显示基板以及显示装置,显示基板(10)包括衬底基板(200),设置在衬底基板(200)上的第一信号线(210)和第二信号线(Data),以及子像素。子像素包括像素电路(101),像素电路(101)包括:发光元件(121)、驱动晶体管(T1)、数据写入晶体管(T2)和存储电容(Cst)。数据写入晶体管(T2)配置为在第一扫描信号(Ga1)的控制下将数据信号(Vd)传输至驱动晶体管(T1),第一扫描信号(Ga1)在第一信号线(210)传输,数据信号(Vd)在第二信号线(Data)上传输;驱动晶体管(T1)配置为根据数据信号(Vd)控制流经发光器件(121)的驱动电流的大小,发光器件(121)配置为接收电流且被驱动电流驱动以发光;驱动晶体管(T1)包括有源图案(T1a)和栅极(T1g),驱动晶体管(T1)的有源图案(T1a)包括沟道区(C1),沟道区(C1)在衬底基板(200)上的正投影位于与栅极(T1g)在衬底基板(200)上的正投影的至少部分重叠;存储电容(Cst)包括:第一极板(Cst 1)和第二极板(Cst2)。第一极板(Cst1)与驱动晶体管的栅极(T1g)电连接;第二极板(Cst2)在衬底基板(200)上的正投影与第一极板(Cst 1)在衬底基板(200)上的正投影部分重叠,且与驱动晶体管(T1)的沟道区(C1)在衬底基板(200)上的正投影不重叠。
