Abstract
A method for sterilizing and killing epidemic diseases in small and medium-scale live pigs comprises timely slaughtering swinery, and emptying inflammable substances in the pigsty without cleaning the pigsty; the ground, the leaky floor and the passageway of the pigsty are paved with the crop straws; then laying fresh sweet wormwood on the crop straws, closing doors and windows of the pigsty, burning the crop straws and the fresh sweet wormwood, and fumigating the whole pigsty at high temperature by smoke released by burning the crop straws and the sweet wormwood; on the next day after high-temperature fumigation, mixing the incinerated plant ash with water to prepare plant ash, brushing the interior of the pigsty with the plant ash once, washing the whole pigsty with a high-pressure water gun after 24 hours, and spraying the interior of the pigsty with a high-temperature spray lamp once; ventilating after the pigsty is disinfected, keeping the pigsty at least for more than 1 week, and feeding the pigs. The method has the advantages of good disinfection effect, safety, low investment and easy operation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biological safety epidemic prevention of medium and small scale live pig farms.
Background
Since biosafety has been a key factor in determining whether live pig farms are rancid, many live pig farms do not pay attention to the management of biosafety epidemic prevention until the outbreak of african swine fever in 2018, and many times the epidemic prevention work is just in the form, so that many pig farms are forced to be shut down after being subjected to the vanquis of african swine fever. In the late African swine fever age, biosafety becomes a great importance in the work of farms, so that various disinfectant agents are deeply favored by the farms, and the phenomenon that a large amount of disinfectant is used and the disinfectant is abused becomes a common phenomenon no matter the experience or the in-person practice. The blind purchase of the disinfectant and the irregular disinfection method for the disease source not only do not achieve the expected disinfection effect, but also seriously pollute the surrounding ecological environment, and simultaneously, the purchase of a large amount of various disinfectants greatly increases the breeding cost and reduces the overall benefit of the farm.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of blind and excessive abuse of disinfectants and unsatisfactory disinfection effect in the current pig farms, and provides an economically applicable epidemic disease disinfection and source elimination method which is particularly suitable for medium-and small-scale pig farms, has good disinfection effect, is safe, has low investment, simple method and easy operation, and can be reproduced and popularized.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a method for sterilizing and killing epidemic diseases in small and medium-scale live pigs comprises the following steps:
(1) The pigsty is discharged at a proper time, and inflammable matters in the pigsty are emptied without cleaning the pigsty;
(2) The ground, the leaky floor and the passageway of the pigsty are fully paved with the crop straws; then, the sweet wormwood is paved on the crop straws, and the total paving thickness is 25-30 centimeters;
(3) Closing the pigsty door and window, burning the crop straws and the sweet wormwood, and fumigating the whole pigsty at high temperature by using smoke released by burning the crop straws and the sweet wormwood;
(4) On the next day after high-temperature fumigation, mixing the crop straws and the burnt plant ash of the sweet wormwood herb with water to prepare plant ash slurry, and brushing the ground of the pigsty, the leaky floor, the passageway, the enclosing wall and the pen fence in the pigsty once by using the plant ash slurry;
(5) After brushing the plant wood mortar for 24 hours, washing the whole pigsty by using a high-pressure water gun;
(6) Spraying the cleaned pigsty ground, the crack floor, the passageway, the enclosing wall and the ring fence in the pigsty by using a high-temperature blast lamp;
(7) Ventilating after the pigsty is disinfected, keeping the pigsty at least for 1 week, and feeding the pigs.
Furthermore, the plant ash cleaned after high-temperature incineration is stacked in a manure treatment area, mixed with solid manure and fermented to prepare the farmyard manure.
The invention has the following advantages:
(1) According to the invention, flue gas generated by burning sweet wormwood herb and crop straws in a densely-distributed piggery environment is used for disinfecting and inactivating the piggery, no chemical disinfectant is used, the disinfection effect is good, the safety and the reliability are realized, and no adverse effect is caused on peripheral soil and the ecological environment. The crop straw can assist the burning of the sweet wormwood, and the high temperature and smoke generated when the crop straw and the sweet wormwood are burnt have good disinfection and insecticidal effects.
(2) The sweet wormwood and the crop straw used for disinfection and incineration can be obtained from local materials, the sources are rich, additional purchase is not needed, and the epidemic prevention cost is low.
(3) The operation process is simple. The small and medium-scale pigsty constructed by the reinforced concrete can be used, and the pigsty does not need to be cleaned, so that the time and the labor are saved. The special requirements on operators are not required, and ordinary breeders can finish the whole disinfection operation, so that the cleanness and the safety of the production environment are ensured.
(4) The disinfection effect is obvious. In a pig farm with epidemic diseases, after the pig farm is disinfected by the method, the disease does not occur after the pig farm enters the pigs again on the premise of strictly controlling the pigsty vacant time.
(5) The resource utilization of the excrement is realized, and the plant ash generated by burning the sweet wormwood and the crop straws can be mixed with the excrement for fermentation to prepare high-quality farmyard manure for sale.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following examples.
A method for disinfecting and killing epidemic diseases in the breeding of middle and small-scale live pigs is mainly used for a middle and small-scale pig house constructed by reinforced concrete, the building and the layout of the pig house are all common existing forms, pens for enclosing the pigs are sequentially built in the pig house, and a leaky floor is laid on the ground in the pens, and the method comprises the following steps:
(1) The pigsty is discharged at a proper time, and inflammable matters in the pigsty are emptied without cleaning the pigsty;
(2) The ground, the leaky floor and the passageway of the pigsty are paved with the crop straws; then the sweet wormwood is laid on the crop straws, and the thickness of the middle of the crop straws and the sweet wormwood is 25-30 centimeters;
(4) Closing the pigsty doors and windows, burning the crop straws and the sweet wormwood, and fumigating the whole pigsty by smoke released by burning the crop straws and the sweet wormwood at high temperature;
(5) On the next day after high-temperature fumigation, mixing the crop straws and the burnt plant ash of the sweet wormwood with water to prepare plant ash, and thoroughly brushing the ground of the pigsty, the leaky floor, the passageway, the enclosing wall and the pen in the pigsty once by using the plant ash;
(6) After brushing the plant and wood mortar for 24 hours, thoroughly washing the whole pigsty by using a high-pressure water gun;
(7) Completely spraying the cleaned ground of the pigsty, the leaky floor, the passageway, the enclosing wall and the pen in the pigsty once by using a high-temperature blowtorch, wherein the spraying at a dead angle is not carried out from inside to outside until the whole pen is sprayed;
(8) Ventilating after the pigsty is disinfected, and keeping the pigsty empty for at least more than 1 week, and then feeding the pigs.
The plant ash cleaned after high-temperature incineration is stacked in a manure treatment area, mixed with solid manure and fermented to prepare high-quality farmyard manure, and the efficient utilization of manure resources is realized.
