Abstract
本发明提供能够在10℃~30℃的广温度范围提高隔音性的夹层玻璃用中间膜。本发明的夹层玻璃用中间膜为具有1层结构或2层以上结构的夹层玻璃用中间膜,并且具备包含固化物的层,所述固化物是使光固化性化合物或湿固化性化合物固化而得的固化物,所述包含固化物的层在频率为1Hz并且基于剪切模式的粘弹性测定中,tanδ的峰值温度为‑50℃以上30℃以下,并且在所述tanδ的峰值温度下tanδ为2.0以上。

本申请是中国申请号为201980010737.2、发明名称为“夹层玻璃用中间膜和夹层玻璃”且申请日为2019年1月30日的专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及用于得到夹层玻璃的夹层玻璃用中间膜。此外,本发明涉及使用了所述夹层玻璃用中间膜的夹层玻璃。
背景技术
夹层玻璃,即使受到外部冲击而破损,玻璃的碎片的飞散量也较少,安全性优异。因此,所述夹层玻璃广泛使用于车辆、铁道车辆、航天器、船舶和建筑物等。所述夹层玻璃,通过在两个玻璃板间夹入夹层玻璃用中间膜而制造。
作为所述夹层玻璃用中间膜的一个实例,下述的专利文献1中,公开了:具备由包含选自热塑性树脂和热固化性树脂中的至少1种树脂(a1)的组合物(A)形成的隔音层的中间膜。所述组合物成形为厚度0.8mm的片材的动态粘弹性在频率0.3Hz和拉伸模式下进行测定时得到的tanδ在温度TA(℃)具有最大值。所述动态粘弹性的测定中,TA(℃)在-50~50℃的范围内,TA(℃)下的tanδ为2.5以上。
专利文献1中,作为所述热塑性树脂,举出了:聚乙烯醇缩醛、聚乙烯醇、聚氨酯、聚羧酸乙烯酯、烯烃-羧酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚氨酯弹性体、聚酯弹性体、苯乙烯-二烯嵌段共聚物和氯化聚烯烃。作为所述热固化性树脂,举出了:环氧类树脂、酚类树脂、氨基甲酸酯类树脂、三聚氰胺树脂和不饱和聚酯类树脂。
此外,专利文献1中,公开了所述的中间膜的隔音性提高。专利文献1的实施例中,作为0℃、5℃、10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃、35℃和40℃的温度下的声音透过损失的测定结果,公开了声音透过损失的平均值最大的温度和声音透过损失的平均值最大的温度下的声音透过损失(多个频率下的平均值)。
此外,在下述的专利文献2中,公开了夹层玻璃中间膜用光固化性树脂组合物。该光固化性树脂组合物含有(甲基)丙烯酸类聚合物、甲基丙烯酸单体和光聚合引发剂。专利文献2中,公开了能够得到从外部施加冲击时不易破裂的夹层玻璃。

发明内容
发明所解决的技术问题
使用了中间膜的夹层玻璃用于各种温度环境下。在使用了以往的中间膜的夹层玻璃中,有时无法在广温度范围内提高隔音性。即使在特定的一个温度中隔音性较高的夹层玻璃的情况下,在与该温度不同的温度下使用夹层玻璃时,有时隔音性降低。
此外,专利文献1中,公开了所述的中间膜的隔音性提高。然而,专利文献1中,评价了0℃、5℃、10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃、35℃和40℃的温度下的声音透过损失,但未公开所有温度下的声音透过损失的结果。专利文献1中,未公开在广温度范围内提高隔音性的实施例。
此外,专利文献2中,在所述的光固化性树脂组合物中,公开了能够得到从外部施加冲击时不易破裂的夹层玻璃,但是对于隔音性未给出记载。
本发明的目的在于,提供能够在10℃~30℃的广温度范围提高隔音性的夹层玻璃用中间膜。此外,本发明的目的在于,提供使用了所述夹层玻璃用中间膜的夹层玻璃。
解决问题的技术手段
根据本发明的广泛方案,提供夹层玻璃用中间膜(以下,有时记载为中间膜),其为具有1层结构或2层以上结构的夹层玻璃用中间膜,所述中间膜具备包含固化物的层,所述固化物是使光固化性化合物或者湿固化性化合物固化而得的固化物,或,使具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的固化性化合物固化而得的固化物,所述包含固化物的层在频率为1Hz并且基于剪切模式的粘弹性测定中,tanδ的峰值温度为-50℃以上30℃以下,并且在所述tanδ的峰值温度下tanδ为2.0以上。

发明的效果
本发明的夹层玻璃用中间膜具有1层结构或2层以上结构。本发明的夹层玻璃用中间膜具备包含固化物的层。本发明的夹层玻璃用中间膜中,所述固化物是使光固化性化合物或者湿固化性化合物固化而得的固化物,或,使具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的固化性化合物固化而得的固化物。本发明的夹层玻璃用中间膜中,所述固化物在频率为1Hz并且基于剪切模式的粘弹性测定中,tanδ的峰值温度为-50℃以上30℃以下,并且在所述tanδ的峰值温度下tanδ为2.0以上。本发明的夹层玻璃用中间膜中,由于具备所述的构成,因此能够在10℃~30℃的广温度范围提高隔音性。

