Background

The human face has thin and soft skin and extremely sensitive response when being stimulated by the outside. Especially in the modern society, people use electronic products such as computers and mobile phones for stimulating the face for a long time every day, so that a plurality of skin problems occur; meanwhile, staff in urban life has high working pressure, and skin aging is further accelerated. With the improvement of living standard, the beauty and skin care are increasingly emphasized, and the requirements of people on the efficacy and safety of the skin care product are also higher.

The facial mask is convenient to use, can integrate the functions of cleaning, nursing and nourishing into a whole, and is deeply favored by consumers. Part of the facial mask can inhibit sebum secretion and sweat evaporation to raise skin temperature, thereby promoting facial skin blood circulation; the acceleration of blood circulation can lead the skin to be ruddy and glossy, and after the skin absorbs more moisture, nutrition essence and various active ingredients, the skin can be effectively improved in lack of water and dullness, the generation of fine lines is reduced, the skin aging is delayed, and the effects of removing spots and acnes are achieved to a certain extent. The facial mask also has effects of softening cutin, dilating pores, promoting sweat gland secretion, and removing epidermal cell metabolite, and can clean and care skin.

However, the existing facial masks on the market have potential defects and hazards; for example, skin becomes sensitive to prolonged use with irritating chemical compositions; for another example, the moisturizing effect is insufficient and cannot be very good for the skin; as another example, the ability to resist oxidation and inhibit free radicals is insufficient and does not provide good relief from skin wrinkles and fine lines.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to achieve the purposes of better moisturizing, water retention, antioxidation, wrinkle removal, relief and anti-inflammatory of the cosmetic, the invention provides a moisturizing, antioxidation and relief composition and application thereof.

In one aspect, the invention provides a moisturizing, antioxidant and soothing composition comprising Cordyceps sinensis extract, wisteria extract, radix peucedani extract, trichosanthes kirilowii extract, gorgonian extract and hexyl glucoside. The composition has excellent moisture retention and water holding capacity, and can increase skin water holding capacity and elasticity; has excellent antioxidation effect, and can remove wrinkles, fine lines and the like well; has good anti-inflammatory and soothing effects and low irritation to human skin.

Wherein, the amount of the trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim extract in the composition can be preferably 0.06, 0.08, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 parts by mass or a range between any two of the above.

In another aspect, the present invention provides a method of preparing a moisturizing, antioxidant, soothing composition, which can be accomplished by conventional mixing means. The preparation method is not limited to the following preparation method, and comprises the following steps: weighing Cordyceps sinensis extract, wisteria extract, radix Peucedani extract, fructus Trichosanthis extract, herba Pileae Scriptae extract, and hexyl glucoside, and stirring at 100-5000 rpm for 0.1-5 hr at 20-70deg.C to obtain the final product.

In another aspect, the present invention provides the use of a moisturizing, antioxidant, soothing composition in the preparation of a cosmetic and cosmetic articles comprising said composition. The mask liquid comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 5-15% of the moisturizing, antioxidant, soothing composition, 20-65% of a solvent, 5-15% of a polyol, 0.001-0.08% of a preservative, 6-15% of a emollient ingredient, 0.05-2% of a pH regulator, 0.05-4% of an emulsifier, and 0.06-2% of a viscosity regulator.

The dosage of the viscosity regulator in the mask liquid can be preferably 0.06%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8%, 1.0%, 1.2%, 1.5%, 1.8% and 2% by mass or a range between any two of the above values. The viscosity modifier is at least one selected from acrylic acid (esters)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, aluminum magnesium silicate, xanthan gum and carbomer.

The mask liquid comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 6-13% of the moisturizing, antioxidant, soothing composition, 25-60% of a solvent, 6-12% of a polyol, 0.005-0.07% of a preservative, 8-12% of a emollient ingredient, 0.1-1.5% of a pH adjustor, 0.5-2.5% of an emulsifier, and 0.1-1.2% of a viscosity adjustor.

