Abstract
一种纹路识别装置及其制造方法、彩膜基板及其制造方法。该纹路识别装置(100)具有触摸侧(103),包括光源阵列、光阀结构和图像传感器阵列。光阀结构设置在光源阵列的靠近触摸侧(103)的一侧,包括第一基板(110)、第二基板(130)和第一基板(110)和第二基板(130)之间的光调节层(120),配置为能响应控制信号控制第一区域(1)处于透光状态,以在透光状态允许光源阵列发出的光透过第一区域(1)形成第一感光光源(201)。光阀结构的第二基板(130)相对于第一基板(110)更靠近所述触摸侧(103),图像传感器阵列设置在第二基板(130)上。该纹路识别装置(100)可以通过光阀结构(120)在相应区域形成感光光源,实现屏下纹路识别功能。
