Wherein, the successful matching means that: and the time of the truck requesting gate entry is within the reservation time range of the goods in-out warehouse order, and the ID of the gate entry of the truck requesting gate entry is consistent with the ID of the gate entry of the goods in-out warehouse order.
S8, when a control unit of a gate system of the warehouse receives and sends the image information of the wagon license plate number in front of the gate, which is acquired and sent by a first camera of any gate, the corresponding order is found out from the goods in and out of the warehouse in operation based on the wagon license plate number for matching, and a release request is sent to the server side after matching is successful.
Wherein, the successful matching means that the truck requests to find the gate exit ID consistent with the gate exit ID of the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order;
and S9, when the server receives a release request sent by the gate system, judging that the recorded difference value of the weighing weight of the truck in the first weighing information and the second weighing information sent by the automatic weighing system of the warehouse from the gate entry time to the present is the same as the goods weight in the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order information in the operation based on the license plate number of the truck, sending gate release information to the gate system of the warehouse, so that the corresponding gate of the gate is controlled to be lifted up to drive the truck out of the warehouse, updating the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order according to the gate release time of the truck, and generating the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order in the current state of operation completion.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention relate to information interaction and processing among a server, a plurality of clients and terminals (e.g., a gateway system and an automatic weighing system in each warehouse), and the server, the plurality of clients and the terminals are connected in a wireless manner, such as WIFI, bluetooth, and cellular data.
Further, in the step S3, when the number of truck drivers finding out the matching condition is greater than 1, the method further includes the following steps:
s32: sending necessary information of the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order with the current state to be reserved to a user side corresponding to each truck driver with the matched condition for inviting; the necessary information comprises an order number, an ex-warehouse type, a unique warehouse identification and the time of ex-warehouse and warehousing of goods;
s33: and when receiving the offer reply of the user side corresponding to any one of the truck drivers under the matching condition, the matching is successful, and the truck driver which is to be answered is taken as the matched truck driver.
As a modification of this embodiment, the warehouse information further includes a first wagon balance ID and a last wagon balance ID; the server side also sends the related information of the goods in and out warehouse order which is to be executed in the current state to an automatic weighing system of a corresponding warehouse; the control method further comprises the steps of:
when a control unit of the automatic weighing system of the warehouse receives truck license plate number image information on any wagon balance, acquired and sent by a second camera of the wagon balance, corresponding orders are found out from received goods in and out of the warehouse orders based on the truck license plate number for matching;
when the control unit of the automatic weighing system of the warehouse is successfully matched, acquiring the current weighing weight, generating corresponding first weighing information/second weighing information and sending the first weighing information/second weighing information to the server; wherein, the successful matching means that: the wagon license plate number image information obtained in the two times is obtained, and the wagon balance ID where the second camera is located is consistent with the first wagon balance ID and the last wagon balance ID of the goods warehousing and ex-warehousing order respectively;
wherein the first weighing information comprises a wagon balance ID, a wagon license plate number on the current wagon balance and weighing weight; the second weighing information comprises a wagon balance ID, a wagon license plate number on the current wagon balance and weighing weight; and the truck receives the weighing information containing the license plate number of the truck sent by the automatic weighing system of the warehouse for the first time after entering the warehouse at the gate entry time as first weighing information, and receives the weighing information containing the license plate number of the truck sent by the automatic weighing system of the warehouse for the next time as second weighing information.
It is to be understood that, in step S9, when the type of warehouse entry and exit is warehouse entry, the difference value obtained by subtracting the weighing weight in the second weighing information from the weighing weight in the first weighing information is used as the weight of the warehouse entry goods (i.e., the weight of the goods delivered by the driver) to be compared with the weight of the goods in the warehouse entry and exit order information in the operation to determine whether the weight of the goods is the same, so as to determine whether to send the out-gate release information to the gate system of the warehouse. Similarly, when the type of warehouse-in and warehouse-out is warehouse-out, the difference value obtained by subtracting the weighing weight in the first weighing information from the weighing weight in the second weighing information is used as the weight of the warehouse-out goods (namely the weight of goods lifted by a driver) to be compared with the weight of the goods in the warehouse-out and warehouse-in order information in the operation to determine whether the goods are the same, so as to determine whether to send the warehouse-out and warehouse-in and warehouse-out release information to the gate system of the warehouse.