On the other hand, the invention provides a preparation method of the mask liquid, which can be realized by a conventional mixing mode. The preparation method is not limited to the following preparation method, and comprises the following steps: weighing the moisturizing, antioxidant and soothing composition and the mask liquid matrix, and stirring at the speed of 100-5000 rpm for 0.2-5h at the temperature of 20-85 ℃ to obtain the mask liquid. Further alternatives are: weighing the moisturizing, antioxidant and soothing composition, solvent, polyalcohol, preservative, skin moisturizing ingredient, pH regulator, emulsifier and viscosity regulator, and stirring at the speed of 100-5000 r/min for 0.2-5h at the temperature of 20-85 ℃ to obtain the mask liquid.

In another aspect, the invention provides a facial mask, which comprises the facial mask liquid and facial mask cloth.

The beneficial effects are that:

the Cordyceps sinensis extract used in the composition contains cordycepin, protein, amino acid, sterol, mannitol, alkaloid, polysaccharide and mineral substances, can supplement water for skin, can improve skin brightness, enables the skin to be in a healthy state of being light and moist for years, enables the skin to be bright, reduces MDA content in the skin, and has the effect of delaying skin aging.

The mask containing the cordyceps sinensis extract, the wisteria extract, the radix peucedani extract, the trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim extract, the gorgonian extract and the hexyl glucoside composition can obviously reduce wrinkles and has a good anti-wrinkle effect; the reduction rate of the facial mask wrinkles obtained by the composition reaches more than 65 percent. The cordyceps sinensis extract, the wisteria extract and the radix peucedani extract in the composition have obvious anti-wrinkle effect on the mask, and the cordyceps sinensis extract, the wisteria extract and the radix peucedani extract have synergistic effect on anti-wrinkle and anti-oxidation effects. The skin moisture increase rate of the facial mask can reach 158.94 percent. The Cordyceps sinensis extract and the trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim extract have a synergistic effect on the moisturizing effect. The added wisteria extract, the yellow hogfennel root extract and the gorgonian extract can increase the moisturizing and water-retaining effects of the mask to a certain extent.

The Chinese wisteria extract, the yellow hogfennel root extract and the gorgonian extract have a compound synergistic effect on relieving anti-inflammatory effect, and can obviously influence the relieving anti-inflammatory effect of the mask. The invention can further increase the soothing and anti-inflammatory effects of the mask by adding the Cordyceps sinensis extract and the trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim extract.

Throughout the specification, unless specifically indicated otherwise, the terms used herein should be understood as meaning as commonly used in the art. Accordingly, unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. In case of conflict, the present specification will control.

Unless otherwise specifically indicated, the various raw materials, reagents, instruments, equipment and the like used in the present invention are commercially available or may be prepared by existing methods.

the specific compositions of the moisturizing, antioxidant, soothing compositions and comparative modes of use thereof according to the present invention are shown in table 1 below (in parts by mass):

The preparation method of the composition of the groups a1-a5 and b1-b10 comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials, and stirring at a speed of 1000 rpm for 0.5h at 40 ℃ to obtain the compositions a1-a5 and b1-b10 in the groups.

Mask liquid: the compositions a1-a5 and b1-b10 in the above groups are respectively mixed with a mask liquid matrix to obtain mask liquid, and the mask liquid is respectively named as mask liquid a1-a5 and b1-b10 in turn.

Wherein, each facial mask liquid comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10% of the composition of the preceding group, 60% of solvent water; 13% polyol: namely 5% of propylene glycol, 4% of glycerol and 4% of polyethylene glycol-100; 0.05% preservative: namely 0.02% of phenoxyethanol and 0.03% of methylparaben; 12.5% emollient ingredients: i.e. 3% polydimethylsiloxane, 3% octyl polymethylsiloxane, 2% grapeseed oil, 2% ethylhexyl stearate, 1.5% caprylic/capric triglyceride, 1% isononyl isononanoate; 0.45% ph adjuster: citric acid, 2% emulsifier: namely, 0.5 percent of Tween-60, 0.5 percent of lecithin, 0.5 percent of polyglycerol-3-diisostearate and 0.5 percent of stearyl alcohol polyether-21; 2% viscosity modifier: namely 1% acrylic acid (esters) of C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and 1% carbomer.

