Description

Preparation method of silk mask containing sericin
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of preparation of skin care products, in particular to a preparation method of a silk mask containing sericin.
Background
In recent years, the use of facial masks has become an important embodiment of modern people for improving the condition of facial skin and pursuing delicate life. As one of the most popular skin care products in the market, natural fiber materials are used as carriers (namely mask base cloth) and carry functional substances to act on the skin so as to realize the effects of moisturizing, whitening, nourishing, resisting oxidation and the like. However, chemical fibers are used as a substrate, which is likely to cause problems such as skin allergy.
Under the large background of green, natural and environment-friendly, people tend to select more products with naturalness and safety for skin care products, wherein the silk mask is popular due to the special natural attribute of the silk mask. The silk contains 18 amino acids required by human body, so that the silk has good compatibility with skin; sericin is a globular protein, contains abundant polar amino acids, and has good moisturizing properties, antioxidant activity, tyrosinase inhibitory action, and the like, so that silk and sericin are commonly used as natural cosmetic ingredients. The conventional method for preparing the silk mask base cloth is to firstly carry out degumming through alkali or enzyme treatment on the silkworm cocoons, and then extract and utilize sericin in an aqueous solution, wherein complete degumming not only takes long time and influences the activity of the sericin, but also contains chemical treatment agents such as alkali or enzyme and the like remained in the sericin.
In the preparation process, fibroin is directly added into the facial mask to prepare the silk facial mask, for example, patent CN102836104A discloses a bamboo charcoal silk facial mask, the fibroin is natural polymer fibrin extracted from silk, the content of the fibroin accounts for about 70-80% of the silk, and the fibroin contains 18 amino acids, wherein glycine (gly), alanine (ala) and serine (ser) account for about more than 80% of the total composition. However, the extraction process is complicated and cannot fully retain the natural nutrition of silk.
In addition, the preparation method of the silk mask is also provided by changing the silk spinning to directly obtain uniform silk fiber surface, for example, patent CN111939085A discloses a preparation method of the silk mask, which comprises (1) letting silkworms spin uniformly on the surface of a support piece to obtain a planar silk; (2) softening the planar yarn; (3) Soaking the softened planar filaments in essence to make the planar filaments fully absorb effective components in the essence; (4) And (4) draining the planar silk after the essence is fully absorbed to obtain the planar silk mask. The patent uses the prepared flat silk as the base cloth of the silk mask, but has the problems of stiffness and thickness, poor fit with the skin and softening treatment.
Therefore, how to obtain a silk mask containing sericin and a mask liquid from silkworm cocoons, which can reasonably and fully utilize sericin components in silk and do not add chemical components, has the aim of green and natural moisturizing the skin, and is a problem worthy of research.

s301, carrying out rotary evaporation concentration on the crude sericin solution obtained in the step S3 at the temperature of 80 ℃ and the rotating speed of 40 r/min to obtain a sericin concentrated solution;
s302, adding an ethanol solution with the volume fraction of 70% into the sericin concentrated solution for protein precipitation, wherein the volume ratio of the sericin concentrated solution to ethanol is 1;
s303, carrying out vacuum cooling and drying on the sericin precipitate to obtain sericin powder.
(8) Preparing a mask liquid: adding 50g of rose hydrosol into 7g of sericin powder, fully stirring for dissolving, then adding 15g of glycerol, stirring uniformly, and sterilizing to obtain the sericin mask solution.
(9) When the facial mask base cloth is used, the facial mask base cloth is soaked in hot water for 5min, is applied to the face for 5min and then taken down, is soaked in facial mask liquid and then is applied to the face, the application effect is transparent and invisible, the skin is moist, smooth and elastic after 10-20 min, sericin can inhibit the generation of melanin and prevent the skin from becoming black after being exposed to the sun, and the liquid absorption capacity of the facial mask base cloth is 810.81%.
The silk mask base cloth obtained in example 5 and a commercially available common mask base cloth were subjected to wet transmittance measurement and subjective wet transparency evaluation, as shown in the following table.
Figure 272015DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
Base cloth type of face mask
Testing the wet light transmittance: the mask base cloth soaked in the same medium was tested on a 6B-50S colorimeter, the light transmittance was recorded, each sample was tested 5 times, and the average value was calculated. The subjective evaluation method of the wet transparency of the mask base cloth comprises the following steps: the transparency of the mask base cloth cannot be visually displayed through the light transmittance measured by the instrument, and in order to comprehensively and visually evaluate the transparency of the mask base cloth, the transparency of the mask base cloth in a wet state is evaluated by adopting a subjective evaluation method. And (3) sticking the mask base cloth soaked in the mask liquid to the back of the hand of a person under the same condition, and carrying out comparative evaluation. For the convenience of statistics, the transparency of the mask base cloth is classified into 5 grades, the transparency is preferably 5 grades, the transparency is good and 4 grades, the transparency is generally 3 grades, the transparency difference is 2 grades, and the transparency difference is 1 grade. And randomly inviting 20 evaluators for evaluation and scoring, scoring the mask base cloth in a wet state by subjective evaluators according to personal senses, and finally adding the scores of all the samples to obtain a total score representing the transparency of the sample, wherein the higher the total score is, the better the transparency is, and otherwise, the worse the transparency is.
As can be seen from the above table, compared with other mask base cloths, the light transmittance of the silk mask base cloth in a wet state is the largest, which indicates that the better the permeability of the silk mask non-woven fabric is, the more obvious the invisible effect is; the subjective evaluation value of the transparency of the silk mask in a wet state is the highest, which indicates that the transparency of the silk mask base cloth is the best.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a graph showing the results of the liquid absorption test between the silk mask and the base cloth of the conventional mask on the market. The beauty effect of the facial mask is realized by the facial mask liquid loaded on the facial mask base cloth, the facial mask base cloth is used as a carrier of the facial mask liquid, and the liquid absorption amount of the facial mask base cloth directly influences the using effect of the facial mask. The liquid absorption amount is too small, the beautifying effect is not obvious, and the mask is dried quickly, so that the mask absorbs water from the skin and cannot play a role in maintaining; too high a liquid absorption amount increases the cost and causes waste. The experiment comparison shows that the liquid absorption capacity of the silk mask base cloth is the largest, the liquid absorption capacity of the bamboo fiber mask base cloth is the second time, and the liquid absorption capacity of the polyester mask base cloth is the smallest.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Variations, modifications, substitutions, integrations and parameter changes of the embodiments may be made by the conventional substitutes or the same functions may be performed within the spirit and principle of the invention without departing from the principle and spirit of the invention.
