弹性片15沿长度方向重叠,这样可使阳部件11的长度刚好缩短凸缘部12与弹性片15重叠的重叠长度b,可缩短连接状态的带扣的长度。
于是,在带的宽度较小的场合,通过在确保弹性片15的长度和弯曲度的同时,缩短阳部件11的整个长度,则可横向缩短阴部件1与阳部件11连接的整个长度,保持带扣的宽度(纵向)与整个长度(横向)的平衡。
另外,如果凹部17的深度增加,则可使重叠长度b增加,可缩短阳部件11和带扣的整个长度。
如上所述,采用本发明,通过在凸缘部的前面的由弹性片夹持的两个端部上设置凹部,使凸缘部与弹性片沿长度方向重叠,就可使阳部件的长度缩短凸缘部与弹性片相重叠的重叠长度。于是,比如在带的宽度较小的场合,通过在确保弹性片的长度和弯曲度的同时,缩短阳部件的整个长度,则可横向缩短阴部件与阳部件连接的整个长度,可确保带扣的宽度(纵向)与整个长度(横向)的平衡。

Claims (1)

1.一种带扣,由阴部件和阳部件构成,该阴部件为中空筒状,设置有插入孔和止动部,该阳部件在凸缘部的前面的两个端部处以相对的方式设置有弹性片,该弹性片插入上述插入孔中,在该弹性片的端部设置有与上述止动部结合的结合部,其特征在于:
所述带扣通过阴、阳连结,在上述凸缘部的前面的由上述弹性片夹持的两个端部上设置有凹部,上述凸缘部与上述弹性片沿长度方向重叠;安装或者固定带的端部的安装机构分别设置在阴、阳部件上。
