头皮是头发生长的土壤,是影响头发健康与否的最直接、最关键的因素。困扰人群较多的油性头皮以及油性头皮带来的脂溢性脱发问题。脂溢性脱发是头皮油脂过量溢出,造成头皮屑增多、油腻瘙痒,甚至还伴有脂溢性皮炎等症状。控油防脱类产品开发的技术难度较大,尤其是外用产品。
传统中医认为“发为血之余,肾其华在发”,肾藏精,精生血,说明血的生成,本源于先天之精,化生血液以营养毛发。从中医对脱发的各种论述可以看出,精气血是导致脱发的重要三元素,总结中医脱发理论可以得出以下四大脱发原因:(1)心血虚弱、肝血不足,导致血虚生风,风胜生燥不能营养毛发;(2)肝气郁结、气机不畅,导致气滞血瘀,而肝肾阴虚、精血耗伤,发失所养,发枯脱落;(3)过食油腻辛辣,导致蕴湿积热、发根不固;(4)思虑过度、心绪烦扰,以致血热生风、风动发落。西医认为脱发的原因是以遗传和基因表达为基础的,包括脂溢性脱发(约占45%)、雄性激素源脱发(约占50%)、其他类型的营养性脱发、神经病理性脱发等占5%左右。中西医对脱发的认识虽然有差异,但部分理论还是有相通的地方,比如血虚和供血不足都是因为血液供给不佳引发的毛发营养不足,进而导致头皮问题,而引发脱发。
本发明在结合中医理论,及西医基础,设计具有控油防脱功能的组合物,并针对其特性,开发出具有特定功能的产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题。本发明提供了一种控油防脱组合物及其制备方法以及护发喷雾、洗发水,可防脱发,同时提高毛发密度,改善头皮健康。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施方式公开了一种控油防脱组合物,包括以下组分:姜根、女贞子、地黄根、何首乌、芝麻、人参根、鳢肠、侧柏叶、二氨基嘧啶氧化物、腺苷。
进一步,按照重量份数,包括以下组分:姜根1份,女贞子1份,地黄根1份,何首乌1份,芝麻籽1份,人参根1份,鳢肠1份,侧柏叶1份,二氨基嘧啶氧化物1,腺苷0.2份。
本发明的实施方式还公开了上述控油防脱组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:所述姜根、女贞子、地黄根、何首乌、芝麻、人参根、鳢肠、侧柏叶按照比例投料后,加入10倍重量的水,一次提取煮沸2h,二次提取煮沸2h,合并滤液,过滤后浓缩至投料量的10倍。
本发明的实施方式还公开了一种护发喷雾,包括上述控油防脱组合物。
进一步,按照重量份数,包括以下组分:
进一步,所述溶剂为1,3丁二醇,所述稳定剂为EDTA-2Na,所述抗刺激剂为甘草酸二钾,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠与苯氧乙醇的混合物。
进一步,所述苯甲酸钠为0.2-0.5%,所述苯氧乙醇为0.4-0.8%。
本发明的实施方式还公开了一种洗发水,包括上述控油防脱组合物。
进一步,按照重量份数,包括以下组分:
稳定剂与防腐剂。
进一步,所述增稠剂为瓜儿胶,所述表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠与月桂酰肌氨酸钾的混合物,所述调理剂为PPG-3辛基醚与椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的混合物,所述稳定剂为EDTA与PCA锌的混合物,所述防腐剂为甲基氯异噻唑啉酮;
其中,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠为15-20%,月桂酰肌氨酸钾为3-5%,PPG-3辛基醚为0.5-1.5%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱为5-7%。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下技术效果:
本发明的控油防脱组合物可以防脱发,同时提高毛发密度,改善头皮健康。

实施例1
姜根1份,女贞子1份,地黄根1份,何首乌1份,芝麻籽1份,人参根1份,鳢肠1份,侧柏叶1份,二氨基嘧啶氧化物1,腺苷0.2,其中姜根、女贞子、地黄根、何首乌、芝麻、人参根、鳢肠、侧柏叶按照比例投料后,加入10倍重量的水,一次提取煮沸2h,二次提取煮沸2h,合并滤液,过滤后浓缩至投料量的10倍。
对比例1
姜根1份,女贞子1份,地黄根1份,何首乌1份,芝麻籽1份,人参根1份,鳢肠1份,侧柏叶1份,按照比例投料后,加入10倍重量的水,一次提取煮沸2h,二次提取煮沸2h,合并滤液,过滤后浓缩至投料量的10倍。

