Abstract
The invention discloses an electrically heated cigarette product containing aromatic beads, which comprises an aerosol generating carrier, a spice section adjacent to the aerosol generating carrier and a cigarette holder adjacent to the spice section, wherein the aerosol generating carrier, the spice section and the cigarette holder are communicated with the interior of the cigarette holder to allow air mist to pass through, the spice section comprises a plurality of aromatic beads, and the aerosol generated when the aerosol generating carrier is electrically heated enters the cigarette holder after passing through the spice section for aroma.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electronic cigarettes, in particular to a cigarette product containing aromatic beads for electric heating.
Background
The traditional smoking mode is completed by smoking and burning tobacco smoke, and it is known that the smoking mode generates tar due to factors such as incomplete combustion of tobacco and the like, which is harmful to the health of smokers and can bring indirect health damage to surrounding people.
In recent years, a variety of smoking articles have been proposed in the art in which tobacco is heated rather than combusted, typically electrically heated solid tobacco articles. One goal of such heated smoking articles is to reduce known harmful aerosol components resulting from the combustion and pyrolytic degradation of tobacco in conventional cigarettes.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a cigarette product containing aromatic beads for electric heating, solving some problems of the prior art.
The invention provides an electrically heated cigarette product containing aromatic beads, which comprises an aerosol generating carrier, a spice section adjacent to the aerosol generating carrier and a cigarette holder adjacent to the spice section, wherein the aerosol generating carrier, the spice section and the cigarette holder are communicated with each other to allow air mist to pass through, the spice section comprises a plurality of aromatic beads, and the aerosol generated when the aerosol generating carrier is electrically heated enters the cigarette holder after passing through the spice section for perfuming.
As an embodiment, the spice section is cylindrical, a spiral cooling component is arranged in the spice section, the spiral cooling component comprises a spiral channel, the plurality of fragrant beads in the spice section are arranged in the spiral channel, a preset gap is kept between the fragrant beads and the inner side of the spiral channel, so that the fragrant beads can roll in the spiral channel, and the aerosol generated when the aerosol generating carrier is electrically heated is transmitted to the cigarette holder through the spiral channel.
As an embodiment, the spiral temperature-reducing member is a cylindrical single spiral rod, the single spiral groove of the single spiral rod is uniformly arranged around the rod axis of the single spiral rod, the outer diameter surface of the single spiral rod is in close contact with the outer layer of the perfume segment to form a closed single spiral channel, the plurality of perfume beads in the perfume segment are arranged in the single spiral channel, a predetermined gap is kept between the perfume beads and the inner side of the closed single spiral channel so that the perfume beads can roll in the single spiral channel, and the aerosol-generating carrier generated when being electrically heated is transmitted to the cigarette holder through the closed single spiral channel.
In one embodiment, the smoking article further comprises a cylindrical barrier segment, one end of the barrier segment being adjacent the flavor segment and the other end of the barrier segment being adjacent the aerosol-generating carrier, the barrier segment including a plurality of apertures therethrough for passage of the aerosol therethrough.
In one embodiment, the smoking article further comprises a cylindrical single-helical rod wrapped by an outer wrapping member, one end of the single-helical rod is adjacent to the aerosol-generating carrier, the other end of the single-helical rod is adjacent to the flavor segment, the single-helical grooves of the single-helical rod are uniformly arranged around the rod axis of the single-helical rod, the outer diameter surface of the single-helical rod is in close contact with the outer wrapping member to form a closed single-helical channel, the aerosol-generating carrier is cooled by the single-helical channel of the single-helical rod when being electrically heated and enters the flavor segment, and the aerosol is flavored by the flavor segment and enters the mouthpiece.
In one embodiment, the smoking article further comprises a cylindrical single-helix rod wrapped by an outer wrapper, one end of the single-helix rod is adjacent to the flavor segment, the other end of the single-helix rod is adjacent to the mouthpiece, the single-helix grooves of the single-helix rod are uniformly arranged around the rod axis of the single-helix rod, the outer diameter surface of the single-helix rod is in close contact with the outer wrapper to form a closed single-helix channel, and the aerosol-generating carrier is flavored by the flavor segment and then enters the single-helix channel of the single-helix rod to be cooled, and then the aerosol enters the mouthpiece.
As an embodiment, the aerosol-generating carrier comprises a paper tube and a granular tobacco material contained in the paper tube, the paper tube is aluminized paper, the tail end of the paper tube is provided with a high-transmittance formed paper seal, and the seal is provided with a plurality of small holes.
As an embodiment, the spice section is a cylindrical shell, the bottom of the spice section is provided with a plurality of holes, and the spice beads are located inside the shell.