Further, in the step S2, the step of matching warehouse resources according to the item warehousing and ex-warehousing plan request specifically includes:
when the warehouse-in and warehouse-out type is warehouse-out, finding out a candidate warehouse which meets the name and weight of the goods from a database according to the goods information, selecting a warehouse which is closest to the candidate warehouse as a final warehouse according to the destination to obtain a unique identifier, a warehouse address and a warehouse location number of the warehouse, and determining a gate entry ID, a first wagon balance ID, a last wagon balance ID and a gate exit ID from a pre-planned preferable path for warehouse-in and warehouse-out driving according to the warehouse location number;
when the warehousing-in and warehousing-out type is warehousing, firstly, a candidate warehouse meeting a position for storing the name and the weight of the goods is found out from a database according to the goods information, then, a warehouse with the closest distance is selected from the candidate warehouses according to the origin as a final warehouse to obtain a unique warehouse identifier, a warehouse address and a position number, and then, a gate entry ID, a first wagon balance ID, a last wagon balance ID and a gate exit ID are determined from a pre-planned optimal path for warehousing-in and warehousing-out according to the position number.
As can be understood, each of the generated reservation lists for the warehouse entry and the warehouse exit is generated by a truck driver through the reservation initiated by the truck driver at the user end in advance; the matching of the reservation time in the warehouse-in and warehouse-out reservation list and the time of warehouse-in and warehouse-out of the goods to be reserved in the current state in the warehouse-in and warehouse-out order is as follows: and the reservation time in the warehousing-in and warehousing-out reservation list is within the time range of warehousing-in and warehousing-out of the goods in the warehousing-out and warehousing order to be reserved in the current state.
It can be understood that, in the step S5, the server is further configured to send the relevant information of the goods in and out-warehouse order to be executed in the current state to the position processing terminal of the corresponding warehouse, so as to prompt that job preparation is made in advance, for example, when the type of the goods in and out-warehouse is delivery, the position processing terminal can prompt that corresponding delivery goods are prepared.
Referring to fig. 2, the embodiment of the present invention discloses a self-service weighing control system based on warehouse entry and exit management, which includes a service end 1, a client end 2 communicating with the service end, a driver end 3, and a gate system 41 and an automatic weighing system 42 disposed in each warehouse 4; wherein, the server 1 is configured to perform the following operations:
receiving a goods warehousing-out plan request sent by any client side 2; the goods warehousing and ex-warehousing plan request comprises client information, goods information and warehousing and ex-warehousing information, wherein the goods information comprises goods names and weights, the warehousing and ex-warehousing information comprises warehousing and ex-warehousing types, time for warehousing and ex-warehousing goods and destinations or origins, and the warehousing and ex-warehousing types comprise warehousing and ex-warehousing;
matching warehouse resources according to the goods warehousing-ex plan request, and generating a goods warehousing-in and warehousing-out order with the current state to be reserved; the goods in and out warehouse order with the current state to be reserved comprises an order number, warehouse information, customer information, goods information and warehouse in and out information; the warehouse information comprises a unique warehouse identifier, a warehouse address, a warehouse location number, a gate entrance ID and a gate exit ID;
finding out a truck driver with matched conditions from the generated warehouse-in and warehouse-out reservation list according to the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order to be reserved in the current state; the matching conditions at least include: the operation type, the warehouse address and the reservation time in the warehouse-in and warehouse-out reservation list are matched with the warehouse-in and warehouse-out type, the unique warehouse identification and the warehouse-in and warehouse-out time of the goods in the warehouse-in and warehouse-out reservation order in which the current state is to be reserved;
after the matching is successful, updating the goods in-out order according to the matched truck driver information and the in-out reservation list information thereof, and generating a goods in-out order with the current state to be executed; wherein the truck driver information at least comprises a license plate number;
the related information of the goods in and out-warehouse orders which are to be executed in the current state is respectively sent to a gateway system of a corresponding warehouse, the client user side 2 and the truck driver user side 3 to remind that operation preparation is made;
the gate system 41 is configured to perform the following operations:
when a control unit of a gate system 41 of the warehouse receives truck license plate number image information before a gate, acquired and sent by a first camera of any gate, the corresponding order is found out from received goods in and out of the warehouse for matching based on the truck license plate number;
when the control units of the gate system 41 are successfully matched, the corresponding gates of the gate entrances are controlled to be lifted so that the trucks enter the warehouse for operation, the gate entrance time of the trucks is sent to the server to update the goods in-out order, and the goods in-out order in which the current state is in operation is generated; wherein, the successful matching means that: the time of the truck requesting gate entry is within the reservation time range of the goods in-out warehouse order, and the ID of the gate entry of the truck requesting gate entry is consistent with the ID of the gate entry of the goods in-out warehouse order;
when a control unit of a gate system 41 of the warehouse receives and sends the image information of the wagon license plate number in front of the gate, which is acquired and sent by a first camera of any gate, the corresponding order is found out from the goods in and out warehouse orders in operation based on the wagon license plate number for matching, and a release request is sent to the server side after matching is successful; wherein, the successful matching means that the ID of the gate outlet of the truck request gate is consistent with the ID of the gate outlet of the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order;
the server 1 is further configured to perform the following operations:
when a release request whether or not sent by the gate system is received, judging that the difference value of the weighing weight in the first weighing information and the second weighing information sent by the automatic weighing system of the warehouse from the gate entering time to the present is the same as the goods weight in the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order information in the operation based on the wagon license plate number of the wagon, sending gate-out release information to the gate system of the warehouse, so as to control the lifting of the corresponding gate of the gate-out opening to enable the wagon to be driven away from the warehouse, updating the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order according to the gate-out time of the wagon, and generating the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order in the current state of operation completion.
Further, when the number of truck drivers finding out the matching condition is greater than 1, the server is further configured to perform the following operations:
sending necessary information of the goods in-out warehouse order to be reserved in the current state to a user side corresponding to each truck driver with the matching condition for invitation; the necessary information comprises an order number, an ex-warehouse type, a unique warehouse identification and the time of ex-warehouse and warehousing of goods;
and when receiving the offer reply of the user side corresponding to any one of the truck drivers under the matching condition, the matching is successful, and the truck driver which is to be answered is taken as the matched truck driver.
As a modification of this embodiment, the warehouse information further includes a first wagon balance ID and a last wagon balance ID; the server 1 further sends the information related to the goods in-out order to be executed in the current state to the automatic weighing system 42 of the corresponding warehouse; the automatic weighing system 42 is configured to:
when the control unit of the automatic weighing system 42 of the warehouse receives the truck number image information on the wagon balance acquired and sent by the second camera of any wagon balance, finding out a corresponding order from the received goods in and out of the warehouse order based on the truck number for matching;
when the control unit of the automatic weighing system 42 of the warehouse is successfully matched, acquiring the current weighing weight, generating corresponding first weighing information/second weighing information and sending the first weighing information/second weighing information to the server; wherein, the successful matching means that: the wagon license plate number image information obtained in the two times is obtained, and the wagon balance ID where the second camera is located is consistent with the first wagon balance ID and the last wagon balance ID of the goods warehousing and ex-warehousing order respectively;
wherein the first weighing information comprises a wagon balance ID, a wagon license plate number on the current wagon balance and weighing weight; the second weighing information comprises a wagon balance ID, a wagon license plate number on the current wagon balance and weighing weight; and the truck receives the weighing information containing the license plate number of the truck sent by the automatic weighing system of the warehouse for the first time after entering the warehouse at the gate entering time as first weighing information, and receives the weighing information containing the license plate number of the truck sent by the automatic weighing system of the warehouse for the next time as second weighing information.
