Abstract
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体公开了一种缓解妆容氧化功效的定妆散粉及制备方法,包括以下组分和重量份数:基料:98.0~99.0份、余甘子果提取物0.01~0.02份、虾青素0.00005~0.00008份、阿魏酸0.01~0.02份、皮肤调理剂:0.04~0.05份、成膜剂:0.01~0.02份、水0.003~0.004份、油相:0.5~1.0份。余甘子果提取物、虾青素和阿魏酸复配使用能够使定妆散粉具备缓解妆容氧化的功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,特别涉及一种缓解妆容氧化功效的定妆散粉及制备方法。
背景技术
定妆散粉,又称“蜜粉”、“定妆粉”,是脸部美容化妆品的一种,多数为在使用粉底乳液或者粉底霜之后涂敷,因粉底液具有各类油脂,有很多化学成分遇到阳光会发生氧化反应,从而脸上妆容脱落,导致皮肤看上去暗黄没光泽。定妆散粉作为普通妆容的定妆作用和控油作用,涂在脸上显示妆容自然不油腻,是日常妆容的选择。但传统的定妆散粉只是起到定妆的作用,在使用一段时间之后,皮肤依旧会出现妆容氧化的问题,影响观感;并且,现有的定妆散粉只是矿物成分原料及小部分防腐剂原料混合,若遇到汗水及下雨等湿润的情况下,容易吸水脱妆。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种缓解妆容氧化功效的定妆散粉及制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种缓解妆容氧化功效的定妆散粉,包括以下组分和重量份数:
基料:98.0~99.0份、余甘子果提取物0.01~0.02份、虾青素0.00005~0.00008份、阿魏酸0.01~0.02份、皮肤调理剂:0.04~0.05份、成膜剂:0.01~0.02份、水0.003~0.004份、油相:0.5~1.0份。
余甘子果提取物提取自余甘子果,内富有丰富的超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、Vc、多酚类物质及多糖等活性物质,具有抗氧化的功效;虾青素为脂溶性抗氧化剂,作为一款天然的抗氧化剂,与生育酚相比,可有效清除活性氧自由基,具有强抗氧化性;阿魏酸具有很好的抗氧化活性,对氧自由基、羟自由基具有很好的清除及抑制效果。通过虾青素和阿魏酸复合,可有效抑制底妆(粉底液)中油脂的氧自由基,进一步与余甘子提取物合理搭配,余甘子提取物充当保护虾青素的活性且使得虾青素的抗氧化的活性可持续更长时间,缓解妆容氧化。
优选的,所述皮肤调理剂中包括卵磷脂、生育酚、甘油、聚甘油-10油酸酯、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、1,2-己二醇、辛甘醇、蚕丝提取物、透明质酸钠、鞘脂类和珍珠粉中的一种或几种;优选卵磷脂、生育酚、甘油、聚甘油-10油酸酯、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、1,2-己二醇、辛甘醇、蚕丝提取物、透明质酸钠、鞘脂类和珍珠粉复合使用;
卵磷脂与生育酚混合使用,具有特别好的抗氧化性能,同时也有良好的亲水性和亲油性,使用后会增添皮肤光泽;辛甘醇起到柔润保湿作用;蚕丝提取物提取自蚕丝,主要为蚕丝蛋白,亲肤力强,具有保湿作用;透明质酸钠具有较强保湿作用,亲肤性强,且受环境影响较小,与其他组分作用,能够有效消除环境光线对皮肤产生的活性氧自由基;鞘脂类优选(神经)鞘脂类,具有温和的保湿作用和分散能力;珍珠粉能够美白提亮,舒缓肌肤;聚甘油-10油酸酯和聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯复合使用,起到更好的乳化、分散作用,1,2-己二醇起保湿作用,同时是抗菌防腐剂,有效抑制定妆散粉中的油性成分腐败。
优选的,所述余甘子果提取物、虾青素、卵磷脂、生育酚、甘油、水、聚甘油-10油酸酯、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、1,2-己二醇、辛甘醇、阿魏酸的重量比是100:0.5:5:0.5:38:35:15:5:0.8:0.5:100;组分中余甘子果提取物、虾青素、卵磷脂、生育酚、甘油、水、聚甘油-10油酸酯、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、辛甘醇、阿魏酸复配使用,能够为余甘子果提取物、虾青素、阿魏酸提供一个稳定的承载体系,有效延长抗氧化组分的活性和耐受性;以该特定的比例去配比,赋予定妆散粉缓解氧化妆容的特性。
优选的,所述基料包括润滑剂、填充剂和着色剂;
所述润滑剂包括滑石粉、改性玉米淀粉、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷硅倍半氧烷交联聚合物、硅石、一氮化硼、硬脂酸镁中的一种或几种;优选滑石粉、改性玉米淀粉、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷硅倍半氧烷交联聚合物、硅石、一氮化硼、硬脂酸镁;
滑石粉能够能增加产品柔滑触感,也能有效去油光;改性玉米淀粉同样有柔润细腻的效果,能有效吸附在肌肤表面,锁定妆容;乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷硅倍半氧烷交联聚合物能够赋予定妆散粉丝滑感,并且对皮肤无刺激;硅石安全度高,能增加皮肤滑顺度;一氮化硼具有光散射性质,用在定妆散粉中,使皮肤形成一种透明闪光的效果,使皮肤呈现光滑的视觉效果;硬脂酸镁用于定妆散粉中,使得定妆散粉与皮肤接触有滑腻感;
所述填充剂优选三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的云母粉,所述云母粉和三乙氧基辛基硅烷的重量比是30:1;
相比普通云母粉,三乙氧基辛基硅烷与云母粉复配,可使云母粉具有防水特性,减弱妆容遇水掉妆的缺点,增强了定妆散粉锁住妆容的能力,降低掉妆的几率,使定妆散粉中的余甘子果提取物、虾青素和阿魏酸的抗氧化作用能够持续更长时间,缓解妆容氧化;
所述着色剂包括氧化铁红,氧化铁黄,氧化铁黑中的一种或几种;优选氧化铁红、氧化铁黄和氧化铁黑复合使用。
优选的,所述成膜剂包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物和聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或两种;优选甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物。
优选的,所述油相包括保湿剂和润肤剂;
所述保湿剂包括辛酰羟肟酸、乙基己基甘油和1,3-丙二醇中的一种或几种;优选辛酰羟肟酸、乙基己基甘油和1,3-丙二醇复合使用。
所述润肤剂包括甘油辛酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、霍霍巴籽油和澳洲坚果籽油中的一种或几种;优选甘油辛酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、霍霍巴籽油和澳洲坚果籽油复合使用;润肤剂中多为油性成分,能够减弱定妆散粉飞粉的缺点。
优选的,一种缓解妆容氧化功效的定妆散粉的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将润滑剂、填充剂和着色剂经粉碎,展色后得基料;
(2)将余甘子果提取物、虾青素、阿魏酸、皮肤调理剂、成膜剂和水充分混合,得粉相;
(3)将保湿剂和润肤剂充分混合,得油相;
(4)往基料中先后加入粉相、油相,以40~60rpm/s的搅拌速度搅拌5-10min,得成品;优选50rpm/s的搅拌速度搅拌6min。
本发明至少具有以下有益效果之一:
1、余甘子果提取物、虾青素和阿魏酸复配使用能够使定妆散粉具备缓解妆容氧化的功效。
2、皮肤调理剂能够为余甘子果提取物、虾青素、阿魏酸提供一个稳定的承载体系,有效延长余甘子果提取物、虾青素和阿魏酸的活性和耐受性,更好赋予定妆散粉缓解妆容氧化的特性。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
本发明中,有以下几点说明:
1、若非特指,所采用的原料和设备等均可从市场购得或是本领域常用的。
2、下述实施例和对比例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
3、原料具体来源如表1所示:

实施例1:
一种缓解妆容氧化功效的定妆散粉的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将润滑剂、填充剂和着色剂经粉碎,展色后得基料;
(2)将余甘子果提取物、虾青素、阿魏酸、皮肤调理剂、成膜剂和水充分混合,得粉相;
(3)将保湿剂和润肤剂充分混合,得油相;
(4)往基料中先后加入粉相、油相,以50rpm/s的搅拌速度搅拌6min,得成品。

与实施例1的制备步骤一致,但缺少皮肤调理剂。
对比例8:
与实施例1的制备步骤一致,但填充剂采用普通云母粉。
测试例
1、妆容抗氧化测试
通过受试者在正常情况下单次使用定妆散粉进行上妆,通过VISIA-CR(面部高清成像仪)进行面部图像采集并计算皮肤亮白度L*值、皮肤颜色(黄-蓝)值b*值,评估该测试样品在持妆方面的功效。该检测方法为通标标准技术服务有限公司广州分公司(广州SGS)提供的美白功效评估之内部检测方法。
通过专业化妆师在受试者全脸涂抹上相同量的粉底液,左边脸用粉扑蘸取实施例1的定妆散粉按压面部后,并用刷子刷走多余散粉,而右边脸用粉扑蘸取普通定妆散粉(与实施例1相比,缺少余甘子果提取物、虾青素和阿魏酸,其余组分一致)按压面部,并用刷子刷走多余散粉。
在使用后即时和4个小时后,分别进行面部高清成像仪VISIA-CR进行图像采集。受试者4个小时过程中始终处于21±1℃,相对湿度50±10%RH的环境中。
测试结果如下表5

