技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装材料,具体涉及一种防水防油包装材料。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,各种商品琳琅满目,商品的包装也越来越受到人们的重视。这一方面是因为包装可以有效保护商品,提高商品在运输、储存等环节的安全性,另一方面是因为包装的表面可以增加各种图案、图形、色彩,提高商品的辨识度、吸引力。可以这样说,包装及其表面的装饰,已经构成了不弱于商标等标志的宣传、辨识作用。因此,各个包装生产厂家及商品厂商都在不遗余力的改善包装材料,提高其使用性能和标识性能。
根据商品的不同,包装也有多种形式。例如食品的包装通常为塑料包装或者纸质包装,而家电的包装则为瓦楞纸构成的大型稳定的纸盒,饮用水的包装通常是塑料瓶。以上各式各样的包装,涉及不同的上产原材料、生产工艺和生产设备。在包装的生产方面,我国已形成了材料、制品、机械、包装印刷、设计和科研等门类齐全的较完整的包装行业体系,我国年产量居世界前列的包装制品是瓦楞纸板、塑料编织袋、复合软包装、金属桶等。
目前,各类膨化食品、油炸食品深受年轻人和儿童喜爱,这些食品的包装通常选择可接触食品的塑料、纸质等做成,其内侧(接触食品)的一侧通常涂布一层防油层,避免包装材料受到油的浸润而丧失结构稳定性,否则渗出的油容易造成衣服、箱包的污染,包装也容易破损。
另外还有一些包装根据需要,增加或抑制透气透水的性能。例如对于新鲜出锅的油炸类食品,选择这种包装可以有效的挥发出其热水气,避免水气对油炸食品口感的破坏;又如爆米花、薯片类食品,需要采用防止水气进入的包装,减少水的存在,避免食品受水变质。
中国专利申请202011385515.X公开了一种抗菌防油包装纸,通过加入壳聚糖提高抗菌性能,通过加入淀粉提高防油效果。但是该方案着重在于抗菌和防油性能的改善方面,并未提到对水气的影响。
中国专利201911087659.4公开了一种食品包装纸上的可降解防水放油涂层,但其加入了氟硅有机物改善该性能,其安全性仍然存疑。
发明内容
为适应产业对于包装材料的需求,尤其是在现有技术不能既安全又高效的满足食品包装防水防油性能的基础上,本发明提供一种防水防油包装材料,可以安全的用于食品包装领域,本发明的技术方案如下。
一种防水防油包装材料,依次包括装饰层、基底层和防水防油层。
其中,装饰层为BOPP薄膜、CPP薄膜、PET薄膜中的任一种;基底层的成分为PET、PP、PS中的任一种;防水防油层是由聚乙烯醇、食品级石蜡、海藻胶、纳米二氧化硅,淀粉、聚乙二醇和溶剂组成的涂料涂布而成的薄膜。
本发明公开的包装材料,选用BOPP薄膜、CPP薄膜、PET薄膜作为最外侧的装饰层,具有良好的印刷性能,得到的印刷图案色彩鲜艳,不易脱色,具有良好的观赏价值及标识作用。
本发明公开的包装材料,选用PET、PP、PS膜作为基底层,具有成本低、力学性能优异、具有较好的耐水性、耐油性。使用上述三种材料作为基底层,为本发明公开的包装材料赋予一定的耐水耐油性能的同时,利用其力学性能维持包装材料的结构稳定性。
本发明公开的包装材料,结合各种材料的特性选择确定了防水防油层的主要成分。其中在防水方面,主成分聚乙烯醇具有良好的吸水性能,加入淀粉与聚乙烯醇胶联进一步起到吸收、阻隔水分的效果,石蜡本身也是一种良好的防水剂。在防油方面,在略高于室温的条件下,二氧化硅促进聚乙二醇与海藻胶的螯合,降低聚乙二醇的亲水性能,得到具有良好防油性能的乳液。通过对得到的涂料涂布在基板,红外干燥后即可得到具有网状结构的防水防油涂层。
优选的,包装材料的厚度为0.12-0.18mm。
优选的,装饰层、基底层和防水防油层的厚度分别为0.04-0.06mm、0.05-0.10mm、0.03-0.05mm。
本发明公开的包装材料,装饰层和基底层之间通过热固性聚氨酯粘合剂粘合,基底层和防水防油层之间通过改性聚丙烯乳液粘合。
优选的,防水防油层中所用的溶剂为去离子水,以聚乙烯醇为100质量份计,各原料的质量份为:食品级石蜡3-12份、海藻胶2-6份、纳米二氧化硅0-18份,淀粉10-30份、聚乙二醇1-8份,去离子水适量。
本发明公开的包装材料,防水防油层可以按照下述方法制备:按照比例混合各原料后在搅拌条件下加热到35-50℃保温3-10h,冷却后涂布在玻璃基板上至0.03-0.05mm厚,然后红外干燥得到。
本发明公开的防水防油包装材料,采用三层结构设计,最外层的装饰层供印刷商品信息、商标、图案等,提高包装的观赏性和标识性;中间层用于为包装提供稳定的支撑和保护性能;最内层则通过改变涂料的配方,通过胶联螯合反应,得到具有网状结构的防水防油层,并且不含氟硅化合物,所用原料安全无毒。三层薄膜通过胶粘在一起,结构稳定,具有观赏性和良好的防水防油性,同时制备工艺简单,具有广阔的市场空间。

