Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有多种矿物质的散粉及其制备方法,属于化妆品技术领域。本发明含有多种矿物质的散粉包括以下质量份的组分:七珍宝石粉0.15~5份、蚕丝粉0.11~8份、蓝宝石粉0.01~5份、润肤剂0.38~8份、保湿剂0.32~3.5份、肤感调节剂1.9~50份、填充剂2.3~80份。本发明提供的含有多种矿物质的散粉中的七珍宝石粉、蚕丝粉和蓝宝石粉具有明显的协同增效的作用,使制备得到的散粉具有抗炎、舒缓抗敏、提亮肤色的作用,可实现长时间的控油,并且透气不堵塞毛孔,同时还具有良好的稳定性、铺展性、细腻柔滑性;并且本发明散粉中都是天然成分、安全无刺激,且制备方法简单,易于实际生产。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种含多种矿物质的散粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
散粉是脸部美容化妆品的一种,专业名称是“定妆粉”,又名“蜜粉”、“散白粉”。散粉为粉体原料配制而成的粉状制品,不含有油分。其主要在使用粉底乳液或者粉底霜之后涂布,多数为美容后修饰和补妆所用,具有调节皮肤色调,防止油腻皮肤过分光滑或者过粘的作用,还能减少汗液和皮脂,增强化妆品的持续性,产生柔软、绒毛的肤感,有些散粉还具有一定的防晒作用。
现有的散粉产品存在各种各样的问题,比如成分不是天然成分,含有滑石粉;无抗炎、舒缓抗敏以及防晒的作用;质地不够细腻,不够水润服贴,容易堵塞毛孔;对皮肤油脂的吸附作用较差,不能长时间的实现控油的效果,在铺展性和细腻柔滑方面效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种天然安全,具有抗炎、舒缓抗敏作用、长时间控油、提亮肤色的作用,并且具有良好的铺展性、细腻柔滑、透气不堵塞毛孔的效果的含多种矿物质的散粉及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种含多种矿物质的散粉,所述含多种矿物质的散粉包括以下质量份的组分:七珍宝石粉0.15~5份、蚕丝粉0.11~8份、蓝宝石粉0.01~5份、润肤剂0.38~8份、保湿剂0.32~3.5份、肤感调节剂1.9~50份、填充剂2.3~80份。
本发明提供的一种含多种矿物质的散粉中的七珍宝石粉、蚕丝粉和蓝宝石粉具有明显的协同增效的作用,使制备得到的散粉具有抗炎、舒缓抗敏、提亮肤色的作用,可实现长时间的控油,并且透气不堵塞毛孔,同时还具有良好的铺展性、细腻柔滑。
具体地,七珍宝石粉由微粉化的琥珀粉、紫石英粉、珍珠粉、红宝石粉、软玉粉、珊瑚粉、电气石组成,七珍宝石粉的粒径<15μm,从而能够充分释放其中蕴含的活性成分;电气石又名碧玺,是一种硼硅酸盐结晶体,并且含有铝、铁、镁、钠、锂、钾等元素,可以阻挡外界对肌肤的侵害,让肌肤焕发粉嫩的光泽,增强肌肤免疫力;紫石英能促进荷尔蒙分泌,调节内分泌系统和新陈代谢,缓解肿胀脸部痤疮及蚊虫叮咬;琥珀由于其中有琥珀酸的化学物质,常常被用来杀菌,琥珀有滋润皮肤,加快肌肤再生,抑制细菌,减少皱纹的作用;软玉能够活化细胞机能、促进血液循环和新陈代谢;红宝石富含铬,这种微量元素的主要功能之一是脂质代谢,铬可以增强胰岛素的作用,帮助调节血糖水平,它通过代谢脂质来调节皮脂,用于油性皮肤或皮脂失衡的皮肤,有助于恢复皮肤的光泽和亮度;珊瑚能够去翳明目,安神镇惊,敛疮止血包含各种身体需要的多种微量元素。
