the operation process acquisition module is used for acquiring the operation process of the electronic operation ticket if the evaluation result of the electronic operation ticket meets the preset evaluation result;
the operation process evaluation module is used for evaluating the operation process of the electronic operation ticket based on a preset standard;
and the whole process evaluation module is used for generating an operation whole process evaluation result according to the electronic operation ticket evaluation result and the operation process evaluation result.
