Abstract
本发明涉及金属压力加工用水基润滑剂,具体公开了一种不锈钢丝拉拔加工用的水基润滑剂,按重量百分比计其组成为:蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯类极压抗磨剂8.0~15.0%,固体润滑剂微粒0.5~5.0%,油性剂6.0~8.0%,乳化剂3.0~5.0%,pH调整剂1.0~2.0,分散剂0.1~1.0%,防霉剂1.0~3.0%,防锈剂0.3~3.0%,消泡剂0.1~0.3%,余量的水。其中,所述的蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯极压抗磨剂为蓖麻油酸与三氯化磷或亚磷酸合成得到,固体润滑剂微粒为:乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺、三聚氰胺氰尿酸、聚四氟乙烯,氟化石墨等微粒,微粒粒径0.1~50μm。该水基润滑剂的主要特点是:极压性能好,不易断丝,适应不锈钢丝的高速拉拔(最高15m/s);模具消耗低;拉拔出的不锈钢丝表面质量优秀,退火清洁性良好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及金属压力加工用水基润滑剂,具体涉及一种用于不锈钢丝拉拔加工用的水基润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
不锈钢主要是指在空气、水、酸性溶液及其他腐蚀介质中具有较高化学稳定性,在高温下具有抗氧化性的钢,通常是在普通碳钢中添加铬、镍、钛等元素来实现。不锈钢丝按用途可分为不锈耐热钢丝(织网用钢丝、捆绑丝等)、不锈弹簧钢丝、不锈焊丝、不锈铆钉钢丝、不锈轴承钢丝、不锈易切削钢丝等。不锈钢丝品种很多,发展很快,随着现代工业的快速发展,有用不锈钢丝取代碳素钢丝的趋势,致使不锈钢丝的需求量迅速增长。不锈钢丝塑性良好,但变形抗力大,加工硬化效应强,拉拔时极易黏在模具上,造成表面划伤,因此对润滑剂和模具要求比较高。不锈钢丝的拉拔前常常要用草酸盐或氯(氟)系树脂涂覆处理,粗丝常用干式拉丝粉拉拔,细丝(φ≤0.5mm)常用拉拔油拉拔,但拉拔油冷却性很差,拉拔出的不锈钢丝表面残留高,退火清洁性不好,不能适应不锈钢丝高速拉拔的要求。市场上有少数水基不锈钢拉拔润滑剂出售,大都是以冷却清洗功能为主,其润滑性和极压抗磨性均难以满足不锈钢丝的高速拉拔。中国发明专利CN20120163070.x公开了一种超细不锈钢丝使用的润滑剂,其组分为聚乙二醇5~10份,异丙醇5~10份,极压剂0.5~2份,氧化胺5~20份,聚天氨酸0.5份,金属防锈剂0.5~1份,水45~100份;该润滑剂仅适用于超细不锈钢丝(φ≤0.1mm),不能适应普通细丝。
CN106350190A提供的水基润滑剂主要用于高强镀黄铜钢丝的拉拔,其主要创新点为以多元醇聚酯为油性剂,用于不锈钢丝拉拔时表现为极压抗磨性不够,因此不能用于不锈钢丝的拉拔。CN103740455A提供的水基润滑剂主要用于镀锌钢丝的拉拔,其主要的创新点是以脂肪酸多烯多胺缩合物为油性剂,主要解决的是镀锌钢丝拉拔过程中不易形成脂肪酸锌皂,延长润滑剂寿命的问题,其极压抗磨性能完全不能满足不锈钢丝的拉拔。CN111909771A提供的是一种镀锌钢丝拉拔润滑剂,其主要创新点是润滑剂组合中含有按比例的脂肪酸、多烯多胺、磷酸,在水箱钢丝拉拔过程中钢丝表面磨损下来的氧化锌或锌能在钢丝变形产生的高温下生成一种极压抗磨性能的络合物,因为不锈钢钢丝表面不含锌,所以它也不适用于不锈钢钢丝的拉拔。CN106433863A提供的是一种金属水基切削液,切削液主要的侧重点在防锈,其润滑性根本不能满足不锈钢丝的拉拔,且它选择的亚磷酸双十二烷基酯在使用中泡沫很多,完全不能适应不锈钢丝的高速拉拔。
不锈钢丝水基拉拔润滑剂在钢丝拉拔过程中主要起润滑、冷却、清洗等作用,具体要求如下:
(1)适用于高速拉拔(最高速度可达15m/s),拉拔过程中不断丝,不损伤模具,使用中无泡沫。
(2)拉制的不锈钢丝表面光洁、无划痕、无油污。
(3)乳液稳定性好,长期使用不分层,不析出油泥。
(4)抗微生物感染,使用寿命长,无毒无害,废液易处理。
发明内容
为了解决不锈钢丝拉拔过程中变形抗力大,加工硬化效应强,拉拔时极易黏在模具上,造成表面划伤的难题,本发明提供一种不锈钢丝拉拔加工用的水基润滑剂及其制备方法。该水基润滑剂的主要特点是:极压抗磨性能好,不易断丝、适应不锈钢丝的高速拉拔(最高15m/s);模具消耗低;拉拔出的不锈钢丝表面质量优秀,退火清洁性良好。