The preparation method of the mask liquid comprises the following steps: weighing one of the compositions a1-a5 and b1-b10, a solvent, a polyol, a preservative, a skin-moisturizing ingredient, a pH regulator, an emulsifier and a viscosity regulator according to mass; and then stirring for 1h at the speed of 1000 rpm at 50 ℃ to obtain the mask liquid. The above prepared products were named as mask liquid a1-a5 and b1-b10 in order.

Preparation of a mask: the mask liquid A1-A5 and the mask liquid B1-B10 are respectively prepared with mask cloth according to the same mask liquid dosage to obtain a mask, the masks are named as masks A1-A5 and B1-B10 in sequence, and then the subsequent performance test is carried out.

Performance test:

1. wrinkle change test: 300 volunteers (aged 45-55 years, 150 men, 150 women) were selected and divided into 15 groups of 20 persons (10 men, 10 women). Skin wrinkle change tests were performed on the masks A1-A5 and B1-B10, respectively. The volunteer's test site was applied on the cheek without any cosmetic or topical drug for one week. Prior to the experiment, volunteers cleaned their faces with the same cleaning product; then 15 volunteers in the group, each night, were tested on the face mask (15 groups of face masks A1-A5 and B1-B10, each group tested only with the corresponding face mask) 1 time, each face mask application time was 30min, after 7 weeks of continuous use; the skin wrinkle change was analyzed by using a U.S. VISIA facial image analyzer at an ambient temperature of 20±1 ℃ and a humidity of 50±5% to test the wrinkle removal effect of each test sample. The results of the masks A1-A5 and B1-B10 for wrinkle changes are set forth in Table 2 below:

The mask A1-A5 can obviously reduce wrinkles and has a good anti-wrinkle effect; wherein, the wrinkle reduction rate of the facial mask obtained by the composition of the invention reaches more than 65%, and the wrinkle reduction efficiency of the embodiment 5 reaches 71.6%. The comparison of the embodiment group A5 of the invention with the control samples B3-B6 can obtain that the cordyceps sinensis extract, the wisteria extract and the radix peucedani extract in the composition have obvious anti-wrinkle effect on the mask, and when the sum of the three dosage amounts is unchanged in the control samples B3-B6 of the invention, the anti-wrinkle effect of the mask obtained by omitting one or two of the three dosage amounts is very poor, and the cordyceps sinensis extract, the wisteria extract and the radix peucedani extract have synergistic effect on anti-wrinkle and anti-oxidation effects. Furthermore, the anti-wrinkle and antioxidation effects of the mask can be improved to a certain extent by adding the trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim extract.

2. And (3) moisture preservation effect test: 150 volunteers (aged 45-55 years, 75 men, 75 women) were selected and randomized into 15 groups of 10 persons (5 men, 5 women) each. After the subject cleans the facial skin, it is wiped dry, and then the masks A1-A5 and B1-B10 are applied in groups. Skin moisture content test method: the moisture content of the face was measured in an environment having a temperature of 25℃and a relative humidity of 50%, and the moisture contents of the skin of the face before and after the use of the mask were measured and recorded, respectively, using a model CM825 tester supplied by CK, germany, and the average value was obtained.

The moisturizing effect test results are shown in Table 3 below:

After the test object uses the facial mask A1-A5 provided by the invention for 10 hours, the moisture content of skin is obviously increased, the facial mask prepared by the composition provided by the invention has a good moisturizing effect, the moisture content of the skin of the test object is increased by more than 150% by the facial mask A1-A5, and the moisture content increase rate of the skin of the facial mask A5 can reach 158.94%. The comparison of the embodiment group A5 of the invention with the control samples B1-B2 can obtain that the cordyceps sinensis extract and the trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim extract in the composition have obvious moisturizing effect on the mask, and when the sum of the two dosage amounts is unchanged in the control samples B1-B2 of the invention, the moisturizing effect of the mask obtained by omitting one of the two dosage amounts is very poor, and the cordyceps sinensis extract and the trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim extract have a synergistic effect on the moisturizing effect. Furthermore, the moisturizing and water-retaining effects of the mask can be improved to a certain extent by adding the wisteria extract, the radix peucedani extract and the gorgonian extract.

