Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用于餐具洗涤的片剂,特别是用于形成用于手洗餐具洗涤的液体清洁组合物的片剂。
尽管有现有技术,但仍需要用于餐具洗涤的改进的片剂。
消费者预期片剂快速溶解在水中以形成用于手洗餐具洗涤的清洁组合物。也非常希望片剂向消费者提供溶解正在发生的提示的片剂,且起泡是主要的性能提示。
因此,在第一方面,提供了一种用于在水中溶解时形成液体餐具洗涤组合物的片剂,其包含:
-0.1至40重量%的表面活性剂;
-泡腾剂;
-选自硫酸氢钠、磷酸二氢钠及其混合物的酸式盐;和
-崩解剂。
在餐具洗涤的背景下,片剂是在水中溶解时形成清洁组合物的单位剂量产品。通常,这类的片剂包含表面活性剂和崩解剂。在使用时,消费者将片剂投入水中并搅拌混合物,直到片剂完全溶解并形成餐具洗涤清洁液。

本发明提供在水中溶解时形成液体餐具洗涤组合物的片剂。该片剂包含0.1至40重量%的表面活性剂、泡腾剂、选自硫酸氢钠、磷酸二氢钠及其混合物的酸式盐和崩解剂。
优选地,表面活性剂以片剂的1至30重量%,且更优选5至25重量%存在。
优选地,表面活性剂选自阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂及其混合物。优选的阴离子表面活性剂为伯烷基硫酸盐。
泡腾剂在片剂溶解过程中产生泡腾,并向消费者提供提示。优选地,泡腾剂以片剂的10至50重量%存在。更优选泡腾剂以片剂的15至45重量%,且最优选以片剂的20至40重量%存在。
优选地,泡腾剂选自碳酸盐、碳酸氢盐及其混合物。优选的泡腾剂是碳酸氢钠。
片剂包含用于片剂在水中溶解的过程中更快速泡腾的酸式盐。这里的酸式盐是指在水中形成酸性溶液的一组盐。优选这些是无机盐,并由二价或三价酸的不完全中和形成。
优选地,酸式盐以片剂的10至50重量%存在。更优选酸式盐以片剂的15至45重量%,且最优选以片剂的20至40重量%存在。

制剂1是根据本发明的制剂,制剂A是比较例。
用于制造的工艺:
获取作为干粉的所有成分,并按照表1以适当重量混合。将测定量(2.5克)的粉末混合物倒入模具中,并使用旋转压力机或液压机进行压制。一段时间后,片剂从模具中弹出,并储存在容器中。
用于测量崩解时间的试验方法:
将2.5克重量的片剂投入含有40毫升水的烧杯中,从而使片剂崩解成更小的颗粒并溶解。将片剂崩解到小于1毫米大小所花的时间记录为崩解时间。
用于评估起泡的测试方法:

-崩解剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的片剂,其中所述表面活性剂选自阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂及其混合物。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的片剂,其中所述泡腾剂以所述片剂的10至50重量%存在。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的片剂,其中所述泡腾剂选自碳酸盐、碳酸氢盐及其混合物。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的片剂,其中所述酸式盐以所述片剂的10至50重量%存在。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的片剂,其中所述泡腾剂与所述酸式盐的重量比为5:1至1:5。
