Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of pet health, in particular to a hair bulb remover for improving gastrointestinal health of pets and a preparation method thereof.
Background
When the cat and dog pets comb own hairs at ordinary times, the hairs are easy to eat into intestines and stomach, especially the cat and dog pets comb own hairs with the tongue for a long time, and the hairs falling off from the body enter the body at the same time. Some hair can be discharged out of the body through vomiting or excretion, but some hair can be clustered and accumulated in the body, and because the body of a pet does not have enzymes for digesting hair, the clustered hair bulbs are difficult to discharge out of the body, and the pet is easy to suffer from symptoms of hair bulbs, such as frequent vomiting, constipation, even abdominal swelling, no appetite and the like.
In the market, the purpose of lubricating intestinal tracts is achieved mainly by feeding mineral oil or hydrogenated vegetable oil and the like to the pets, so that the pets can be helped to discharge the hair balls out of the body. However, these oils are easy to cause intestinal irritation of pets, and long-term intake of mineral oil can hinder the ability of pets to absorb fat-soluble vitamins, resulting in deficiency of vitamin a, and long-term intake of hydrogenated vegetable oil can easily cause obesity, high cholesterol and even heart disease of pets.
The keratin has stable structure and extremely strong hydrophobicity, and animal endogenous protease is difficult to effectively degrade. The characteristic that keratinase can specifically degrade keratin attracts attention of a plurality of researchers, but the most suitable pH value of keratinase is 7.5-10, and the effect of degrading keratin cannot be exerted in the gastrointestinal environment of dogs and cats.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to provide a product capable of effectively degrading keratin in a cat and dog pet, the application provides a hair bulb remover for improving gastrointestinal health of the pet and a preparation method thereof.
A hair bulb remover for improving gastrointestinal health of pets, comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20% of bacillus subtilis fermentation product, 2-5% of synergistic accelerator, 3-6% of stabilizer and 75-85% of carrier.
According to the hair bulb remover disclosed by the application, the bacillus subtilis fermentation product is innovatively added, and the bacillus subtilis fermentation product has higher keratinase activity and better acid resistance, so that the hair bulb remover can keep better stability in intestines and stomach of dogs and cats, can be specifically combined with keratin in hair, plays a role in degrading keratin in hair bulbs, can help to improve intestines and stomach health of dogs and promote digestion and absorption. The synergistic accelerator can promote the bacillus subtilis fermentation product to play a role in degrading keratin in the hair bulb, the stabilizer can help to maintain the activity stability of the bacillus subtilis fermentation product in the gastrointestinal tract of dogs and cats, and the bacillus subtilis fermentation product, the synergistic accelerator and the stabilizer are matched to promote the hair bulb in the intestines and stomach of dogs to be discharged in a digestion and excretion mode, so that the condition that the dogs and cats vomit to discharge the hair bulb is reduced, and the occurrence of pet hair bulb can be effectively prevented.
The hair bulb remover consists of a bacillus subtilis fermentation product, a synergist, a stabilizer and a carrier, does not contain mineral oil or vegetable oil components, and is not easy to stimulate intestines and stomach of pets.
Preferably, the preparation method of the bacillus subtilis fermentation product comprises the following steps:
acid-resistant bacillus subtilis culture: inoculating bacillus subtilis into nutrient agar culture medium, shake culturing at 36.5-37.5deg.C for 24-48 hr, collecting 10-20% dilution of bacillus subtilis, adjusting pH to 2.5-3.5, and standing culturing at 36.5-37.5deg.C for 36-48 hr to obtain acid-resistant bacillus subtilis.
Preparation of bacillus subtilis fermentation products: adding mixture of cat hair and dog hair, calcium gluconate and Yucca extract into fermentation medium, sterilizing, inoculating Bacillus subtilis, culturing at 40-50deg.C for fermentation, oven drying the fermentation product, pulverizing, sieving to obtain Bacillus subtilis fermentation product, and refrigerating.
In the preparation process of the bacillus subtilis fermentation product, the bacillus subtilis is firstly cultured in an acidic environment with a low pH value to obtain the bacillus subtilis with high acid resistance, then the bacillus subtilis with high acid resistance is used as a strain, calcium gluconate and yucca extract are added into a culture medium, so that the keratinase is not easy to degrade and inactivate under the acidic condition, the acid resistance of the keratinase is enhanced, the yield of the keratinase is improved, and the inactivation rate of the bacillus subtilis fermentation product under the acidic condition is obviously reduced.
Preferably, sodium chloride 0.04-0.06%, calcium gluconate 0.02-0.04%, yucca extract 0.01-0.03%, and mixture of cat hair and dog hair 1-2% are added into 1000ml water, and pH is adjusted to 5.5-6.5.
Under the environment, the keratinase generated by the fermentation of the bacillus subtilis has higher activity of decomposing the keratinase in the hair, and meanwhile, the keratinase has better acid resistance, so that the pet hair can be effectively degraded, and the pet hair accumulated in the stomach and intestine can be degraded and excreted out of the body.
Preferably, in the preparation step of the bacillus subtilis fermentation product, the fermentation culture time is 72-96 hours.
Preferably, the synergistic accelerator is one or two of vitamin C and taurine.
Preferably, the synergistic accelerator is taurine with the mass percentage of at least 3 percent.
The activity of keratinase in the fermentation product of bacillus subtilis is improved to a certain extent by adding vitamin C and taurine, and the degradation effect of pet hair is improved, wherein the activity of keratinase is improved to a larger extent by independently adding taurine with the mass percent of at least 3%, which indicates that the activity effect of keratinase is obvious by improving the activity of keratinase by taurine.
Preferably, the stabilizer is one or more of calcium lactate, calcium biphosphate and calcium carbonate.
Preferably, the stabilizer is a combination of calcium dihydrogen phosphate and calcium lactate according to a mass ratio of 2-3:1.
The calcium lactate, the monocalcium phosphate and the calcium carbonate can enhance the stability of the keratinase, and after the monocalcium phosphate and the calcium lactate are matched in a certain proportion, the activity of the keratinase in a stronger acid environment is improved, and the keratinase can play a better role in an acid condition.
Preferably, the carrier is defatted rice bran.
The defatted rice bran, the bacillus subtilis fermentation product, the synergistic accelerator and the stabilizer have good uniform dispersibility, and the defatted rice bran can be used as a carrier to enable the bacillus subtilis fermentation product to contact with pet hair, so that the effect of degrading keratin in the pet hair by the bacillus subtilis fermentation product is promoted.
A preparation method of hair bulb remover for improving gastrointestinal health of pets comprises mixing 10-20% of bacillus subtilis fermentation product, 2-5% of synergistic accelerator, 3-6% of stabilizer and 75-85% of carrier, dispersing uniformly, and granulating to obtain hair bulb remover for improving gastrointestinal health of pets.
In summary, the application has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the hair bulb remover disclosed by the application, the bacillus subtilis fermentation product is innovatively added, and the bacillus subtilis fermentation product has higher keratinase activity and better acid resistance, so that the hair bulb remover can keep better stability in intestines and stomach of dogs and cats, can be specifically combined with keratin in hair, plays a role in degrading keratin in hair bulbs, can help to improve intestines and stomach health of dogs and promote digestion and absorption.
