本发明属于日化技术领域,具体涉及一种防脱固发营养液及制备方法。
背景技术
正常脱落的头发都是处于退行期及休止期的毛发,由于进入退行期与新进入生长期的毛发不断处于动态平衡,故能维持正常数量的头发。病理性脱发是指头发异常或过度的脱落,其原因很多。包括雄激素性脱发、神经性脱发、营养性脱发、遗传性脱发、化学性脱发等。
CN110025775B公开了一种温和固发的防脱发生发精华液及其制备方法,所述精华液包括如下原料:水,乙醇,何首乌提取物,甘油,当归提取物,芦荟提取物,人参提取物,茶多酚,玉米谷蛋白氨基酸类,维生素H,叶酸,维生素B3,泛酸,维生素B6,维生素B2,维生素B1,酵母多肽类,半胱氨酸,苯甲酸钠,山梨酸钾,柠檬酸,亚油酸,木聚糖酶,水螅提取物。本发明通过采用亚油酸、木聚糖酶、水螅提取物协同提高温和固发的防脱发生发精华液的防脱发率和促毛发生长率。
CN110882193A公开了一种防脱发洗发水及其制备方法,该洗发水按照重量百分比由以下原料制得:20~25%菩提蛋白肽、10~15%白玉兰提取物、1~2%γ-聚谷氨酸、0.2~0.5%油茶枯、0.5~1%瓜尔胶、5~10%女贞提取液、2~3%荷荷巴油和2~3%玫瑰精油,其余为水;通过对这些重量百分比的原料进行分批混合、搅拌和加热制得该防脱发洗发水。本发明通过大量实验探究,选择天然物质如油茶枯和荷荷巴油替代传统的化学离子活性剂和起泡剂,减小了对头皮的刺激;采用菩提子蛋白肽进行头皮的滋养,进一步的,再采用女贞提取液和γ-聚谷氨酸促进生发,各个组分分工明确,相辅相成,最后辅以白玉兰提取物和玫瑰精油改善气味,增加香气。
从以上公开的技术可以看出,现有技术公开了较多植物提取成分在防脱产品中的应用,但是,本案发明人研究发现,单纯的植物提取成分作用较为有限,且存在见效较慢的问题,这在很大程度上影响了脱发人士使用产品的积极性,限制了脱发产品的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种见效较快,效果显著,温和安全无刺激的防脱固发营养液及制备方法,以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种防脱固发营养液,原料组分包括:复合植物提取物80-90重量份、发用调理剂5-9重量份、保湿剂3.5-10重量份、增稠剂0.2-0.4重量份;所述复合植物提取物为水、侧柏叶提取物、何首乌根提取物、姜根提取物、桑叶提取物、黑桑果提取物、芝麻籽提取物、人参根提取物的混合物,所述发用调理剂为水、丙二醇、甘油、1,2-己二醇、二氨基嘧啶氧化物、聚甘油-6肉豆蔻酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、吡咯烷基二氨基嘧啶氧化物、卵磷脂、羟基化卵磷脂、胆甾醇的混合物。
本发明所采用的复合植物提取物,提取自侧柏叶、何首乌、姜、桑叶、黑桑果、芝麻以及人参,其中,侧柏叶含挥发油成分、黄酮类成分以及包括钾、钠、氮、磷、钙、镁、锰和锌等在内的多种微量元素,挥发油成分对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、四联球菌、产气杆菌都有抑制作用;黄酮类成分如香橙素、槲皮素、杨梅树皮素、扁柏双黄酮等,具有较强的抑制急性炎症作用。何首乌根提取物含有卵磷脂、大黄素、大黄酸等功能成分,对5α-还原酶具有较强的抑制作用,对因雄性激素偏高而导致的脱发有防治作用,此外,对B-16黑色素细胞有增殖作用,可增加黑色素分泌,即在促进生发的同时起到乌发的作用。姜根提取物刺激头皮血液流动,活化毛囊组织,促进毛囊对营养物质的吸收,使头发强韧有光泽。桑叶提取物含有桑叶黄酮、桑叶多酚、桑叶多糖、DNJ、GABA等多种生理活性物质,具有抗炎以及清除头皮老化角质的作用,从而促进头皮更有效地吸收营养物质。黑桑果提取物含有丰富的活性蛋白、维生素、氨基酸、胡萝卜素、矿物质等成分,具有提高人体免疫力,延缓衰老,美容养颜,防脱生发、改善脾脏、促进消化等功效。芝麻籽提取物能显著增强B16黑素瘤细胞中的黑色素生成,对细胞增殖、黑素生成和酪氨酸酶活性均有激活作用,并可促进黑素生成相关基因的转录,进而起到乌发的作用。人参根提取物能促进头部皮肤毛细血管的循环,及时供应并增补头发根部毛乳头内血管网的营养成分。
本发明所采用的复合植物提取物,富含挥发油、黄酮、卵磷脂、人参皂苷、多糖等活性成分,能促进头皮血液循环,活化毛囊,营养强韧发根,调节水油平衡,进而起到有效改善头皮微环境,促进头发生长,有效止脱的作用。
为了保证所述复合植物提取物最佳的使用效果,本发明所采用的复合植物提取物优选为每1000重量份含有相当于原植物侧柏叶150重量份、何首乌根100重量份、姜根50重量份、桑叶10重量份、黑桑果10重量份、芝麻籽10重量份、人参根10重量份。
