Tea oil handmade soap and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily washing and caring articles, in particular to a tea oil handmade soap and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The handmade soap is made up by using natural oil and alkali liquor and adopting manual process. Basically as a result of the saponification of the oil and fat with the alkaline solution. The handmade soap can be used for washing face and bathing. The hand soap has fine and rich foam and can thoroughly remove oil stains in the deep pores. The skin is moistened, glossy and elastic.
With the continuous progress of modern science and technology, the side effect of daily chemicals is particularly prominent, people are increasingly conscious of health and environmental protection, green and natural handmade soap is more and more popular with consumers, a plurality of handmade soaps and processing technologies thereof are produced, the handmade soap contains natural glycerin, has a good moisturizing effect and is very mild to skin, the existing handmade soap has single effect and cost and is mainly used for cleaning, but the handmade soap cannot meet the pursuit of other effects except for skin cleaning of consumers.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: aiming at the problems, the invention provides the tea oil handmade soap which is good in skin moistening effect and suitable in hardness of the handmade soap prepared by the preparation method and the preparation method of the tea oil handmade soap.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the formula is as follows: the tea oil handmade soap comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 portions of soap base, 150 portions of lauric acid, 0.5 portion to 0.8 portion of stearic acid, 1 portion to 2 portions of olive oil, 1 portion to 2 portions of palm oil, 0.7 portion to 0.9 portion of avocado oil and 1 portion to 3 portions of tea oil.
Furthermore, the handmade soap also comprises 0.3-0.5 weight part of sweet almond oil.
Further, the handmade soap also comprises 0.03-0.05 weight part of sucrose ester.
Further, the handmade soap comprises the following components in parts by weight: 120 parts of soap base, 0.6 part of lauric acid, 0.07 part of stearic acid, 1.5 parts of olive oil, 1.5 parts of palm oil, 0.8 part of avocado oil and 2 parts of tea oil.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: a preparation method of the tea oil handmade soap comprises the following steps:
(1) heating the soap base at 40-45 ℃ to melt the soap base into a liquid state;
(2) adding stearic acid into the liquid soap base and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed liquid;
(3) adding lauric acid, olive oil, palm oil, avocado oil and tea oil into the mixed liquid, and uniformly stirring to obtain a semi-finished product;
(4) pouring the semi-finished product into a mould, and demoulding after the semi-finished product in the mould is completely solidified to obtain the tea oil handmade soap.
Further, sweet almond oil is added in the step (3) according to the mixture ratio.
Further, sucrose ester is added in the step (3) according to the mixture ratio.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the tea oil handmade soap and the preparation method thereof, when the handmade soap is prepared, lauric acid, olive oil, palm oil, avocado oil and tea oil are added, so that the effects of whitening, moistening, aging prevention, allergy resistance, acne removal, freckle removal and the like of the tea oil can be effectively exerted, a proper amount of stearic acid is added, the curing of the handmade soap can be accelerated, the hardness of the handmade soap can be effectively increased, and the use performance of the handmade soap can be greatly improved.
The main raw materials used in the present invention are described as follows:
camellia seeds: is the fruit of the oil-tea tree. The camellia oleifera is a main woody oil tree in China, is known as an "east tree", belongs to a camellia family, belongs to a evergreen small tree, and is a unique woody plant oil resource in China; the tree is 3-6 m high, the diameter at breast height can reach 24-30 cm, and the bark is smooth and grey brown. The camellia oleifera tree grows with single leaf and flower is in amphoteric white, and fruits can be ripe within 10 months of the next year after blooming for 10 months, so that the camellia oleifera tree has rare flower and fruit homologous phenomenon; the fruit is capsule, mostly elliptical and has fine hair; the seeds are mostly yellow brown, glossy and triangular; the tea-oil tree grows in a deep mountain, absorbs natural nutrients, is evergreen and has long life, and the tree age can reach more than 200 years.
Tea oil: the camellia seed kernel is obtained by cleaning, air drying (at a temperature lower than 100 ℃), shelling, selecting seeds, sterilizing, and squeezing at 20-50 ℃, and has abundant active substances, usually containing 200mg/Kg of vitamin E, 30mg/Kg of sterol, and 100mg/Kg of squalene.
Avocado oil: the avocado oil is suitable for people with dry and aged skin, eczema and psoriasis. The avocado oil can be easily absorbed by deep tissues, can effectively soften the skin tissues, has obvious skin moisturizing effect, can relieve the symptoms of eczema and psoriasis, and is particularly suitable for aged skin.
Olive oil: the olive oil is rich in oleic acid which is a monounsaturated fatty acid, and also contains vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, antioxidant and the like. Olive oil is considered as the oil most suitable for human nutrition among the oils and fats found so far. The monounsaturated fatty acid can not only supply heat energy to human body, but also adjust the proportion of high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in human plasma, increase the level of high-density lipoprotein HDL (good cholesterol) in human body and reduce the level of low-density lipoprotein LDL (bad cholesterol), thereby preventing the excess of cholesterol in human body.
Palm oil: palm oil, also known as palm oil and palm oil, is a nondrying oil extracted from the pericarp of oil palm fruit; the proper amount of the soap is matched in the formula of the handmade soap, so that the hardness of the finished product can be increased, the handmade soap is more stable, and the storage time is effectively prolonged.
Lauric acid: typical amphipathic molecules have distinct affinities at the head and tail. The molecular head is polar gene and hydrophilic. The tail part is a hydrocarbon chain and is lipophilic. When the water and oil soap is mixed, the amphiphilic molecules are automatically assembled into a layer. The tail end of the molecule points to the head of the oil and points to the water.
Sweet almond: has good skin-friendly property, good functions of moistening and softening skin, can restore the skin to be smooth and delicate, and can effectively eliminate striae gravidarum if being used for a long time.
Sucrose ester: the nonionic surfactant is a nonionic surfactant with excellent performance, has good emulsification effect on oil and water, can reduce surface tension, and has good dispersion, solubilization, lubrication, permeation, foaming, viscosity regulation, aging prevention, antibacterial and other performances.