本发明的具体实施方式
以下,对于本发明详细地进行说明。
(夹层玻璃用中间膜)
本发明的夹层玻璃用中间膜(以下,有时记载为中间膜)具有1层结构或2层以上结构。
本发明的中间膜具备包含固化物的层。本发明的中间膜中,所述固化物是使光固化性化合物或者湿固化性化合物固化而得的固化物,或,使具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的固化性化合物固化而得的固化物。
本发明的中间膜中,所述固化性化合物可以为光固化性化合物或湿固化性化合物或具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的固化性化合物。此外,具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的固化性化合物可以为光固化性化合物、湿固化性化合物、或与光固化性化合物和湿固化性化合物这两者不同的固化性化合物。通常而言,具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的固化性化合物,由于具有(甲基)丙烯酰基,因此通过光的照射而固化。
所述包含固化物的层中包含的所述固化物通常为树脂。因此,有时将所述包含固化物的层记载为第1树脂层。
本发明的中间膜中,所述包含固化物的层在频率为1Hz并且基于剪切模式的粘弹性测定中,tanδ的峰值温度为-50℃以上30℃以下,并且在所述tanδ的峰值温度下tanδ(1)为2.0以上。
本发明的中间膜中,由于具备所述的构成,因此能够在10℃~30℃的广温度范围提高隔音性。例如,不仅在10℃、20℃和30℃中一个温度下,而能够在全部三个温度下提高隔音性。因此,本发明的中间膜的情况下,使用了该中间膜的夹层玻璃即使用于各种温度环境,也能够发挥高隔音性。
此外,本发明的中间膜中,增塑剂、其它的添加物的迁移变少,并且即使这些成分发生迁移也具有良好的相溶性,因此不易因保管而使得透明性降低,即使保管中间膜,雾度也不易发生变化。
从在广温度范围进一步提高隔音性的观点出发,所述包含固化物的层的所述tanδ的峰值温度优选为-45℃以上,更优选为-40℃以上,进一步优选为-35℃以上,进一步优选为-30℃以上,更进一步优选为-25℃以上,特别优选为-20℃以上,最优选为-10℃以上。
从在广温度范围进一步提高隔音性的观点出发,所述包含固化物的层的所述tanδ的峰值温度优选为25℃以下,更优选为20℃以下,进一步优选为15℃以下,特别优选为10℃以下。
从在广温度范围进一步提高隔音性的观点出发,所述包含固化物的层在所述tanδ的峰值温度下tanδ(1)优选为2.2以上,更优选为2.4以上,进一步优选为2.5以上,特别优选为2.6以上,进一步优选为2.8以上,更进一步优选为3.0以上。在所述tanδ的峰值温度下tanδ(1)的上限没有限定。在所述tanδ的峰值温度下tanδ(1)可以为6以下。在所述tanδ(1)为所述下限以上时,进一步提高250Hz~1000Hz的低频率区域以下的隔音性,使得将该中间膜用于车辆等时发动机噪音得到减轻。
所述包含固化物的层在100℃下的储能模量G’优选为5.0×103Pa以上,更优选为1.0×104Pa以上,进一步优选为2.0×104Pa以上,进一步优选为3.0×104Pa以上,更进一步优选为4.0×104Pa以上,特别优选为5.0×104Pa以上。所述包含固化物的层在100℃下的储能模量G’在所述下限以上时,在广温度范围进一步提高隔音性。此外,所述包含固化物的层在100℃下的储能模量G’在所述下限以上时,进一步提高5000Hz~10000Hz的高频率区域的隔音性,使得将该中间膜用于车辆等时道路噪音得到减轻。
从提高所述包含固化物的层的固化均匀性,在广温度范围进一步提高隔音性的观点出发,所述固化性化合物优选为光固化性化合物,更优选为具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的固化性化合物。从提高所述包含固化物的层的固化均匀性,在广温度范围进一步提高隔音性的观点出发,所述固化物优选为(甲基)丙烯酸类聚合物。
从在广温度范围进一步提高隔音性的观点出发,所述中间膜优选具备所述包含与固化物不同的树脂的层。所述包含树脂的层中包含的树脂,优选为热固化性化合物的固化物或热塑性树脂。在所述树脂为固化性化合物的固化物的情况下,所述固化性化合物优选为热固化性化合物。
所述包含与固化物不同的树脂的层有时记载为第2树脂层。
从在广温度范围进一步提高隔音性的观点出发,所述包含树脂的层(第2树脂层)在频率为1Hz并且基于剪切模式的粘弹性测定中,tanδ的峰值温度优选为-100℃以上,并且优选为100℃以下。
从在广温度范围进一步提高隔音性的观点出发,所述包含树脂的层(第2树脂层)的所述tanδ的峰值温度优选为-90℃以上,更优选为-80℃以上,优选为90℃以下,更优选为80℃以下。
进行具备包含与固化物不同的树脂的层并且具有2层以上结构的中间膜的粘弹性测定。所述中间膜在频率为1Hz并且基于剪切模式的粘弹性测定中的所述包含固化物的层(第1树脂层)在tanδ的峰值温度下的tanδ(1)相对于所述包含与固化物不同的树脂的层(第2树脂层)在tanδ的峰值温度下的tanδ(2)的比设为比(tanδ(1)/tanδ(2))。
从在广温度范围进一步提高隔音性的观点出发,所述比(tanδ(1)/tanδ(2))优选为2.0以上,优选为10.0以下。
所述比(tanδ(1)/tanδ(2))优选为2.2以上,更优选为2.3以上,进一步优选为2.4以上,进一步优选为2.5以上,更进一步优选为2.6以上,更进一步优选为2.7以上,特别优选为2.8以上,特别进一步优选为2.9以上,最优选为3.0以上。所述比(tanδ(1)/tanδ(2))优选为9.0以下,更优选为8.0以下,进一步优选为7.0以下,进一步优选为6.0以下,最优选为5.0以下。所述比(tanδ(1)/tanδ(2))在所述下限以上和所述上限以下时,能够在广温度范围进一步提高隔音性。
所述粘弹性测定,具体而言,通过下述方式进行测定。
将试验片在室温23±2℃、湿度25±5%的环境下保管12小时后,立即使用动态粘弹性测定装置,测定粘弹性。在基于剪切模式,以3℃/分钟的升温速度从-50℃升温至200℃的条件,以及频率1Hz和应变1%的条件下进行测定。
作为所述动态粘弹性测定装置,可举出IT计测制御株式会社制的粘弹性测定装置“DVA-200”等。
可以使用中间膜本身进行粘弹性测定。在这种情况下,可以根据测定结果,读取源自所述包含固化物的层的tanδ的峰、源自所述包含树脂的层的tanδ的峰等。此外,在中间膜是具有2层以上结构的多层中间膜的情况下,可以将各层剥离而进行粘弹性测定。此外,在夹层玻璃的情况下,可以通过液氮等将夹层玻璃冷却后将夹层玻璃部件和中间膜剥离,使用剥离得到的中间膜进行粘弹性测定。
此外,例如,如果所述包含固化物的层的厚度为0.3mm以上2mm以下,则可以使用所述包含固化物的层作为直接试验片,容易地进行粘弹性测定。在所述包含固化物的层的厚度低于0.3mm的情况下,可以重叠多个所述包含固化物的层,或另行制备仅调整了厚度并且包含固化物的层,而使用厚度为0.3mm以上2mm以下的试验片,进行粘弹性测定。在所述包含固化物的层的厚度大于2mm的情况下,可以将所述包含固化物的层切片,或进行压制,或另行制备仅调整了厚度并且包含固化物的层,而使用厚度为0.3mm以上2mm以下的试验片,进行粘弹性测定。
所述包含树脂的层的粘弹性测定中,可以变更试验片,以与所述包含固化物的层的粘弹性测定同样的方式进行测定。
所述包含固化物的层在100℃下的储能模量G’可以通过所述包含固化物的层的粘弹性测定而测定。
本发明的中间膜可以具有1层结构或2层以上结构。本发明的中间膜可以具有2层结构或3层以上结构。
本发明的中间膜可以具有仅第1层的1层结构。在这种情况下,第1层为所述包含固化物的层。
从有效提高隔音性和各层间的粘接性的观点出发,本发明的中间膜可以具备第1层、和配置在所述第1层的第1表面侧的第2层。在这种情况下,所述第1层优选为所述包含固化物的层。
从有效提高隔音性和各层间的粘接性的观点出发,本发明的中间膜可以具备第1层和配置在所述第1层的第1表面侧的第2层,可以进一步具备配置在所述第1层的与所述第1表面侧相反的第2表面侧的第3层。在这种情况下,所述第1层优选为所述包含固化物的层。
从有效提高隔音性和中间膜与玻璃之间的粘接性的观点出发,所述包含固化物的层优选不是中间膜中的表面层,优选为中间膜中的中间层。但是,所述包含固化物的层也可以为中间膜中的表面层。
从提高夹层玻璃的透明性的观点出发,所述中间膜的可见光线透射率优选为70%以上,更优选为80%以上,进一步优选为85%以上。
所述可见光线透射率,使用分光光度计(HITACHI HIGH-TECH公司制“U-4100”),基于JIS R3211:1998,以波长380~780nm进行测定。
所述中间膜的可见光线透射率,可以在2片透明玻璃之间配置中间膜而进行测定。所述透明玻璃的厚度优选为2.0mm。
以下,参照附图,同时对本发明的具体的实施方式进行说明。