为了解决本发明提出的技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种不锈钢丝拉拔加工用的水基润滑剂,按重量百分比计其组成为:蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯类极压抗磨剂8.0~15.0%,固体润滑剂微粒0.5~5.0%,油性剂6.0~8.0%,乳化剂3.0~7.0%,pH调整剂1.0~3.0,分散剂0.1~1.0%,防霉剂1.0~3.0%,防锈剂0.3~3.0%,消泡剂0.1~0.3%,余量的水。
按上述方案,所述蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯极压抗磨剂由蓖麻油酸与亚磷酸类磷化剂合成得来。具体合成方法为:将蓖麻油酸与溶剂和催化剂混合,然后在小于40℃下缓慢加入亚磷酸类磷化剂,然后升温至120~140℃,反应4~5h,真空脱去溶剂,即可得到蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯极压抗磨剂。其中,溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯等中的一种,催化剂为氢氧化钾等,溶剂的用量为蓖麻油酸重量的5~10%,催化剂的用量为蓖麻油酸重量的0.05~0.1%;亚磷酸类磷化剂选自三氯化磷、亚磷酸等中的一种,蓖麻油酸与亚磷酸类磷化剂之间的摩尔比为2.5:1~3.0:1。
按上述方案,所述的固体润滑剂微粒为乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺(简称EBS)、三聚氰胺氰尿酸(简称MCA)、聚四氟乙烯或氟化石墨等中的一种或多种,粒径一般为0.1~50μm。
按上述方案,所述的油性剂为油酸季戊四醇酯、油酸三羟基丙烷酯等中的一种。
按上述方案,所述的乳化剂为TX-10(烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚)、MOA-9(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)、AN(脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚)、净洗剂6501等中的一种或多种的混合物。
按上述方案,所述的乳化剂重量百分比优选3.0~5.0%;所述的防霉剂的重量百分比优选1.0~2.0%;所述的消泡剂的重量百分比优选0.1~0.2%。
按上述方案,所述的PH调整剂为一乙醇胺、三乙醇胺等中的一种或多种的混合物;所述的分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺或碱金属磷酸盐等中的一种或多种的混合物。
按上述方案,所述的防霉剂为N,N'-亚甲基双吗啉、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、(2-吡啶巯醇-1-氧化物)钠等中的一种或两种的混合物。
按上述方案,所述的防锈剂为5-甲基苯并三氮唑,苯并三氮唑,硼酸一乙醇胺酯、硼酸二乙醇胺酯、硼酸三乙醇胺酯等中的一种或多种的混合物。
按上述方案,所述的消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
本发明所述的不锈钢丝拉拔加工用的水基润滑剂的制备方法,按照组成的重量百分比,依次将亚磷酸酯极压抗磨剂、油性剂、乳化剂加入乳化釜中,加完后开启搅拌,缓慢加入pH调整剂,加完后再升温至110~120℃,在不断搅拌下加入95~100℃的水,然后冷却到40℃以下,加入固体润滑剂微粒、分散剂、防锈剂,接着加入防霉剂,消泡剂,搅拌均匀后用高剪切乳化分散机乳化分散半小时,即得到不锈钢钢丝拉拔加工用的水基润滑剂产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明选用具有良好极压抗磨性能的蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯作为主润滑添加剂,固体润滑剂微粒为辅助极压添加剂,再添加油性剂、乳化剂等复配成极压性能优良的水基润滑剂。其中,蓖麻油酸为带羟基的脂肪酸,蓖麻油酸与亚磷酸化剂反应合成的蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯作为主润滑剂,既有较好的极压抗磨性,又有润滑减摩性,同时蓖麻油酸上的羧基-COOH(脂肪酸)基团又具有良好的吸附性,吸附于钢丝表面;再添加固体润滑剂微粒为辅助极压剂,大大提高了润滑剂的极压抗磨和润滑减摩性,碳化点高,完全能满足不锈钢丝的高速拉拔,同时拉拔出的不锈钢丝表面残留少,退火清洁性好,表面光洁、无划痕、无油污。
