At the moment, the specific facility operation state and personnel activity state can be acquired through monitoring near the energy utilization facility, so that the abnormal reason can be found in time, and adjustment measures can be taken in time.
For example, when abnormal power utilization occurs in a non-working period, whether conditions such as overtime of workers exist or not can be obtained by transferring video monitoring in an area, and if yes, the workers are reminded to pay attention to power utilization safety through the terminal APP. If no personnel activity exists in the area, the related electrical appliances are not closed in time when the staff leaves, the related staff can be informed through the terminal APP, or the power supply is cut off according to the authority, and the electrical appliances are closed.
When abnormal water use information appears, the video monitoring of the abnormal area can be transferred to check whether a large amount of water is used by people. If not, then check whether tap breaks down or not in time closes to the guide relevant property staff handles in time.
The energy consumption abnormity is verified through the nearby monitoring equipment, so that the workload of field verification of workers can be reduced, and the related abnormal conditions can be treated more timely.
The continuous monitoring of the area by the monitoring equipment can be combined with the energy consumption condition, and specific treatment suggestions are directly given to the energy consumption abnormity. For example, when the monitoring device does not monitor the activity of the personnel, but the energy consumption abnormality exists, the monitoring device can directly judge that the switch is forgotten to be turned off or the device is abnormal, and directly inform the relevant property staff of handling.
When the energy consumption is abnormal, the property management system can inform the corresponding user through the APP, and the user specifically controls the adjustment of the energy consumption facility. For example, after work, if it is found that the office area of a specific enterprise user still has a high energy consumption condition, the user can be reminded to confirm whether the user forgets to turn off the air conditioner or other equipment, and then the user turns off the power supply through APP remote control, so that energy is saved.
For remote control, the method not only comprises measures such as terminal control and background control, but also comprises the characteristics of timing control, regional control, adjustment control at any time and the like, and can set the time point of the timing control and automatically control and close corresponding facilities by the system. Different energy consumption control thresholds can be set for facilities in different areas in an enterprise, and the system can automatically adjust the energy consumption according to the energy consumption condition or automatically control the energy consumption according to time.
The system and the user side APP can adjust and control energy consumption of various facilities at any time, know the energy consumption condition at any time according to needs and adjust at any time. And taking corresponding measures according to the self condition for the optimization suggestion given by the system.
In the scheme of the invention, the property management system monitors the energy consumption state of each area in the park in real time, and simultaneously monitors the personnel activity of each area in the park by using the monitoring equipment. And searching the reason of the energy consumption abnormity by combining the personnel activity and the energy consumption change, thereby timely disposing the related abnormal conditions. And correspondingly checking, optimizing and adjusting by combining the system platform and the user side APP.
In the embodiment of the invention, the property management system can provide energy supply service through property facilities in the park and monitor, maintain and manage the property facilities; the property management system can acquire monitoring data of monitoring equipment in the park for monitoring the area where the energy-using facility is located, and determine energy consumption influence information according to the monitoring data; the property management system can acquire energy consumption data of property facilities and determine whether an abnormality occurs according to the energy consumption data; and if the abnormality occurs, determining the reason of the abnormality and executing adjustment processing according to the reason of the abnormality. The invention provides a method for monitoring energy consumption conditions of each area in a park in real time, and monitoring personnel activities of each area in the park by using monitoring equipment. And searching the reason of the energy consumption abnormity by combining the personnel activity and the energy consumption change, thereby timely disposing the related abnormal conditions. The embodiment of the invention can make up the defect that the energy consumption management of the park is too extensive in the prior art, provides a refined energy consumption management exception handling scheme, provides unified energy consumption control and exception handling of the park through the system platform, builds a park operation intelligent property management system platform, and provides scientific support and high-efficiency service for the overall management of the park.