本发明所采用的发用调理剂优选由以下重量份的原料组成:水30-40重量份、丙二醇5-15重量份、甘油5-15重量份、1,2-己二醇5-15重量份、二氨基嘧啶氧化物5-15重量份、聚甘油-6肉豆蔻酸酯2-8重量份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯3-5重量份、吡咯烷基二氨基嘧啶氧化物2-8重量份、卵磷脂2-8重量份、羟基化卵磷脂2-8重量份、胆甾醇0.5-1重量份。更优选的,所述发用调理剂由以下重量份的原料组成:水35重量份、丙二醇10重量份、甘油10重量份、1,2-己二醇10重量份、二氨基嘧啶氧化物10重量份、聚甘油-6肉豆蔻酸酯5重量份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯4.5重量份、吡咯烷基二氨基嘧啶氧化物5重量份、卵磷脂5重量份、羟基化卵磷脂5重量份、胆甾醇0.5重量份。
本发明采用的发用调理剂具有进一步营养发根、活化毛囊的作用,与本发明复合植物提取物进行复配,能够在功能上彼此支持,相互促进,极大的提高促毛发生长以及固发防脱的使用效果,同时使得本发明在有效育发防脱的同时,还具有乌发亮发的作用以及在包括脂溢性脱发、营养性脱发、化学性脱发等多种原因引起的脱发方面均具有较好的效果。
本发明采用的保湿剂、增稠剂可以是本领域常规的用于选择的原料,为了使本发明获得在包括清爽感、使用方便性等在内的较佳的使用体验,所述保湿剂优选为丙二醇、甘油、丁二醇、甜菜碱中的任意一种。更优选的,所述保湿剂为丙二醇和甜菜碱按重量比3-8:0.5-2组成的混合物。所述增稠剂优选为羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧丙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素中任意一种。更优选的,所述增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素。
为了增加本发明的保存性能以及进一步提高本发明的使用体验,本发明所述的防脱固发营养液,原料组分还包括防腐剂0.2-0.4重量份、增溶剂0.5-0.7重量份以及芳香剂0.05-0.2重量份。所述增溶剂主要用于增溶油性的芳香剂以保证整个体系的均一性和稳定性。
一种制备本发明所述防脱固发营养液的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将复合植物提取物、保湿剂、增稠剂混合搅拌均匀,得到溶液1;
(2)向溶液1中加入发用调理剂,搅拌均匀,得到溶液2;
(3)向溶液2中加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明所述的防脱固发营养液,添加了包括侧柏叶提取物、何首乌根提取物、姜根提取物、桑叶提取物、黑桑果提取物、芝麻籽提取物、人参根提取物在内的多种植物提取物,本发明特定的植物提取物与发用调理剂进行复配,最终形成的防脱固发营养液,对大鼠毛发生长的影响试验结果表明,能够使得脱毛区新生毛发获得与阳性对照组相当甚至更优的显著生长,人体防脱效果试验结果表明,本发明对于脂溢性脱发有效率为60%,远超过现有技术水平。以上试验结果提示,本发明原料配比合理,具有较好的强韧发根,预防脱发以及促进毛发生长的作用,且本发明见效快,温和安全无刺激。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
以下实施例中,复合植物提取物为水、侧柏叶提取物、何首乌根提取物、姜根提取物、桑叶提取物、黑桑果提取物、芝麻籽提取物、人参根提取物的混合物,广州市逸轩精细化工有限公司生产,其中,每1000g所述复合植物提取物含有相当于原植物侧柏叶150g、何首乌根100g、姜根50g、桑叶10g、黑桑果10g、芝麻籽10g、人参根10g。

制备方法为:
(1)将复合植物提取物(或水)、丙二醇、甜菜碱、羟乙基纤维素混合搅拌均匀,得到溶液1;
(2)向溶液1中加入发用调理剂,搅拌均匀,得到溶液2;
(3)向溶液2中加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀,即得。
本发明对大鼠毛发生长的影响试验研究
选取50只Wister大鼠,体重在220-270g,雌雄各半,将所有大鼠分为实施例3组、对比例1组、对比例2组、阳性对照组、阴性对照组共5组,每组10只,各组小鼠背部选取3×3cm区域以8%硫化钠进行脱毛。次日开始,分别于各组小组脱毛区域均匀涂抹样品,实施例3组、对比例1组、对比例2组分别给予0.2ml相应的防脱固发营养液,阳性对照组给予等体积的米诺地尔(3wt%)、阴性对照组给予等体积的防脱固发营养液辅料基质(实施例3中的复合植物提取物和发用调理剂均以水代替),各组每日涂抹1次,涂抹样品后第5天、10天、20天分别取大鼠脱毛区最长新生毛发10根,用游标卡尺测量长度,取平均值作为毛发长度,试验结果见表2。

与阴性对照组比,**p<0.01
结果表明,从第10天开始,与阴性对照组比,各组毛发长度均显著增长,且实施例3组明显优于对比例1组和对比例2组,与阳性对照组效果相当甚至更优,说明本发明特定的复合植物提取物与发用调理剂的组合较采用单一的复合植物提取物或发用调理剂增长毛发效果更明显。
