The scrub cream is a two-in-one bath and scrub cream, and after the scrub cream is used, a shower gel is not used, so that the scrub cream is convenient to use; the prepared scrub cream is fine and smooth, has the same state as ice cream effect, is softer when being used, and cannot generate stabbing pain.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetic production, in particular to an ice cream appearance texture scrub cream and a manufacturing process thereof.
Background
Scrub is a cleansing product containing fine, uniform particles. The skin care product is mainly used for removing dirt in deep skin, can peel aged scaly cutin by rubbing on the skin, removes dead skin, and can enable the skin to be more fine, smooth and elastic. In addition, the product also has the effects of removing dandruff, relieving itching, massaging scalp, relaxing, expelling toxin, moistening and nourishing skin, and the like.
The common scrub cream only plays a role of sanding, after the scrub cream is used, people feel that oil esters of the body are not cleaned, or feel that the body of the scrub cream has residues on the skin to cause sticky skin, so that people can use the shower gel to clean the scrub cream again after the scrub cream is used, and the scrub cream is inconvenient to use.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention aims to provide an ice cream appearance texture scrub cream and a preparation process thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is that the ice cream appearance texture scrub cream comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of glycerin, 28-32 parts of disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate, 9-15 parts of sodium lauroyl isethionate, 0.5-2 parts of plant frosted particles, 3-6 parts of fine silica frosted particles, 4-6 parts of sorbitol, 2-6 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1-3 parts of grafted starch, 0.5-2 parts of sodium lauroyl glutamate, 1-2.5 parts of sodium chloride, 0.5-2 parts of water-soluble oil ester, 0.5-1.5 parts of water-soluble jojoba ester wax, 0.0-0.15 part of menthol, 0.5-1 part of preservative, 0.1 part of cherry flower extract, 0.1 part of tremella polysaccharide, 0.1 part of dog rose fruit extract, 0.1 part of hawthorn fruit extract, 0.1 part of cherry extract and the balance of water.
The formula selects two types of anionic surfactants with mild and abundant foam as main surfactants, namely disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate and sodium lauroyl isethionate, wherein:
a disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate surfactant,is a mild anionic surfactant, has very mild irritation to skin and eyes, and can reduce irritation when being compounded with other surfactants. He had good foaming properties, was easy to rinse, and left a soft and slippery feel after rinsing.
A sodium lauroyl isethionate surfactant,is an esterification product of isethionic acid and natural fatty acid, and is a completely naturally degradable green raw material. The anionic surfactant has mild property and low irritation to skin and eyes, can be compounded with other anionic surfactants, and can obviously reduce the irritation of the anionic surfactants to the skin. The foaming performance is good, the oil resistance is very excellent, compact and stable foam is generated, and the stability of the foam can be improved in a solution with coexisting soap and hard water.
A process for making ice cream appearance texture scrub cream comprises the following steps:
step 1, preparation: cleaning equipment for later use, mixing glycerol and grafted starch together, and uniformly dispersing;
step 2, adding sodium lauroyl isethionate, disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate, sodium lauroyl glutamate, sorbitol, water-soluble jojoba ester wax and water into a specially customized main emulsifying pot, heating to 88-90 ℃, preserving heat for 15 minutes, and slowly stirring until the sodium lauroyl isethionate, disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate, sodium lauroyl glutamate, sorbitol, water-soluble jojoba ester wax and water are completely dissolved (proper low-speed homogenization is performed);
step 3, taking a small amount of liquid, observing no particles, adding sodium chloride, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding fine silica abrasive particles and plant abrasive particles, stirring and dispersing uniformly, adding cocamidopropyl betaine, stirring uniformly, keeping the temperature at 85 ℃ for 10 minutes, and cooling;
step 4, stirring until the temperature is reduced to 65 ℃, adding a preservative, a cherry blossom extract, tremella polysaccharide, a rosa canina fruit extract, a hawthorn fruit extract and a cherry extract, and uniformly stirring;
and 5, discharging after the inspection is qualified, stirring and filling under the condition of heat preservation (the temperature is controlled to be 56-60 ℃), standing at normal temperature for 12 hours, and forming solid paste.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the scrub cream is a two-in-one bath and scrub cream, and after the scrub cream is used, a shower gel is not used, so that the scrub cream is convenient to use; the prepared scrub cream is fine and smooth, has the same state as ice cream effect, is softer when being used, and cannot generate stabbing pain.