中间膜11中,第1层1优选为所述包含固化物的层。第2层2也可以为所述包含固化物的层,第3层3也可以为所述包含固化物的层。
需要说明的是,第2层2和第1层1之间和第1层1和第3层3之间分别可以配置有其他层。优选第2层2与第1层1、和第1层1与第3层3分别直接叠层。作为其他层,可举出粘接层。

所述中间膜具备所述包含固化物的层。用于形成所述包含固化物的层中的所述固化物的固化性化合物为光固化性化合物或者湿固化性化合物。
所述固化性化合物优选为具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的固化性化合物,更优选为(甲基)丙烯酸类聚合物。
所述(甲基)丙烯酸类聚合物优选为包含具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的固化性化合物的聚合性组合物的聚合物。所述聚合性组合物包含聚合成分。为了有效形成所述包含固化物的层中的所述固化物,所述聚合性组合物可以包含光反应引发剂。所述聚合性组合物中,可以与光反应引发剂一同,包含用于促进固化反应的助剂。作为所述具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的固化性化合物的代表例,可举出(甲基)丙烯酸酯。所述(甲基)丙烯酸类聚合物优选为聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
为了有效得到本发明的效果,所述聚合成分优选包含:具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯、具有环状醚结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯、具有芳香环的(甲基)丙烯酸酯、具有极性基团的(甲基)丙烯酸酯、或侧链的碳原子数为6以下的非环式(甲基)丙烯酸酯。通过使用这些优选的(甲基)丙烯酸酯,能够平衡性良好地提高隔音性和起泡抑制性能这两者。

