The foregoing detailed description of the present invention provides an in-line bead-packed, heated, non-burning tobacco rod-forming process and system, and the principles and embodiments of the present invention are described herein using specific examples, which are presented to assist in understanding the principles of the present invention and its core concepts, including the best mode, and to enable any person skilled in the art to practice the invention, including making and using any devices or systems and performing any incorporated methods. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the principle of the present invention, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention. The patentable scope of the invention is defined by the claims, and may include other examples that occur to those skilled in the art. Such other embodiments are intended to be within the scope of the claims if they have structural elements that do not differ from the literal language of the claims, or if they include equivalent structural elements with insubstantial differences from the literal languages of the claims.

Claims (10)

1. A forming process of a tobacco cigarette which is not combusted by heating is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) Arranging the tobacco, the hollow rod, the paper tube and the filter tip which are cut by the cutting system on a tobacco gun cloth belt in sequence, wrapping and drawing the tobacco gun cloth belt by a cloth belt, placing the cigarette beads at a filling position by a cigarette bead online filling system, and then entering a cigarette forming process;
the filling position is between the hollow rod and the paper tube;
2) In the cigarette forming process, when gap elimination treatment is carried out, the fragrant beads enter the inner cavity of the paper tube, the tobacco, the hollow rod, the paper tube and the filter tip are tightly connected, and then the fragrant beads enter the cigarette composite forming process, and the tobacco which is not combusted by heating is obtained after the fragrant beads are wrapped and formed by tipping paper.
2. The molding process according to claim 1, wherein a gap is provided between the hollow rod and the paper tube;
the distance of the gap between the hollow plate and the paper tube is larger than or equal to the diameter of the incense beads.
3. The molding process according to claim 2, wherein the on-line filling system of scent beads comprises a liftable on-line filling system of scent beads;
when the hollow rod and the paper tube in the tobacco gun cloth belt advance to the lower part of the fragrant bead on-line filling system, the fragrant bead on-line filling system descends to the upper part of a gap between the hollow rod and the paper tube or the gap to release the fragrant beads.
4. The process of claim 1, wherein two or more of the tobacco, hollow rod, paper tube, and filter have a gap therebetween;
the fragrant bead online filling system comprises a funnel filled with fragrant beads;
after the incense beads are placed, the arrangement of the tobacco, the hollow rod, the paper tube and the filter tip on the cloth belt of the cigarette gun is unchanged.
5. The molding process according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the aroma bead is smaller than the diameter of the inner cavity of the paper tube;
the diameter of the fragrant bead is larger than the inner diameter of the hollow cavity of the hollow rod;
and the method also comprises a slitting step after the package forming.
6. The molding process according to claim 1, wherein the step of allowing the aromatic beads to enter the inner cavity of the paper tube is specifically as follows:
the fragrant beads enter the inner cavity of the paper tube under the pushing of the hollow rod;
the fragrant beads comprise fragrant beads with cooling and fragrance increasing effects.
7. A system for forming tobacco rods for heating non-combustible tobacco, comprising:
a cigarette making machine;
the cigarette making machine comprises a cigarette gun;
the smoking pipe comprises a smoking pipe cloth belt;
the tobacco pipe section is arranged on the tobacco pipe cloth belt;
a liftable fragrant bead filling device is arranged between the hollow rod section and the paper tube section.
8. The molding system of claim 7, wherein the fragrance bead filling apparatus comprises a hopper containing fragrance beads;
the fragrant bead filling device is provided with an opening and closing device which can be controlled in a linkage manner;
the fragrant bead filling device is positioned above the tobacco pipe cloth belt.
9. The molding system of claim 7, further comprising a cigarette molding apparatus;
the cigarette forming device is connected with the cigarette making machine;
the forming system also comprises a cigarette composite forming device;
the cigarette composite forming device is connected with the cigarette forming device.
10. The molding system of claim 9, further comprising a slitting device;
the slitting device is connected with the cigarette composite forming device.