The cigarette product of the invention combines the spiral cooling component and the aromatic beads with the function of aroma, the plurality of fragrant beads are arranged in the spiral channel, a preset gap is kept between the fragrant beads and the inner side of the closed spiral channel for air mist to pass through, the fragrant bead is suitable for rolling in the closed spiral channel, the tightness degree and the rolling speed of the fragrant bead in the spiral channel can be determined by setting the gap distance between the fragrant bead and the inner side of the spiral channel, when a user sucks the incense forcibly, the aerosol generating carrier is electrically heated to generate aerosol which passes through the closed spiral channel, the aerosol pushes the incense beads and rolls along with the incense beads in the spiral channel, therefore, the aroma generating time of the aerosol can be greatly prolonged, and compared with some technical schemes of fixing the aroma beads in a component for aroma generation, the invention has obvious effect on aroma generation. When the cigarette holder is used, a smoker can select to shake the cigarette product firstly, the position distribution of the aroma beads in the spiral channel is changed, and the aroma beads can be shaken to one side close to the aerosol generation carrier, so that the rolling time of the aroma beads in the spiral channel can reach the longest during smoking, and the aroma effect can be optimized.
According to the invention, as an embodiment, the aromatic bead is provided with an open adsorption hole, and aroma substances such as essence are adsorbed in the adsorption hole. When the aerosol passes through the fragrant bead, the fragrant bead can stably release fragrant substances into the aerosol, so that stable fragrance can be obtained during smoking, and the smoking effect is improved.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by combining the attached drawings and the embodiment.
Referring to figure 1, the present invention provides an electrically heated beaded smoking article 100 comprising an aerosol generating carrier 10, a flavor segment 50 adjacent to the aerosol generating carrier 10, a mouthpiece 40 adjacent to the flavor segment 50, the aerosol generating carrier 10, flavor segment 50 and the interior of the mouthpiece 40 being in communication for the passage of an aerosol therethrough, the flavor segment 50 including a plurality of beads 51 therein, the aerosol generated when the aerosol generating carrier 10 is electrically heated being flavored by the flavor segment 50 and entering the mouthpiece 40.
As an embodiment, the spice section 50 is cylindrical, a spiral cooling component is included in the spice section 50, the spiral cooling component includes a spiral channel, the plurality of fragrant beads in the spice section are arranged in the spiral channel, a predetermined gap is kept between the fragrant beads and the inner side of the spiral channel so that the fragrant beads can roll in the spiral channel, and the aerosol generated when the aerosol generating carrier is electrically heated is transmitted to the cigarette holder through the spiral channel. Specifically, as a further example, referring to fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, the spiral cooling member is a cylindrical single spiral rod 30, the single helical grooves 70 of the single screw rod 30 are uniformly arranged around the rod axis of the single screw rod 30, the outer diameter surface of the single-screw rod 30 is in close contact with the outer layer of the perfume segment 50 to form a closed single-screw type channel (i.e. at the single-screw groove 70), the plurality of beads 51 in the flavor section 50 are disposed in the single helical channel (i.e. at the single helical groove 70), the fragrance bead 51 maintains a predetermined gap with the inner side of the closed single-screw type passage (i.e. at the single-screw groove 70) so that the fragrance bead 51 can roll in the single-screw type passage, the aerosol generated when the aerosol-generating carrier 10 is electrically heated is transported through the closed single helical channel (i.e. at the single helical groove 70) to the mouthpiece 40. As an embodiment, a cavity is further disposed inside the rod shaft 80 of the single spiral rod 30, and the phase change energy storage material PCM is filled in the cavity. As an embodiment, the material of the single screw rod 30 is a heat absorbing material, and the heat absorbing material includes a polylactic acid material or a metal material.
Referring to fig. 6, as an example, the smoking article 100 of the embodiment of fig. 1 further includes a cylindrical spacer 105, one end of the spacer 105 is adjacent to the flavor segment 50, the other end of the spacer 105 is adjacent to the aerosol-generating carrier 10, and the spacer 105 includes a plurality of holes therethrough for the aerosol to pass through. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is an exploded perspective view of the embodiment of fig. 6. Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a perspective view of the isolation section 105, and the isolation section 105 includes a plurality of holes 1051 therethrough.
Referring to fig. 9, as an example, the smoking article 100 of the embodiment of fig. 1 further comprises a cylindrical single helical rod 30 wrapped by an outer wrapping element 110, one end of the single helical rod 30 abutting the aerosol-generating carrier 10 and the other end of the single helical rod 30 abutting the flavor segment 50. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the single spiral grooves 70 of the single screw rod 30 are uniformly arranged around the rod shaft 80 of the single screw rod 30, the outer diameter surface of the single screw rod 30 in fig. 8 is in close contact with the outer wrapper 110 to form a closed single-spiral channel, and the aerosol generated when the aerosol-generating carrier 10 is electrically heated is cooled through the single-spiral channel of the single screw rod 30 and enters the perfume segment 50, and the aerosol is scented by the perfume beads 51 in the perfume segment 50 and enters the mouthpiece 40.
Referring to fig. 10, as an example, the smoking article 100 of the embodiment of fig. 1 further includes a cylindrical single-screw rod 30 wrapped by an outer wrapping member 110, one end of the single-screw rod 30 abuts the flavor segment 50, the other end of the single-screw rod 30 abuts the mouthpiece 40, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the single-screw grooves 70 of the single-screw rod 30 are uniformly arranged around the rod axis 80 of the single-screw rod 30, the outer diameter surface of the single-screw rod 30 is in close contact with the outer wrapping member 110 to form a closed single-screw channel, and the aerosol generated when the aerosol generating carrier 10 is electrically heated is flavored by the flavor segment 50, enters the single-screw channel of the single-screw rod 30, is cooled, and then enters the mouthpiece 40.