所述聚合性组合物100重量%中,所述光反应引发剂的含量优选为0.01重量%以上,更优选为0.1重量%以上,优选为10重量%以下,更优选为5重量%以下。所述光反应引发剂的含量为所述下限以上和所述上限以下时,光固化性和保存稳定性进一步提高。
用于形成所述包含固化物的层的组合物100重量%中,所述固化物的含量优选为50重量%以上,更优选为60重量%以上,进一步优选为70重量%以上,特别优选为80重量%以上。所述固化物的含量为所述下限以上时,能够进一步发挥本发明的效果。需要说明的是,用于形成所述包含固化物的层的组合物100重量%中的所述固化物的含量可以为100重量%(总量)。
用于形成所述包含固化物的层中的所述固化物的固化性化合物为具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的光固化性化合物等的光固化性化合物时,为了使该光固化性化合物固化,优选使用紫外线照射装置等的光固化性装置。作为所述紫外线照射装置,可举出箱式、输送带式等。此外,作为设置在所述紫外线照射装置中的紫外线灯,可举出:超高压水银灯、高压水银灯、低压水银灯、化学灯、金属卤化物灯、准分子灯、UV-LED等。所述紫外线灯优选为化学灯、或UV-LED。
为了得到所述固化物,对所述光固化性化合物照射紫外线的情况下,紫外线照射量(累积照射量)优选为500mJ以上,更优选为1000mJ以上,进一步优选为1500mJ以上,特别优选为2000mJ以上。所述紫外线照射量(累积照射量)优选为20000mJ以下,更优选为10000mJ以下,进一步优选为8000mJ以下。所述紫外线照射量(累积照射量)为所述下限以上时,能够减少未反应单体。所述紫外线照射量(累积照射量)为所述上限以下时,能够提高树脂的保存稳定性。此外,所述紫外线照射的照射强度优选为0.1mW以上,更优选为0.5mW以上,进一步优选为1mW以上,特别优选为2mW以上。
(包含与固化物不同的树脂的层(第2树脂层)中的树脂)
所述中间膜优选具备所述包含与固化物不同的树脂的层。所述包含与固化物不同的树脂的层(第2树脂层)是包含与使光固化性化合物固化而得的固化物、使湿固化性化合物固化而得的固化物和使具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的固化性化合物固化而得的固化物都不相同的树脂的层。所述包含与固化物不同的树脂的层是与所述包含固化物的层(第1树脂层)不同的树脂层。需要说明的是,所述中间膜可以不具备所述第2树脂层。
作为所述第2树脂层中包含的树脂,可举出热固化性化合物的固化物和热塑性树脂等。所述热塑性树脂可以为热塑性弹性体。
需要说明的是,热塑性树脂是指,加热时发生软化而表现出可塑性,冷却至室温时发生固化的树脂。热塑性弹性体是指,热塑性树脂中特别是加热时发生软化而表现出可塑性,冷却至室温(25℃)时发生固化而表现出橡胶弹性的树脂。
作为所述热塑性树脂,可举出:聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂、聚酯树脂、脂肪族聚烯烃、聚苯乙烯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物树脂、聚氨酯树脂、离聚物树脂、聚乙烯醇树脂和聚乙酸乙烯酯等。也可以使用这些以外的热塑性树脂。
所述例举的热塑性树脂可以通过树脂的分子结构、聚合度等的调整而成为热塑性弹性体。
所述中间膜中的表面层优选包含热塑性树脂。具有第2层/第1层/第3层结构的中间膜中的第2层和第3层,分别优选包含热塑性树脂。
从进一步提高夹层玻璃的刚性的观点出发,所述热塑性树脂优选为聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂、离聚物树脂或乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂。从进一步提高夹层玻璃的耐冲击性和防裂纹性的观点出发,所述热塑性树脂更优选为聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂。
所述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂,例如,可以通过使聚乙烯醇(PVA)通过醛而缩醛化而进行制造。所述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂优选为聚乙烯醇的缩醛化物。所述聚乙烯醇,例如可以通过使聚乙酸乙烯酯皂化而得到。所述聚乙烯醇的皂化度通常在70~99.9摩尔%的范围内。
所述聚乙烯醇(PVA)的平均聚合度优选为200以上,更优选为500以上,进一步优选为1500以上,进一步优选为1600以上,优选为5000以下,更优选为4000以下,进一步优选为3500以下,特别优选为3000以下。所述平均聚合度为所述下限以上时,夹层玻璃的耐贯穿性进一步提高。所述平均聚合度为所述上限以下时,中间膜的成形变得容易。
所述聚乙烯醇的平均聚合度,通过基于JIS K6726“聚乙烯醇试验方法”的方法而求得。
所述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂中包含的缩醛基的碳原子数没有特别限定。制造所述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂时中使用的醛没有特别限定。所述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂中的缩醛基的碳原子数优选为3~5,更优选为3或4。所述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂中的缩醛基的碳原子数为3以上时,中间膜的玻璃化转变温度充分变低。
所述醛没有特别限定。通常,优选使用碳原子数为1~10的醛。作为所述碳原子数为1~10的醛,例如可举出甲醛、乙醛、丙醛、正丁醛、异丁醛、正戊醛、2-乙基丁醛、正己醛、正辛醛、正壬醛、正癸醛、甲醛、乙醛和苯甲醛等。优选丙醛、正丁醛、异丁醛、正己醛或正戊醛,更优选丙醛、正丁醛或异丁醛,进一步优选正丁醛。所述醛可以仅使用1种或组合使用2种以上。
所述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的羟基的含有率(羟基量)优选为15摩尔%以上,更优选为18摩尔%以上,优选为40摩尔%以下,更优选为35摩尔%以下。所述羟基的含有率为所述下限以上时,中间膜的粘接力进一步提高。此外,所述羟基的含有率为所述上限以下时,中间膜的柔软性提高,中间膜的处理变得容易。
所述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的羟基的含有率为,将键合有羟基的亚乙基量除以主链的总亚乙基量而求得的摩尔分数以百分率表示的值。所述键合有羟基的亚乙基量,例如可以通过基于JIS K6728“聚乙烯醇缩丁醛试验方法”而测定。
所述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的乙酰化度优选为0.01摩尔%以上,更优选为0.5摩尔%以上,优选为10摩尔%以下,更优选为2摩尔%以下。所述乙酰化度为所述下限以上时,聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂和增塑剂的相溶性提高。所述乙酰化度为所述上限以下时,中间膜和夹层玻璃的耐湿性提高。
所述乙酰化度为,将键合有乙酰基的亚乙基量除以主链的总亚乙基量而求得的摩尔分数以百分率表示的值。所述键合有乙酰基的亚乙基量,例如可以基于JIS K6728“聚乙烯醇缩丁醛试验方法”而测定。
所述聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的缩醛化度(聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂的情况下为缩丁醛化度)优选为55摩尔%以上,更优选为60摩尔%以上,优选为75摩尔%以下,更优选为71摩尔%以下。所述缩醛化度为所述下限以上时,聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂和增塑剂的相溶性提高。所述缩醛化度为所述上限以下时,用于制造聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂的必要的反应时间变短。
所述缩醛化度以下述方式求得。首先,求得从主链的总亚乙基量减去键合有羟基的亚乙基量和键合有乙酰基的亚乙基量而得的值。将得到的值除以主链的总亚乙基量而求得摩尔分数。该摩尔分数以百分率表示的值为缩醛化度。
需要说明的是,所述羟基的含有率(羟基量)、缩醛化度(缩丁醛化度)和乙酰化度,优选根据通过基于JIS K6728“聚乙烯醇缩丁醛试验方法”的方法测定得到的结果而进行计算。但是,也可以使用基于ASTM D1396-92的测定。在聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂的情况下,所述羟基的含有率(羟基量)、所述缩醛化度(缩丁醛化度)和所述乙酰化度可以根据通过基于JIS K6728“聚乙烯醇缩丁醛试验方法”的方法测定得到的结果而计算。
(增粘树脂)
所述中间膜优选包含增粘树脂。所述包含固化物的层(第1树脂层)优选包含增粘树脂。所述包含树脂的层(第2树脂层)优选包含增粘树脂。所述第1层优选包含增粘树脂。所述增粘树脂可以仅使用1种或组合使用2种以上。
作为所述增粘树脂,可举出苯乙烯树脂、萜烯树脂和松香树脂等。从良好地保持雾度,同时在广温度范围内提高隔音性观点出发,所述增粘树脂优选为苯乙烯树脂。所述苯乙烯树脂优选为苯乙烯的低聚物。作为所述苯乙烯的低聚物的市售品,例如可举出YASUHARACHEMICAL公司制“YS树脂SX100”等。
在包含增粘树脂的树脂层中,增粘树脂相对于该树脂层中包含的除了该增粘树脂之外的树脂100重量份的含量优选为10重量份以上,更优选为20重量份以上,进一步优选为30重量份以上,优选为150重量份以下,更优选为100重量份以下。所述增粘树脂的含量为所述下限以上时,能够在良好地保持雾度的同时在广温度范围内提高隔音性。
(增塑剂)
所述中间膜优选包含增塑剂。从有效提高隔音性观点出发,所述包含固化物的层(第1树脂层)优选包含增塑剂。所述包含树脂的层(第2树脂层)优选包含增塑剂。所述第1层优选包含增塑剂。所述第2层优选包含增塑剂。所述第3层优选包含增塑剂。通过增塑剂的使用,存在进一步提高各层间的粘接力的倾向。所述增塑剂可以仅使用1种或组合使用2种以上。
作为所述增塑剂,可举出石蜡油、苯甲酸酯增塑剂、有机酯增塑剂、有机磷酸增塑剂等。作为所述有机酯增塑剂,可举出一元有机酸酯和多元有机酸酯等。作为所述磷酸增塑剂,可举出有机磷酸增塑剂和有机亚磷酸增塑剂等。所述增塑剂优选为液态增塑剂。
作为所述石蜡油,可举出环烷类的工艺用油、白色矿物油、矿物油、石蜡和流动石蜡等。
作为所述石蜡油的市售品,可举出:出光兴产公司制“DIANA PROCES S OIL PW-90”、出光兴产公司制“DIANA PROCESS OIL PW-100”和出光兴产公司制“DIANA PROCESSOIL PW-32”等。

