The side support platform 32b is generally disposed on a side of the bathtub in the length direction, and the width direction is relatively short, so that the limitation can be realized through the corresponding limitation posts on the corner support posts, however, the invention is not limited to being disposed only in the length direction, and the direction and the number of the side support platforms can be selected according to the specific model and the size of the bathtub.
According to the invention, the corner support platform 32a is provided with the two limiting columns, and the two limiting columns respectively limit the adjacent side walls of the bathtub, namely, the limiting of the bathtub in two vertical directions can be realized through one corner support platform 32a, so that the structure can be simplified, and the stability supported by the corner support platform 32a is higher.
As a further preferred embodiment of the support platform 32, the outer edges of the support platform 32 for supporting the four corner positions of the tub are rounded, where the outer edges refer to the support platform 32 at the side wall portions of the tub. When the bathtub edge cutting procedure is carried out, the cutting tool needs to turn once, if the supporting platform 32 adopts a square structure, the corner of the supporting platform 32 is relatively protruded, the installation shaft for installing the cutting tool easily touches the corner of the supporting platform 32, namely, the path of the cutting tool is influenced, and the outer edge of the supporting platform 32 is arranged in an arc shape, namely, the distance between the outer edge of the supporting platform 32 and the bathtub side wall to be cut is shorter than the distance between the corner and the bathtub side wall, and the installation shaft of the cutting tool cannot collide with the supporting platform 32 when the cutting tool passes through the corner of the bathtub.
It should be noted that, even if the same type of bathtub has a certain deviation due to the error dimension during the processing, the standard is possibly relatively large or relatively small, and the movement of the mounting beam 34 and the supporting platform 32 is set according to the type of bathtub, at this time, the bathtub is easily clamped by the limiting post 33 or a small gap is formed between the limiting post 33 and the bathtub, which affects the accuracy of cutting edges and punching of the bathtub.
Specifically, the limit posts 33 on one side of the bathtub are fixedly arranged on the support platform 32, and the limit posts 33 on the other side are adjustably arranged on the support platform 32 through the spring return mechanism 7; the limiting columns 33 positioned on one side of the bathtub are fixedly arranged on the supporting platform 32, and the limiting columns 33 on the other side are adjustably arranged on the supporting platform 32 through the spring return mechanism 7. The limiting columns on one side of the bathtub are fixed, the other side of the bathtub is adjustable, namely one side of the bathtub is fixed, and one side of the bathtub is adjustable, so that reset adjustment can be realized, the stability of the whole structure of the bathtub is high, and the bathtub is left and right in the same way, and the same purpose is realized.
The spring return mechanism 7 comprises a fixed block 71 arranged on the lower surface of the supporting platform 32, a shaft rod 72 penetrating through the fixed block 71, a return spring 73 sleeved outside the shaft rod 72, and a locking piece 74 preventing the return spring 73 from being ejected out, the lower end of the limit post 33 penetrates out of the supporting platform 32 and is fixedly connected with the shaft rod 72, and the limit post 33 and the spring are respectively arranged on two sides of the fixed block 71. The locking member 74 is preferably a nut, which is screwed with the shaft 72, and the compression amount of the return spring can be adjusted by the nut, so as to adjust the adjusting range of the limit post 33.

Claims (7)

1. A bathtub cut-to-edge punch, comprising:
a conveyor line for transporting the bathtub;
the positioning mechanism comprises a base and a supporting platform which is arranged on the base and used for supporting the surface of an opening of the bathtub, a plurality of limiting columns which are arranged around the periphery of the bathtub are arranged on the supporting platform, and the limiting columns which are arranged in the conveying direction of the bathtub and are positioned on at least one of the front side and the rear side of the bathtub can reciprocate along the conveying direction of the bathtub; the limiting posts positioned on at least one of the left side and the right side of the bathtub can reciprocate along the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the bathtub;
in the conveying direction of the bathtub, the limit posts on one side of the bathtub are fixedly arranged on the supporting platform, and the limit posts on the other side of the bathtub are adjustably arranged on the supporting platform through a spring reset mechanism; or (b)
In the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the bathtub, limiting columns positioned on one side of the bathtub are fixedly arranged on the supporting platform, and limiting columns on the other side of the bathtub are adjustably arranged on the supporting platform through a spring reset mechanism;
the at least two manipulators are used for installing the machining tool and driving the machining tool to move along a set path;
when the bathtub is transferred to the upper part of the positioning mechanism, the conveying line descends until the bathtub falls on the supporting platform, or the positioning mechanism ascends until the supporting platform jacks up the bathtub;
the positioning mechanism further comprises at least two mounting beams mounted on the base, a plurality of support platforms are arranged, the support platforms are arranged around the bathtub, at least 1 limit column is arranged on each support platform, and the support platforms are mounted on the mounting beams through movable seats;
the mounting beams are vertically arranged on the base, the length direction of the mounting beams is the same as the conveying direction of the bathtub, the two mounting beams positioned at the outermost side can reciprocate along the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the bathtub, and the movable seat positioned at least one side of the front and rear sides of the bathtub can reciprocate along the length direction of the mounting beams; the installation roof beam is equipped with three, all is equipped with two on every installation roof beam and removes the seat, installs the supporting platform on two installation roof beams in the outside for corner supporting platform, is equipped with at least two spacing posts that are used for restricting the adjacent lateral wall of bathtub removal respectively on every corner supporting platform, installs the supporting platform in middle installation roof beam for side supporting platform.

The bathtub edge-cutting puncher of claim 1, wherein the conveying line comprises an input conveying line, a processing conveying line and an output conveying line which are sequentially arranged at intervals along the conveying direction of the bathtub, the positioning mechanism is arranged below the processing conveying line, and the processing conveying line is arranged in a lifting manner.

The bathtub edge-cutting puncher of claim 1, wherein the support platform is fixedly mounted directly to the base, and the limit post is movable relative to the support platform when the support platform is one; when the support platform is a plurality of support platforms, the support platform is movably arranged on the base.

The bathtub edge-cutting puncher of claim 1, wherein the mounting beam is transversely mounted on the base, the length direction of the mounting beam is perpendicular to the bathtub conveying direction, two mounting beams positioned at the outermost side can reciprocate along the bathtub conveying direction, and a moving seat positioned at least one side of the left and right sides of the bathtub can reciprocate along the length direction of the mounting beam; the displacement of the limit posts on the front side and the rear side of the bathtub is realized by the movement of the mounting beam.

The bathtub edge-cutting perforating machine according to claim 1, wherein the number of the supporting platforms is at least four, wherein the four supporting platforms are corner supporting platforms, the four corner supporting platforms are respectively arranged at four corner positions of the bathtub, and each corner supporting platform is provided with at least two limiting columns respectively used for limiting the movement of the adjacent side walls of the bathtub; the outer edges of the supporting platforms for supporting the four corner positions of the bathtub are arc-shaped.

The bathtub edge-cutting puncher of claim 1, wherein the two sides of the input conveyor line are provided with centering plates which can reciprocate along a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the bathtub, and the bathtub edge-cutting puncher further comprises a pressing rod which is arranged right above the bathtub and can be lifted.

The bathtub edge-cutting puncher of claim 1, wherein the spring return mechanism comprises a fixed block arranged on the lower surface of the supporting platform, a shaft rod penetrating through the fixed block, a return spring sleeved outside the shaft rod and a locking piece for preventing the return spring from being ejected out, the lower end of the limit post penetrates out of the supporting platform and is fixedly connected with the shaft rod, and the limit post and the return spring are respectively arranged on two sides of the fixed block.
