According to an embodiment of the application, 0.01% -2% of the active ingredient in the tetrahydro-methyl-pyrimidine-carboxylic acid, the alfalfa extract, or the combination thereof comprises tetrahydro-methyl-pyrimidine-carboxylic acid. When the anti-wrinkle composition contains 0.01-2% of tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid can improve the protective effect of the anti-wrinkle composition on skin, stabilize the structure of enzyme protein in an organism and improve the functions of activating skin and resisting aging of the anti-wrinkle composition; in addition, the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid can provide good moisturizing and sun-screening functions, has the effects of whitening the skin and weakening the generation of wrinkles; furthermore, the tetrahydro-methyl-pyrimidine-carboxylic acids have an anti-inflammatory action.
According to the embodiment of the application, 0.1% -10% of beta-glucan in the anti-wrinkle composition has good film-forming property, can help skin to keep moisture, is antioxidant, remarkably reduces skin wrinkles, improves skin elasticity and effectively protects the skin. In addition, beta-glucan is able to rejuvenate the skin and minimize fine lines and wrinkles. It can stimulate fibroblast, promote collagen production and cell renewal process, tighten skin, and reduce the formation of crow's feet.
According to the embodiment of the application, 0.01% -2% of cocoyl hydrolyzed collagen, cocoyl hydrolyzed collagen salt or a combination thereof has mild properties, and in the anti-wrinkle composition, dirt can be thoroughly removed, stimulation to skin can be reduced, damaged skin can be effectively repaired, and interfacial tension can be reduced, so that tension of skin can be contacted, breakage of collagen fibers in skin can be weakened, and an anti-wrinkle effect can be improved.
According to the embodiment of the present application, 0.1% -10% of lactobacillus fermentation lysate has oxidation resistance, and in the anti-wrinkle composition of the present application, all active ingredients in the lactobacillus fermentation lysate, such as peptidoglycan, teichoic acid, protein, phospholipid, sterol, fatty acid, various enzymes, peptide and amino acid, nucleotide, extracellular polysaccharide, etc., can provide abundant nutrition to the skin, thereby improving the anti-aging effect on the skin.
According to the embodiment of the application, 0.01% -1% of hyaluronic acid, hyaluronic acid derivatives, hyaluronate or a combination thereof can play a unique role in protecting skin, and in the anti-wrinkle composition, the skin can be kept moist, smooth, fine, tender and elastic, and the anti-wrinkle composition has the effects of preventing wrinkles, resisting wrinkles and recovering the physiological functions of the skin.

According to the embodiment of the application, the components with the mass fractions have a synergistic effect, so that the anti-wrinkle effect can be further improved, and the anti-wrinkle composition has better stability.
In some embodiments, the anti-wrinkle composition comprises the following components in mass percent: 0.5% -2% of decarboxylated carnosine;

51 percent of polyquaternary ammonium salt and 45 percent to 50 percent of polyquaternary ammonium salt.
The anti-wrinkle composition has a synergistic effect, and can enhance anti-wrinkle and tightening effects under the synergistic effect.
In some embodiments, the antioxidant is selected from 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, ascorbic acid glucoside, or combinations thereof.
According to the embodiment of the application, the antioxidant such as 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid and ascorbic acid glucoside avoids the problems that retinol and derivatives thereof in the traditional technology have high skin irritation, raw materials are easy to decompose when exposed to light, and skin peeling, pricking, redness and the like are easy to cause. Meanwhile, in the anti-wrinkle composition, 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid and ascorbyl glucoside have good oxidation resistance, can provide electrons to reduce free radicals and enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes, so that the free radicals in cells are quickly eliminated, and the generation of skin wrinkles is reduced.
In some embodiments, the anti-wrinkle composition further comprises an additional organic encapsulating agent selected from lecithin, hydrogenated lecithin, chitosan, hydroxyethyl chitosan, carboxymethyl chitosan, hydroxypropyl chitosan, cyclodextrin, maltodextrin, gum arabic or a combination thereof. The chitosan may be chitosan. The organic coating agent can be microscopically acted with polyquaternary ammonium salt-51, so that the mutual solubility of insoluble substances in the anti-wrinkle composition is realized, and meanwhile, the absorption and application of the skin are promoted, and the aim of resisting wrinkles is better fulfilled.
In some embodiments, the anti-wrinkle composition is in a powder form having an average particle size of 0.25 to 10 μm.
The powdery anti-wrinkle composition has the effect of improving the stability and uniformity of the anti-wrinkle composition in the average particle size, and is beneficial to the skin.
In some embodiments, the anti-wrinkle composition has an ethanol content of 0.1ppm or less. In the anti-wrinkle composition, the content of ethanol is less than or equal to 0.1ppm, the content is little, or no ethanol is contained, so that skin irritation, particularly irritation to sensitive muscles, is avoided.
In some embodiments, the anti-wrinkle composition further comprises a solvent selected from organic alcohols, water, vegetable fats and oils, or combinations thereof. The anti-wrinkle composition can be used in a water-soluble medium and an oil-soluble medium, has high compatibility and has a more common use scene.