所述包含树脂的层(第2树脂层)中,增塑剂相对于所述树脂100重量份的含量设为含量(2)。所述含量(2)优选为5重量份以上,更优选为10重量份以上,进一步优选为20重量份以上,优选为60重量份以下,更优选为55重量份以下,进一步优选为50重量份以下。所述含量(2)为所述下限以上时,能够有效提高隔音性。所述增塑剂的含量为所述上限以下时,夹层玻璃的耐贯穿性进一步提高。
(隔热性物质)
所述中间膜可以包含隔热性物质。所述包含固化物的层可以包含隔热性物质。所述包含树脂的层可以包含隔热性物质。所述第1层可以包含隔热性物质。所述第2层可以包含隔热性物质。所述第3层可以包含隔热性物质。所述隔热性物质可以仅使用1种或组合使用2种以上。
所述隔热性物质可以包含酞菁化合物、萘酞菁化合物和蒽酞菁化合物中的至少1种成分X或隔热粒子。在这种情况下,所述隔热性物质可以包含所述成分X和所述隔热粒子这两者。
所述中间膜可以包含酞菁化合物、萘酞菁化合物和蒽酞菁化合物中的至少1种成分X。所述包含固化物的层可以包含所述成分X。所述包含树脂的层可以包含所述成分X。所述第1层可以包含所述成分X。所述第2层可以包含所述成分X。所述第3层可以包含所述成分X。所述成分X为隔热性物质。所述成分X可以仅使用1种或组合使用2种以上。

波长长于可见光的780nm以上的红外线,与紫外线比较,能量较小。然而,红外线的热作用较大,红外线被物质吸收时作为热而放出。因此,红外线通常被称为热线。通过所述隔热粒子的使用,能够有效隔断红外线(热线)。需要说明的是,隔热粒子是指,可吸收红外线的粒子。
作为所述隔热粒子的具体例,可举出:铝掺杂氧化锡粒子、铟掺杂氧化锡粒子、锑掺杂氧化锡粒子(ATO粒子)、镓掺杂氧化锌粒子(GZO粒子)、铟掺杂氧化锌粒子(IZO粒子)、铝掺杂氧化锌粒子(AZO粒子)、铌掺杂氧化钛粒子、钠掺杂氧化钨粒子、铯掺杂氧化钨粒子、铊掺杂氧化钨粒子、铷掺杂氧化钨粒子、锡掺杂氧化铟粒子(ITO粒子)、锡掺杂氧化锌粒子、硅掺杂氧化锌粒子等的金属氧化物粒子、六硼化镧(LaB6)粒子等。可以使用这些以外的隔热粒子。
(金属盐)
所述中间膜可以包含碱金属盐、碱土金属盐和镁盐中的至少1种金属盐(以下,有时记载为金属盐M)。所述包含固化物的层可以包含所述金属盐M。所述包含树脂的层可以包含所述金属盐M。所述第1层可以包含所述金属盐M。所述第2层可以包含所述金属盐M。所述第3层可以包含所述金属盐M。通过所述金属盐M的使用,使得控制中间膜和玻璃板等的夹层玻璃部件之间的粘接性或中间膜中的各层间的粘接性变得容易。所述金属盐M可以仅使用1种或组合使用2种以上。
所述金属盐M可以包含选自Li、Na、K、Rb、Cs、Mg、Ca、Sr和Ba中的至少1种金属。
此外,作为所述金属盐M,可以使用碳原子数2~16的有机酸的碱金属盐、碳原子数2~16的有机酸的碱土金属盐或碳原子数2~16的有机酸的镁盐。
作为所述碳原子数2~16的羧酸镁盐和所述碳原子数2~16的羧酸钾盐,可举出乙酸镁、乙酸钾、丙酸镁、丙酸钾、2-乙基丁酸镁、2-乙基丁酸钾、2-乙基己酸镁和2-乙基己酸钾等。
(紫外线屏蔽剂)

