The embodiment of the invention provides an online forming process of a heating cigarette filled with fragrant beads, which is a novel tobacco pipe gun forming process of a ball type cooling pipe, and combines the novel tobacco pipe forming system to realize the process of filling balls into the inner cavity of the cigarette in the pipe, wherein the balls are mixed products of cooling materials and flavoring materials, play a role in cooling and fragrance supplementing, solve the problem of higher temperature of main stream smoke caused by high smoke content and short smoke channel of the novel heating cigarette tobacco products to a certain extent, and supplement fragrance to a certain extent, and improve the smoking experience of consumers.
The system with the specific tobacco pipe structure provided by the invention is combined with the novel tobacco pipe forming process for filling the aromatic beads on line at the tobacco pipe part, the aromatic beads can be filled on line on the traditional novel tobacco production equipment, the production efficiency of the novel tobacco pipe containing the aromatic beads, the appearance quality of the tobacco pipe and the like can be ensured to a certain extent, meanwhile, the cooling and aroma enhancing effects of the filled tobacco aromatic beads can be improved, the smoking experience of consumers is improved, and the system has wide application prospects.
In order to better understand the technical content of the present invention, the following provides specific examples to further illustrate the present invention. In the following examples, all the raw materials used are commercially available.
Example 1
The online process flow of the tobacco cigarette forming system filled with the aromatic beads is shown in figure 1, and the tobacco cigarette test production is carried out by adopting the tobacco cigarette forming process and the system provided by the embodiment of the invention.
The tobacco section 2 and the first tow hollow section 3 are compounded into tobacco units, the second tow hollow section 4 and the filter tip section 5 are compounded into filter units, the filter units are arranged on a cloth belt 1 of a tobacco pipe according to rules after being cut by a cutting device, the filter units are wrapped and pulled by the cloth belt to advance, when the two well-arranged compound units enter the position of a fragrance bead on-line filling device, a hopper 7 containing the tobacco fragrance beads 6 is lowered to the filling position, a discharge hole is opened, one tobacco fragrance bead 6 is released on the cloth belt between the first tow hollow section 3 and the second tow hollow section 4, the hopper 7 is lifted after the tobacco fragrance beads 6 are released, the lifting of the hopper 7 is matched with the advancing speed of the cloth belt 1, and all parts of the filter units are not interfered with each other, so that the tobacco fragrance beads 6 are accurately placed in a specified interval without disturbing the arrangement of the components of the cigarette. The tobacco beads 6 advance along with the cloth belt and each component part of the tobacco rod, are pushed into the hollow cavity, so that the formed part is coated with double-layer lap-free forming paper, the novel tobacco rod containing the beads is formed by bonding, and then a product is formed after passing through the slitting device, and the structural schematic view is shown in fig. 4.
The length of the tobacco section is 7mm, the lengths of the hollow sections of the first and second tows are 10mm respectively, and the diameter of the internal cavity is 4mm; tobacco fragrance beads have the diameter of 5mm, and the length of the filter tip section is 6mm; the diameter of the cigarette is 6mm.
Detecting the cigarette product prepared in the embodiment 1 of the invention, wherein the product has qualified appearance quality and does not form a large gap or a boss; suction experience: the fragrance is sufficient, and the fragrance beads can generate interestingness (the fragrance beads generate vibration) in the sucking process, so that the playability of consumers is improved.
By adopting the novel tobacco pipe molding process and molding system of the ball-type cooling pipe, the requirements of filling the balls into the hollow inner cavity in the pipe are completely qualified, the appearance of the tobacco pipe is regular, the combination of all sections of the tobacco pipe is tight, and the appearance quality of the tobacco pipe is ensured.
The online forming process of the tobacco pipe filled with the aromatic beads combines with the tobacco pipe forming equipment, meets the requirement of online filling of the aromatic beads in the production process, and basically can realize non-deceleration production by only adding a set of aromatic bead feeding device on the original novel tobacco pipe production equipment. The test production result shows that the production speed of cigarettes can reach 3500 cigarettes/min or higher, and the production speed is improved.

Claims (10)

1. An on-line forming process of a heated cigarette filled with aromatic beads is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sequentially arranging the compounded tobacco units and the filtering units on a cloth belt of a tobacco pipe, wrapping the tobacco units by the cloth belt, pulling the tobacco units to advance, wherein the tobacco units are formed by compounding and connecting tobacco sections and hollow sections of first tows, and the filtering units are formed by compounding and connecting hollow connecting sections and filtering sections;
then, in the traction advancing process, putting tobacco fragrance beads between the first tow hollow section of the tobacco unit and the hollow connecting section of the filtering unit, wherein the first tow hollow section is tightly connected with the hollow connecting section, and the tobacco fragrance beads enter the hollow connecting section; and then wrapping and shaping by shaping paper to obtain the heated cigarette.
2. The in-line forming process of claim 1, wherein the hollow connecting section is a second hollow section of the tow, and the tobacco beads are located in a hollow cavity formed by connecting the first hollow section of the tow with the second hollow section of the tow.
3. The in-line molding process of claim 1, wherein the hollow connecting section is a paper tube section, and an inner cavity of the hollow connecting section is filled with the tobacco flavor beads.
4. An in-line forming process according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the tobacco flavor beads are solid beads made of tobacco powder mixed with a tobacco flavor.
5. An in-line forming process according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the forming paper is a double ply no lap forming paper or tipping paper.
6. The in-line formation process according to claim 5, wherein the wrapping step further comprises a slitting step after the formation of the wrap, resulting in slit heated cigarette cigarettes.
7. A system for forming a heated cigarette filled with a flavor bead according to any one of claims 1-6, comprising: the device comprises a composite device, a cigarette device, a flavor bead filling device and a cigarette forming device;
the compounding device is used for respectively compounding the tobacco unit and the filtering unit; the tobacco unit comprises a tobacco section and a first tow hollow section which are connected in a composite way, and the filtering unit comprises a hollow connecting section and a filtering section which are connected in a composite way;
the cigarette device comprises a cigarette gun, wherein the cigarette gun comprises a cloth belt and is used for wrapping, dragging and advancing the tobacco units and the filter units which are combined and sequentially arranged;
the aromatic bead filling device can be lifted and lowered, is arranged between the hollow section and the hollow connecting section of the first silk bundle and is used for filling tobacco aromatic beads on line;
the cigarette forming device is connected with the discharge end of the cigarette device.
8. The molding system of claim 7, wherein said bead filler apparatus comprises a funnel containing tobacco beads;
the fragrant bead filling device is positioned above the cloth belt of the smoke gun and provided with an opening and closing device capable of being controlled in a linkage way.
9. The forming system of claim 7, further comprising an anti-backlash device for accelerating the tight connection of the hollow section of the first tow with the hollow connecting section.
10. The molding system of any one of claims 7-9, wherein the molding system further comprises: and the cutting device is connected with the cigarette forming device.
