本发明公开了一种防脱固发组合物及其应用。所述的防脱固发组合物包括:5α‑还原酶抑制剂0.01~20份,毛囊细胞活化剂0.01~30份,血液流动加速剂0.01~30份。通过5α‑还原酶抑制剂、毛囊细胞活性剂、血液流动加速原料的协同搭配,可高效防止头发脱落。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日用化妆品领域,具体涉及到一种防脱固发组合物的制备及其应用。
背景技术
随着社会节奏生活的加快、环境的恶化以及不良的生活习惯,越来越多的人有了脱发的烦恼。脱发分为生理性和病理性两种。生理性脱发是指头发正常脱落的现象。病理性脱发是指头发异常或过度脱落,主要与激素分泌、毛囊代谢功能、头皮血液循环、饮食习惯、遗传基因、精神压力、药物副作用、免疫系统疾病等因素有关。激素分泌引起的脱发是由于雄性激素在5α-还原酶的作用下,将睾丸酮转变为活性更高的二氢睾丸酮(DHT),DHT是引起雄性激素脱发的主要原因,能与细胞内的受体蛋白结合,从而进入细胞核内,活化特定基因,诱导生成特定蛋白质,阻碍头发生长,从而引起脱发。头发从毛囊底部长出,当毛囊代谢功能低下时无法支撑头发的生长,引起脱发。当头皮局部毛细血管的流量减少时,毛乳头和毛母质的养料物质供应不足,使头发的生长缺少能量,引起脱发。
CN112353713A公开了一种护发防脱组合物,所述组合物包括裙带菜提取物、长心卡帕藻提取物、海水等,通过保湿、抗炎等维度增强头发韧度,减少脱发,但对于雄性激素以及毛囊生理功能低下引起的脱发起到的效果有限。
CN112315855A公开了一种防脱育发组合物,所述组合物包括侧柏叶提取物、姜根提取物、咖啡因、糖类同分异构体和泛醇,协同增效,起到抑制5α- 还原酶和加速血液流动的作用,但对于毛囊生理功能代谢差而引起的脱发并不能起到很好的防脱效果。
为了解决当前防脱产品的不足,本发明提供一种防脱固发组合物,所述防脱固发组合物从抑制5α-还原酶、增加毛囊细胞活性、加速血液流动等维度,高效防止头发脱落,对于防脱固发化妆品领域具有重要意义。
发明内容
基于现有技术的不足,本发明在于提供一种防脱组合物为:5α-还原酶抑制剂0.01~20份,毛囊细胞活化剂0.01~30份,血液流动加速剂0.01~30份。
进一步地,本发明所述5α-还原酶抑制剂0.05~10份,毛囊细胞活化剂 0.05~20份,血液流动加速剂0.5~20份。
所述5α-还原酶抑制剂是指对5α-还原酶活性有抑制效果的原料,包括但不限于二氨基嘧啶氧化物、吡咯烷基二氨基嘧啶氧化物、咖啡因、扁柏叶提取物、女贞子提取物、银杏叶提取物等对5α-还原酶活性有抑制效果的原料。所述的5α-还原酶抑制剂可以一种或两种以上搭配使用。
所述毛囊细胞活化剂包括但不限于二氨基嘧啶氧化物、吡咯烷基二氨基嘧啶氧化物、生物素、腺苷、三磷酸腺苷、烟酰胺、吡哆素HCl、生育酚乙酸酯、侧柏叶提取物、牛蒡根提取物、苹果皮提取物、黄芪提取物,日本獐牙菜提取物等能提高毛囊活性的原料。所述的毛囊细胞活化剂可以一种或两种以上搭配使用。
所述血液流动加速剂包括但不限于烟酰胺、侧柏叶提取物、姜根提取物、银杏叶提取物、人参提取物、葛根提取物等能怎加血液循环的原料。所述的血液流动加速剂可以一种或两种以上搭配使用。
本发明所述防脱固发组合物通过5α-还原酶抑制剂、毛囊细胞活性剂、血液流动加速原料的协同搭配,可高效防止头发脱落。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1本发明所述的防脱固发组合物的制备
按照下表1所示的配方,分别称取各组分。

纯化水 | 66.38g |
合计 | 100g |
取纯化水、二氨基嘧啶氧化物,搅拌加热至80℃,分散均匀得相A;
取纯化水与腺苷,搅拌加热至80℃,完全溶解得相B;
将相A降温至45℃,加入烟酰胺、咖啡因、生物素,搅拌至溶解完全;
将B相加入,搅拌至完全溶解,加入侧柏叶提取物、日本獐牙菜提取物、牛蒡根提取物,搅拌完全后降温至38℃,出料,即得所述的防脱固发组合物,记作D-Mix
实施例2本发明所述头皮精华液配方对照组
按照下表2所示的配方,分别称取各组分。

实施例3本发明所述的防脱固发组合物在头皮精华液中的应用
按照下表3所示的配方,分别称取各组分。

制备工艺为业内常见工艺,在此不再赘叙。
实施例4对比例的制备
与实施例3的不同之处在于,本对比例不添加D-Mix,而是改为质量百分比为1%的二氨基嘧啶氧化物,其余原料与制备方法与实施例3相同。
实施例5性能测试
本实施例对实施例2、实施例3与实施例4进行防脱固发效果测试。
测试方法:成立专门的测试小组,测试小组成员为自愿参与的脱发困扰者,男性和女性各50人,年龄分布在18-45岁,头发长度5~40cm,且按60次梳发法脱发计数大于10根、2周洗脱期后仍大于10根者。测试方法分为半头测试和全头测试两种,严格按照60次梳发法及局部毛发密度评估法进行测试。15名男性和15名女性组成实施例2与实施例4半头测试组,15名男性和15名女性组成实施例3与实施例4半头测试组,20名男性和20名女性组成实施例4全头测试组,测试时间为12周。
60次梳发法试验数据为产品使用后某一访视时间点的脱发计数与产品使用前的脱发计数差值,结果如表4所示。

试验结果表明:含有D-Mix的实施例4防脱效果优于添加更高浓度的二氨基嘧啶氧化物实施例3。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其它的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所做的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种防脱固发的组合物,所述组合物包括5α-还原酶抑制剂 0.01~20份,毛囊细胞活化剂 0.01~30份,血液流动加速剂0.01~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的5α-还原酶抑制剂包括:二氨基嘧啶氧化物、吡咯烷基二氨基嘧啶氧化物、咖啡因、扁柏叶提取物、女贞子提取物、银杏叶提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的毛囊细胞活化剂包括:二氨基嘧啶氧化物、吡咯烷基二氨基嘧啶氧化物、生物素、腺苷、三磷酸腺苷、烟酰胺、吡哆素HCl、生育酚乙酸酯、侧柏叶提取物、牛蒡根提取物、苹果皮提取物、黄芪提取物,日本獐牙菜提取。
4.根据权利要求1所述血液流动加速剂包括:烟酰胺、侧柏叶提取物、姜根提取物、银杏叶提取物、人参提取物、葛根提取物。
5.根据权利要求1至4所述的一种防脱固发组合物及其应用,其特征在于:所述应用包括但不限于防脱固发精华,防脱固发凝胶,防脱固发喷雾,防脱固发香波。
