To facilitate control of the opening of the first discharge door 14 and the second discharge door 18; as shown in fig. 7, electromagnets 43 are mounted on the first discharging door 14 and the second discharging door 18 through the first bracket 39, and the electromagnet 43 on the first discharging door 14 and the electromagnet 43 on the second discharging door 18 attract each other; a control unit is arranged on one side of the drying chamber 1, and the electromagnet 43 is electrically connected with the control unit; by arranging the electromagnet 43 and other structures, the first discharging door 14 and the second discharging door 18 can be opened by controlling the working state of the electromagnet 43, and the structure is simple and convenient.

In order to control the winding motor 41 to work conveniently; as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the same reverse traction spring 49 is fixed between the outer wall of one side of the slider 48 and the inner wall of one side of the traction seat 16 through screws, a conductive ring 47 is embedded in the outer wall of one side of the slider 48 close to the guide frame 45, two conductive sheets 46 adapted to the conductive ring 47 are installed on the inner wall of one side of the guide frame 45, the winding motor 41 is electrically connected to the control unit, and the two conductive sheets 46 are connected to the control circuit of the winding motor 41; through setting up conducting ring 47 and conducting strip 46, when rolling motor 41 drives rolling disc 42 to connect the rope 44 rolling, first discharge door 14 and second discharge door 18 are closed, after first discharge door 14 and second discharge door 18 are closed completely, along with rolling disc 42 continues to rotate, connect rope 44 and pull slide bar 50 and slide in leading truck 45 under the cooperation of anti-traction spring 49 deformation, and then make conducting ring 47 contact and switch on the circuit between two conducting strips 46, thereby the control unit receives the signal of telecommunication, control rolling motor 41 stop work, effectively avoid rolling disc 42 excessively rolling and rolling motor 41 to last the phenomenon of stalling, the reliability has been promoted.

When the drying device is used, a user places materials in the drying chamber 1, controls the electric heating tube 38 to work, controls the material stirring motor 5 to work to drive the material stirring frame 4 to rotate, further drives the material stirring plate 22 to rotate, utilizes the material stirring plate 22 to continuously scoop and throw the materials in the drying chamber 1, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of material accumulation, improves the air fluidity, and simultaneously enables the materials to be more fully baked by the electric heating tube 38, in the process of stirring the materials by the material stirring plate 22, the materials inevitably pass through the upper part of the brush holder 25 and contact with the brush head 24 along with the rotation of the material stirring plate 22, the brush head 24 can brush down the materials clamped between the tooth-shaped convex strips 31, and because the brush holder 25 rotates in the disc-shaped mounting seat 23, when the baffle 32 contacts the brush holder 25, the brush holder 25 can rotate to one side, thereby enabling the baffle 32 to pass through, the flat spiral spring 34 can help the brush holder 25 to reset after deflection, when the materials are lifted by the material stirring plate 22, the elastic rod 33 and the elastic rope 28 can stop the materials, prolong the falling time of the materials, enable the materials to be more fully dried, when the materials to pass through the rotating elastic rod 33, the action of the rotating elastic force of the rotating rod can avoid the first end of the rotating rod 33, thereby avoiding the material falling rod 27, and the material falling off the first end of the rotating rod, and the material falling of the rotating rod 27; in addition, the fan 37 is controlled to work during baking, so that the materials clamped in the heat transfer port 29 are blown off, and the linkage blade plate 30 can drive the cylindrical frame 27 to rotate under the action of air flow, so that the situation of excessive baking caused by long-time accumulation of the materials and the elastic rod 33 is avoided while the blocking effect of the elastic rod 33 is ensured, and the reliability is improved; in addition, the first end cover 2 and the second end cover 3 are both in mushroom-shaped structures and can be matched with the fan 37, so that circulation of airflow in the drying chamber 1 is promoted, air fluidity is enhanced, a heat transfer effect is further improved, and product quality is further guaranteed; after the baking and drying are finished, the winding motor 41 is controlled to work to release the connecting rope 44 from the winding disc 42, the power supply of the electromagnet 43 is cut off, the first discharging door 14 and the second discharging door 18 are opened, the material falls onto the elastic mesh cloth 9, the elastic mesh cloth 9 can carry the falling material and can bounce the falling material again, and therefore the cooling and the cooling of the material are assisted; the end user removes the hanging ring 12 from above the hook 17 and lifts the carrier 7 from the positioning frame 8 by means of the handle 10, and the material is taken out.
Example 2:

From the above, it can be known that the adding amount of the suaeda salsa tender shoots has an obvious relationship on the taste of the product and the effect of relieving the smoking addiction, wherein when the adding amount of the suaeda salsa tender shoots is 20-26 parts, the taste of the product and the effect of relieving the smoking addiction are positively correlated with the adding amount of the suaeda salsa tender shoots, and when the adding amount of the suaeda salsa tender shoots is 26-30 parts, the taste of the product and the effect of relieving the smoking addiction are negatively correlated with the adding amount of the suaeda salsa tender shoots, so that the adding amount of the suaeda salsa tender shoots is preferably controlled to be 26 parts.
Experiment two:
in order to guarantee the product quality, the rotation speed of the material stirring frame 4 is changed and a plurality of tests are carried out by controlling other conditions to be unchanged, and as shown in fig. 14, the dried material is evaluated to obtain the following conclusion:

It can be known from the above that there is an obvious relationship between the rotating speed of the material stirring frame 4 and the material drying effect and the material forming effect, wherein when the rotating speed of the material stirring frame 4 is 0r/min, that is, when the material stirring mechanism is not adopted, the material drying effect is poor, the material forming effect is poor due to the fact that the material is sufficiently dried, when the rotating speed of the material stirring frame 4 is 30-90 r/min, the material drying effect and the material forming effect are positively correlated with the rotating speed of the material stirring frame 4, when the rotating speed of the material stirring frame 4 is 90-150 r/min, the material drying effect and the rotating speed of the material stirring frame 4 are still positively correlated, but the lifting is slow, and the material forming effect and the rotating speed of the material stirring frame 4 are negatively correlated, in an experiment, it is found that the number of crushed materials is large due to the excessively high rotating speed of the material stirring frame 4, so that a good material form cannot be maintained, and therefore, preferably, the rotating speed of the material stirring frame 4 should be controlled at 90r/min.
Experiment three:
in order to ensure the shredding effect, the distance between the rolling roller 70 and the top surface of the feeding conveyor 65 was varied while keeping the remaining conditions constant, and a plurality of tests were performed in such a manner that shredding was directly performed without being rolled by the rolling mechanism as a control group, as shown in fig. 15, and the following conclusions were made:
