As shown in fig. 5 to 6, a conical plate 18 is fixedly connected to the top inner ring of the rubber wide-mouth pipe 15, an inverted conical seat 19 is fixedly connected to the bottom inner ring of the water pumping pipe 7, a plurality of water through holes 20 are formed in the outer ring of the inverted conical seat 19, and a plurality of water filtering holes 21 are formed in the bottom outer ring of the conical plate 18; in operation, when the scraps are conveyed upwards along the water pumping pipe 7 along with water flow, the scraps pass through the middle part of the conical plate 18 along with water flow, the water flow is blocked by the inverted conical seat 19 and diffuses towards the outer ring of the inverted conical seat 19, scraps in the water flow are blocked by the water through holes 20, after the sewage pump 6 is closed, the scraps fall to the outer ring of the conical plate 18, and water in the scraps is filtered by the water through holes 21, so that the excessive scraps are reduced to enter the interior of the sewage pump 6, and the probability of failure of the sewage pump 6 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 6, a plurality of elastic diaphragms 22 are fixedly connected around the top of the conical plate 18, and the plurality of elastic diaphragms 22 are formed into a cone shape in a surrounding manner; in operation, as the debris is transported up the draft tube 7 with the water flow, the debris passes through the middle of the conical plate 18 with the water flow pushing the flexible membrane 22 to flex outwardly so that the water flow and debris pass through, and when the sewage pump 6 is turned off, the flexible membrane 22 resets to block the middle of the conical plate 18, thereby reducing the probability of the collected debris falling from the middle of the conical plate 18.
As shown in fig. 5, the top inner ring of the inverted cone 19 is fixedly connected with a plurality of vibration thin plates 23, and one end of the vibration thin plate 23, which is close to the middle of the inverted cone 19, is fixedly connected with a collision bead 24; when the sewage pump 6 is closed, the vibration thin plate 23 is reset to drive the collision beads 24 to knock down the inner wall of the conical seat 19, so that the conical seat 19 vibrates to shake off impurities mixed in the water through hole 20, and the probability of blocking the water through hole 20 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 8, a method for applying a water course surface restoration coating is applied to the water course surface restoration coating applying apparatus described above, and includes the steps of:
S1: the antifouling repair paint is filled into the liquid storage tank 2 and moved to the damaged part of the water channel through the crawler chassis 1;
s2: the mechanical arm 3 drives the outer ring of the sleeve 5 covered at the damaged part of the water channel, and the sewage pump 6 is started to drain the sewage in the sleeve 5;
s3: after the damaged part of the water channel is dried, the antifouling repair coating in the liquid storage tank 2 is pumped out by a water pump and sprayed to the damaged part of the water channel by an annular spray head 8;
S4: and after the antifouling repairing paint is dried, spraying for a plurality of times, and after the antifouling repairing paint is dried and cured, removing the sleeve 5 to finish repairing work of the damaged part of the water channel.
Example two
As shown in fig. 7, in comparative example one, another embodiment of the present invention is: the outer wall of the top of the sleeve 5 is fixedly connected with a plurality of fixed ear plates 25, the inner ring of the fixed ear plates 25 is slidably provided with a cross rod 26, and both ends of the cross rod 26 are provided with ground anchors; when the antifouling repair coating spraying is finished, a certain time is needed for drying and curing, the cross rod 26 passes through the fixed ear plate 25, the cross rod 26 is fixed on a dam of a water channel through the ground anchor, the sleeve 5 is fixedly locked, the sleeve 5 is separated from the mounting seat 4, and the next water channel damage can be repaired only by mounting the other sleeve 5, so that the water channel repair work efficiency is improved.
When in operation, the device comprises: after the antifouling repair paint is filled into the liquid storage tank 2, the crawler chassis 1 moves to the damaged position along the dykes and dams of the water channel, the mechanical arm 3 moves the sleeve 5 to the damaged position of the water channel, the hollow rubber pad 12 contacts the side wall of the water channel, so that the corrugated elastic tube 10 is obliquely compressed, the hollow rubber pad 12 is always clung to the side wall of the water channel, the slide bar 14 slides upwards along the slide hole 13, the support force is provided for the corrugated elastic tube 10 through the slide bar 14, and the integral support strength of the corrugated elastic tube 10 is improved; the sleeve 5 and the corrugated elastic tube 10 separate the damaged part of the water channel from the water channel;
The sewage pump 6 pumps out water in the sleeve 5, the water flow impacts the transverse plate 17, so that the rubber wide-mouth pipe 15 shakes, the annular toothed plate 16 continuously impacts the damaged part of the water channel, scraps at the damaged part of the water channel are knocked down, and scraps are pumped away along with the water flow; the scraps pass through the middle part of the conical plate 18, the water flow pushes the elastic membrane 22 to bend and spread towards the outer ring so that the water flow and scraps pass through, the water flow is blocked by the inverted conical seat 19 and diffuses towards the outer ring of the inverted conical seat 19, scraps in the water flow are blocked by the water through holes 20, and after passing through the water through holes 20 of the inverted conical seat 19, the water flow pushes the vibration thin plate 23 to bend upwards so that the collision beads 24 are separated from the inner wall of the inverted conical seat 19; after the water in the inner ring of the sleeve 5 is pumped out, the elastic diaphragm 22 resets, the middle part of the conical plate 18 is blocked, the sewage pump 6 is closed, scraps fall to the outer ring of the conical plate 18, water in the scraps is filtered through the filtering water holes 21, the excessive scraps are reduced to enter the interior of the sewage pump 6, meanwhile, the vibrating thin plate 23 resets, the collision beads 24 are driven to knock down the inner wall of the conical seat 19, so that the inverted conical seat 19 vibrates, and impurities mixed in the interior of the water through holes 20 are shaken down;
the anti-fouling repair paint in the liquid storage tank 2 is pumped out through the water pump and sprayed to the damaged part of the water channel through the annular spray head 8, after the anti-fouling repair paint is dried, the anti-fouling repair paint is sprayed for a plurality of times, after the anti-fouling repair paint is dried and cured, the sleeve 5 is removed, and the repair work of the damaged part of the water channel is completed.