本发明防脱效果的试验研究
随机选取20名年龄在30-45岁脂溢性脱发志愿者,将所有志愿者随机分为2组,每组10名,各组分别使用本发明实施例3防脱固发营养液和市售防脱营养液,使用方法为取5g左右样品,直接涂抹于头皮以及头发表面,轻轻揉搓使吸收,每日早晚各1次,连续使用2个月。疗效评价标准:有效:脱发减少50%以上;无效:脱发较使用前无肉眼可见明显变化或减少小于50%。结果见表3。

结果表明,本发明具有较好的防脱固发效果,且较市售产品具有明显优势,说明本发明原料配比合理,功效显著,在防脱发领域具有良好的应用前景。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种防脱固发营养液,其特征在于,原料组分包括:复合植物提取物80-90重量份、发用调理剂5-9重量份、保湿剂3.5-10重量份、增稠剂0.2-0.4重量份;所述复合植物提取物为水、侧柏叶提取物、何首乌根提取物、姜根提取物、桑叶提取物、黑桑果提取物、芝麻籽提取物、人参根提取物的混合物,所述发用调理剂为水、丙二醇、甘油、1,2-己二醇、二氨基嘧啶氧化物、聚甘油-6肉豆蔻酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、吡咯烷基二氨基嘧啶氧化物、卵磷脂、羟基化卵磷脂、胆甾醇的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防脱固发营养液,其特征在于,每1000重量份所述复合植物提取物含有相当于原植物侧柏叶150重量份、何首乌根100重量份、姜根50重量份、桑叶10重量份、黑桑果10重量份、芝麻籽10重量份、人参根10重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防脱固发营养液,其特征在于,所述发用调理剂由以下重量份的原料组成:水30-40重量份、丙二醇5-15重量份、甘油5-15重量份、1,2-己二醇5-15重量份、二氨基嘧啶氧化物5-15重量份、聚甘油-6肉豆蔻酸酯2-8重量份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯3-5重量份、吡咯烷基二氨基嘧啶氧化物2-8重量份、卵磷脂2-8重量份、羟基化卵磷脂2-8重量份、胆甾醇0.5-1重量份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防脱固发营养液,其特征在于,所述发用调理剂由以下重量份的原料组成:水35重量份、丙二醇10重量份、甘油10重量份、1,2-己二醇10重量份、二氨基嘧啶氧化物10重量份、聚甘油-6肉豆蔻酸酯5重量份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯4.5重量份、吡咯烷基二氨基嘧啶氧化物5重量份、卵磷脂5重量份、羟基化卵磷脂5重量份、胆甾醇0.5重量份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防脱固发营养液,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为丙二醇、甘油、丁二醇、甜菜碱中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防脱固发营养液,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为丙二醇和甜菜碱按重量比3-8:0.5-2组成的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防脱固发营养液,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧丙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素中任意一种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防脱固发营养液,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防脱固发营养液,其特征在于,原料组分还包括防腐剂0.2-0.4重量份、增溶剂0.5-0.7重量份以及芳香剂0.05-0.2重量份。
10.一种制备权利要求9所述防脱固发营养液的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将复合植物提取物、保湿剂、增稠剂混合搅拌均匀,得到溶液1;
(2)向溶液1中加入发用调理剂,搅拌均匀,得到溶液2;
(3)向溶液2中加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀,即得。
