(4) adding the rest components, stirring, and dispersing.
According to the invention, through a special process structure design, the towel body is composed of the adsorption layers and the external contact layers adhered to the two side surfaces of the adsorption layers, the adsorption layers are positioned on each layer from inside to outside, and the essence for cleaning, beautifying and caring skin is adsorbed and locked layer by layer; .

After being absorbed deeply by the absorption layer, the absorption layer and the external contact layer are reinforced into a whole by a hot baking method, so that the functional towel has the functions of absorbing, cleaning, beautifying and protecting skin essence, and the two surfaces of the functional towel respectively have the functions of absorbing dust and dirt on the face and cleaning, beautifying and protecting the skin. The functional towel can adsorb dust and dirt on the face, and the skin care cleaning stock solution is contained in the towel body, so that the use is simple and convenient, and the skin is clean, dry, smooth, not tight and skin-care after the face is cleaned by one functional towel. The functional towel can be used as a face washing towel for daily use, is particularly suitable for acne patients, is beneficial to inhibiting bacterial breeding and preventing infection, and is sanitary and convenient; meanwhile, after the buttocks of the baby are cleaned, the skin care effect can be achieved, so that the buttocks are far away from the red buttocks, the baby diaper is sanitary, environment-friendly, convenient and quick, the problems that the wiping function is single, the cleaning and skin care cannot be met, the carrying is convenient, and the multi-purpose use is realized in the prior art are solved.

5. The cleansing liquid containing skin care efficacy degerming cleaning towel according to claim 1, wherein the skin care essence comprises one or more of a solvent, a thickener, a surfactant, a chelating agent, an amino acid, hydrolyzed collagen, a preservative and a perfume.

The degerming cleaning towel with the skin care effect and containing cleaning liquid according to claim 5, wherein the skin care essence comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-80% of solvent, 0.05-0.2% of thickening agent, 10-40% of surfactant, 0.05-0.2% of chelating agent, 0.1-0.5% of amino acid, 0.05-0.2% of hydrolyzed collagen, 0.1-0.5% of preservative and 0.05-0.2% of essence.
7. The cleansing liquid containing skin care efficacy antiseptic cleansing wipe of claim 5, wherein said surfactant is selected from one or more of decyl glucoside, sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate, caprylyl/caprylyl propyl betaine, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, sodium isostearoyl lactylate.
8. The cleansing liquid containing skin care efficacy antiseptic cleansing towel according to any one of claim 5, wherein the amino acid is selected from one or more of wheat amino acid, soybean amino acid, arginine, serine, threonine.
9. The cleansing liquid containing skin care efficacy antibacterial cleaning towel according to any one of claims 5-8, wherein the skin care essence is prepared by the following method:
(1) adding the thickening agent into the solvent, and uniformly stirring and dispersing;
(2) adding chelating agent, and stirring for 10 min;
(3) adding surfactant, amino acid and hydrolyzed collagen, stirring and dispersing uniformly;
(4) adding the rest components, stirring, and dispersing.
10. The preparation method of the cleansing liquid-containing skin care efficacy antibacterial cleaning towel according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) respectively introducing the external contact layer and the adsorption layer into a liquid passing machine, and soaking in the skin care essence;
(2) rolling and forming the soaked external contact layer and the adsorption layer according to the external contact layer, the adsorption layer and the external contact layer in sequence;
(3) the external contact layer is heated and dried under the high-temperature infrared condition, so that the skin care essence on the external contact layer quickly permeates into the internal adsorption layer, and the aim of quickly curing the skin care essence is fulfilled;
