2) A foam generator is added on a spunlace non-woven fabric production line, and the spunlace non-woven fabric produced is soaked in foaming essence for three times, so that the gram weight of the spunlace non-woven fabric reaches three times of the original weight;
3) Conveying the soaked spunlace non-woven fabric into a chain type drying furnace, and drying for 4 hours by using hot air at 160 ℃;
4) And standing the dried non-woven fabric for cooling to room temperature to obtain a face washing towel, cutting the face washing towel into a proper size by using a cutting machine, and discharging after packaging.
The spunlace nonwoven fabric is immediately soaked and dried with essence after production is finished, the production process is continuous and uninterrupted, bacterial pollution is avoided, and the whole process is safe and sanitary; the essence is soaked on the non-woven fabric after being foamed, so that the quality can be strictly controlled, and the problem of excessive coating is avoided.

1) Mixing the ingredients according to a certain ratio and uniformly stirring to prepare essence;
2) Soaking the non-woven fabric in the essence for three times to make the gram weight of the non-woven fabric three times of the original gram weight;
3) Drying with 160 deg.C hot air;
4) And (5) standing, cooling and cutting to obtain the face washing towel.