为了更好的解释本发明,通过以下具体实施方式对本发明进行解释和说明。
实施例1
一种防水防油层,其原料组成为:聚乙烯醇100质量份,食品级石蜡12质量份、海藻胶6质量份、纳米二氧化硅1质量份,淀粉10质量份、聚乙二醇6质量份,以及去离子水适量用于调整体系浓度并分散各原料。
首先将聚乙烯醇、淀粉加入到去离子水中搅拌,边搅拌边加入食品级石蜡形成稳定的混合体系。其次将聚乙二醇、海藻胶和纳米二氧化硅加入到混合体系中继续搅拌均匀得到稳定的乳液。最后,将该乳液涂布在玻璃基板上,形成厚度为0.03mm的防水防油层。
实施例2
一种防水防油包装材料,依次包括装饰层、基底层和防水防油层,厚度约为0.14mm。
其中装饰层为BOPP薄膜,具有良好的印刷性能,厚度约为0.06mm。
基底层为PET,具有优异的力学性能,为包装材料提供良好的结构与保护性能,同时PET薄膜本身也具备一定的耐油性耐水性。基底层的厚度为0.05mm。
防水防油层采用实施例1得到的防水防油层,厚度为0.03mm。
装饰层、基底层和防水防油层依次通过粘合剂粘合固定,即得到防水防油包装材料,其中装饰层用作包装材料的外表面,防水防油层用作包装材料的内表面。
实施例3
一种防水防油包装材料,依次包括装饰层、基底层和防水防油层,厚度约为0.18mm。
其中装饰层为CPP薄膜,成本低,具有良好的光泽性,适于后续图案的印刷其厚度约为0.05mm。
基底层为PS,有一定的吸水性且易加工生产,控制其厚度为。基底层的厚度为0.08mm。
防水防油层厚度为0.05mm,其原料组成为聚乙烯醇100质量份,食品级石蜡3质量份、海藻胶2质量份、纳米二氧化硅18质量份,淀粉30质量份、聚乙二醇1质量份,以及去离子水适量用于调整体系浓度并分散各原料。
首先将聚乙烯醇、淀粉加入到去离子水中搅拌,边搅拌边加入食品级石蜡形成稳定的混合体系。其次将聚乙二醇、海藻胶和纳米二氧化硅加入到混合体系中继续搅拌均匀得到稳定的乳液。最后,将该乳液涂布在玻璃基板上,形成厚度为0.05mm的防水防油层。

对实施例2和3制备得到的包装材料,按照GB/T7350-1999和GB/T4857.9-2008的相关要求测试其喷淋溅水的防水等级,实施例2和3的包装材料均达到喷淋防水第1等级,具有良好的防水效果。
对实施例2得到的包装材料测定其对花生油的润湿角,按照威氏法测定得到的润湿角为122°,具有良好的憎油性,可以防止油液渗漏。
Claims (9)
1.一种防水防油包装材料,其特征在于,所述包装材料依次包括装饰层、基底层和防水防油层;
所述装饰层为BOPP薄膜、CPP薄膜、PET薄膜中的任一种;
所述基底层的成分为PET、PP、PS中的任一种;
所述防水防油层是由聚乙烯醇、食品级石蜡、海藻胶、纳米二氧化硅,淀粉、聚乙二醇和溶剂组成的涂料涂布而成的薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防油包装材料,其特征在于,所述装饰层印刷图案后作为包装的外表面,所述防水防油层作为包装的内表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防油包装材料,其特征在于,所述包装材料的厚度为0.12-0.18mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防油包装材料,其特征在于,所述装饰层、所述基底层和所述防水防油层的厚度分别为0.04-0.06mm、0.05-0.10mm、0.03-0.05mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防油包装材料,其特征在于,所述装饰层和所述基底层之间通过热固性聚氨酯粘合剂粘合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防油包装材料,其特征在于,所述基底层和所述防水防油层之间通过改性聚丙烯乳液粘合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防油包装材料,其特征在于,所述防水防油层的溶剂为去离子水。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防油包装材料,其特征在于,所述防水防油层以聚乙烯醇为100质量份计,各原料的质量份为:食品级石蜡3-12份、海藻胶2-6份、纳米二氧化硅1-4份,淀粉10-30份、聚乙二醇1-8份,去离子水适量。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种防水防油包装材料,其特征在于,按照比例混合各原料后在搅拌条件下加热到35-50℃保温3-10h,冷却后涂布在玻璃基板上至0.03-0.05mm厚,然后红外干燥得到所述防水防油层。