3. Test of soothing Effect

110 healthy subjects between 20 and 45 years of age were selected for grouping, 10 individuals for each group, and 5 men and 5 women for each group, respectively. Each group of subjects respectively and correspondingly use A5 and B1-B10 facial masks after cleansing the face in the morning and evening every day, and the using time is 3 weeks. Skin tests were performed at weeks 0, 1, and 3 using the seventh generation of VISIA and MPA580, and the results obtained were averaged as shown in table 4 below.

After the test group uses the A5 mask, the reduction of the red pigment and red area of the face of the test object is obvious, and the mask obtained by the composition has good effect of relieving skin and reducing redness and inflammation. The comparison of the embodiment group A5 of the invention with the control samples B7-B10 can obtain that the wisteria extract, the radix peucedani extract and the gorgon fruit extract in the composition have obvious moisturizing and water retaining effects of the mask, and when the sum of the three dosage amounts is unchanged in the control samples B7-B10, the mask obtained by omitting one or two of the three dosage amounts has very poor anti-inflammatory effects, and the wisteria extract, the radix peucedani extract and the gorgon fruit extract have synergistic effects on relieving the anti-inflammatory effects. Furthermore, the invention can increase the soothing and anti-inflammatory effects of the mask to a certain extent by adding the cordyceps sinensis extract and the trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim extract.

1. The moisturizing, antioxidant and soothing composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-1.5 parts of Cordyceps sinensis extract; 0.1-0.8 part of wisteria extract; 0.1-1 part of radix peucedani extract; 0.1-1.2 parts of trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim extract; 0.2-1 part of a gorgonian extract; 0.1-0.5 parts of hexyl glucoside.

3. A cosmetic comprising the composition of claim 1 and a cosmetic base.

4. A mask liquid comprising the composition of claim 1 and a mask liquid base comprising a solvent and at least one member selected from the group consisting of a polyol, a preservative, a emollient component, a pH adjuster, an emulsifier, and a viscosity adjuster.

5. The mask liquid of claim 4, wherein the mask liquid matrix comprises solvents and polyols, preservatives, emollient ingredients, pH modifiers, emulsifiers, viscosity modifiers.

The mask liquid according to claim 4, wherein the mask liquid comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5-15% of the composition of claim 1, 20-65% of the solvent, 5-15% of the polyol, 0.001-0.08% of the preservative, 6-15% of the emollient ingredient, 0.05-2% of the ph adjustor, 0.05-4% of the emulsifier, and 0.06-2% of the viscosity adjustor.

the polyalcohol is at least one selected from ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol, butanediol, hexanediol and polyethylene glycol;

the preservative is at least one selected from phenoxyethanol, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, ethyl parahydroxybenzoate and butyl parahydroxybenzoate.

The mask liquid according to claim 4, wherein the emollient component is at least one selected from the group consisting of polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethicone, octylmethicone, grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, ethylhexyl stearate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, tridecyl trimellitate, isononyl isononanoate;

the pH regulator is at least one selected from arginine, lactic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, acetic acid and malic acid.

9. The mask liquid according to claim 4, wherein the emulsifier is at least one selected from the group consisting of tween-60, lecithin, polyglyceryl-3-diisostearate, polyglyceryl-6 distearate, steareth-2, steareth-21, cetostearyl alcohol polyether-20;

the viscosity modifier is at least one selected from acrylic acid (esters)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, aluminum magnesium silicate, xanthan gum and carbomer.

10. A facial mask, comprising the facial mask liquid and facial mask cloth according to any one of claims 4-9.
