When the installation mode is adopted, the limiting columns on the front side and the rear side of the bathtub move towards the direction of the bathtub through the movement of the two installation beams on the outermost side, and the limiting columns on the left side and the right side of the bathtub move towards the direction of the bathtub through the movement of the moving seat on at least one side of the left side and the right side of the bathtub.
As a preferable embodiment of the supporting platform 32, at least four supporting platforms 32 are provided, that is, four or more than four supporting platforms 32 may be optionally provided.
In the first solution, there are four supporting platforms 32, in this case, the four supporting platforms 32 are corner supporting platforms 32a, the four corner supporting platforms 32a are respectively disposed at four corner positions of the bathtub, and each corner supporting platform 32a is provided with at least two (preferably only two) limiting pillars 33 respectively used for limiting the movement of the adjacent side walls of the bathtub.
In the second scheme, the number of the supporting platforms 32 is more than four, in this case, four of the supporting platforms 32 are corner supporting platforms 32a, four corner supporting platforms 32a are respectively disposed at four corner positions of the bathtub, at least two (preferably only two) limiting pillars 33 respectively used for limiting the movement of adjacent sidewalls of the bathtub are disposed on each corner supporting platform 32a, the rest of the supporting platforms 32 are side supporting platforms 32b, and at least 1 limiting pillar 33 used for limiting the movement of the same sidewall of the bathtub is disposed on each side supporting platform 32b. The side supporting platforms 32b are generally arranged on the sides of the bathtub in the length direction, and the width direction is relatively short, so that the limit can be realized through corresponding limit columns on the corner supporting columns.
According to the invention, two limiting columns are arranged on the corner supporting platform 32a, and the two limiting columns respectively limit the adjacent side walls of the bathtub, namely, the limitation of two vertical directions of the bathtub can be realized through one corner supporting platform 32a, the structure can be simplified, and the stability of the support through the corner supporting platform 32a is higher.
As a further preferred form of the support platform 32, the outer edges of the support platform 32 for supporting four corner portions of the bathtub are radiused, where the outer edges refer to the support platform 32 being located in a side wall portion of the bathtub. When the bathtub edge cutting process is carried out, the cutting tool needs to turn once, if the supporting platform 32 adopts a square structure, the corner of the supporting platform 32 is relatively convex, and the installation shaft for installing the cutting tool is easy to touch the corner of the supporting platform 32, namely, the path of the cutting tool is influenced.
It should be noted that even if a bathtub of the same model has a certain deviation due to an error size in the processing process, the deviation may be relatively standard and larger, or relatively standard and smaller, and the movement of the mounting beam 34 and the supporting platform 32 is set according to the model of the bathtub, at this time, the bathtub is clamped too tightly by the limiting column 33 or a small gap is formed between the limiting column 33 and the bathtub, which may affect the accuracy of trimming and punching the bathtub, and in order to solve the problem, the invention realizes a certain adjustment of a part of the limiting column 33 through a spring return mechanism.
Specifically, the limiting column 33 positioned at one side of the front side and the rear side of the bathtub is fixedly arranged on the supporting platform 32, and the limiting column 33 at the other side is adjustably arranged on the supporting platform 32 through the spring resetting mechanism 7; the limiting columns 33 positioned on the left side and the right side of the bathtub are fixedly arranged on the supporting platform 32, and the limiting columns 33 on the other side are adjustably arranged on the supporting platform 32 through the spring resetting mechanism 7. The limiting column on one side in the front and back of the bathtub is fixed, the other side is adjustable, namely one side is fixed, one side is adjustable, the reset adjustment can be realized, the stability of the whole structure is strong, and the same mode is adopted on the left and the right of the bathtub in the same way, and the same purpose is realized.
The spring return mechanism 7 comprises a fixing block 71 arranged on the lower surface of the supporting platform 32, a shaft rod 72 penetrating through the fixing block 71, a return spring 73 sleeved outside the shaft rod 72, and a locking piece 74 preventing the return spring 73 from popping out, wherein the lower end of the limiting column 33 penetrates out of the supporting platform 32 and is fixedly connected with the shaft rod 72, and the limiting column 33 and the spring are respectively arranged on two sides of the fixing block 71. The locking member 74 is preferably a nut, which is in threaded connection with the shaft 72, and the compression amount of the return spring can be adjusted by the nut, so that the adjustment range of the limit post 33 can be adjusted.

