Abstract

锥形刷组清茬与锥钻破茬开沟联合作业单体属于农业机械;在单体架总成上从前至后依次安装:由钢刷驱动电机、杆式旋转盘、伸缩连杆、扇形伸缩盘、压力弹簧、清茬钢刷组成的整体成前窄后宽的锥形刷组;由平地搅龙驱动电机、主动锥齿轮、从动锥齿轮、螺旋叶片式平地搅龙轴总成构成的种床平整、清茬机构;由锥钻驱动电机、支撑架、驱动盘、L形吊挂轴、驱动套筒、L形驱动杆、随动套筒、锥形破茬开沟钻、碎茬齿装配构成的破茬开沟机构;本单体实现了高标准、高质量、优质种床及种沟的制备加工,结构新颖、独特、合理,作业效果好、效率高,使用可靠,为高标准播种农艺要求的实施提供了技术支持。

锥形刷组清茬与锥钻破茬开沟联合作业单体
技术领域
本发明创造属于农业机械,主要涉及一种整地作业单体。
背景技术
种床及种沟质量的优劣是影响和决定种子播种作业效果、种子生根发芽生长及植株发育的重要基础条件之一。传统的种床及种沟加工制备多采用灭茬刀灭茬、旋耕刀碎土及圆盘刀开出种沟的方式完成。近年来,随着播种作业技术标准和要求的提高,上述结构的机具设备已不能适应和满足技术要求。因此,研发高效果、高质量的种床及种沟加工制备机具迫在眉睫,成为当前农业生产作业的急需。
发明内容
本发明创造的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,结合当前农业生产作业使用的实际需要,研发设计一种锥形刷组清茬与锥钻破茬开沟联合作业单体,达到清茬、破茬、碎茬、开沟作业质量好、效率高、为精密播种作业提供高标准、高质量、优质种床、种沟的目的。
本发明创造的目的是这样实现的:在单体架总成的前端下部上相互对称的固装钢刷驱动电机,在钢刷驱动电机的电机轴上固装杆式旋转盘,在杆式旋转盘相邻杆件之间部位上通过伸缩连杆可径向移动地卡入连接安装扇形伸缩盘,压力弹簧套装在伸缩连杆外部上,所述压力弹簧的两端面分别与杆式旋转盘和扇形伸缩盘呈挤压接触配合,在扇形伸缩盘圆周外表面上固装清茬钢刷,相互对称固装的钢刷驱动电机及配装的杆式旋转盘、伸缩连杆、压力弹簧、扇形伸缩盘、清茬钢刷整体构成前窄后宽的锥形刷组,在单体架总成前端上部上配装清茬叉板,所述清茬叉板与相对应的清茬钢刷呈插入交叉配合;在单体架总成的后端上部上通过支撑架固装锥钻驱动电机,在单体架总成上、位于锥钻驱动电机下方部位处可转动地安装驱动盘,所述驱动盘与锥钻驱动电机的电机轴同轴心固装,在驱动盘下端圆周部位上偏心固装立向配置的驱动套筒,在驱动盘下端圆心部位上轴向和径向定位、周向可相对转动地插装L形吊挂轴,在所述L形吊挂轴下端部上轴向和径向定位、周向可转动地套装卧向配置的锥形破茬开沟钻,在锥形破茬开沟钻锥底端部偏心部位上固装随动套筒,碎茬齿配装在锥形破茬开沟钻圆锥外表面上,L形驱动杆的上端和下端分别径向定位、周向可转动、轴向可伸缩移动地插配连接在驱动套筒和随动套筒上;在单体架总成中间上端部上固装平地搅龙驱动电机,在单体架总成位于平地搅龙驱动电机下方部位上可转动地支撑安装螺旋叶片式平地搅龙轴总成,所述螺旋叶片式平地搅龙轴总成位于扇形伸缩盘后方与锥形破茬开沟钻前方之间部位处,主动锥齿轮固装在平地搅龙驱动电机电机轴上,在所述螺旋叶片式平地搅龙轴总成上固装从动锥齿轮,所述从动锥齿轮与主动锥齿轮啮合,至此构成锥形刷组清茬与锥钻破茬开沟联合作业单体。
