Abstract
本公开涉及一种平板探测器,包括衬底基板,以及阵列排布于衬底基板上的多个探测区域,每个探测区域沿着远离衬底基板的方向依次设置由光敏传感器和光学结构;光学结构包括聚光单元和滤光单元,聚光单元用于接收激光源发出的近红外光和环境光,并进行聚光,滤光单元用于遮挡环境光,并透过近红外光;光敏传感器,包括非晶硅光电二极管和薄膜晶体管,非晶硅光电二极管用于将滤光单元透过的近红外光转换为电信号,薄膜晶体管用于将电信号输出至读取信号线;光学结构在衬底基板上的正投影完全覆盖光敏传感器在衬底基板上的正投影,且光学结构在平行于衬底基板的方向上的截面积大于对应的光敏传感器在平行于衬底基板的方向上的截面积。