本发明提供的水基润滑剂润滑性能好,用于不锈钢丝的拉拔加工,极压抗磨性能好,不易断丝、不损伤模具,适应不锈钢丝的高速拉拔(最高15m/s);拉拔出的不锈钢丝表面质量优秀,使用寿命长,退火清洁性良好。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
下述实施例1和2中,所述蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯极压抗磨剂采用蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯,具体合成方法为:将350千克的蓖麻油酸投入反应釜中(带夹套冷却水),加入28千克的甲苯、0.5千克的固体氢氧化钾,然后在小于40℃下分批缓慢加入34.3千克的亚磷酸,全部加完后,升温至120~140℃,135±5℃下反应4.5h真空脱去溶剂即可,产物为金黄色透明液体,即为蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯,备用。
下述实施例3中,所述蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯极压抗磨剂采用蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯,具体合成方法为:将350千克的蓖麻油酸投入反应釜中(带夹套冷却水),加入17.5千克甲苯、然后在小于40℃下缓慢滴入53.8千克的三氯化磷,全部加完后,升温至120~140℃,反应4~5h真空脱去氯化氢、溶剂即可,产物为金黄色透明液体,即为蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯,备用。
实施例1
一种不锈钢丝拉拔加工用的水基润滑剂,其组成及重量比如表1所示,制备方法为:按表1中的各组分含量,将蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯、季戊四醇油酸酯、TX-10、一乙醇胺混合,升温至110~120℃,在不断搅拌下加入计量的90~100℃的水,然后冷却到40℃以下,再加入EBS、N,N'-亚甲基双吗啉、硼酸乙醇胺单酯、5-甲基苯并三氮唑和聚丙烯酸钠、硅消泡剂,搅拌均匀后用高剪切乳化分散机乳化分散半小时,即得不锈钢丝拉拔加工用的水基润滑剂产品。

本实施例的不锈钢钢丝拉拔加工用水基润滑剂,用于直径Φ≤0.5mm织网用钢丝的高速拉拔,平均拉拔速度12.5m/s,平均模具损耗:15只/吨,钢丝;拉拔出的不锈钢丝光亮清洁。
实施例2
一种不锈钢丝拉拔加工用的水基润滑剂,其组成及重量比如表2所示,制备方法为:按表2中的各组分含量,将蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯、季戊四醇油酸酯、AN、一乙醇胺混合,升温至110~120℃,在不断搅拌下加入计量的90~100℃的水,然后冷却到40℃以下,再加入EBS、MCA、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、硼酸乙醇胺单酯、5-甲基苯并三氮唑和聚丙烯酰胺、硅消泡剂,搅拌均匀后用高剪切乳化分散机乳化分散半小时即得产品。

本实施例的不锈钢丝拉拔加工用水基润滑剂,用于直径Φ≤0.2mm不锈钢纤维丝的高速拉拔,平均拉拔速度14.3m/s,平均模具损耗:10.2只/吨,拉拔出的纤维丝表面光亮清洁,退火清洗性好。
实施例3
一种不锈钢丝拉拔加工用的水基润滑剂,其组成及重量比如表3所示,制备方法为:按表3中的各组分含量,将蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯、油酸三羟甲基丙烷酯、AN、一乙醇胺混合,升温至110~120℃,在不断搅拌下加入计量的90~100℃的水,然后冷却到40℃以下,再加入EBS、氟化石墨、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、硼酸乙醇胺单酯、5-甲基苯并三氮唑和聚丙烯酰胺、硅消泡剂,搅拌均匀后用高剪切乳化分散机乳化分散半小时即得产品。

