Abstract
The invention discloses a chitosan oligosaccharide handmade soap and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of preparation of handmade soaps. The composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of soap base, 5-15 parts of chitosan oligosaccharide and 10-20 parts of plant essential oil. The plant essential oil is selected from one or more of oleum Olivarum, oleum Cocois, avocado oil, oleum Armeniacae amarum, shea butter, oleum Camelliae Japonicae, cacao butter, grapeseed oil, oleum Lini, macadamia nut oil or oleum Rosae Davuricae. In the raw materials selected by the invention, the chitosan oligosaccharide can obviously eliminate the oxygen anion free radicals of the human body, activate the cells of the organism, delay senility, inhibit the breeding of harmful bacteria on the surface of the skin and have beneficial moisturizing performance, thus being the basic raw material in the field of daily chemicals. The chitosan oligosaccharide has water solubility, is convenient to use, has remarkable effect of inhibiting putrefying bacteria, and has multiple functions. The prior art gives the handmade soap multiple functions, but after the handmade soap is used, the problems of skin chapping, tight skin and the like still exist, so the antibacterial and moisturizing effects of the handmade soap in the prior art need to be further improved.

The handmade soap is prepared by using any one or a mixture of several of pure plant essential oils, such as olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, sweet almond oil, shea butter, camellia oil, cocoa butter, grape seed oil, linseed oil, macadamia nut oil, rose hip seed oil and other natural plant essential oils, chitosan oligosaccharide and soap base together, and has the functions of resisting bacteria and cleaning skin.
The above preferred plant essential oil is a mixture of olive oil, sweet almond oil and macadamia nut oil.
The olive oil, the sweet almond oil and the macadamia nut oil have a synergistic effect with the chitosan oligosaccharide and the soap base, and the good water solubility of the chitosan oligosaccharide can obviously improve the moisture of the sweet almond oil and the skin, so that the effects of moistening the skin and resisting bacteria are achieved together.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
the invention adopts pure natural vegetable oil, the vegetable oil contains a large amount of nutrient substances which do not participate in saponification, and the components can permeate into skin through pores when in use, thereby achieving the effect of cleaning and maintaining simultaneously.

Example 6:
40 parts of soap base, 10 parts of chitosan oligosaccharide, 5 parts of olive oil, 5 parts of sweet almond oil and 5 parts of macadamia nut oil.
The preparation methods of the above examples 1 to 6 are all as follows:
step one, heating the soap base at the temperature of 55-65 ℃ to melt the soap base into a liquid state;
step two, adding chitosan oligosaccharide and plant essential oil into the liquid soap base obtained in the step one, and stirring at the temperature of 60-65 ℃ for 3-5 min to obtain mixed liquid;

Comparative example 2:

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
step one, heating the soap base at the temperature of 55-65 ℃ to melt the soap base into a liquid state;
step two, adding chitosan oligosaccharide into the liquid soap base obtained in the step one, and stirring at 60-65 ℃ for 3-5 min to obtain a mixed liquid;
and step three, pouring the mixed liquid into a mold, and demolding after the mixed liquid in the mold is completely solidified to obtain the chitosan oligosaccharide handmade soap.
The handmade soaps prepared in examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1 and 2 were tested.
Test example I, user experience testing
Test subjects: 80 healthy volunteers (40 each for men and women) aged between 20-25 years.
Test materials: handmade soaps prepared according to examples 1-6 of the present invention and comparative examples 1-2.
The test method comprises the following steps:
80 subjects were randomly divided into 8 groups, and each group was washed on the inner side of the arm to which the BB cream was applied using the handmade soaps prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 2, every 8 hours, 2 times per day, and continuously used for 2 weeks. The subjects scored the cleanliness and irritation of the skin after use and the foam properties (0-10 points, higher score indicates good cleaning effect)

and S3, pouring the mixed liquid into a mould, and demoulding after the mixed liquid in the mould is completely solidified to obtain the chitosan oligosaccharide handmade soap.