所述紫外线屏蔽剂中包含紫外线吸收剂。所述紫外线屏蔽剂优选为紫外线吸收剂。

作为所述具有苯甲酸酯结构的紫外线屏蔽剂,例如可举出2,4-二叔丁基苯基-3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸酯(BASF公司制“Tinuvin120”)等。
(抗氧化剂)
所述中间膜可以包含抗氧化剂。所述包含固化物的层可以包含抗氧化剂。所述包含树脂的层可以包含抗氧化剂。所述第1层可以包含抗氧化剂。所述第2层可以包含抗氧化剂。所述第3层可以包含抗氧化剂。所述抗氧化剂可以仅使用1种或组合使用2种以上。
作为所述抗氧化剂,可举出酚类抗氧化剂、硫类抗氧化剂和磷类抗氧化剂等。所述酚类抗氧化剂为具有酚骨架的抗氧化剂。所述硫类抗氧化剂为含有硫原子的抗氧化剂。所述磷类抗氧化剂为含有磷原子的抗氧化剂。

作为所述磷类抗氧化剂,可举出:亚磷酸十三烷酯、亚磷酸三(十三烷基)酯、亚磷酸三苯酯、亚磷酸三壬基苯酯、二亚磷酸双(十三烷基)季戊四醇酯、二亚磷酸双(癸基)季戊四醇酯、亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯、亚磷酸双(2,4-二叔丁基-6-甲基苯基)乙酯和2,2’-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基-1-苯氧基)(2-乙基己氧基)磷等。优选使用这些抗氧化剂中的1种或2种以上。
作为所述抗氧化剂的市售品,例如可举出:BASF公司制“IRGANOX 245”、BASF公司制“IRGAFOS 168”、BASF公司制“IRGAFOS 38”、住友化学工业公司制“SUMILIZERBHT”、堺化学工业公司制“H-BHT”、以及BASF公司制“IRGANOX 1010”等。
(其他成分)
所述中间膜、所述包含固化物的层、所述包含树脂的层、所述所述第1层、所述第2层以及所述第3层,分别根据需要可以包含偶联剂、分散剂、表面活性剂、阻燃剂、抗静电剂、颜料、染料、金属盐以外的粘接力调整剂、耐湿剂、荧光增白剂和红外线吸收剂等的添加剂。这些添加剂可以仅使用1种或组合使用2种以上。
(夹层玻璃用中间膜的其他详细)
所述中间膜的厚度没有特别限定。从实用面的观点、以及充分提高夹层玻璃的耐贯穿性和弯曲刚性的观点出发,中间膜的厚度优选为0.1mm以上,更优选为0.25mm以上,优选为3mm以下,更优选为1.5mm以下。中间膜的厚度为所述下限以上时,夹层玻璃的耐贯穿性和弯曲刚性进一步提高。中间膜的厚度为所述上限以下时,中间膜的透明性进一步变得良好。
将中间膜的厚度设为T。从在广温度范围进一步提高隔音性的观点出发,所述包含固化物的层的厚度(每一层的厚度)优选为0.03T以上,更优选为0.06T以上,进一步优选为0.1T以上,优选为1T以下,更优选为0.5T以下,进一步优选为0.2T以下。
从在广温度范围进一步提高隔音性的观点出发,所述包含树脂的层的厚度(每一层的厚度)优选为0.3T以上,更优选为0.35T以上,进一步优选为0.4T以上,优选为0.95T以下,更优选为0.9T以下。
从在广温度范围进一步提高隔音性的观点出发,所述包含固化物的层的厚度(每一层的厚度)优选为15μm以上,更优选为40μm以上,进一步优选为80μm以上,优选为600μm以下,更优选为300μm以下,进一步优选为150μm以下。

所述中间膜可以为厚度均匀的中间膜或厚度发生变化的中间膜。所述中间膜的截面形状可以为矩形或楔形。
作为本发明的中间膜的制造方法,没有特别限定。作为本发明的中间膜的制造方法,在单层中间膜的情况下,可举出将树脂组合物使用挤出机而挤出的方法。作为本发明的中间膜的制造方法,在多层中间膜的情况下,可举出:使用用于形成各层的各树脂组合物而分别形成各层后,例如,将得到的各层进行叠层的方法;以及将用于形成各层的各树脂组合物使用挤出机进行共挤出,而叠层各层的方法等。由于适用于连续性的生产,因此优选挤出成形的制造方法。
从中间膜的制造效率优异的方面出发,优选所述第2层和所述第3层包含相同的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂,更优选所述第2层和所述第3层包含相同的聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂和相同的增塑剂。从中间膜的制造效率优异的方面出发,更优选所述第2层和所述第3层由相同的树脂组合物形成。
所述中间膜优选在两侧的表面中的至少一个表面具有凹凸形状。所述中间膜更优选在两侧的表面具有凹凸形状。作为形成所述的凹凸形状的方法没有特别限定,例如,唇压纹法、压纹辊法、压延辊法和型材押出法等。从能够定量性地形成作为一定的凹凸模样的多个凹凸形状的雕花的方面出发,优选压纹辊法。
(夹层玻璃)
本发明的夹层玻璃具备第1夹层玻璃部件、第2夹层玻璃部件、以及所述夹层玻璃用中间膜。本发明的夹层玻璃中,所述夹层玻璃用中间膜配置在所述第1夹层玻璃部件和所述第2夹层玻璃部件之间。
图3为示意性地表示使用了图1表示的夹层玻璃用中间膜的夹层玻璃的一个实例的截面图。