Claims (10)

1. A bathtub edge-cutting punch is characterized by comprising:
a conveyor line for transporting the bathtub;
the positioning mechanism is arranged below the conveying line and comprises a base and a supporting platform which is arranged on the base and used for supporting the surface of an opening of the bathtub, a plurality of limiting columns which are arranged around the periphery of a processing position for processing the bathtub are arranged on the supporting platform, and the limiting columns which are arranged in the conveying direction of the bathtub and positioned on at least one side of the front side and the rear side of the processing position can reciprocate along the conveying direction of the bathtub; the limiting column positioned on at least one of the left side and the right side of the processing position can reciprocate along the direction vertical to the bathtub conveying direction;
in the conveying direction of the bathtub, the limiting columns positioned on one side of the front side and the rear side of the processing position are fixedly arranged on the supporting platform, and the limiting column on the other side is adjustably arranged on the supporting platform through a spring resetting mechanism; or
In the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the bathtub, the limiting columns positioned on the left side and the right side of the bathtub are fixedly arranged on the supporting platform, and the limiting columns on the other side are adjustably arranged on the supporting platform through a spring resetting mechanism;
the mechanical arms are used for mounting the machining tool and driving the machining tool to move along a set path;
the conveyor line may be lowered to drop the bath onto a support platform or the positioning mechanism may be raised to jack the support platform up the bath.

The bathtub edge-trimming punch according to claim 1, wherein the conveying line comprises an input conveying line, a processing conveying line and an output conveying line which are arranged at intervals in sequence along the conveying direction of the bathtub, the positioning mechanism is arranged below the processing conveying line, and the processing conveying line is arranged in a lifting manner.
3. The bathtub edge-trimming punch of claim 1, wherein the support platform is directly fixedly mounted to the base, and the restraint post is movable relative to the support platform; alternatively, the support platform is movably mounted to the base.

The bathtub edge-trimming punch according to claim 1, wherein the positioning mechanism further comprises at least two mounting beams mounted on the base, the plurality of supporting platforms are provided and are disposed around the machining station, each supporting platform is provided with at least 1 limiting column, and the supporting platforms are mounted on the mounting beams through a movable base.

The bathtub edge-trimming punch according to claim 4, wherein the mounting beams are vertically mounted on the base, the length direction of the mounting beams is the same as the bathtub conveying direction, the two mounting beams positioned on the outermost side can reciprocate in the direction perpendicular to the bathtub conveying direction, and the moving base positioned on at least one side of the front and rear of the machining position can reciprocate in the length direction of the mounting beams.

The bathtub edge-trimming punch according to claim 5, wherein the number of the mounting beams is three, each mounting beam is provided with two moving seats, the supporting platforms installed on the two outermost mounting beams are corner supporting platforms, each corner supporting platform is provided with at least two limiting posts for limiting the movement of the adjacent side walls of the bathtub, and the supporting platform installed on the middle mounting beam is a side supporting platform.

The bathtub edge-cutting hole puncher of claim 4, wherein the number of the supporting platforms is at least four, wherein four supporting platforms are corner supporting platforms, the four corner supporting platforms are respectively arranged at four corner positions of the machining station, and each corner supporting platform is provided with at least two limiting columns which are respectively used for limiting the movement of the adjacent side walls of the bathtub; the outer edge of the supporting platform for supporting four corner positions of the bathtub is in an arc shape.

The bathtub edge-trimming punch according to claim 1, wherein the input conveyor line is provided with centering plates on both sides thereof, the centering plates being reciprocally movable in a direction perpendicular to a conveying direction of the bathtub, the bathtub edge-trimming punch further comprising a press rod provided directly above the processing station bathtub and being arranged to be elevated.

The bathtub edge-cutting punch of claim 1, wherein the spring return mechanism comprises a fixing block mounted on the lower surface of the supporting platform, a shaft rod penetrating through the fixing block, a return spring sleeved outside the shaft rod, and a locking member for preventing the return spring from springing out, the lower end of the limit post penetrates through the supporting platform and is fixedly connected with the shaft rod, and the limit post and the return spring are respectively disposed on two sides of the fixing block.
