the monitoring module is used for monitoring the line state through a network to obtain fault data information;
the communication module is used for realizing the connection between the monitoring module and the communication terminal and transmitting the fault data information acquired by the monitoring module to the communication terminal;
the communication terminal classifies and processes fault data information;
the distribution network automation server is connected with the communication terminal through the Internet and displays the classification and processing results of faults;
the communication terminal comprises a classification unit and a processing unit, wherein the classification unit is used for extracting characteristics of fault data information and classifying the fault data information according to different characteristics of faults; the processing unit is connected with the classifying unit and is used for carrying out distinguishing processing on faults of different categories;
the management module is connected with the communication terminal and realizes standardized management of on-site operation and maintenance operation according to the classification and the processing result of the faults;
the web application server is used for acquiring a itemized command list to be executed according to the command issuing notification when receiving the command issuing notification sent by the distribution network operation and maintenance monitoring equipment, and generating an operation table according to the itemized command list; pushing the operation table to the distribution network operation and maintenance monitoring equipment for auditing when the operation table passes the error proof check;
the distribution network anti-misoperation application server is used for carrying out anti-misoperation check on the operation table according to a preset rule;
the background database is used for storing line normal data information, line fault data information and classifying and processing the fault data information;
the control module is used for realizing the control of the power distribution equipment, and the control mode comprises the local control of a power distribution room, the remote control of a dispatching room and the linkage control of a sensor.

the COTDR functional unit is respectively connected with the WDM wave combining and dividing unit and the analysis unit, and the WDM wave combining and dividing unit is also connected with the tested optical cable; the COTDR functional unit sends continuous laser pulse signals as test waves; the WDM multiplexing and wave-dividing unit multiplexes and merges the service wave and the detection wave of the monitored fiber core into an optical cable fiber core at the transmitting end; the wave division is to separate the optical signals with different wavelengths at the receiving end and transmit the optical signals to different channels; the analysis unit is used for carrying out data analysis processing according to the pulse signals returned by the test waves, presenting the length, loss and fault point position information of the optical cable and providing line fault data information for maintenance personnel; the reflecting unit reflects the test wave back to the WDM wave combining and dividing unit.

the task downloading unit is used for downloading the operation and maintenance task of the distribution network equipment and extracting the operation and maintenance task of the distribution network equipment;
the operation and maintenance flow guiding unit is used for guiding operation and maintenance personnel of the distribution network equipment to execute the operation and maintenance tasks of the distribution network equipment and perform operation and maintenance field operation;
the on-site monitoring unit is used for monitoring the operation and maintenance site of the distribution network equipment;
the task feedback unit is used for transmitting the monitoring data of the operation and maintenance site of the distribution network equipment back to the operation and maintenance analysis unit in the management platform;
the operation and maintenance analysis unit is used for analyzing the monitoring data of the operation and maintenance site of the distribution network equipment and determining whether the monitoring data accords with operation and maintenance specifications or not according to an analysis result.