本发明创造依次采用锥形刷组对种床处秸秆进行清理、螺旋叶片式平地搅龙轴总成完成种床处土壤推平并推除裸露在地面上的根茬、锥形破茬开沟钻完成破茬、碎土、开沟一系列连续作业,实现了高标准、高质量、优质种床及种沟的制备加工,具有结构新颖、独特、合理、作业效果好、作业效率高、使用可靠的特点,为高标准、高质量播种农艺要求的实施提供了技术支持。

下面结合附图对本发明创造实施方案进行详细描述。一种锥形刷组清茬与锥钻破茬开沟联合作业单体,在单体架总成4的前端下部上相互对称的固装钢刷驱动电机18,在钢刷驱动电机18的电机轴上固装杆式旋转盘15,在杆式旋转盘15相邻杆件之间部位上通过伸缩连杆20可径向移动地卡入连接安装扇形伸缩盘16,压力弹簧21套装在伸缩连杆20外部上,所述压力弹簧21的两端面分别与杆式旋转盘15和扇形伸缩盘16呈挤压接触配合,在扇形伸缩盘16、圆周外表面上固装清茬钢刷14,相互对称固装的钢刷驱动电机18及配装的杆式旋转盘15、伸缩连杆20、压力弹簧21、扇形伸缩盘16、清茬钢刷14整体构成前窄后宽的锥形刷组,在单体架总成4前端上部上配装清茬叉板17,所述清茬叉板17与相对应的清茬钢刷14呈插入交叉配合;在单体架总成4的后端上部上通过支撑架2固装锥钻驱动电机1,在单体架总成4上、位于锥钻驱动电机1下方部位处可转动地安装驱动盘3,所述驱动盘3与锥钻驱动电机1的电机轴同轴心固装,在驱动盘3下端圆周部位上偏心固装立向配置的驱动套筒5,在驱动盘3下端圆心部位上轴向和径向定位、周向可相对转动地插装L形吊挂轴7,在所述L形吊挂轴7下端部上轴向和径向定位、周向可转动地套装卧向配置的锥形破茬开沟钻9,在锥形破茬开沟钻9锥底端部偏心部位上固装随动套筒8,碎茬齿10配装在锥形破茬开沟钻9圆锥外表面上,L形驱动杆6的上端和下端分别径向定位、周向可转动、轴向可伸缩移动地插配连接在驱动套筒5和随动套筒8上;在单体架总成4中间上端部上固装平地搅龙驱动电机19,在单体架总成4位于平地搅龙驱动电机19下方部位上可转动地支撑安装螺旋叶片式平地搅龙轴总成11,所述螺旋叶片式平地搅龙轴总成11位于扇形伸缩盘16后方与锥形破茬开沟钻9前方之间部位处,主动锥齿轮13固装在平地搅龙驱动电机19电机轴上,在所述螺旋叶片式平地搅龙轴总成11上固装从动锥齿轮12,所述从动锥齿轮12与主动锥齿轮13啮合。
作业时,将本单体整体配装在整地作业机具上前行。启动钢刷驱动电机18、平地搅龙驱动电机19和锥钻驱动电机1;所述钢刷驱动电机18通过杆式驱动盘15、伸缩连杆20、扇形伸缩盘16驱动清茬钢刷14旋转进行种床秸秆分拨处理,在伸缩连杆20和压力弹簧21的共同配合下,扇形伸缩盘16在杆式驱动盘15上做径向伸缩往复运动,实现随地面高低变化的仿形运动,清茬叉板17将缠绕粘附在清茬钢刷14上的秸秆、土分剥离,保证清茬钢刷14的清洁;所述平地搅龙驱动电机19通过主动锥齿轮13、从动锥齿轮12驱动螺旋叶片平地搅龙轴总成11旋转,将种床处的表层土推平,并清除裸露在地表面上的根茬;所述锥钻驱动电机1通过驱动盘3、驱动套筒5、L形驱动杆6、随动套筒8驱动锥形破茬开沟钻9在L形吊挂轴7上转动,转动地锥形破茬开沟钻9在种床上完成种沟开沟加工制备作业,在此过程中,锥形破茬开沟钻9及碎茬齿10对地下的根茬和土壤具有破茬、粉碎效果,并起到防止和避免因土壤的粘性导致整块土壤被掀开现象发生,保证种床平整和种沟完整性。在锥钻驱动电机1通过驱动盘3、驱动套筒5、L形驱动杆6、随动套筒8驱动锥形破茬开沟钻9在L形吊挂轴7上转动时,L形驱动杆6的上端在驱动套筒5上做上下伸缩往复运动和转动运动,L形驱动杆6的下端在随动套筒8上做卧向伸缩往复运动和转动,以实现锥钻驱动电机1通过驱动盘3对锥形破茬开沟钻9的旋转驱动。

1.一种锥形刷组清茬与锥钻破茬开沟联合作业单体,其特征在于:在单体架总成(4)的前端下部上相互对称的固装钢刷驱动电机(18),在钢刷驱动电机(18)的电机轴上固装杆式旋转盘(15),在杆式旋转盘(15)相邻杆件之间部位上通过伸缩连杆(20)可径向移动地卡入连接安装扇形伸缩盘(16),压力弹簧(21)套装在伸缩连杆(20)外部上,所述压力弹簧(21)的两端面分别与杆式旋转盘(15)和扇形伸缩盘(16)呈挤压接触配合,在扇形伸缩盘(16)圆周外表面上固装清茬钢刷(14),相互对称固装的钢刷驱动电机(18)及配装的杆式旋转盘(15)、伸缩连杆(20)、压力弹簧(21)、扇形伸缩盘(16)、清茬钢刷(14)整体构成前窄后宽的锥形刷组,在单体架总成(4)前端上部上配装清茬叉板(17),所述清茬叉板(17)与相对应的清茬钢刷(14)呈插入交叉配合;在单体架总成(4)的后端上部上通过支撑架(2)固装锥钻驱动电机(1),在单体架总成(4)上、位于锥钻驱动电机(1)下方部位处可转动地安装驱动盘(3),所述驱动盘(3)与锥钻驱动电机(1)的电机轴同轴心固装,在驱动盘(3)下端圆周部位上偏心固装立向配置的驱动套筒(5),在驱动盘(3)下端圆心部位上轴向和径向定位、周向可相对转动地插装L形吊挂轴(7),在所述L形吊挂轴(7)下端部上轴向和径向定位、周向可转动地套装卧向配置的锥形破茬开沟钻(9),在锥形破茬开沟钻(9)锥底端部偏心部位上固装随动套筒(8),碎茬齿(10)配装在锥形破茬开沟钻(9)圆锥外表面上,L形驱动杆(6)的上端和下端分别径向定位、周向可转动、轴向可伸缩移动地插配连接在驱动套筒(5)和随动套筒(8)上;在单体架总成(4)中间上端部上固装平地搅龙驱动电机(19),在单体架总成(4)位于平地搅龙驱动电机(19)下方部位上可转动地支撑安装螺旋叶片式平地搅龙轴总成(11),所述螺旋叶片式平地搅龙轴总成(11)位于扇形伸缩盘(16)后方与锥形破茬开沟钻(9)前方之间部位处,主动锥齿轮(13)固装在平地搅龙驱动电机(19)电机轴上,在所述螺旋叶片式平地搅龙轴总成(11)上固装从动锥齿轮(12),所述从动锥齿轮(12)与主动锥齿轮(13)啮合。