蚕丝粉是将天然蚕丝经特殊工艺预处理后,通过定向酶解结合气流切割的超细粉碎工艺所获得的细度为5~10μm的均匀细长型晶状的超细蚕丝蛋白粉末;蚕丝主要由动物蛋白组成,富含十八种人体所必须的氨基酸,能促进皮肤细胞活力,且蚕丝粉细腻、亲肤、顺滑、透气,能够吸收皮肤多余油脂,降低油腻感,其还具有良好的亲肤性与铺展性,能够改善色粉分散性与贴肤性,使颜色更自然;同时还具有优良的天然调湿性,并能吸收和反射紫外线,为肌肤提供防晒保护。
蓝宝石是一种富含微量元素钛或铁的珍贵的蓝色宝石,其中铁通过催化细胞间反应,直接作用于胶原蛋白的生成,刺激真皮支持组织的合成,帮助皮肤丰满,从内部恢复其紧实度,从而使皮肤变得更致密,从内部恢复紧实和色调,并且给散粉带来优异丝滑肤感,加强贴肤性,增加自然柔光效果,能够自然均衡肤色。
作为本发明所述含多种矿物质的散粉的优选实施方式,所述含多种矿物质的散粉包括以下质量份的组分:七珍宝石粉0.5~3份、蚕丝粉1~6份、蓝宝石粉0.5~4份、润肤剂0.38~8份、保湿剂0.32~3.5份、肤感调节剂1.9~50份、填充剂2.3~80份。
作为本发明所述含多种矿物质的散粉的优选实施方式,所述含多种矿物质的散粉包括以下质量份的组分:七珍宝石粉1份、蚕丝粉5份、蓝宝石粉3份、润肤剂2份、保湿剂0.6份、肤感调节剂28份、填充剂60份。
发明人研究发现,当进一步优选散粉中的组分的质量份为上述范围时,得到的散粉的舒缓抗敏、抗氧化性以及用户的使用反馈的综合效果更优;尤其是当组分的添加份数为上述点值时,得到的综合效果最优。
作为本发明所述含多种矿物质的散粉的优选实施方式,所述七珍宝石粉包括以下质量百分数的组分:琥珀粉3~10%、紫石英粉25~35%、珍珠粉5~25%、红宝石粉5~25%、软玉粉10~20%、珊瑚粉5~10%、电气石10~30%。
发明人研究发现,当七珍宝石粉的组分的质量百分数在上述范围内时,其作为组分添加进散粉中,得到的散粉才具有优异的舒缓抗敏、抗氧化性以及用户的使用反馈的综合效果。
作为本发明所述含多种矿物质的散粉的优选实施方式,所述含多种矿物质的散粉还包括抗氧化剂0.25~2.5份。
作为本发明所述含多种矿物质的散粉的优选实施方式,所述润肤剂选自霍霍巴籽油、白池花籽油中的至少一种;所述保湿剂选自甘油辛酸酯、乙基己基甘油、辛甘醇中的至少一种;所述肤感调节剂为硅油;所述填充剂为云母;所述抗氧化剂为生育酚。
作为本发明所述含多种矿物质的散粉的优选实施方式,所述含多种矿物质的散粉包括以下质量份的组分:七珍宝石粉1份、蚕丝粉5份、蓝宝石粉3份、霍霍巴籽油1份、白池花籽油1份、甘油辛酸酯0.2份、乙基己基甘油0.2份、辛甘醇0.2份、硅油28份、云母58.9份、生育酚0.4份。
作为本发明所述含多种矿物质的散粉的优选实施方式,所述含多种矿物质的散粉的粒径为1.12~1.18μm。
本发明的散粉的粒径在1.12~1.18μm之间,说明本发明的散粉极其细腻,可以有效的填充面部肌肤的毛孔中,从而能够增强散粉对毛孔的遮盖效果和控油效果。
另外,本发明还提供了一种所述含多种矿物质的散粉的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:先将填充剂、肤感调节剂、七珍宝石粉、蚕丝粉和蓝宝石粉混合并粉碎搅拌均匀,接着加入润肤剂、抗氧化剂和保湿剂,粉碎搅拌均匀;得含多种矿物质的散粉。
本发明的有益效果为:
第一:本发明提供的含多种矿物质的散粉中添加的七珍宝石粉能够赋予皮肤新的生机与活力、加速皮肤屏障修复,使肌肤不受外界的侵害,从而保护肌肤;添加的蚕丝粉能促进皮肤细胞活力,具有良好的亲肤性与铺展性,能够吸收皮肤多余油脂,降低油腻感。使皮肤更透气,不易闷痘,堵塞毛孔;添加的蓝宝石粉可以加速真皮支持组织的合成,帮助皮肤丰满,从内部恢复其紧实度,使得皮肤变得更致密,从内部恢复紧实和色调,且其能赋予散粉优异丝滑肤感,加强贴肤性,增加自然柔光效果,自然均衡肤色。本发明通过优选特定质量份的七珍宝石粉、蚕丝粉以及蓝宝石粉,配合保湿剂、润肤剂、皮肤调理剂的选择,从而能够实现三者的明显协同增效,使得到的散粉具有优异的透气、抗炎、舒缓抗敏、控油、提亮肤色的作用;
第二:本发明散粉中添加的都是天然成分,安全无刺激;
第三:本发明提供的散粉的制备方法简单,操作简便,适用于实际生产。

为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明实施例和对比例使用的原料都是可以通过常规购买途径得到的。
实施例1~9
实施例1~9分别提供了一种含多种矿物质的散粉,具体组分如表1所示,其中表1中的数字代表各组分的重量份;

所述实施例1~9的制备方法如下:先将云母、硅石、七珍宝石粉、蚕丝粉和蓝宝石粉混合并粉碎搅拌均匀,接着加入霍霍巴籽油、白池花籽油、生育酚、甘油辛酸酯、乙基己基甘油和辛甘醇,粉碎搅拌均匀,得含多种矿物质的散粉。
对比例1~6
对比例1~6分别提供了一种含多种矿物质的散粉,具体组分如表2所示,其中表2中的数字代表各组分的重量份;

所述对比例1~6的制备方法如下:先将云母、硅石、七珍宝石粉、蚕丝粉和蓝宝石粉混合并粉碎搅拌均匀,接着加入霍霍巴籽油、白池花籽油、生育酚、甘油辛酸酯、乙基己基甘油和辛甘醇,粉碎搅拌均匀,得含多种矿物质的散粉;若对比例中没有相关组分就相应的不加入即可。
效果例1
本效果例验证实施例1~9和对比例1~6制备得到的散粉的稳定性,具体的,取实施例1~9和对比例1~6制备的散粉各5瓶,分别放置于45℃、25℃、4℃、-18℃的冷热循环箱内进行保存1个月,观察散粉的性状,待恢复常温后将其涂抹于手背评价使用性能。使用性能评级标准:1级指粉体均匀服帖;2级指粉体出现少量结团,在手背不服帖等现象;3级指粉体粒径变大,结团现象明显,无法正常上妆;测试结果如表3所示;

从表3中可以看出,采用本发明的技术方案得到的散粉的稳定性良好,在45℃、25℃、4℃、-18℃的冷热循环箱内进行保存1个月后使用时粉体都均匀服帖。
效果例2
本效果例测试实施例1~9和对比例1~6制备得到的散粉的粒径,取实施例1~9和对比例1~6制备的散粉中的粉体经干湿一体激光粒度仪(上海久滨仪器有限公司提供,型号JB6100-D)进行湿法测量,60s后得到粒径的测量结果,结果如表4所示;

从表4中可以看出,采用本发明的技术方案得到的散粉的粒径在1.12~1.18μm之间,说明本发明制备得到的散粉的粉质非常细腻,可以有效的填充面部肌肤的毛孔中,从而能够增强散粉对毛孔的遮盖效果和控油效果;从实施例1和对比例的结果中也可以看出,本发明添加的特定质量份数的七珍宝石粉、蚕丝粉和蓝宝石粉在一定范围内能够帮助实现散粉的粉质细腻。
效果例3
本效果例测试实施例1~9和对比例1~6制备得到的散粉的使用效果,取实施例1~9和对比例1~6制备的散粉,分给志愿者使用,让其进行使用后的感受反馈,并统计结果;
测试人群:18~60岁女性志愿者,共300人,分为15组,每组20人。
测试方法:志愿者随机分组,基础护肤和淡妆后,分别在面部试用实施例1~9和对比例1~6的样品(每组分别使用一种样品);用量为1.0g/次,1次/天(早上1次),连续使用一个月。自我判断标准,满意度为0~5分。以5分为满分,测试结果的平均值见表5;

