Abstract
The invention provides a flow management method and a flow management system for live working, which comprise the steps of determining equipment needing to be operated in the current live working and generating operation tasks corresponding to the equipment; matching the operation rules of each device to be operated by using the device operation rule base; carrying out charged analysis on each device to be operated according to the current network topology state to obtain the initial state of the device and determine the target state of the device, and generating operation items of each device to be operated based on the initial state and the target state; and translating the operation items into operation terms, taking each device to be operated as an operation object, and generating an operation ticket based on the operation task, the operation rule and the operation terms corresponding to each operation object. According to the method, the operation rule base of the distribution network equipment is established in advance, the corresponding operation tickets can be sequentially generated by matching the operation objects, the method can meet the operation ticket requirements of live working under different operation modes of the power grid, and the method is more efficient compared with a manual compiling mode.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of power grid live-line work management, and particularly relates to a live-line work flow management method and system.
Background
Live working refers to an operation method for overhauling and testing high-voltage electrical equipment without power failure, and the live working is an effective measure for avoiding overhauling and power failure and ensuring normal power supply. However, in the working process of live working, the working personnel need to enter the running interval of the live equipment to work, and the personnel risk of electric shock casualty exists.
In order to ensure the safety and the standardization of the live working, in the actual working process, a paper or electronic form is required to be adopted to fill in a live working operation ticket, and the operation ticket is the written basis of the electrical operation. Due to the complex change of the operation mode of the power grid, the filling of the operation order becomes very complicated. The traditional method of filling in the operation order by manual writing is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and has low accuracy. More importantly, the method cannot adapt to the change of the operation mode of the power grid, and the operation order of the corresponding equipment is difficult to generate timely and efficiently.

It should be noted that the operation device for performing live working includes all primary and secondary devices governed by the scheduling, such as a bus, a communication line, a switch, protection, and the like. The operation tasks include all operation maintenance operations for ensuring safe operation of the power grid, for example, the operation of the X line is changed from operation to maintenance, and the operation tasks of different operation devices are different.

It should be noted that the operation rule is a basic strategy for ensuring safe operation of the power grid, and the formulation of the guidance operation sequence needs to be closely matched with the real-time operation condition of the electrical equipment, the connection mode of the power grid and the protection.
Because the number of distribution network equipment is large, it is inconvenient to compile an operation order for each equipment individually. Therefore, in this embodiment, by establishing the device operation rule base, for any distribution network device, the corresponding operation rule may be generated through matching with the device operation rule base.
Specifically, the device operation rule base includes two parts. The first is an operation device part, and the second is a device type and an operation rule corresponding to each type. The operation equipment part comprises all distribution network equipment which can be classified into 6 types of buses, switches, transformers, lines, protection and reclosure according to types. In the device type and operation rule section, the contents of the corresponding specific operation rule are described according to the 6 types of device. For each type of equipment, items such as total operation tasks, wiring forms, sub operation tasks, related equipment, initial states, target states and the like should be included. Taking a bus as an example, the total tasks of the bus comprise changing from operation to maintenance, changing from operation to cold standby, changing from maintenance to operation and the like; the wiring forms comprise single bus wiring, double bus belt bypass wiring and the like; the subtasks comprise the running of a bus coupler switch, the hot standby of all switches, the hot standby of a bypass switch and the like; the related equipment comprises a bus coupler switch, a bypass switch and the like; the initial state and the target state are determined by the specific electrification state of the distribution network equipment.
Each distribution network device of the operation device part is associated to a corresponding operation rule part according to the type of the device to which the distribution network device belongs, and for any device needing hot-line work, a corresponding specific operation content part can be obtained by matching through the device operation rule base.
S300: the method comprises the steps of carrying out charged analysis on each device to be operated according to the current network topology state to obtain the initial state of the device, determining the target state of the device through operation reasoning based on the operation task of the device, and generating the operation item of each device to be operated based on the initial state and the target state.
After the operation task of the current live-wire work is determined, the operation contents of the respective operation targets are analyzed. The current network topology state can perform charged analysis on each operation object to obtain the initial state of each device, and the target state of the operation object can be obtained through reasoning according to the initial state, the operation content and the network topology state. And generating an operation item based on the conversion from the initial state to the target state of the operation object. The operation sequence of the distribution network equipment is related to the operation safety of the power grid, so that the operation sequence needs to be checked by mistake so as to meet the regulation requirement of the safety operation of the power grid.
S400: and translating the operation items into operation terms, taking each device to be operated as an operation object, and generating an operation ticket based on the operation task, the operation rule and the operation terms corresponding to each operation object.
It should be noted that the operation terminology is a rule for ensuring the accuracy and specification of the scheduling operation, and the scheduling terminology specification is correspondingly made in various places, and the operation terminology is a description of the specification and is inconsistent in various places.
The operation order is an operation instruction set which aims at specific equipment and specific operation tasks and switches the operation state of the related equipment according to the safe operation regulation of the power grid and the description sequence of the specified operation terms.