作为所述玻璃板,可举出无机玻璃和有机玻璃。作为所述无机玻璃,可举出浮法玻璃板、热线吸收玻璃板、热线反射玻璃板、抛光板玻璃、模板玻璃和夹丝玻璃等。所述有机玻璃为替代无机玻璃的合成树脂玻璃。作为所述有机玻璃,可举出聚碳酸酯板和聚(甲基)丙烯酸类树脂板等。作为所述聚(甲基)丙烯酸类树脂板,可举出聚(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯板等。
所述第1夹层玻璃部件和所述第2夹层玻璃部件的各厚度优选为1mm以上,优选为5mm以下,更优选为3mm以下。此外,所述夹层玻璃部件为玻璃板的情况下,该玻璃板的厚度优选为0.5mm以上,更优选为0.7mm以上,优选为5mm以下,更优选为3mm以下。所述夹层玻璃部件为PET膜的情况下,该PET膜的厚度优选为0.03mm以上,优选为0.5mm以下。
所述夹层玻璃的制造方法没有特别限定。例如,在所述第1夹层玻璃部件和所述第2夹层玻璃部件之间夹入中间膜,通过按压辊,或放入橡胶袋中进行减压抽吸,而将残留在所述第1夹层玻璃部件、所述第2夹层玻璃部件以及中间膜之间的空气进行脱气。然后,在约70~110℃下进行预压合而得到叠层体。接下来,将叠层体放入高压釜,或进行压制,而在约120~150℃和1~1.5MPa的压力下进行压合。由此,能够得到夹层玻璃。所述夹层玻璃的制造时,可以将中间膜中的各层进行叠层。
所述中间膜和所述夹层玻璃,能够用于车辆、铁道车辆、航天器、船舶和建筑物等。所述中间膜和所述夹层玻璃也可以用于这些用途以外。所述中间膜和所述夹层玻璃,优选为用于车辆或用于建筑物的中间膜和夹层玻璃,更优选为用于车辆的中间膜和夹层玻璃。所述中间膜和所述夹层玻璃,可以用于车辆的挡风玻璃、侧玻璃、后玻璃或顶玻璃等。所述中间膜和所述夹层玻璃优选用于车辆。所述中间膜用于得到车辆的夹层玻璃。
以下,举出实施例和比较例来对本发明更详细地进行说明。本发明不限于这些实施例。
准备以下的材料。
需要说明的是,就聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂而言,缩醛化度(缩丁醛化度)、乙酰化度和羟基的含有率通过基于JIS K6728“聚乙烯醇缩丁醛试验方法”的方法而测定。需要说明的是,在通过ASTM D1396-92进行测定的情况下,也显示出与基于JIS K6728“聚乙烯醇缩丁醛试验方法”的方法同样的数值。此外,在缩醛的种类为缩乙醛等的情况下,缩醛化度同样通过测定乙酰化度、羟基的含有率,根据得到的测定结果而计算摩尔分数,接着从100摩尔%减去乙酰化度和羟基的含有率,而进行计算。

将具有下述的表1、2表示的混合组成的聚合性组合物夹入2片进行了单面脱模处理的PET片(NIPPA公司制,厚度50μm)中,以设为厚度100μm的方式形成聚合性组合物层。需要说明的是,在2片PET片的周围设置了间隔物。使用高压水银UV灯,以照射量3000mJ/cm2对聚合性组合物层照射紫外线,使聚合性组合物反应而使其固化,得到(甲基)丙烯酸类聚合物(1)~(9)、(11)、(12)、(A)和(B)。
(甲基)丙烯酸类聚合物(10):
将具有下述的表2表示的混合组成的聚合性组合物夹入2片进行了单面脱模处理PET片(NIPPA公司制,厚度50μm)中,以设为厚度810μm的方式形成聚合性组合物层。需要说明的是,在2片PET片的周围配置了间隔物。使用化学灯(东芝公司制“FL20SBL”),以照射量5000mJ/cm2对聚合性组合物层照射紫外线,使聚合性组合物反应而使其固化。此外,将一个PET片脱模后,在100℃加热干燥30分钟,而得到(甲基)丙烯酸类聚合物(10)。