从表5中可以看出,当采用本发明的技术方案时,得到的散粉的使用感受在定妆、清爽控油、遮瑕、保湿、提亮肤色、抗炎降皱、细腻丝滑方面的打分都在4.2分以上,说明使用感受良好;从实施例1和对比例1~6中可以看出,当不采用本发明的技术方案时,使用散粉的整体效果都呈现出明显的下降趋势。
效果例4
本效果例测试实施例1~9和对比例1~6制备得到的散粉的抗氧化性能,取实施例1~9和对比例1~6制备的散粉,于室温25℃下,采用光化学发光(PCL)法测定抗氧化值,测试仪器为德国PHTICHEM超快速抗氧化剂和自由基全自动分析仪;测试得到的结果如表6所示;

从表6中可以看出,采用本发明的技术方案得到的散粉的抗氧化活性都很高,其中抗氧化值在0.83mmol/g以上。
效果例5
本效果例测试实施例1~9和对比例1~6制备得到的散粉的抗炎、舒缓抗敏效果;具体方法为:选择脸部皮肤过敏有红斑的受试者160人(年龄18~30岁女性,符合受试者志愿入选标准),随机分为16组,每组10人。实验开始前选定受试着的试验区域,将其过敏有红斑区域定为100%,接下来的第1、2、3天让受试着在脸部使用实施例1~9的样品、对比例1~6的样品和空白组(涂抹清水),在每天涂抹后4小时测量皮肤红斑量,经计算并整理后测试结果见表7;检测仪器为Mexameter MXl8红色素测试仪(德国Courage-Khazaka Electronic公司);

从表7中可以看出,当采用本发明技术方案时,得到的散粉具有有效的抗炎、舒缓抗敏作用,使用第3天相对红斑值在48%以下;而对比例中无论是减少了七珍宝石粉、蚕丝粉和蓝宝石粉中的任意一种还是添加量不在范围内,得到的散粉的舒缓抗敏作用都呈现出显著的下降趋势,使用第3天相对红斑值在60%以上。
从效果例1~5中可以看出,当采用本发明的技术方案时,得到的散粉具有优异的稳定性,粒径在1.12~1.18μm之间,说明本发明制备得到的散粉的粉质非常细腻,可以有效的填充面部肌肤的毛孔中,从而能够增强散粉对毛孔的遮盖效果和控油效果,同时能够带来良好的使用体验,具体地,使用感受在定妆、清爽控油、遮瑕、保湿、提亮肤色、抗炎降皱、细腻丝滑方面的打分都在4.2分以上,且得到的散粉具有良好的抗氧化活性和舒缓抗敏作用。从实施例1-5中可以看出,七珍宝石粉、蚕丝粉和蓝宝石粉的添加量会对产品的综合性能带来影响,当七珍宝石粉、蚕丝粉和蓝宝石粉的添加份数分别为1份、5份和3份时,得到的产品的综合性能最为优异,具体地,产品的粒径为1.12μm,产品的各个方面的使用感受的打分都在4.6分以上,其抗氧化值达到了1mmol/g,相对红斑值在第3天就降低到了25%;从实施例1和实施例6-7中可以看出,当七珍宝石粉、蚕丝粉和蓝宝石粉的质量份不变时,只是改变其他组分的添加量,对产品的综合性能的影响不大;从实施例1和实施例8-9中可以看出,具体选择的七珍宝石粉中的组分不同时,也会对产品的性能带来影响。
当配方中不添加七珍宝石粉时(对比例1),得到的散粉的稳定性变差,且粒径呈现出上升的趋势,在使用效果方面,清爽控油和抗炎降皱的效果打分下降明显,测试得到的抗氧化值相较于实施例1的下降幅度达75%,其舒缓抗敏效果也明显下降,使用第3天相对红斑值仍为67%;当配方中不添加蚕丝粉时(对比例2),得到的散粉稳定性变差,且粒径呈现出显著的上升趋势,相较于实施例1中的粒径,对比例2中上升幅度达465%,散粉的粉质细腻度显著变差,在使用效果方面,清爽控油、提亮肤色、细腻丝滑的打分都只有3分,且其抗氧化活性和舒缓抗敏能力也下降;当配方中不添加蓝宝石粉时(对比例3),得到的散粉的稳定性变差,粒径也显著增加,相较于实施例1中的粒径,对比例3中上升幅度达444%,在使用效果的各个方面的打分都在4.2分以下,且其几乎没有体现出舒缓抗敏作用,使用第3天相对红斑面积