Abstract
The invention discloses a system for the practical operation and maintenance of off-line high-voltage electrical equipment, and relates to the technical field of electrical equipment management; the system comprises a management server, a switch cabinet positioned at a station end, a station end server, a memory, a first data interface positioned at the management server side, a second data interface positioned at the station end server side, a generated operation ticket module and a safety management module, wherein the generated operation ticket module is used for the management server to generate an operation ticket and a corresponding secret key and write the operation ticket and the corresponding secret key into the memory through the first data interface; the security management module is used for the station side server to read the operation ticket and the corresponding secret key in the memory through the second data interface and send the operation ticket and the corresponding secret key to the management server for checking and obtaining authorization; the high-voltage switch is high in operation efficiency and good in safety through the management server, the switch cabinet, the station end server, the memory, the first data interface, the second data interface, the operation ticket generation module, the safety management module and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power equipment management, in particular to a system for off-line high-voltage power equipment practical operation and maintenance.
Background
As the DCS system is applied to a large area of a power plant, the operation panel is gradually replaced by DCS, the unit DCS is inevitably overhauled, the high-voltage switch cannot be remotely operated, and according to the operation rules, the 6kV high-voltage switch cannot be allowed to be operated on site, so that the difficulty in the unit overhauling process is formed by operating the 6kV switch.
At present, the on-site 6kV switch can only rely on a tripping button connection mode during unit overhaul, so that cable waste is serious, and the safety of on-site operators is affected.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention discloses a system for practical operation and maintenance of off-line high-voltage electrical equipment, which comprises a management server, a switch cabinet, a station server, a memory, a first data interface, a second data interface, a mobile terminal, a wireless communication device, an operation ticket generation module, a safety management module and a working module, wherein the management server is positioned in a management control room and used for generating an operation ticket, the switch cabinet is positioned at a station end, the station end server is used for controlling the action of the switch cabinet, the first data interface is positioned at the management server side, the second data interface is positioned at the station end server side, the mobile terminal and the wireless communication device are used by an operator, and the three program modules are used for generating the operation ticket module, the safety management module and the working module, and the switch cabinet is a 6kV high-voltage switch cabinet.
The mobile terminal is a smart phone.
The memory is a USB flash disk, and the first data interface and the second data interface are USB interfaces.
The management server is in wireless connection and communication with the station end server through the wireless communication device, the management server is in electric connection and communication with the first data interface, the management server is in wireless connection and communication with the mobile terminal through the wireless communication device, the mobile terminal is in wireless connection and communication with the station end server through the wireless communication device, the station end server is in electric connection and communication with the switch cabinet, and the station end server is in electric connection and communication with the second data interface.
And the operation ticket generation module is a program module and is used for generating an operation ticket and a corresponding secret key by the management server, the management server writes the operation ticket and the corresponding secret key into a memory inserted on the first data interface through the first data interface, and the management server sends the operation ticket to the mobile terminal.
The security management module is a program module and is used for reading the operation ticket and the corresponding secret key inserted in the memory on the second data interface by the station end server through the second data interface, the station end server sends the secret key of the operation ticket to the management server, the management server receives the secret key sent by the station end server and checks, and the station end server is authorized to execute the operation ticket if the verification is correct.
The working module is a program module and is used for the station side server to acquire the state of the switch cabinet and send the state to the management server, and the management server receives the state of the switch cabinet and sends the state to the mobile terminal.
The management server, the switch cabinet, the station end server, the memory, the first data interface, the second data interface, the mobile terminal, the wireless communication device and the corresponding communication connection technology are not described in detail herein for the prior art.
Description of use:
the management personnel generates an operation ticket and a corresponding secret key through the management server, the management server writes the operation ticket and the corresponding secret key into a memory inserted on the first data interface through the first data interface, and the management server sends the operation ticket to the mobile terminal.
The operator knows the operation ticket through the mobile terminal and goes to the manager to pick up the memory with the operation ticket and the corresponding key information, and then goes to the site.
The operator inserts the memory into the second data interface of the station server, the station server reads the operation ticket and the corresponding key inserted into the memory on the second data interface through the second data interface, the station server sends the key of the operation ticket to the management server, the management server receives the key sent by the station server and checks, and the station server is authorized to execute the operation ticket if the check is correct.
The operator operates the station end server through the mobile terminal and controls the switch cabinet to act, the station end server obtains the state of the switch cabinet and sends the state to the management server, and the management server receives the state of the switch cabinet and sends the state to the mobile terminal.
And an operator checks the switch cabinet state updated in real time through the mobile terminal and further performs on-site operation.

The concept of the present application:
the operation ticket module and the security management module are generated, the management server generates the operation ticket and the corresponding secret key and writes the operation ticket and the corresponding secret key into the memory, and the station side server reads the operation ticket and the corresponding secret key in the memory and sends the secret key to the management server for verification, so that the operation security is improved.
The management server is in wireless connection and communication with the station end server through the wireless communication device, the management server is in wireless connection and communication with the mobile terminal through the wireless communication device, the mobile terminal is in wireless connection and communication with the station end server through the wireless communication device, long-distance wiring of cables is not needed, working efficiency is improved, and cable waste is avoided.
