1. A distribution network operation and maintenance monitoring method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a command issuing notification sent by a power grid dispatching operation management system is received, acquiring a to-be-executed item-by-item command list according to the command issuing notification, and generating an operation order according to the item-by-item command list;
performing error-proof check on the operation ticket according to a preset rule, wherein the preset rule is an error-proof logic expression or an error-proof topology;
when the operation ticket passes the error-proof check, the operation ticket is pushed to a power grid management information system for auditing;
when a notice that the operation ticket passes the audit, which is sent by the power grid management information system, is received, outputting the operation ticket;
and monitoring the execution of each operation item in the operation ticket, acquiring an execution result after each operation item is executed, and updating corresponding equipment state information according to the execution result.
2. The method of claim 1,
before the step of performing error proofing according to the preset rule on the operation ticket, the method comprises the following steps of:

the distribution network anti-misoperation application server is further used for acquiring power grid graphic mode data from the geographic information system through the web application server, generating the anti-misoperation logic expression and the anti-misoperation topology according to the acquired power grid graphic mode data, acquiring equipment state data from the distribution automation system through the web application server, and receiving a remote signaling data updating notice sent by the distribution automation system through the web application server;