the facility management module 301 is located in the property management system and is used for providing energy supply service through property facilities and monitoring, maintaining and managing the property facilities;
an energy consumption impact determining module 302 located in the property management system, configured to obtain monitoring data for monitoring an area where an energy consumption facility is located by a monitoring device, and determine energy consumption impact information according to the monitoring data;
an exception handling module 303 located in the property management system, configured to obtain energy consumption data of the property facility, and determine whether an exception occurs according to the energy consumption data; and if the abnormality occurs, determining the reason of the abnormality and executing adjustment processing according to the reason of the abnormality.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the facility management module 301 may include:
and the monitoring submodule is used for determining a monitoring area according to selectable area granularity and monitoring the monitoring area in real time, wherein the selectable area granularity comprises buildings, floors and rooms.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the facility management module 301 may include:
the energy consumption data acquisition submodule is used for acquiring energy consumption data of a plurality of property facilities in a plurality of monitoring areas in different time periods;
and the energy consumption analysis submodule is used for generating energy consumption analysis information according to the energy consumption data of the property facilities in the monitoring areas in different time periods.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the facility management module 301 may include:
the historical data acquisition submodule is used for acquiring historical energy consumption data of different energy consumption types;
and the incidence relation information determining submodule is used for generating incidence relation information between different energy consumption types according to historical energy consumption data of different energy consumption types.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the energy consumption influence determining module 302 may include:
the personnel information determining submodule is used for determining personnel activity condition information of the area where the energy utilization facility is located according to the monitoring data;
and the energy consumption influence determining submodule is used for generating energy consumption influence information according to the personnel activity condition information and the energy consumption data of the energy utilization facilities.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the exception handling module 303 may include:
the abnormal facility data acquisition submodule is used for acquiring monitoring data of the abnormal energy utilization facility;
and the exception handling submodule is used for determining an exception reason according to the monitoring data and executing adjustment processing according to the exception reason.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the operation service platform further includes a client, and the apparatus may further include:
the analysis request receiving module is used for receiving an energy consumption analysis request sent by the client;
the energy consumption analysis information acquisition module is used for acquiring corresponding energy consumption analysis information according to the energy consumption analysis request;
and the energy consumption analysis information sending module is used for sending the energy consumption analysis information to the client so as to enable the client to display the energy consumption analysis information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the property management system can provide energy supply service through property facilities in the park and monitor, maintain and manage the property facilities; the property management system can acquire monitoring data of monitoring equipment in the park for monitoring the area where the energy-using facility is located, and determine energy consumption influence information according to the monitoring data; the property management system can acquire energy consumption data of property facilities and determine whether an abnormality occurs according to the energy consumption data; and if the abnormality occurs, determining the reason of the abnormality and executing adjustment processing according to the reason of the abnormality. The invention provides a method for monitoring energy consumption conditions of each area in a park in real time, and monitoring personnel activities of each area in the park by using monitoring equipment. And searching the reason of the energy consumption abnormity by combining the personnel activity and the energy consumption change, thereby timely disposing the related abnormal conditions. The embodiment of the invention can make up the defect that the energy consumption management of the park is too extensive in the prior art, provides a refined energy consumption management exception handling scheme, provides unified energy consumption control and exception handling of the park through the system platform, builds a park operation intelligent property management system platform, and provides scientific support and high-efficiency service for the overall management of the park.

the energy consumption processing method for the property facility comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the computer program is executed by the processor, each process of the energy consumption processing method embodiment of the property facility is realized, the same technical effect can be achieved, and the details are not repeated here to avoid repetition.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program implements each process of the embodiment of the energy consumption processing method for a property facility, and can achieve the same technical effect, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.

Claims (10)

1. An energy consumption processing method of property facilities is applied to an operation service platform, the operation service platform comprises a property management system, and the method comprises the following steps:
the property management system provides energy supply service through property facilities and monitors, maintains and manages the property facilities;
the property management system acquires monitoring data of monitoring equipment for monitoring the area where the energy-using facility is located, and determines energy consumption influence information according to the monitoring data;
the property management system acquires energy consumption data of the property facility and determines whether an abnormality occurs according to the energy consumption data; and if the abnormality occurs, determining the reason of the abnormality and executing adjustment processing according to the reason of the abnormality.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the property management system monitors the property facility, comprising:
the property management system determines a monitoring area according to selectable area granularity, and monitors the monitoring area in real time, wherein the selectable area granularity comprises buildings, floors and rooms.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the property management system manages the property facility, comprising:
the property management system acquires energy consumption data of a plurality of property facilities in a plurality of monitoring areas in different time periods;
the property management system generates energy consumption analysis information according to energy consumption data of a plurality of property facilities in a plurality of monitoring areas in different time periods.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the property management system manages the property facility, comprising:
the property management system acquires historical energy consumption data of different energy consumption types;
and the property management system generates incidence relation information among different energy consumption types according to historical energy consumption data of the different energy consumption types.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the property management system determines energy consumption impact information from the monitoring data, comprising:
the property management system determines the personnel activity condition information of the area where the energy utilization facility is located according to the monitoring data;
and the property management system generates energy consumption influence information according to the personnel activity condition information and the energy consumption data of the energy utilization facilities.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the property management system determines a cause of the anomaly and performs adjustment processing based on the cause of the anomaly, comprising:
the property management system acquires monitoring data of the abnormal energy utilization facility;
and the property management system determines an abnormal reason according to the monitoring data and executes adjustment processing according to the abnormal reason.
7. The method of claim 3, wherein the operations service platform further comprises a client, the method further comprising:
the property management system receives an energy consumption analysis request sent by the client;
the property management system acquires corresponding energy consumption analysis information according to the energy consumption analysis request;
and the property management system sends the energy consumption analysis information to a client so that the client can display the energy consumption analysis information.
8. An energy consumption processing device of a property facility, which is applied to an operation service platform, wherein the operation service platform comprises a property management system, and the device comprises:
the facility management module is positioned in the property management system and used for providing energy supply service through property facilities and monitoring, maintaining and managing the property facilities;
the energy consumption influence determining module is positioned in the property management system and used for acquiring monitoring data of monitoring equipment for monitoring the area where the energy-using facility is positioned and determining energy consumption influence information according to the monitoring data;
the abnormal handling module is positioned in the property management system and used for acquiring the energy consumption data of the property facility and determining whether an abnormality occurs according to the energy consumption data; and if the abnormality occurs, determining the reason of the abnormality and executing adjustment processing according to the reason of the abnormality.
9. An electronic device, comprising: processor, memory and computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, which computer program, when executed by the processor, carries out the steps of the energy consumption handling method of a property facility according to any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the energy consumption handling method of a property facility according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
