本发明公开了一种锦纶石墨烯抗静电面料的制备方法,包括,织造、染整、压光、涂层、水洗和成型;使用15D‑70D锦纶纤维和锦纶石墨烯混纺纤维原料进行织造,本发明加入锦纶石墨烯纤维,减少静电压半衰期、表面电阻率、摩擦电荷面密度和摩擦带点电压,有效防止静电产生,从而消除静电现象,多次水洗后,抗静电数值保持很好,使得面料手感柔软舒适,抗皱,轻薄,防漏绒,耐久抗静电性能。

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种锦纶石墨烯抗静电面料的制备方法。
背景技术
秋冬季节,特别是冬季,空气干燥寒冷,使静电无处不在,甚至给我们的生活带来较大的安全隐患。比如加油站等场所,静电积聚后引发火灾等诸如此类的情况不在少数。还比如,人们穿着的服装,到冬季就特别容易产生静电,经常会给人带来静电恐惧的烦恼。有时碰到衣服或门把手等金属物体,会被电一下,特别难受。还有,穿脱衣服时经常会产生噼里啪啦的小火花,令人感到非常不适和恐惧。随着国家的发展进步,人民的生活水平越来越高,消除和防止因服装静电对一些场合产生的安全危害,对广大人们来说,是个非常重要的事情。
对于服装防静电面料而言,既要使面料细腻,美观,高档,还要和日常实用性相适合;要保持优异,耐久的防静电功能性,还要有很好的手感和质感,防泼水和防绒这些性能,是目前很大的空白市场。普通面料的防静电性能,一种采用加助剂,达到暂时防静电的功能,水洗后防静电功能就很快下降,防静电不耐久。第二种,用普通的导电丝达到防静电功能,但面料往往是70D以上,密度低,支纱粗,不适合用于档次高的服装上,有的布料虽薄,但纹路不美观,就只是横条,不宜做日常服装面料。在此基础上发明了这款新型防静电美观功能面料。
我们创造性开发了以锦纶和石墨烯组合的面料,利用锦纶很好的公定回潮率,使服装对人体更加舒适,采用特别的格子和黑色横条的组合织造工艺,这种新型创造使面料美观高档,增加了3倍的石墨烯材料,使面料的防静电效果非常理想,而且是耐久防静电,所以可以彻底解决了困扰人们服装静电引发的一系列问题。石墨烯的抗菌抑菌,防紫外线和远红外发热等功能,也为面料增加了很多实用功能。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术普通防静电面料,有的支纱粗密度低,有的密度高支纱细,但不美观,有的美观了但不耐久抗静电的缺陷,提供一种锦纶石墨烯抗静电面料的制备方法。本发明使锦纶纤维和石墨烯纤维混纺运用到 15D-70D锦纶面料上,加入石墨烯纤维,减少静电压半衰期、表面电阻率、摩擦电荷面密度和摩擦带点电压,有效防止静电产生,从而消除静电现象,多次水洗后,抗静电数值保持很好,使面料的抗静电功能和面料的轻薄高密美观,防泼水和防绒这些功能很好的结合在一起,抗静电功能和防泼水性能和防绒性能都达到了国标的检测合格要求。使很多场合可以避免因服装静电产生的安全隐患。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种锦纶石墨烯抗静电面料的制备方法,包括有织造、染整、压光、涂层、水洗和成型;
选择经向15D-70D锦纶纤维、纬向15D-70D锦纶*3加上15D-70D锦纶石墨烯纤维混纺黑丝*2为原料进行织造;所用原料中,石墨烯抗静电锦纶纤维重量占比为1~10%;本发明实现了锦纶石墨烯黑丝与格子,条子的美学结合,看上去既有条感又有格子,很好的避免了黑丝过于明显单调的尴尬。布料美观,轻薄,柔软,防绒,高效耐久抗静电,不易起皱,石墨烯的特殊抗菌抑菌,远红外发热等这些优良功能良好结合,使冬季服装免受静电的痛苦干扰。
所述织造采用了格子和黑色条子的美学结合。
所述染整包括如下工艺:染色、脱水、第一次定型、第二次定型加强防泼水;
所述染色工艺采用的染料的组成及质量份为:酸性黑4.0质量份,酸性黄0.8 质量份,酸性红0.5质量份、98%冰醋酸0.5质量份。所述染色工艺的温度控制为:起始温度为30℃,以0.5℃/min加热至60℃,保温10min,再以0.5℃ /min加热至85℃,保温10min,再以0.5℃/min加热至105℃,保温60min,最后以0.8℃/min降温至70℃。
所述第一次定型温度为100~180℃;
所述第二次定型加强防泼水如下:防水剂(此助剂为行业内通用的产品)按 40g/L调配,烘箱温度调整为第一节140℃预烘,其余均为165℃焙烘,车速为80 码,出烘箱经过冷却风吹降温,使温度降至30℃稳定形态。
所述压光采用镜面棍压制;温度160℃,车速度30y/h,压力10kg。
所述涂层采用两次PU涂层;每次5节烘箱,第一节烘箱159℃,第二节烘箱160℃,第三节烘箱温度160℃,第四季烘箱温度159℃,第五节烘箱温度160℃,车速40y/h。
所述水洗为加柔顺水洗。助剂配比工艺:膨松剂3%,柔软剂3%,平滑剂 3%,过水浸轧,使助剂充分渗透到面料,再经过两节80℃烘箱热风烘干。
所述成型为冷却成型。
所述原料的具体规格为:经向A为15D-70D锦纶,纬向A为15D-70D锦纶,纬向B为15D-70D锦纶*3,纬向C为15D-70D锦纶石墨烯纤维混纺黑丝*2;经密 902根/10cm,纬密610根/10cm,总经丝数14041根;经向A为33g/m,纬向A 为22.5g/m,纬向B为1.67g/m,纬向C为3.34g/m。
染色时采用的柔软剂采用鞣酸处理。

静电性能(手动摩擦法)(uc/㎡)GB/T12703.2-2021,温度:20±2℃,湿度40±4%,水洗前结果为1.2,合格。具体如表3所示:

所述第二次定型加强防泼水如下:防水剂按40g/L调配,烘箱温度调整为第一节140℃预烘,其余均为165℃焙烘,车速为 80码,出烘箱经过冷却风吹降温,使温度降至30℃稳定形态;
所述压光采用油面压辊,温度160℃,车速30y/h,压力10kg;
所述涂层采用两次涂层,每次 5节烘箱,第一节烘箱159℃,第二节烘箱160℃,第三节烘箱温度160℃,第四季烘箱温度159℃,第五节烘箱温度160℃,车速40y/h;
所述水洗工艺:加蓬松剂3%、柔软剂3%和平滑剂3%,过水再经浸轧,烘干,过两节烘箱,温度80℃,烘干成型。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦纶石墨烯抗静电面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述原料的具体规格为:经向A为15D-70D锦纶,纬向A为15D-70D锦纶,纬向B为15D-70D锦纶*2,纬向C为15D-70D锦纶石墨烯纤维混纺黑丝*2;经密902根/10cm,纬密610根/10cm,总经丝数14041根;经向A为33g/m,纬向A为22.5g/m,纬向B为1.67g/m,纬向C为3.34g/m。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦纶石墨烯抗静电面料的制备方法,其特征在于:染色时采用的柔软剂采用鞣酸处理。