The grape seed oil, the coconut oil and the sunflower seed oil also have an antioxidant effect, can improve the repairing effect on chapped skin, reduce the damage of ultraviolet rays and realize wrinkle resistance.
In some embodiments, the organic alcohol is selected from methyl propylene glycol, 1, 3-propanediol, 1, 3-butanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, octyl glycol, ethylhexyl glycerol, or a combination thereof. The anti-wrinkle composition is dissolved in the organic alcohol, has good intersolubility, and improves the moisturizing effect of the composition.
In some embodiments, the anti-wrinkle composition further comprises at least one of a humectant, a thickener, an emulsifier, a neutralizer, and a preservative. Any one or more additives are added, so that the whitening composition for skin has corresponding functions, and the using effect of the anti-wrinkle composition is improved.
In some embodiments, the humectant is selected from glycerin, butylene glycol, 1, 3-propanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, octaethylene glycol, or a combination thereof. The humectant can be fully mixed with the above components to enhance the moisturizing effect of the anti-wrinkle composition.
In some embodiments, the thickening agent is selected from carbomers, polymers of acrylic acid crosslinked with C10-C30 alkanol acrylate, xanthan gum, or combinations thereof. The thickening agent has important functions on thickening, stability and rheological property of the anti-wrinkle composition; by using the thickening agents with different weight proportions, the anti-wrinkle composition can be in a liquid state, a paste state or a gel state so as to be suitable for different scenes. The anti-wrinkle composition has good consistency, excellent spreadability and excellent extensibility by adopting the thickening agent in a proper proportion.
In some embodiments, the plant emulsifier is selected from polyglyceryl-3 diisostearate, polyglyceryl 2-dipolyhydroxystearate, polyglyceryl-2 isostearate, polyglyceryl 4-isostearate, polyglyceryl 3-polyricinoleate, polyglyceryl 6-polyricinoleate, glyceryl stearate, sorbitan isostearate, sorbitan oleate and sucrose cocoate or combinations thereof.
When the anti-wrinkle composition is used in an oil-phase cosmetic, the plant emulsifier may be added. The plant emulsifier is green and safe, has no stimulation to skin, is suitable for sensitive muscle user groups, and has good anti-allergy and relieving effects. The polyglycerol stearate can form a lamellar liquid crystal type colloid network structure in an emulsification system, and the stability of the emulsification system is improved. The polyglycerol-3 diisostearate and the polyglycerol 2-dipolyhydroxystearate have high emulsifying capacity, can wrap more water phase by less oil phase, and have high dispersibility and stability and high compatibility with various water-in-oil system emulsifiers.
For example, the use of a nonionic emulsifier is effective in reducing surface tension, and is beneficial in obtaining a wrinkle resistant composition with uniform and stable texture, which can subsequently form a stable water-in-oil emulsion system.
In some embodiments, the neutralizing agent is selected from sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, or a combination thereof; by adding the neutralizing agent, the pH of the skin whitening composition can be controlled to be more suitable for the skin of different users.
In some embodiments, the preservative is selected from phenoxyethanol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, p-anisic acid, caprylyl glycol, ethylhexyl glycerol, benzoic acid, sodium benzoate, caprylyl hydroxamic acid, or combinations thereof. The preservative can be well compatible with other substances, and the shelf life of the anti-wrinkle composition can be prolonged by adding the preservative.
Preparation method of anti-wrinkle composition
In a second aspect, the present application provides a method of preparing the anti-wrinkle composition of the first aspect, comprising:

The preparation method of the anti-wrinkle composition can be used for preparing the anti-wrinkle composition, the process is simple, the time consumption is short, the requirement on equipment is low, the prepared anti-wrinkle composition is stable in system, the harm to the body health of a user is avoided, and the anti-wrinkle composition has large-scale application potential.
The invention also provides application of the anti-wrinkle compound in a skin care product, preferably, the skin care product comprises an aqueous skin care product, a gel skin care product, an emulsion skin care product, an essence skin care product, a facial mask skin care product, a cream skin care product or a cream skin care product.