实施例:20%~30%。
试验例
试验方法:雄性C57BL/6J小鼠,质量为23±2g。利用剪刀和脱毛膏脱掉其背部中央部分毛发,首先用剪刀把毛发剪短,用棉签把脱毛膏均匀涂抹在小鼠背部标记的皮肤上,待脱毛膏凝固后,沿着从小鼠尾部向头部的方向,小心擦去凝固的脱毛膏(试验期间不再进行脱毛处理),每个皮损面积约为2cm*3cm,脱毛处理24h后,在小鼠背部脱毛区域进行皮下多点注射(5点)。建模组小鼠在脱毛处每天注射3mg/ml的丙酸睾酮素100uL(大豆油溶解),空白组注射灭菌大豆油100uL,连续注射30天,每5天各组小鼠拍照记录毛发生长情况。
(1)采用丙酸睾酮注射法构建脱毛模型,各样品组同时采用外涂法涂抹脱毛位置30天(每天10μL/cm2,用移液枪将样品滴加到脱毛部位后,直接用手按摩1分钟,第二天添加样品前,用温盐水清洗脱毛部位后,再涂抹新的样品)(或延长);
(2)实验过程中观察实验动物背部皮肤颜色变化及毛发生长情况,每五天分别采用手机直接拍照小鼠毛发,同时采用手持显微镜观察拍照记录微观视野毛发情况,选特征区域拍照记录,用于实验报告,称量体重;
(3)30天结束后,使用眼科剪在小鼠背部脱毛区域取下面积大小约1.5cmx1.5cm的皮肤组织,制作冰冻切片,进行HE染色,观察各病理切片中毛囊形态上的改变并拍照,选择毛囊最多的视野,在100倍镜下分别计数毛囊总数、终毛毛囊数及毳毛毛囊数,计算出终毛/毳毛比值,生长期与休止期毛囊数量的比值。
(4)皮肤匀浆样本测定睾酮、双氢睾酮、Ⅱ型5α-还原酶的含量(ELISA法)。测试结果如表1所示。

应用例1和应用例2配合使用后产品效果
应用例2每2-3天使用一次,应用例1每天使用2-3次,喷洒至头皮按摩至吸收。头顶选取至少1.5cmⅹ1.5cm的区域。
测试项目:
(1)脱发计数
受试者每次回访时由经过培训的工作人员采用60次梳发法梳理受试者头发,计数脱落头发数量。整个试验过程中必须使用同一规格的梳子。
参数解释:脱落计数越小,头发掉落数量越少。
(2)整体毛发密度评估
每次回访时,拍摄全头头发照片,每次发型保持一致,回访拍照参照首次拍摄照片,固定数码相机拍摄参数,拍摄全头头发照片。由经过培训的测试人员观察、比较拍摄的照片,按照毛发密度分级评分表来进行整体毛发密度评估,得到整体毛发密度评估等级。
参数解释:整体毛发密度评估等级越低,表明一定面积内的头发数量越多。
(3)局部毛发密度评估
受试者头部固定一块1.5cm×1.5cm的区域,做好定位,每次回访时,保证毛发区域一致;将皮肤镜置于毛发区域正中央进行局部头皮头发图像拍摄,拍摄时皮肤镜镜头与头皮完全贴合且保持垂直,并检查拍摄图像的清晰度。用人工计数方法评估毛发密度。
参数解释:局部毛发密度评估等级越低,表明一定面积内的头发的数量越多。

1.一种控油防脱组合物,其特征在于,包括以下组分:姜根、女贞子、地黄根、何首乌、芝麻、人参根、鳢肠、侧柏叶、二氨基嘧啶氧化物、腺苷。
2.如权利要求1所述的控油防脱组合物,其特征在于,按照重量份数,包括以下组分:姜根1份,女贞子1份,地黄根1份,何首乌1份,芝麻籽1份,人参根1份,鳢肠1份,侧柏叶1份,二氨基嘧啶氧化物1,腺苷0.2份。
3.一种权利要求2所述的控油防脱组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:所述姜根、女贞子、地黄根、何首乌、芝麻、人参根、鳢肠、侧柏叶按照比例投料后,加入10倍重量的水,一次提取煮沸2h,二次提取煮沸2h,合并滤液,过滤后浓缩至投料量的10倍。
4.一种护发喷雾,其特征在于,包括权利要求1或2所述的控油防脱组合物。
6.如权利要求5所述的护发喷雾,其特征在于,所述溶剂为1,3丁二醇,所述稳定剂为EDTA-2Na,所述抗刺激剂为甘草酸二钾,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠与苯氧乙醇的混合物。
7.如权利要求6所述的护发喷雾,其特征在于,所述苯甲酸钠为0.2-0.5%,所述苯氧乙醇为0.4-0.8%。
8.一种洗发水,其特征在于,包括权利要求1或2所述的控油防脱组合物。
10.如权利要求9所述的洗发水,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为瓜儿胶,所述表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠与月桂酰肌氨酸钾的混合物,所述调理剂为PPG-3辛基醚与椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的混合物,所述稳定剂为EDTA与PCA锌的混合物,所述防腐剂为甲基氯异噻唑啉酮;
其中,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠为15-20%,月桂酰肌氨酸钾为3-5%,PPG-3辛基醚为0.5-1.5%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱为5-7%。
