the cloud server is internally provided with a display output module, an environment monitoring module, an intelligent regulation module, a fault alarm module, an energy consumption analysis module, an operation and maintenance after-sale module and an equipment management module; the mobile phone end and the PC end of the network cloud platform for networking external data interaction realize function regulation and control;
the environment monitoring module creates a plurality of areas, checks the real-time environment values of the areas, sets environment standard parameter values according to the characteristics of various clean rooms, and displays area environment early warning if the real-time environment values are not within the standard parameter threshold values;
the intelligent regulation and control module remotely controls the industrial purification equipment, randomly opens or closes the equipment, adjusts equipment parameters, realizes single equipment control, regional group control and intelligent regulation and control;

the after-sale operation and maintenance module is controlled by a project specialist, and when the industrial purifying equipment fails, failure warning information is automatically sent to maintenance staff in charge of the project in a short message mode, and meanwhile, on-line flow of submitting, distributing, processing and feeding back of maintenance work orders is supported;
the device management module realizes a data management function through an established device ODS database;
the environment monitoring module automatically starts or increases parameters according to environment early warning parameters set in each area, accelerates the purification function, and resumes low-power operation when the cleanliness is reduced to a required standard, so as to achieve the purposes of energy conservation and automatic regulation;
the intelligent regulation and control module remotely controls the purifying equipment to set parameters respectively through intelligent regulation and control according to actual application scenes, so that the energy consumption is reduced and the environmental standard of the clean room is met;
the fault alarm module automatically informs the equipment to help quickly find out the problem and solve the fault, prevents the equipment from having larger problems, reduces the loss to the minimum, ensures the running safety of the factory, predicts the equipment fault to be maintained in advance through the intelligent fault diagnosis model, and reduces the fault occurrence rate;
the equipment ODS database counts equipment assets, checks equipment inventory and delivery distribution conditions and equipment installation conditions delivered to various items at any time, clearly records detailed information of delivery, delivery installation, fault maintenance and damage rejection of each piece of equipment, and realizes the full life cycle digital management of the equipment;