第1层的制备:
准备上述得到的(甲基)丙烯酸类聚合物(1)(包含固化物的层,厚度100μm)。
第2、第3层的制备:
将以下的混合成分进行混合,通过混合辊充分进行混炼,得到用于形成第2、第3层的组合物。
聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂(1)100重量份
增塑剂(3GO)35重量份
在得到的第2、第3层中成为70ppm的量的金属盐M(Mg混合物)
在得到的第2、第3层中成为0.2重量%的量的紫外线屏蔽剂(Tinuvin326)
在得到的第2、第3层中成为0.2重量%的量的抗氧化剂(BHT)
将得到的用于形成第2、第3层的组合物使用挤出机押出,得到第2、第3层(各层厚度380μm)。
中间膜的制备:
将叠层在第1层的经过了脱模处理的PET片剥离,使用辊式覆膜机贴合至第2层,将第1层和第2层进行压合,得到2层叠层体。接着将叠层在第1层的另一侧的经过了脱模处理的PET片剥离,所述同样地将第1层和第3层进行压合,而得到具有第2层/第1层/第3层结构的中间膜。
用于隔音性评价(初次损耗系数测定)的夹层玻璃的制备:
将得到的中间膜切断为宽度25mm和长度300mm的尺寸。准备两个玻璃板(透明浮法玻璃,宽度25mm,长度300mm和厚度2mm)作为第1夹层玻璃部件和第2夹层玻璃部件。在2片玻璃板之间夹入中间膜,得到叠层体。将该叠层体装入橡胶袋内,以2.6kPa的真空度进行20分钟脱气后,在脱气的状态下移至烘箱内,进一步在90℃下保持30分钟并真空压制,将叠层体进行预压合。在高压釜中在135℃和压力1.2MPa的条件下,将进行了预压合的叠层体压合20分钟,得到夹层玻璃。
用于雾度评价的夹层玻璃的制备:
将得到的中间膜切成宽度100mm、长度100mm的尺寸。作为第1夹层玻璃部件和第2夹层玻璃部件,准备两个玻璃板(透明浮法玻璃,宽度100mm、长度100mm和厚度2mm)。在2片玻璃板之间,夹入中间膜,得到叠层体。将该叠层体放入橡胶袋内,在2.6kPa的真空度下脱气20分钟后,在脱气的状态下移至烘箱内,进一步在90℃下保持30分钟而真空压制,将叠层体预压合。在高压釜中在135℃和压力1.2MPa的条件下,将进行了预压合的叠层体压合20分钟,得到夹层玻璃。
(实施例2~9)
除了将混合成分的种类和混合量如下述的表3、4表示地进行设定以外,以与实施例1同样的方式,而制备中间膜。需要说明的是,第2、第3层中,以与实施例1同样的种类和混合量而混合金属盐M、紫外线屏蔽剂和抗氧化剂(表3、4中省略)。
除了使用了得到的中间膜以外,以与实施例1同样的方式,得到夹层玻璃。
(实施例10)
作为中间膜,准备所述得到的(甲基)丙烯酸类聚合物(10)(包含固化物的层,厚度810μm)。
除了使用了得到的中间膜以外,以与实施例1同样的方式,得到夹层玻璃。
(实施例11~14)
第1层的制备:
混合表4的混合成分,通过混合辊充分进行混炼,得到用于形成第1层的组合物后,压制成型为厚度100μm,得到包含(甲基)丙烯酸类聚合物(11)或(12)的固化物的层。
第2、第3层的制备:
混合表4的混合成分,通过混合辊充分进行混炼,得到用于形成第2、第3层的组合物。
中间膜的制备:
除了将混合成分的种类和混合量如下述的表4表示的进行设定以外,以与实施例1同样的方式,而制备中间膜。需要说明的是,在第2、第3层中,混合与实施例1同样的种类和混合量的金属盐M、紫外线屏蔽剂和抗氧化剂(表4中省略)。
除了使用了得到的中间膜以外,以与实施例1同样的方式,得到夹层玻璃。
(比较例1)
将聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂(2)100重量份、增塑剂(3GO)75重量份、在得到的中间膜中成为0.2重量%的量的紫外线屏蔽剂(Tinuvin326)、在得到的中间膜中成为0.2重量%的量的抗氧化剂(BHT)混合,通过混合辊充分进行混炼,得到用于形成第1层的组合物。
与实施例1相同,准备用于形成第2、第3层的组合物。
将得到的用于形成第1层的组合物和得到的用于形成第2、第3层的组合物使用共挤出机进行共挤出,得到具有第2层/第1层/第3层结构的中间膜(第1层的厚度100μm,第2、第3层的各层厚度380μm)。
除了使用了得到的中间膜以外,以与实施例1同样的方式,得到夹层玻璃。
(比较例2、3)
除了将混合成分的种类和混合量如下述的表5表示的进行设定,并且将厚度如下述的表5表示的进行设定以外,以与比较例1同样的方式,而制备中间膜。需要说明的是,在第2、第3层中,以与比较例1同样的种类和混合量而混合金属盐M、紫外线屏蔽剂和抗氧化剂(表5中省略)。
除了使用了得到的中间膜以外,以与实施例1同样的方式,得到夹层玻璃。
(比较例4)

(评价)
(1)动态粘弹性测定
对于得到的具有仅第1层结构的中间膜和得到的具有第2层/第1层/第3层结构的中间膜,进行动态粘弹性测定。使用动态粘弹性测定装置(IT计测制御株式会社制,DVA-200),在剪切模式,以3℃/分的升温速度从-50℃升温至200℃的条件并且频率1Hz和应变1%的条件下测定动态粘弹性,而对于以下的项目进行评价。

对于得到的夹层玻璃,通过用于阻尼试验的振动发生机(振研公司制“加振机G21-005D”)而施加振动。将由此得到的振动特性通过机械阻抗测定装置(RION公司制“XG-81”)进行增幅,通过FFT频谱分析仪(RION公司制“FFT Analyzer SA-01A2”)对振动频谱进行解析。
根据所述初次损耗系数,对于隔音性以以下的基准进行判定。

所述固化物是使具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的固化性化合物固化而得的固化物,
所述包含固化物的层在频率为1Hz并且基于剪切模式的粘弹性测定中,tanδ的峰值温度为-50℃以上30℃以下,并且在所述tanδ的峰值温度下tanδ为2以上。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的夹层玻璃用中间膜,其中,
所述包含固化物的层在100℃下的储能模量G’为5.0×103Pa以上。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的夹层玻璃用中间膜,其中,
所述包含固化物的层在频率为1Hz并且基于剪切模式的粘弹性测定中,tanδ的峰值温度为-30℃以上20℃以下。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的夹层玻璃用中间膜,其为具有2层以上结构的夹层玻璃用中间膜,其中,
所述中间膜具备所述包含与固化物不同的树脂的层。
7.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的夹层玻璃用中间膜,其为具有2层以上结构的夹层玻璃用中间膜,其中,
所述中间膜具备所述包含与固化物不同的树脂的层,
所述中间膜在频率为1Hz并且基于剪切模式的粘弹性测定中,所述包含与固化物不同的树脂的层的tanδ的峰值温度为-100℃以上100℃以下,
所述中间膜在频率为1Hz并且基于剪切模式的粘弹性测定中,所述包含固化物的层在tanδ的峰值温度下的tanδ相对于所述包含与固化物不同的树脂的层在tanδ的峰值温度下的tanδ的比为2.0以上10.0以下。
8.一种夹层玻璃,其具备:
第1夹层玻璃部件、
第2夹层玻璃部件、以及
权利要求1~7中任一项所述的夹层玻璃用中间膜,其中,
在所述第1夹层玻璃部件和所述第2夹层玻璃部件之间配置有所述夹层玻璃用中间膜。