It can be understood that, when the type of warehouse entry and exit is warehouse entry, the difference value between the weighing weight in the first weighing information and the weighing weight in the second weighing information is used as the weight of the warehouse entry goods (i.e. the weight of goods delivered by the driver) to compare with the weight of goods in the goods warehouse entry and exit order information in the operation to determine whether the weights are the same, so as to determine whether to send the exit gate release information to the gate system of the warehouse. Similarly, when the type of warehouse-in and warehouse-out is warehouse-out, the difference value obtained by subtracting the weighing weight in the first weighing information from the weighing weight in the second weighing information is used as the weight of the warehouse-out goods (namely the weight of goods lifted by a driver) to be compared with the weight of the goods in the warehouse-out and warehouse-in order information in the operation to determine whether the goods are the same, so as to determine whether to send the warehouse-out and warehouse-in and warehouse-out release information to the gate system of the warehouse.
Further, the step of matching warehouse resources according to the goods warehousing/ex-warehousing plan request specifically comprises the following steps:

It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 2, the self-service weighing control system based on warehouse entry and exit management further includes a bin processing terminal 43 disposed in each warehouse 4, the bin processing terminal 43 is configured to communicate with the server 1, and the server 1 is further configured to send the relevant information of the goods warehouse entry and exit order to be executed currently to the bin processing terminal 43 of the corresponding warehouse, so as to remind that advance operation preparation is performed, for example, when the warehouse entry and exit type is warehouse exit, the bin processing terminal can remind to prepare corresponding shipment goods.

Claims (10)

1. A self-service weighing control method based on warehouse entry and exit management is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, receiving a goods warehousing-out plan request sent by a user side of any client; the goods are delivered to and stored in a warehouse
The plan request comprises client information, goods information and warehousing and ex-warehousing information, wherein the goods information comprises goods names and weights, the warehousing and ex-warehousing information comprises warehousing and ex-warehousing types, time for warehousing and ex-warehousing of goods and destinations or origins, and the warehousing and ex-warehousing types comprise warehousing and ex-warehousing;
s2, matching warehouse resources according to the goods warehousing-ex plan request, and generating a goods warehousing-in and warehousing-out order with the current state to be reserved; the goods in and out warehouse order with the current state to be reserved comprises an order number, warehouse information, customer information, goods information and warehouse in and out information; the warehouse information comprises a unique warehouse identifier, a warehouse address, a warehouse location number, a gate entrance ID and a gate exit ID;
s3, finding out truck drivers with matched conditions from the generated warehouse entry and exit reservation list according to the goods warehouse entry and exit order with the current state to be reserved; the matching conditions include at least: the operation type, the warehouse address and the reservation time in the warehouse-in and warehouse-out reservation list are matched with the warehouse-in and warehouse-out type, the unique warehouse identification and the warehouse-in and warehouse-out time of the goods in the warehouse-in and warehouse-out order in which the current state is to be reserved;
s4, after the matching is successful, updating the goods in-out-of-warehouse order according to the matched driver information of the truck and the information of the in-out-of-warehouse reservation list, and generating a goods in-out-of-warehouse order with the current state to be executed; wherein the truck driver information at least comprises a license plate number;
s5, respectively sending the related information of the goods in and out warehouse order which is to be executed in the current state to a gate system of a corresponding warehouse, the client of the client and the client of the truck driver to remind the client of preparing operation;
s6, when a control unit of a gate system of the warehouse receives truck license plate number image information before a gate, acquired and sent by a first camera of any gate, on the basis of the truck license plate number, finding out a corresponding order from received goods in and out of the warehouse for matching;
s7, after the control units of the gate opening systems are successfully matched, controlling the corresponding gate of the gate opening to be lifted so that the truck enters a warehouse for operation, sending the gate entering time of the truck to a service end to update the goods in and out order, and generating the goods in and out order in which the current state is operation; wherein, the successful matching means that: the time of the truck requesting gate entry is within the reservation time range of the goods in-out warehouse order, and the ID of the gate entry of the truck requesting gate entry is consistent with the ID of the gate entry of the goods in-out warehouse order; s8, when a control unit of a gate system of the warehouse receives the truck license plate number image information before a gate, which is acquired and sent by a first camera of any gate, the corresponding order is found out from goods in and out of a warehouse in operation based on the truck license plate number for matching, and a release request is sent to the server side after matching is successful; wherein, the successful matching means that the ID of the gate outlet of the truck request gate is consistent with the ID of the gate outlet of the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order;
and S9, when the server receives a release request sent by the gate system, judging that the recorded difference value of the weighing weight in the first weighing information and the second weighing information sent by the automatic weighing system of the warehouse from the gate-in time to the present is the same as the weight of the goods in the goods warehouse-out order information based on the number of the truck, sending gate-out release information to the gate system of the warehouse, so that the corresponding gate of the gate-out port is controlled to be lifted up to enable the truck to be driven out of the warehouse, updating the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order according to the gate-out time of the truck, and generating the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order with the current state of operation completion.
2. The self-service weighing control method based on in-out garage management as claimed in claim 1, wherein in said step S3, when the number of truck drivers finding out the matching condition is greater than 1, further comprising the steps of:
s32: sending necessary information of the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order with the current state to be reserved to a user side corresponding to each truck driver with the matched condition for inviting; the necessary information comprises an order number, an warehouse-in and warehouse-out type, a unique warehouse identification and the time of warehouse-in and warehouse-out of goods;
s33: and when receiving the offer reply of the user side corresponding to any one of the truck drivers under the matching condition, the matching is successful, and the truck driver which is to be answered is taken as the matched truck driver.

The method of claim 1, wherein the warehouse information includes a first and a last pound ID; the server side also sends the related information of the goods in and out warehouse order which is to be executed in the current state to an automatic weighing system of a corresponding warehouse; the control method further comprises the steps of:
when a control unit of the automatic weighing system of the warehouse receives truck license plate number image information on any wagon balance, acquired and sent by a second camera of the wagon balance, corresponding orders are found out from received goods in and out of the warehouse orders based on the truck license plate number for matching;
when the control unit of the automatic weighing system of the warehouse is successfully matched, acquiring the current weighing weight, generating corresponding first weighing information/second weighing information and sending the first weighing information/second weighing information to the server; wherein, the successful matching means that: the wagon license plate number image information obtained in the two times is obtained, and the wagon balance ID where the second camera is located is consistent with the first wagon balance ID and the last wagon balance ID of the goods warehousing and ex-warehousing order respectively;
wherein the first weighing information comprises a wagon balance ID, a wagon license plate number on the current wagon balance and weighing weight; the second weighing information comprises a wagon balance ID, a wagon license plate number on the current wagon balance and weighing weight; and the truck receives the weighing information containing the license plate number of the truck sent by the automatic weighing system of the warehouse for the first time after entering the warehouse at the gate entry time as first weighing information, and receives the weighing information containing the license plate number of the truck sent by the automatic weighing system of the warehouse for the next time as second weighing information.
4. The self-service weighing control method based on warehousing of claim 3, wherein in the step S2, the requesting for matching warehouse resources according to the goods warehousing plan specifically comprises:
when the warehouse-in and warehouse-out type is warehouse-out, firstly finding out a candidate warehouse which meets the name and weight of the goods from a database according to the goods information, then selecting a warehouse which is closest to the destination from the candidate warehouse as a final warehouse according to the destination to obtain a unique identifier, a warehouse address and a warehouse location number of the warehouse, and then determining a gate entrance ID, a first wagon balance ID, a last wagon balance ID and a gate exit ID from a pre-planned preferable path for warehouse-in and warehouse-out driving according to the warehouse location number;
when the warehousing-in/out type is warehousing, firstly finding out a candidate warehouse meeting a warehouse location for storing the name and the weight of the goods from a database according to the goods information, then selecting a warehouse with the closest distance from the candidate warehouses as a final warehouse according to the origin to obtain a unique warehouse identifier, a warehouse address and a warehouse location number, and then determining a gate entry ID, a first wagon balance ID, a last wagon balance ID and a gate exit ID from a pre-planned optimal path for warehousing-in/out according to the warehouse location number.

The self-service weighing control method based on warehouse entry and exit management of claim 1, wherein each generated reservation list for warehouse entry and exit is generated by booking initiated by truck drivers in advance through user terminals of the truck drivers; the matching of the reservation time in the warehousing and ex-warehousing reservation list and the time of warehousing and ex-warehousing of goods in the goods warehousing and ex-warehousing order to be reserved in the current state is as follows: and the reservation time in the warehousing-in and warehousing-out reservation list is within the time range of warehousing-in and warehousing-out of the goods in the warehousing-out and warehousing order to be reserved in the current state.

The client user end and the driver user end which are communicated with the server end, and a gate system and an automatic weighing system which are arranged in each warehouse; wherein, the server is used for executing the following operations:
receiving a goods warehousing-out plan request sent by a user side of any client; the goods warehousing and ex-warehousing plan request comprises client information, goods information and warehousing and ex-warehousing information, wherein the goods information comprises goods names and weights, the warehousing and ex-warehousing information comprises warehousing and ex-warehousing types, time for warehousing and ex-warehousing goods and destinations or origins, and the warehousing and ex-warehousing types comprise warehousing and ex-warehousing;
matching warehouse resources according to the goods warehousing-out plan request, and generating a goods warehousing-in-out order with the current state to be reserved; the goods in and out warehouse order with the current state to be reserved comprises an order number, warehouse information, customer information, goods information and warehouse in and out information; the warehouse information comprises a unique warehouse identifier, a warehouse address, a warehouse location number, a gate entrance ID and a gate exit ID;
according to the goods in-out order with the current state to be reserved, finding out a truck driver with a matching condition from the generated in-out reservation list; the matching conditions at least include: the operation type, the warehouse address and the reservation time in the warehouse-in and warehouse-out reservation list are matched with the warehouse-in and warehouse-out type, the unique warehouse identification and the warehouse-in and warehouse-out time of the goods in the warehouse-in and warehouse-out order in which the current state is to be reserved;
after the matching is successful, updating the goods in-out-of-warehouse order according to the matched driver information of the truck and the information of the in-out-of-warehouse reservation list of the truck, and generating a goods in-out-of-warehouse order with the current state to be executed; wherein the driver information at least comprises a license plate number;
respectively sending the related information of the goods in-out warehouse order which is to be executed in the current state to a gate system of a corresponding warehouse, the client of the client and the client of the truck driver to remind that operation preparation is ready;
the gate system is used for executing the following operations:
when a control unit of a gate system of the warehouse receives truck license plate number image information in front of a gate, acquired and sent by a first camera of any gate, the corresponding order is found out from received goods in and out of the warehouse for matching based on the truck license plate number;

when a control unit of a gate system of the warehouse receives and sends the image information of the wagon license plate number in front of the gate, which is acquired and sent by a first camera of any gate, the corresponding order is found out from the goods in and out of the warehouse in operation based on the wagon license plate number for matching, and a release request is sent to the server side after matching is successful; wherein, the successful matching means that the ID of the gate outlet of the truck request gate is consistent with the ID of the gate outlet of the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order;
the server is further configured to perform the following operations:
when a release request whether or not sent by the gate system is received, judging that the difference value of the weighing weight in the first weighing information and the second weighing information sent by the automatic weighing system of the warehouse from the gate entering time to the present is the same as the goods weight in the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order information in the operation based on the wagon license plate number of the wagon, sending gate-out release information to the gate system of the warehouse, so as to control the lifting of the corresponding gate of the gate-out opening to enable the wagon to be driven away from the warehouse, updating the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order according to the gate-out time of the wagon, and generating the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order in the current state of operation completion.