本实施例的不锈钢丝拉拔加工用水基润滑剂,用于直径Φ≤1.0mm不锈弹簧钢丝的高速拉拔,平均拉拔速度11.0m/s,平均模具损耗:13.7只/吨,拉拔出的不锈钢丝光亮清洁。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变换,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种不锈钢丝拉拔加工用的水基润滑剂,其特征在于按重量百分比计其组成为:蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯极压抗磨剂8.0~15.0%,固体润滑剂微粒0.5~5.0%,油性剂6.0~8.0%,乳化剂3.0~5.0%,pH调整剂1.0~2.0,分散剂0.1~1.0%,防霉剂1.0~3.0%,防锈剂0.3~3.0%,消泡剂0.1~0.3%,余量的水;
所述蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯极压抗磨剂由蓖麻油酸与亚磷酸类磷化剂合成得来;亚磷酸类磷化剂选自三氯化磷、亚磷酸中的一种,蓖麻油酸与亚磷酸类磷化剂之间的摩尔比为2.5:1~3.0:1;
所述的固体润滑剂微粒为乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺、三聚氰胺氰尿酸、聚四氟乙烯、氟化石墨中的一种或多种,粒径为0.1~50μm;
所述的油性剂为油酸季戊四醇酯、油酸三羟基丙烷酯中的一种;所述的乳化剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺中的一种或多种的混合物;所述的pH调整剂为一乙醇胺或三乙醇胺中的一种或两种的混合物;所述的分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺或碱金属磷酸盐中的一种或多种的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢丝拉拔加工用的水基润滑剂,其特征在于所述蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯极压抗磨剂的合成方法如下:将蓖麻油酸与溶剂和催化剂混合,然后在小于40℃下缓慢加入亚磷酸类磷化剂,然后升温至120~140℃,反应4~5h,真空脱去溶剂,即得到蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯极压抗磨剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种不锈钢丝拉拔加工用的水基润滑剂,其特征在于溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯中的一种,催化剂为氢氧化钾,溶剂的用量为蓖麻油酸重量的5~10%,催化剂的用量为蓖麻油酸重量的0.05~0.1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢丝拉拔加工用的水基润滑剂,其特征在于所述的防霉剂为N,N'-亚甲基双吗啉、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、(2-吡啶巯醇-1-氧化物)钠中的一种或多种的混合物;所述的防锈剂为5-甲基苯并三氮唑,苯并三氮唑,硼酸一乙醇胺酯、硼酸二乙醇胺酯、硼酸三乙醇胺酯中的一种或多种的混合物。
5.权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢钢丝拉拔加工用的水基润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于按照组成的重量百分比,依次将蓖麻油酸亚磷酸酯极压抗磨剂、油性剂、乳化剂加入乳化釜中,加完后开启搅拌,缓慢加入pH调整剂,加完后再升温至110~120℃,在不断搅拌下加入95~100℃的水,然后冷却到40℃以下,加入固体润滑剂微粒、分散剂、防锈剂,接着加入防霉剂,消泡剂,搅拌均匀后用高剪切乳化机乳化分散,即得到不锈钢丝拉拔加工用的水基润滑剂。
