Claims (10)

1. A distribution network operation and maintenance monitoring device is characterized by comprising: monitoring module, communication terminal, communication module and distribution network automation server, wherein,
the monitoring module is used for realizing line state monitoring through a network to obtain fault data information;
the communication module is used for realizing the connection between the monitoring module and the communication terminal and transmitting the fault data information acquired by the monitoring module to the communication terminal;
the communication terminal classifies and processes the fault data information;
and the distribution network automation server is connected with the communication terminal through the Internet and displays the classification and processing results of the faults.
2. The distribution network operation and maintenance monitoring device of claim 1, wherein the monitoring module comprises a COTDR functional unit, a WDM wavelength multiplexing and demultiplexing unit, an analysis unit and a reflection unit,
the COTDR functional unit is respectively connected with the WDM wavelength multiplexing and demultiplexing unit and the analysis unit, and the WDM wavelength multiplexing and demultiplexing unit is also connected with a tested cable; the COTDR functional unit sends continuous laser pulse signals as test waves; the WDM wave-combining and wave-splitting unit multiplexes and merges the service wave and the detection wave of the monitored fiber core at a sending end into a fiber core of an optical cable; the wavelength division is to separate optical signals with different wavelengths at a receiving end and transmit the optical signals to different channels; the analysis unit is used for analyzing and processing data according to the pulse signal returned by the test wave, presenting the length, the loss and the position information of the fault point of the optical cable and providing line fault data information for maintenance personnel; and the reflection unit reflects the test wave back to the WDM wave combining and splitting unit.

The distribution network operation and maintenance monitoring device according to claim 1, wherein the communication terminal comprises a classification unit and a processing unit, the classification unit performs feature extraction on fault data information and classifies the fault data information according to different features of faults; and the processing unit is connected with the classification unit and is used for performing differential processing on the faults of different classes.

The distribution network operation and maintenance monitoring device according to claim 1, further comprising a management module, wherein the management module is connected to the communication terminal, and is configured to implement standardized management of on-site operation and maintenance operations according to the classification and processing results of faults.

The distribution network operation and maintenance monitoring device according to claim 4, wherein the management module comprises an operation and maintenance task management unit, a task downloading unit, an operation and maintenance flow guidance unit, an on-site monitoring unit, a task return unit and an operation and maintenance analysis unit, wherein,
the operation and maintenance task management unit is used for issuing operation and maintenance tasks of the distribution network equipment;
the task downloading unit is used for downloading the operation and maintenance tasks of the distribution network equipment and extracting the operation and maintenance tasks of the distribution network equipment;
the operation and maintenance flow guidance unit is used for guiding operation and maintenance personnel of the distribution network equipment to execute the operation and maintenance tasks of the distribution network equipment and carry out operation and maintenance site operation;
the field monitoring unit is used for monitoring the operation and maintenance field of the distribution network equipment;
the task return unit is used for returning the monitoring data of the operation and maintenance site of the distribution network equipment to the operation and maintenance analysis unit in the management platform;
and the operation and maintenance analysis unit is used for analyzing the monitoring data of the operation and maintenance site of the distribution network equipment and determining whether the monitoring data meets the operation and maintenance specification or not according to the analysis result.
6. The distribution network operation and maintenance monitoring device according to claim 5, further comprising a state early warning module connected to the monitoring module, wherein when the monitoring module detects a line fault, the state early warning module sends an early warning signal.

The distribution network operation and maintenance monitoring device according to claim 1 or 6, further comprising a background database, wherein the background database is used for storing line normal data information, line fault data information, and classifying and processing fault data information.

The distribution network operation and maintenance monitoring device of claim 7, further comprising a control module, wherein the control module is used for controlling the distribution device, and the control mode comprises distribution room local control, dispatching room remote control and sensor linkage control.
9. A distribution network operation and maintenance monitoring method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
monitoring the line state of the network to obtain fault data information;
classifying and processing fault data information acquired by a monitoring module;
and displaying the classification and processing results of the faults.

The distribution network operation and maintenance monitoring method according to claim 9, wherein when a line fails, early warning information is sent out, and operation and maintenance tasks of the distribution network equipment are executed by operation and maintenance personnel of the distribution network equipment to perform operation and maintenance on-site operation.