As an embodiment, the aerosol-generating carrier 10 includes a paper tube and a particulate tobacco material contained in the paper tube, the paper tube is an aluminized paper, and referring to fig. 1 and 11, the end of the paper tube has a high-transmittance paper seal 115, and the seal is provided with a plurality of small holes. The seal 115 may be applied to the aerosol-generating carrier 10 of various embodiments.
Referring to fig. 7 and 12, as an embodiment, the perfume segment is a cylindrical shell, the bottom of the perfume segment is provided with a plurality of holes, and the perfume beads are located inside the shell.
Referring to fig. 13, as an embodiment, the mouthpiece 40 may be made of plastic, and has a cylindrical upper half and a flat lower half for a smoker to inhale at the upper half, and the interior of the mouthpiece is through to form an aerosol channel.
The aerosol generating carrier 10 is used for generating aerosol by electric heating at the temperature of 200-380 ℃ or other temperature ranges, the particle tobacco material in the aerosol generating carrier 10 comprises reconstituted cut stems, and the reconstituted cut stems are formed by extracting the cut stems to reduce or remove protein, polysaccharide and nitrate substances in the cut stems and then refilling predetermined aroma substances into the cut stems.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the present invention and are not to be used as a limitation of the present invention, and that the changes and modifications of the above embodiments are within the scope of the claims of the present invention as long as they are within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. An electrically heated beaded smoking article comprising an aerosol generating carrier, a flavor segment adjacent the aerosol generating carrier, a mouthpiece adjacent the flavor segment, the aerosol generating carrier, flavor segment and interior of the mouthpiece being in communication for the passage of an aerosol therethrough, the flavor segment including a plurality of beads therein, the aerosol generated upon electrical heating of the aerosol generating carrier being flavored by the flavor segment and entering the mouthpiece.
2. A smoking article according to claim 1, wherein said flavor segment is cylindrical and includes a spiral cooling member therein, said spiral cooling member including a spiral channel, said beads in said flavor segment being disposed in said spiral channel, said beads being spaced from the inside of said spiral channel by a predetermined gap to allow said beads to roll in said spiral channel, said aerosol-generating carrier being electrically heated to generate an aerosol which is delivered to said mouthpiece through said spiral channel.
3. A smoking article according to claim 2, wherein the spiral cooling member is a cylindrical single-spiral rod, the single-spiral grooves of the single-spiral rod are uniformly arranged around a rod axis of the single-spiral rod, an outer diameter surface of the single-spiral rod is in close contact with an outer layer of the flavor segment to form a closed single-spiral channel, the beads in the flavor segment are arranged in the single-spiral channel, a predetermined gap is maintained between the beads and an inner side of the closed single-spiral channel so that the beads can roll in the single-spiral channel, and the aerosol-generating carrier is transported to the mouthpiece through the closed single-spiral channel when electrically heated.
4. A smoking article according to claim 1 or 3, further comprising a cylindrical barrier section, one end of said barrier section being adjacent said flavour section and the other end of said barrier section being adjacent said aerosol-generating carrier, said barrier section including a plurality of apertures therethrough for the passage of said aerosol therethrough.

A smoking article according to claim 1, further comprising a cylindrical single helical rod wrapped by an outer wrapper, one end of the single helical rod being adjacent the aerosol-generating carrier and the other end of the single helical rod being adjacent the flavor segment, the single helical flutes of the single helical rod being disposed uniformly about the rod axis of the single helical rod, the outer diameter of the single helical rod being in intimate contact with the outer wrapper to form a closed single helical channel, the aerosol-generating carrier being cooled by the single helical channel of the single helical rod upon electrical heating and entering the flavor segment, the aerosol being flavored by the flavor segment and entering the mouthpiece.

A smoking article according to claim 1, further comprising a cylindrical single-helical rod wrapped by an outer wrapper, one end of the single-helical rod being adjacent the flavor segment and the other end of the single-helical rod being adjacent the mouthpiece, the single-helical flutes of the single-helical rod being uniformly disposed about the rod axis of the single-helical rod, the outer diameter of the single-helical rod being in intimate contact with the outer wrapper to form a closed single-helical channel, the aerosol-generating carrier being flavored by the flavor segment and then entering the single-helical channel of the single-helical rod for cooling, and then the aerosol entering the mouthpiece.
7. A smoking article according to claim 4, wherein the aerosol-generating substrate comprises a paper tube of aluminized paper having a high-permeability plug of paper at the end thereof, and a particulate tobacco material contained within the paper tube, the plug having a plurality of apertures.
8. A smoking article according to claim 1, wherein said flavor segment is a cylindrical shell having a bottom with a plurality of holes, said flavor beads being located within said shell.