通过表5得出,相比之下,使用实施例1的定妆散粉比使用普通定妆散粉的皮肤亮白度L*均值的数值减小较慢、皮肤颜色(黄-蓝)值b*值的数值增加较慢,说明使用实施例1的定妆散粉比使用普通定妆散粉缓解妆容氧化效果要好。
将对比例1~7同样进行以上妆容抗氧化测试,结果见表6

通过表6得出:
(1)通过实施例1相比实施例2~7,说明余甘子果提取物、虾青素和阿魏酸复配使用比单独使用余甘子果提取物或虾青素或阿魏酸对定妆散粉赋予缓解妆容氧化的功效要好,能够使定妆散粉具备缓解妆容氧化的特性;皮肤调理剂能够为余甘子果提取物、虾青素、阿魏酸提供一个稳定的承载体系,有效延长余甘子果提取物、虾青素和阿魏酸的活性和耐受性,更好赋予定妆散粉缓解妆容氧化的特性。
2、妆容防水性测试:
邀请30位受试者,由化妆师使用相同的粉底液对受试者进行上妆,随机分配两组,一组15人,一组使用对比例8的定妆散粉进行妆容定妆,另一组是使用实施例1的定妆散粉进行妆容定妆,定妆1个小时后,进行妆容喷水测试,左脸喷水,右脸不喷水,喷水持续15秒,由30位受试者进行分数自行评价,1分最低最差,5分最高最好。
受试者评价分数结果如表7:

如附图1所示。
通过表7得出,使用实施例1的定妆散粉比使用对比例8的定妆散粉的妆容防水效果要好,说明三乙氧基辛基硅烷与云母粉复配,可使定妆散粉具有防水特性。
以上对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但本发明不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种缓解妆容氧化功效的定妆散粉,其特征在于,包括以下组分和重量份数:
基料:98.0~99.0份、余甘子果提取物0.01~0.02份、虾青素0.00005~0.00008份、阿魏酸0.01~0.02份、皮肤调理剂:0.04~0.05份、成膜剂:0.01~0.02份、水 0.003~0.004份、油相:0.5~1.0份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解妆容氧化功效的定妆散粉,其特征在于:
所述皮肤调理剂中包括卵磷脂、生育酚、甘油、聚甘油-10 油酸酯、聚甘油-10 硬脂酸酯、1,2-己二醇、辛甘醇、蚕丝提取物、透明质酸钠、鞘脂类和珍珠粉中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种缓解妆容氧化功效的定妆散粉,其特征在于:
所述余甘子果提取物、虾青素、卵磷脂、生育酚、甘油、水、聚甘油-10 油酸酯、聚甘油-10 硬脂酸酯、1,2-己二醇、辛甘醇和阿魏酸复配使用;
且余甘子果提取物、虾青素、卵磷脂、生育酚、甘油、水、聚甘油-10 油酸酯、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、1,2-己二醇、辛甘醇、阿魏酸的重量比是100:0.5:5:0.5:38:35:15:5:0.8:0.5:100。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解妆容氧化功效的定妆散粉,其特征在于:
所述基料包括润滑剂、填充剂和着色剂;
所述润滑剂包括滑石粉、改性玉米淀粉、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷硅倍半氧烷交联聚合物、硅石、一氮化硼、硬脂酸镁中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种缓解妆容氧化功效的定妆散粉,其特征在于:
所述填充剂优选三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的云母粉,所述云母粉和三乙氧基辛基硅烷的重量比是30:1。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种缓解妆容氧化功效的定妆散粉,其特征在于:
所述着色剂包括氧化铁红,氧化铁黄,氧化铁黑中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解妆容氧化功效的定妆散粉,其特征在于:
所述成膜剂包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物和聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或两种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解妆容氧化功效的定妆散粉,其特征在于:
所述油相包括保湿剂和润肤剂;
所述保湿剂包括辛酰羟肟酸、乙基己基甘油和1,3-丙二醇中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种缓解妆容氧化功效的定妆散粉,其特征在于:
所述润肤剂包括甘油辛酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、霍霍巴籽油和澳洲坚果籽油中的一种或几种。
10.一种缓解妆容氧化功效的定妆散粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将润滑剂、填充剂和着色剂经粉碎,展色后得基料;
(2)将余甘子果提取物、虾青素、阿魏酸、皮肤调理剂、成膜剂和水充分混合,得粉相;
(3)将保湿剂和润肤剂充分混合,得油相;
(4)往基料中先后加入粉相、油相,以40~60 rpm/s的搅拌速度搅拌5-10min,得成品。