7. The self-service weighing control system based on in-out garage management as claimed in claim 6, wherein when the number of truck drivers finding the matching condition is greater than 1, the server is further used for performing the following operations:
sending necessary information of the goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out order with the current state to be reserved to a user side corresponding to each truck driver with the matched condition for inviting; the necessary information comprises an order number, an warehouse-in and warehouse-out type, a unique warehouse identification and the time of warehouse-in and warehouse-out of goods;
and when the offer reply of the user side corresponding to any one of the truck drivers with the matching condition is received, matching is successful, and the truck driver which is subject to the offer reply is used as the matched truck driver.

The entry library management-based self-service weighing control system of claim 6, wherein the warehouse information further comprises a first and last pound ID; the server side also sends the related information of the goods in and out warehouse orders to be executed in the current state to an automatic weighing system of a corresponding warehouse; the automatic weighing system is used for:
when a control unit of the automatic weighing system of the warehouse receives truck license plate number image information on any wagon balance, acquired and sent by a second camera of the wagon balance, corresponding orders are found out from received goods in and out of the warehouse orders based on the truck license plate number for matching;
when the control unit of the automatic weighing system of the warehouse is successfully matched, acquiring the current weighing weight, generating corresponding first weighing information/second weighing information and sending the first weighing information/second weighing information to the server; wherein, the successful matching means that: the wagon license plate number image information obtained in the two times is obtained, and the wagon balance ID where the second camera is located is consistent with the first wagon balance ID and the last wagon balance ID of the goods warehousing and ex-warehousing order respectively;
wherein the first weighing information comprises a wagon balance ID, a wagon license plate number and weighing weight of the current wagon balance; the second weighing information comprises a wagon balance ID, a wagon license plate number on the current wagon balance and weighing weight; and the truck receives the weighing information containing the license plate number of the truck sent by the automatic weighing system of the warehouse for the first time after entering the warehouse at the gate entry time as first weighing information, and receives the weighing information containing the license plate number of the truck sent by the automatic weighing system of the warehouse for the next time as second weighing information.
9. The self-service weighing control system based on warehousing and warehousing of claim 8, wherein the matching of warehouse resources according to the goods warehousing and warehousing plan request specifically comprises:
when the warehouse-in and warehouse-out type is warehouse-out, firstly finding out a candidate warehouse which meets the name and weight of the goods from a database according to the goods information, then selecting a warehouse which is closest to the destination from the candidate warehouse as a final warehouse according to the destination to obtain a unique identifier, a warehouse address and a warehouse location number of the warehouse, and then determining a gate entrance ID, a first wagon balance ID, a last wagon balance ID and a gate exit ID from a pre-planned preferable path for warehouse-in and warehouse-out driving according to the warehouse location number;
when the warehousing-in/out type is warehousing, firstly finding out a candidate warehouse meeting a warehouse location for storing the name and the weight of the goods from a database according to the goods information, then selecting a warehouse with the closest distance from the candidate warehouses as a final warehouse according to the origin to obtain a unique warehouse identifier, a warehouse address and a warehouse location number, and then determining a gate entry ID, a first wagon balance ID, a last wagon balance ID and a gate exit ID from a pre-planned optimal path for warehousing-in/out according to the warehouse location number.
