Abstract
本发明公开了一种单组分室温硫化硅橡胶制成的纯白密封胶及其制备方法,涉及密封胶技术领域。使用无毒无味的聚硅氧烷为主要原料,健康环保,除了在早期固化反应过程中释放一定的气味,后期无任何其他气味,更不会产生甲醛等有毒气体。使用气相二氧化硅作为填料,是密封胶有很好的拉伸性能,当密封胶固化之后,遭到外力的的拉伸撕扯,不会轻易断裂或者脱落,安全性高,稳定性强,耐久性好,回弹性能好,与一般材质的密合性好,能起到很好的密封效果。使用高白度的碳酸钙作为颜料兼填料,使用二甲基硅油进行亮度和柔度调节,使产品颜色纯白,质感丰满,适用于卫浴等对纯白颜色要求较高的场所,与卫浴瓷白浑然一体增加高档感。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及密封胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种单组分室温硫化硅橡胶制成的纯白密封胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
密封胶通常以沥青物、天然树脂或合成树脂、天然橡胶或合成橡胶等干性或非干性的粘稠物为基料,配合滑石粉、白土、炭黑、钛白粉和石棉等惰性填料,再加入增塑剂、溶剂、固化剂、促进剂等制成。
现有的以聚硅氧烷为主体的单组份室温硫化硅橡胶制备原料中包含有害物质,固化使用过程中释放出有毒气体,影响身体健康。同时在使用条件要求较高的地方,普通的单组份室温硫化硅橡胶不能满足高拉伸性能和颜色纯度的要求。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种单组分室温硫化硅橡胶制成的纯白密封胶及其制备方法,提高密封胶的拉伸性能,不会轻易断裂或脱落。
为实现此技术目的,本发明采用如下方案:一种单组分室温硫化硅橡胶制成的纯白密封胶,以质量百分比计包括以下组分:原胶34~36%、交联剂4.5~5.5%、填料44~46%、调节剂13~16%和助剂0.4~0.5%。
原胶为107胶,交联剂为MOS交联剂,填料为碳酸钙和气相二氧化硅,碳酸钙质量百分比为40~42%,气相二氧化硅的粒径在9~70nm,比表面积为160~200m2/g,气相二氧化硅质量百分比为3~6%,调节剂为二甲基硅油。
助剂包括质量百分比0.1~0.15%的催化剂和质量百分比0.3~0.35%助粘剂,催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡,助粘剂为氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
单组分室温硫化硅橡胶制成的纯白密封胶的制备方法,按如下步骤进行:
S1、加入原胶和交联剂,在真空条件下以10r/min的转速搅拌20min;
S2、向S1搅拌后物料中加入碳酸钙,在真空条件下以13r/min转速搅拌30min;
S3、向S2搅拌后的物料中加入气相二氧化硅,并清理搅拌器内壁及叶轮上附着的混合物,用抹刀清除,之后在真空条件下继续以13r/min的转速搅拌30min;
S4、清理搅拌器内壁及叶轮上附着的混合物,用抹刀清除,加入二甲基硅油,在真空条件下以13r/min的转速搅拌;
S5、清理搅拌器内壁及叶轮上附着的混合物,用抹刀清除,加入催化剂和助粘剂,在真空条件下以10r/min转速搅拌20min,得到最终产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:使用无毒无味的聚硅氧烷107胶为主要原料,健康环保,除了在早期固化反应过程中释放一定的气味,后期无任何其他气味,更不会产生甲醛等有毒气体。使用气相二氧化硅作为填料,是密封胶有很好的拉伸性能,当密封胶固化之后,遭到外力的的拉伸撕扯,不会轻易断裂或者脱落,安全性高,稳定性强,耐久性好,回弹性能好,与一般材质的密合性好,能起到很好的密封效果。使用高白度的碳酸钙作为颜料兼填料,使用二甲基硅油进行亮度和柔度调节,使产品颜色纯白,质感丰满,适用于卫浴等对纯白颜色要求较高的场所,与卫浴瓷白浑然一体增加高档感,可添加防霉剂保持较长时间的效果。
具体实施方式
为充分了解本发明之目的、特征及功效,借由下述具体的实施方式,对本发明做详细说明,但本发明并不仅仅限于此。
单组分室温硫化硅橡胶制成的纯白密封胶的制备方法,按照质量百分比称取所用的原料备用,按如下步骤进行:
S1、加入原胶和交联剂,在真空条件下以10r/min的转速第一次搅拌20min;
S2、向S1搅拌后物料中加入碳酸钙,在真空条件下以13r/min转速第二次搅拌30min;
S3、向S2搅拌后的物料中加入气相二氧化硅,并清理搅拌器内壁及叶轮上附着的混合物,用抹刀清除,之后在真空条件下继续以13r/min的转速第三次搅拌30min;
S4、清理搅拌器内壁及叶轮上附着的混合物,用抹刀清除,加入二甲基硅油,在真空条件下以13r/min的转速第四次搅拌20min;
S5、清理搅拌器内壁及叶轮上附着的混合物,用抹刀清除,加入催化剂和助粘剂,在真空条件下以10r/min转速第五次搅拌20min,得到最终产品。
采用药剂用量不同,操作参数不同的5组实施例进行上述产品制备,具体条件见表1所示。

对上述5个实施例得到的产品进行性能检测:
1、表干时间:用胶枪挤出适量密封胶样品到一块130*120*2mm的不锈钢做成的槽中,用抹刀刮平,室温下自然风干,记录下到不粘手时的时间;
2、使用切刀将风干时间24小时以后的试样切成哑铃型和裤型试片在邵尔A硬度仪进行硬度测试;
3、使用拉力试验机进行拉伸强度、伸长率和剪切强度测试。

通过上述检测结果可知,本发明制备得到的产品拉伸强度可达3.2MPa,伸长率达到220%,肉眼观测密封胶的白度与瓷砖白度相同,无色差,适用于高档装修使用。
最后,需要注意的是:以上列举的仅是本发明的优选实施例,当然本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行改动和变型,倘若这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种单组分室温硫化硅橡胶制成的纯白密封胶,其特征在于,以质量百分比计包括以下组分:原胶34~36%、交联剂4.5~5.5%、填料44~46%、调节剂13~16%和助剂0.4~0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单组分室温硫化硅橡胶制成的纯白密封胶,其特征在于,原胶为107胶,交联剂为MOS交联剂,填料为碳酸钙和气相二氧化硅,其中碳酸钙质量百分比为40~42%,气相二氧化硅质量百分比为3~6%,调节剂为二甲基硅油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单组分室温硫化硅橡胶制成的纯白密封胶,其特征在于,助剂包括质量百分比0.1~0.15%的催化剂和质量百分比0.3~0.35%助粘剂,催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基,助粘剂为氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
4.一种权利要求1-3任一项所述的单组分室温硫化硅橡胶制成的纯白密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于,按如下步骤进行:
S1、加入原胶和交联剂,在真空条件下以10r/min的转速搅拌20min;
S2、向S1搅拌后物料中加入碳酸钙,在真空条件下以13r/min转速搅拌30min;
S3、向S2搅拌后的物料中加入气相二氧化硅,并清理搅拌器内壁及叶轮上附着的混合物,用抹刀清除,之后在真空条件下继续以13r/min的转速搅拌30min;
S4、清理搅拌器内壁及叶轮上附着的混合物,用抹刀清除,加入二甲基硅油,在真空条件下以13r/min的转速搅拌;
S5、清理搅拌器内壁及叶轮上附着的混合物,用抹刀清除,加入催化剂和助粘剂,在真空条件下以10r/min转速搅拌20min,得到最终产品。