The present disclosure is more particularly described in the following examples that are intended as illustrations only, since various modifications and changes within the scope of the present disclosure will be apparent to those skilled in the art. Unless otherwise indicated, all parts, percentages, and ratios reported in the following examples are on a weight basis, and all reagents used in the examples are commercially available or synthesized according to conventional methods and can be used directly without further treatment, and the equipment used in the examples is commercially available.
Example 1
The embodiment of the application provides an anti-wrinkle composition, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.01% -2% of decarboxylated carnosine;
hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, european Phaseolus glauca sprout extract or their combination, 0.01% -30%;
0.01-2% of tetrahydromethyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, alfalfa extract or a combination thereof;
0.1 to 10 percent of beta-glucan,
0.1 to 5 percent of antioxidant,
0.01 to 2 percent of cocoyl hydrolyzed collagen, cocoyl hydrolyzed collagen salt or the combination thereof;
lactobacillus fermentation lysate, 0.1% -10%;
0.01% -1% of hyaluronic acid, hyaluronic acid derivatives, hyaluronate or a combination thereof;
polyquaternary ammonium salt-51 wt% and 38-99.65 wt%.
The application provides a preparation method of the anti-wrinkle composition, which comprises the following steps:
there is provided the components of the above anti-wrinkle composition,
mixing the above components in a solvent to obtain a mixture,
passing the mixture through a high pressure microfluidizer to encapsulate a portion of the above components with polyquaternium-51 to provide the anti-wrinkle composition.
The preparation method comprises mixing the following components 1-6; the components No. 7-14 are wrapped with polyquaternium-51 in advance, and then added into the formula to be uniformly stirred.
Specific components of the anti-wrinkle compositions of the examples are shown in table 1.

The comparative examples differ from the examples in that: the components and preparation methods of the anti-wrinkle composition are slightly different as shown in table 2.

Test section
1) Stability test
The anti-wrinkle compositions of examples 1-5 were subjected to stability tests, including heat, cold, alternating and light tests. Wherein, the heat resistance test conditions are as follows: keeping out of the sun at a constant temperature of 45 +/-1 ℃; the cold resistance test conditions are as follows: keeping the temperature at minus 20 +/-1 ℃ and keeping out of the sun; the alternating test conditions were: keeping the temperature at minus 20 ℃ for 3.5 days, changing the temperature at 45 ℃ for 3.5 days, and keeping out of the sun; the illumination test conditions were: the test chamber (1.47X 106 Lux. Hr) was illuminated, and the test results are shown in Table 3.

As can be seen from table 3, the anti-wrinkle composition according to the embodiments of the present application has excellent stability, compatibility and stability.
2) Anti-wrinkle test
1. The volunteers are randomly divided into 8 groups of 30, and the positions and areas of the test areas of each group are the same;

The anti-wrinkle effect of volunteers scoring is obviously better than that of the comparative example by adopting multi-target anti-wrinkle combination in the example 1 and the comparative example 1 and by using polyquaternary ammonium salt-51 for wrapping treatment in the example 1; comparative example 1 was not coated, and the anti-wrinkle effect was significantly different from that of comparative example 1, although the ratio of the components was approximately the same.
In addition, the skin of the forehead wrinkle part of the volunteer was coated with the anti-wrinkle composition according to the examples and comparative examples of the present application, and the anti-wrinkle effect was measured by a method of measuring skin roughness and wrinkle roughness using an Antera 3D skin tester. In line with the scores of the above tables.
The skin using the examples and comparative examples was subjected to a noninvasive imaging operation using an optical coherence tomography skin scanner to obtain pictures 1-2.
The non-invasive imaging of collagen of example 1 is shown in fig. 1, wherein the left image is the initial state of the skin, and the right image is the state of the anti-wrinkle composition of the present application after 28 days. The collagen noninvasive imaging graph of comparative example 1 is shown in fig. 2, in which the left graph shows the initial state of the skin, and the right graph shows the state of the anti-wrinkle composition after 28 days from the use of comparative example 1 of the present application. As can be seen from the figure, compared with the comparative example 1, the anti-wrinkle effect of the anti-wrinkle composition of example 1 is obviously superior to that of the comparative example by adopting the multi-target anti-wrinkle composition and using the polyquaternary ammonium salt-51 for the coating treatment; meanwhile, the effect of promoting the generation of collagen in 28 days is better than that of the comparative example 1.
Comparative example 2 the effect of promoting collagen production was tested alone after the components of the wrinkle-resistant composition acted on the skin; the formulation of comparative example 2 was used for 28 days, and had no collagen production-promoting effect.
Compositions of comparative examples 3-6, using a polyquaternium-51 coating treatment; the effect of promoting collagen production was still good, but the effect was weaker than in examples 1 to 4.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, the scope of the invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can easily conceive various equivalent modifications or substitutions within the technical scope of the invention. Claims (10)

