本发明提出一种微发泡技术SPC轻质地板，包括板坯，所述板坯包括基材层，所述基材层顶部设有耐磨层，所述耐磨层上方设有装饰层，所述基材层由以聚氯乙烯树脂、碳酸钙、钙锌稳定剂与微发泡助剂混合包、硬脂酸、PE蜡、抗韧抗冲击助剂等为主要原材料，按照一定的配比将上述物料混合、挤出、压延成片；通过设置新型材质制成的基材层，降低了地板的比重，便于运输，并且通过增加双耐磨层，增强地板的耐刮性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板，尤其涉及一种微发泡技术SPC轻质地板。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，对于室内装潢的要求也随之提高，在室内装潢中，通常在地面上铺设有地板，现有的地板由木料或其他材料做成。地板的分类有很多，按结构分类有：实木地板、强化复合木地板、三层实木复合地板、竹木地板、防腐地板、软木地板以及最流行的多层实木复合地板等；按用途分类有：家用，商业用，防静电地板，户外地板，舞台舞蹈专用地板，运动馆场内专用地板，田径专用地板等；按环保等级分类有：E0级地板、E1级地板、F4级别地板，JAS星级标准的F4星地板等等实用性和美观性缺一不可，而普通地板既不耐刮也不耐磨，同时比重大，货运成本高。
发明内容
本发明提出一种微发泡技术SPC轻质地板，解决了现有普通地板既不耐刮也不耐磨，同时比重大，货运成本高的问题。
为了解决以上技术问题，本发明提出以下技术方案：
本发明提出一种微发泡技术SPC轻质地板，包括板坯，所述板坯包括基材层，所述基材层顶部设有耐磨层，所述耐磨层上方设有装饰层，所述基材层由以聚氯乙烯树脂、碳酸钙、钙锌稳定剂与微发泡助剂混合包、硬脂酸、PE蜡、抗韧抗冲击助剂等为主要原材料，按照一定的配比将上述物料混合、挤出、压延成片。
优选的，所述装饰层材质选用PVC装饰纸，所述耐磨层沿着基材层的SPC 条线覆合。
优选的，所述装饰层下方与基材层之间设有下耐磨层，所述下耐磨层材质选用SPC。
优选的，所述板坯的四端进行倒角、开槽，并且在进行倒角前通过UV进进行处理。
通过以上技术方案，本实用新型有益效果：通过设置新型材质制成的基材层，降低了地板的比重，便于运输，并且通过增加双耐磨层，增强地板的耐刮性。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种微发泡技术SPC轻质地板，其特征在于：所述装饰层材质选用PVC装饰纸，所述耐磨层沿着基材层的SPC条线覆合。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种微发泡技术SPC轻质地板，其特征在于：所述装饰层下方与基材层之间设有下耐磨层，所述下耐磨层材质选用SPC。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种微发泡技术SPC轻质地板，其特征在于：所述板坯的四端进行倒角、开槽，并且在进行倒角前通过UV进进行处理。