1. A waterway surface repair coating application apparatus, characterized by: comprises a crawler chassis, a liquid storage tank, a mechanical arm, a mounting seat, a sleeve, a sewage pump, a water pumping pipe, an annular spray head and a hose; the top surface of the crawler chassis is fixedly connected with a liquid storage tank, an antifouling repair coating is filled in the liquid storage tank, a water pump is arranged on the liquid storage tank, a mechanical arm is rotatably arranged on the top surface of the crawler chassis, an installation seat is fixedly connected with the end head of the mechanical arm, a sleeve is bolted to the outer ring of the bottom of the installation seat, a sewage pump is bolted to the inside of the installation seat, the water inlet end of the sewage pump is communicated with a water suction pipe, the water suction pipe penetrates through the bottom wall of the installation seat, the outer wall of the water suction pipe is fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the installation seat, the water outlet end of the sewage pump penetrates through the side wall of the installation seat, and an annular spray head is arranged at the inner ring of the bottom of the sleeve and is communicated with the water pump on the liquid storage tank through a hose; the bottom end of the water suction pipe is fixedly connected with a rubber wide-mouth pipe, an inner ring of the rubber wide-mouth pipe is communicated with an inner ring of the water suction pipe, and an annular toothed plate is fixedly connected with an outer ring of the bottom surface of the rubber wide-mouth pipe;
The bottom surface of the sleeve is fixedly connected with a corrugated elastic pipe, the bottom surface of the corrugated elastic pipe is fixedly connected with a ring seat, the bottom surface of the ring seat is fixedly connected with a hollow rubber pad, and the inner ring of the ring seat is fixedly connected with the outer ring of the annular spray head;
the inner part of the corrugated elastic tube and the bottom part of the sleeve are provided with a plurality of sliding holes in a surrounding way, the inner part of the sliding holes is provided with a sliding rod in a sliding way, the bottom end of the sliding rod is fixedly connected with the top surface of the ring seat, and the length of the sliding rod is greater than the height of the corrugated elastic tube; the upper part of the sliding rod can be movably inserted into a sliding hole at the bottom of the sleeve;
The bottom inner ring of the rubber wide-mouth pipe is fixedly connected with a plurality of transverse plates in a surrounding manner;
the inner ring at the top of the rubber wide-mouth pipe is fixedly connected with a conical plate, the inner ring at the bottom of the water pumping pipe is fixedly connected with an inverted conical seat, the outer ring of the inverted conical seat is provided with a plurality of water through holes, and the outer ring at the bottom of the conical plate is provided with a plurality of water filtering holes;
the top of the conical plate is fixedly connected with a plurality of elastic diaphragms in a surrounding manner, and the plurality of elastic diaphragms form a cone in a surrounding manner;
The inner ring at the top of the inverted cone seat is fixedly connected with a plurality of vibration thin plates, and one end of the vibration thin plate, which is close to the middle part of the inverted cone seat, is fixedly connected with a collision bead.

A waterway surface restoration coating application apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the top outer wall rigid coupling of section of thick bamboo has a plurality of fixed otic placodes, and fixed otic placode's inner circle slidable mounting has the horizontal pole, and the both ends of horizontal pole all are provided with the earth anchor.
3. A method of applying a water course surface repair coating, the method being applicable to the water course surface repair coating application apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that: the coating method comprises the following steps:
S1: filling the antifouling repair paint into the liquid storage tank, and moving the antifouling repair paint to the damaged part of the water channel through the crawler chassis;
S2: the mechanical arm drives the outer ring of the sleeve cover at the damaged part of the water channel, and the sewage pump is started to pump out the sewage in the sleeve;
s3: after the damaged part of the water channel is dried, the antifouling repair coating in the liquid storage tank is pumped out by a water pump and sprayed to the damaged part of the water channel by an annular spray head;
S4: and after the antifouling repairing paint is dried, spraying for a plurality of times, and after the antifouling repairing paint is dried and cured, removing the sleeve to finish repairing work of the damaged part of the water channel.