1. An anti-wrinkle composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.01% -2% of decarboxylated carnosine;
hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, european Phaseolus glauca sprout extract or their combination, 0.01% -30%;
0.01% -2% of tetrahydromethyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, alfalfa extract or their combination;
0.1 to 10 percent of beta-glucan,
0.1 to 5 percent of antioxidant,
0.01% -2% of cocoyl hydrolyzed collagen, cocoyl hydrolyzed collagen salt or a combination thereof;
lactobacillus fermentation lysate, 0.1% -10%;
0.01% -1% of hyaluronic acid, hyaluronic acid derivatives, hyaluronate or a combination thereof;
polyquaternary ammonium salt-51, 38% -99.65%.
2. The anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 1, wherein the anti-wrinkle composition comprises the following components in mass percent:
0.5% -2% of decarboxylated carnosine;
hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, european Phaseolus glauca bud extract or their combination, 5% -30%;
0.5% -2% of tetrahydromethyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, alfalfa extract or their combination;
5 to 10 percent of beta-glucan,
1 to 5 percent of antioxidant,
0.5% -2% of cocoyl hydrolyzed collagen, cocoyl hydrolyzed collagen salt or a combination thereof;
lactobacillus fermentation lysate, 2% -10%;
0.2% -1% of hyaluronic acid, hyaluronic acid derivatives, hyaluronate or a combination thereof;
polyquaternary ammonium salt-51, 40% -55%.
3. The anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 1, wherein the anti-wrinkle composition comprises the following components in mass percent:
0.5% -2% of decarboxylated carnosine;
0.5 to 10 percent of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, european water lily buds extract or the combination thereof;
0.5% -2% of tetrahydromethyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, alfalfa extract or their combination;
0.5 to 2 percent of beta-glucan,
1 to 5 percent of antioxidant,
0.5 to 2 percent of cocoyl hydrolyzed collagen, cocoyl hydrolyzed collagen salt or the combination thereof;
lactobacillus fermentation lysate, 2% -10%;
0.4% -1% of hyaluronic acid, hyaluronic acid derivatives, hyaluronate or a combination thereof;
polyquaternary ammonium salt-51, 45% -50%.
4. The anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the antioxidant is selected from 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, ascorbyl glucoside, or a combination thereof.
5. The anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising an additional organic encapsulating agent selected from lecithin, hydrogenated lecithin, chitosan, hydroxyethyl chitosan, carboxymethyl chitosan, hydroxypropyl chitosan, cyclodextrin, maltodextrin, gum arabic or a combination thereof.
6. The anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the anti-wrinkle composition is in a powder form and has an average particle size of 0.25 to 10 μm.
7. The anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a solvent selected from organic alcohols, water, vegetable oils and fats, or a combination thereof.
8. The anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 7, wherein the vegetable oil or fat is selected from jojoba oil, sunflower seed oil, castor oil, coconut oil, grape seed oil, shea butter, meadowfoam seed oil, macadamia nut oil, olive oil, palm oil, squalane, cocoa butter, jojoba fat, glycolipids, octyldodecanol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, coco-caprylic/capric triglyceride, oleic/linoleic/linolenic polyglycerolates, and dioctyldodecanol dilinoleate or a combination thereof;
the organic alcohol is selected from methyl propylene glycol, 1, 3-butylene glycol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, octyl glycol, ethylhexyl glycerol, or combinations thereof.
9. The anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 7, further comprising at least one of a moisturizing agent, a thickening agent, an emulsifying agent, a neutralizing agent, and a preservative.
10. A method of making an anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1-9, comprising:
providing components of an anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1 to 9,
mixing the above components in a solvent to obtain a mixture,
passing the mixture through a high pressure microfluidizer to encapsulate a portion of the above components with polyquaternium-51, optionally drying, to obtain the anti-wrinkle composition.
