Description

Preparation method of skin-moistening plant essential oil
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of plant essential oil, and particularly relates to a preparation method of skin-moistening plant essential oil.
Background
The human skin has a lipid layer which is an important factor influencing the skin state and can prevent the excessive evaporation of skin moisture, moisten the skin, purify the skin, neutralize the pH value of the skin surface and keep the skin healthy. Skin surface lipids mainly originate from lipids secreted by sebaceous glands and in epidermal cells, including squalane, cholesterol, triglycerides, free fatty acids and other components, and skin problems such as dry skin and dermatitis are related to the decrease of lipid content in the cortex.
People pay more attention to skin moisturizing in daily skin care, and oil on the surface of the skin can play a role in moisturizing and water locking, so the oil is more important to be the basis of skin care, and the water-oil balance needs to be paid more attention. However, skin lipid is very easy to lose, and especially, people pay more attention to the fact that the oil control and the use of the more irritating surfactant are excessively cleaned, the cutin is excessively removed, the water is excessively supplemented, and other wrong skin care methods such as skin care methods cause facial degreasing, skin surface lipid is insufficient, the lipid secretion of the skin is serious, the proportion of water and oil is unbalanced, and skin moisture is lost. Therefore, the skin lipid supplement is an important step in the skin care step, and the plant essential oil which contains more lipid and natural moisturizing components has stronger advantages in the aspect of lipid supplement.
The plant essential oil is extracted from parts of flowers, roots, leaves, fruits and the like of plants by distillation and squeezing, generally has small molecular weight and is easily absorbed by human skin. In the above mentioned lipid loss situation, the plant essential oil as a pure oil formulation has a strong advantage in supplementing lipid, and in recent years, consumers are more and more inclined to buy natural cosmetics, and also pay more attention to products with higher safety without adding essence, pigment, hormone and preservative. Essence, pigment and hormone are not added in the cosmetics, the cosmetics are mainly composed of compounds such as water and grease, and the components provide a good environment for bacterial breeding, so that preservative is not added in the cosmetics, the essential oil is in an oil form, the product has low hydration degree and natural bacteriostatic effect, the preservative is not added easily, the plant essential oil can better inherit the natural safe idea to protect the skin, and the plant essential oil is more easily accepted by public consumers.
Common essential oil products are sticky and not easy to absorb, oil films are easy to form on the surface of skin and are easy to rub off, and the moisturizing and water locking effects are reduced.
In order to meet the requirement that people hope to supplement oil and fat without risk components such as preservative, essence, pigment and the like due to water-oil imbalance of the public skin at present, the preparation method of the skin-moistening plant essential oil is provided.

The product from the above example was taken for soothing effect: inhibition of aggregation of zebrafish embryonic neutrophils the neutrophils from the zebrafish embryos and human neutrophils are highly similar in morphology, biochemical and physiological function. Neutrophils, the first leukocytes to appear at the site of injury or pathogen invasion, act to eliminate infectious or harmful substances. The model of the neutrophil aggregation caused by the damage of the neural cumulus cells in the side line area of the zebra fish embryo is applied to test, the quantity change of the neutrophil in the side line area of the fish embryo of the tested object treatment group and the model control group is compared, and the neutrophil inhibition rate is calculated to evaluate the relieving efficacy of the raw material, the formula or the product.
The test is carried out by using a neutrophil aggregation model caused by the copper sulfate induced neural cumulus cell injury in the lateral line region of the zebra fish embryo. And (3) exposing the 24 fish embryos to a 0.16mg/L copper sulfate pentahydrate and 5g/L arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnston multielement soothing essence 1 sample solution, setting a model control group, fixing the fish embryos after exposure for 40min, dyeing the fish embryos with Sudan black, counting the number of neutrophils in a lateral line area, and performing statistical analysis.
And (3) testing results:
Figure BDA0003931047670000081
the following can be seen in combination with the attached drawings:
in the first panel, the dark spots are stained neutrophils. Control group: the soothing effect was not significant (0% inhibition of neutrophil aggregation);
in fig. two, positive control group exemplifies: 0.0036mg/L indometacin has obvious effect of relieving (30% of neutrophil aggregation inhibition rate);
in fig. three, the test sample groups: the plant essential oil has a remarkable relieving effect (51% of neutrophil aggregation inhibition rate).
The above test results show that the present invention has a soothing effect.