仍为70%,与空白组的相对红斑值相当;当使用的七珍宝石粉中的组分不在本发明范围内时(对比例4),即其中的紫石英粉添加量过少时,得到的散粉性能与实施例1相比除了抗氧化活性下降不明显外,其余的性能与对比例1中不添加七珍宝石粉的性能相差不大,即与实施例1相比,稳定性、舒缓抗敏性以及使用感受都呈现出下降的趋势;当组分的添加量不在本发明范围内时而是添加过多时(对比例5)或者是添加过少时(对比例6),得到的散粉的稳定性变差且粒径显著增加,并且整体使用效果的打分也下降,整体是在4.2分以下,并且其舒缓抗敏能力几乎与空白组一致,即几乎没有体现出舒缓抗敏能力。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种含多种矿物质的散粉,其特征在于,所述含多种矿物质的散粉包括以下质量份的组分:七珍宝石粉0.15~5份、蚕丝粉0.11~8份、蓝宝石粉0.01~5份、润肤剂0.38~8份、保湿剂0.32~3.5份、肤感调节剂1.9~50份、填充剂2.3~80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含多种矿物质的散粉,其特征在于,所述含多种矿物质的散粉包括以下质量份的组分:七珍宝石粉0.5~3份、蚕丝粉1~6份、蓝宝石粉0.5~4份、润肤剂0.38~8份、保湿剂0.32~3.5份、肤感调节剂1.9~50份、填充剂2.3~80份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含多种矿物质的散粉,其特征在于,所述含多种矿物质的散粉包括以下质量份的组分:七珍宝石粉1份、蚕丝粉5份、蓝宝石粉3份、润肤剂2份、保湿剂0.6份、肤感调节剂28份、填充剂60份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含多种矿物质的散粉,其特征在于,所述七珍宝石粉包括以下质量百分数的组分:琥珀粉3~10%、紫石英粉25~35%、珍珠粉5~25%、红宝石粉5~25%、软玉粉10~20%、珊瑚粉5~10%、电气石10~30%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含多种矿物质的散粉,其特征在于,所述含多种矿物质的散粉还包括抗氧化剂0.25~2.5份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含多种矿物质的散粉,其特征在于,所述润肤剂选自霍霍巴籽油、白池花籽油中的至少一种;所述保湿剂选自甘油辛酸酯、乙基己基甘油、辛甘醇中的至少一种;所述肤感调节剂为硅油;所述填充剂为云母;所述抗氧化剂为生育酚。
7.根据权利要求6所述的含多种矿物质的散粉,其特征在于,所述含多种矿物质的散粉包括以下质量份的组分:七珍宝石粉1份、蚕丝粉5份、蓝宝石粉3份、霍霍巴籽油1份、白池花籽油1份、甘油辛酸酯0.2份、乙基己基甘油0.2份、辛甘醇0.2份、硅油28份、云母58.9份、生育酚0.4份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的含多种矿物质的散粉,其特征在于,所述含多种矿物质的散粉的粒径为1.12~1.18μm。
9.如权利要求1~8任一项所述的含多种矿物质的散粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:先将填充剂、肤感调节剂、七珍宝石粉、蚕丝粉和蓝宝石粉混合并粉碎搅拌均匀,接着加入润肤剂、抗氧化剂和保湿剂,粉碎搅拌均匀;得含多种矿物质的散粉。
