Maintenance is preset in the system, operation and maintenance personnel are automatically reminded before expiration, equipment maintenance is required, overload operation is avoided, the health state of the equipment is guaranteed, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged. Recording and analyzing the conditions of equipment operation abnormity, faults and downtime, ensuring the correct operation of the equipment and controlling an operation system.
The intelligent gateway 2 comprises 5G, 4G, NB-IOT, Zigbee and WIFI.
The gathering cloud platform 3 comprises an equipment monitoring module, an abnormity alarm module, an information pushing module, a fault positioning module, a maintenance planning module, a spare part management module, a data statistics module, an analysis module, a health assessment module, a fault early warning module, a report management module and an intelligent operation and maintenance module.
The report management realizes the electronization of the report, provides statistical reports such as daily reports, monthly reports and the like, and supports the adjustment of manual modification and filling. The statistical data includes: equipment operation data, device input and output conditions, material conditions, product yield, various consumption indexes, initial and final data of a stock period, and various comprehensive indexes such as quality, metering, technology, personnel and the like; counting the frequency of days, ten days, months, seasons, years and the like; the statistical method is to perform overall balance and processing on statistical data, device data and material data from the perspective of enterprises so as to comprehensively and finely reflect the production and management overall and meet the management requirements.
