Abstract
本发明公开了一种红参中药洗发水及其制备工艺,其中,一种红参中药洗发水,包括如下重量份数的组分:纯水;表面活性剂;中药提取物混合物;发用调理剂;保湿剂;pH调节剂;乳化剂;增稠剂;其他组分;表面活性剂包括月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、硬脂酰胺丙基二甲胺、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱;红参提取物;发用调理剂包括聚季铵盐‑10、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、EFA亚油酰胺丙基丙二醇单磷酸酯基二甲基氯化铵。本发明的洗发水对人的刺激更低,对人体更安全,具有优异的止痒、去屑、去油控油、防护效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品技术领域,具体为一种红参中药洗发水及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着城市中人们的生活节奏的加快,也带来了作息不规律、精神压力大、经常性失眠等诸如此类的问题,加上各类化学物质在日常生活中的广泛应用,头发的健康问题越来越多。其中,头发油、头皮屑增多、头皮发痒、脱发是几种常见的头发问题。红参是人参的熟制品,除具有补元气、补脾肺、生津安神的作用外,其药性更温,具有火大、劲足、功效强的特点,有改善贫血促进血液流动的作用,能够抑制全身炎症反应,有很好的抗炎效果。传统的洗发水为追求较好的去油效果,通常采用去油能力较强的表面活性剂。虽然达到了去油效果,但也会对头皮和头发造成损伤,导致出现更多的头发干枯、头皮发痒、头屑增多、脱发等现象。因此,一种具有较好的去油、止痒、去屑、固发等作用的洗发水具有较好的商业价值。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种红参中药洗发水,洗发水对人的刺激更低,对人体更安全具有优异的止痒、抗炎、去屑、去油、防护等效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种红参中药洗发水,包括如下重量份数的组分:红参提取物2-6份,香榧提取物0.1-0.3份,侧柏提取物0.1-0.3份,牛蒡提取物0.1-0.3份,黑豆提取物0.1-0.3份,鱼腥草提取物0.1-0.3份,紫苏叶提取物0.1-0.3份,何首乌提取物0.1-0.3份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵11-13份,月桂醇硫酸酯铵3-5份,硬脂酰胺丙基二甲胺0.2-0.4份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺0.8-1.2份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5-7份,聚季铵盐-10 0.08-0.12份,瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.18-0.22份,EFA 亚油酰胺丙基丙二醇单磷酸酯基二甲基氯化铵0.18-0.22份,羟乙基脲2-4份,发酵马油0.08-0.12份,乙基己基甘油0.04-0.06份,柠檬酸0.185-0.205份,PEG -7椰油甘油酸酯1-3份,油醇聚醚-5磷酸酯0.2-0.4份,SCP 二聚亚油酰胺丙基 PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯0.4-0.6份,对羟基苯乙酮0.1-0.3份,食盐2.5-4.5份,己脒定0.02-0.04份,香水0.05-0.15份,余量用水补充至100份。
另外,一种红参中药洗发水的制备工艺,其特征在于,按照所述的重量分配比,包括如下步骤:
S1,将水抽入水相锅中,搅拌并慢慢加入聚季铵盐-10、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵升温至80-85℃形成A相混合物;
S2,A相完全溶解呈透明状后,依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵、月桂醇硫酸酯铵硬脂酰胺丙基二甲胺搅拌溶解,完全溶解后温度降至60℃以下;
S3,新容器中依次加入CDEA-椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、羟乙基脲、红参提取物、香榧提取物、侧柏提取物、牛蒡提取物、黑豆提取物、鱼腥草提取物、紫苏叶提取物、何首乌提取物、发酵马油、PEG -7椰油甘油酸酯、油醇聚醚-5磷酸酯、EFA 亚油酰胺丙基丙二醇单磷酸酯基二甲基氯化铵、SCP 二聚亚油酰胺丙基 PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、柠檬酸形成B相;新容器中依次加入对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油、苯甲酸钠形成C相;将对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油、苯甲酸钠混合形成D相。
S4,将C相、D相依次加入A相中搅拌溶解,取样观察,检测pH,完全溶解后温度降至45℃以下时,依次加入己脒定和香水搅拌溶解10min后,加入食盐水调整粘度,必要时,需要打循环;合成锅中,混合均匀,加热至75-80℃,保温混合30-35min,形成第二混合物;
S5,将步骤S4中获得的混合物送检、出料、包装。
通过上述技术方案,表面活性剂中,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、硬脂酰胺丙基二甲胺、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,具有较好的去油效果,使头皮和头发保持清洁。有助于提高止痒、去屑、固发的效果。且中药提取物混合物为纯天然植物提取物提取混合获得,刺激性非常小,且具有较好的滋养效果,在清洗头发和头皮的过程中,可达到较好的保护头皮和头发的作用。中药提取物混合物中,红参提取物、香榧提取物、侧柏提取物、牛蒡提取物、黑豆提取物、鱼腥草提取物、紫苏叶提取物、何首乌提取物相互配合有助于提高止痒、去屑、固发的效果。且中药提取物混合物为纯天然植物提取物提取混合获得,刺激性非常小,且具有较好的滋养效果,在清洗头发和头皮的过程中,可达到较好的保护头皮和头发的作用。发用调理剂中,将季铵盐-10、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、EFA 亚油酰胺丙基丙二醇单磷酸酯基二甲基氯化铵相互配合使用,有助于使头发柔软、顺滑,并可改善湿发、干发梳理性,减少头发打结的现象出现。发用调理剂与红参中药提取进行复配使用,使本申请中的洗发水对头皮具有较好的防护效果以及控油效果。

制备过程:

一种红参中药洗发水,包括如下重量份数的组分:红参提取物6份,香榧提取物0.1份,侧柏提取物0.1份,牛蒡提取物0.1份,黑豆提取物0.1份,鱼腥草提取物0.1份,紫苏叶提取物0.1份,何首乌提取物0.1份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵13份,月桂醇硫酸酯铵5份,硬脂酰胺丙基二甲胺0.4份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1.2份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7份,聚季铵盐-100.12份,瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.22份,EFA 亚油酰胺丙基丙二醇单磷酸酯基二甲基氯化铵0.22份,羟乙基脲4份,发酵马油0.12份,乙基己基甘油0.06份,柠檬酸0.205份,PEG-7椰油甘油酸酯3份,油醇聚醚-5磷酸酯0.4份,SCP 二聚亚油酰胺丙基 PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯0.6份,对羟基苯乙酮0.3份,食盐4.5份,己脒定0.04份,香水0.15份,余量用水补充至100份。
制备过程:
S1,将水抽入水相锅中,搅拌并慢慢加入聚季铵盐-10、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵升温至80℃形成A相混合物;
S2,A相完全溶解呈透明状后,依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵、月桂醇硫酸酯铵硬脂酰胺丙基二甲胺搅拌溶解,完全溶解后温度降至45℃;
S3,新容器中依次加入CDEA-椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、羟乙基脲、红参提取物、香榧提取物、侧柏提取物、牛蒡提取物、黑豆提取物、鱼腥草提取物、紫苏叶提取物、何首乌提取物、发酵马油、PEG -7椰油甘油酸酯、油醇聚醚-5磷酸酯、EFA 亚油酰胺丙基丙二醇单磷酸酯基二甲基氯化铵、SCP 二聚亚油酰胺丙基 PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、柠檬酸形成B相;新容器中依次加入对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油、苯甲酸钠形成C相;将对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油、苯甲酸钠混合形成D相。
S4,将C相、D相依次加入A相中搅拌溶解,取样观察,检测pH,完全溶解后温度降至35℃时,依次加入己脒定和香水搅拌溶解10min后,加入食盐水调整粘度,必要时,需要打循环;

一种红参中药洗发水,包括如下重量份数的组分:红参提取物4份,香榧提取物0.15份,侧柏提取物0.2份,牛蒡提取物0.15份,黑豆提取物0.18份,鱼腥草提取物0.25份,紫苏叶提取物0.15份,何首乌提取物0.3份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵12份,月桂醇硫酸酯铵4份,硬脂酰胺丙基二甲胺0.3份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6份,聚季铵盐-100.1份,瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.2份,EFA 亚油酰胺丙基丙二醇单磷酸酯基二甲基氯化铵0.2份,羟乙基脲3份,发酵马油0.1份,乙基己基甘油0.05份,柠檬酸0.1955份,PEG -7椰油甘油酸酯2份,油醇聚醚-5磷酸酯0.3份,SCP 二聚亚油酰胺丙基 PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯0.5份,对羟基苯乙酮0.2份,食盐3.5份,己脒定0.03份,香水0.1份,余量用水补充至100份。
制备过程:
S1,将水抽入水相锅中,搅拌并慢慢加入聚季铵盐-10、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵升温至83℃形成A相混合物;
S2,A相完全溶解呈透明状后,依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵、月桂醇硫酸酯铵硬脂酰胺丙基二甲胺搅拌溶解,完全溶解后温度降至55℃;
S3,新容器中依次加入CDEA-椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、羟乙基脲、红参提取物、香榧提取物、侧柏提取物、牛蒡提取物、黑豆提取物、鱼腥草提取物、紫苏叶提取物、何首乌提取物、发酵马油、PEG -7椰油甘油酸酯、油醇聚醚-5磷酸酯、EFA 亚油酰胺丙基丙二醇单磷酸酯基二甲基氯化铵、SCP 二聚亚油酰胺丙基 PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、柠檬酸形成B相;新容器中依次加入对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油、苯甲酸钠形成C相;将对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油、苯甲酸钠混合形成D相。
S4,将C相、D相依次加入A相中搅拌溶解,取样观察,检测pH,完全溶解后温度降至40℃时,依次加入己脒定和香水搅拌溶解10min后,加入食盐水调整粘度,必要时,需要打循环;
合成锅中,混合均匀,加热至78℃,保温混合33min,形成第二混合物;
S5,将步骤S4中获得的混合物送检、出料、包装。
实施例4
一种红参中药洗发水,包括如下重量份数的组分:红参提取物5份,香榧提取物0.3份,侧柏提取物0.3份,牛蒡提取物0.3份,黑豆提取物0.3份,鱼腥草提取物0.3份,紫苏叶提取物0.3份,何首乌提取物0.3份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵12.5份,月桂醇硫酸酯铵4.5份,硬脂酰胺丙基二甲胺0.35份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1.1份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6.5份,聚季铵盐-10 0.11份,瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.195份,EFA 亚油酰胺丙基丙二醇单磷酸酯基二甲基氯化铵0.195份,羟乙基脲3.5份,发酵马油0.095份,乙基己基甘油0.055份,柠檬酸0.2份,PEG -7椰油甘油酸酯2.5份,油醇聚醚-5磷酸酯0.35份,SCP 二聚亚油酰胺丙基 PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯0.55份,对羟基苯乙酮0.25份,食盐4份,己脒定0.035份,香水0.15份,余量用水补充至100份。

S4,将C相、D相依次加入A相中搅拌溶解,取样观察,检测pH,完全溶解后温度降至42℃时,依次加入己脒定和香水搅拌溶解10min后,加入食盐水调整粘度,必要时,需要打循环;
合成锅中,混合均匀,加热至77℃,保温混合32min,形成第二混合物;
S5,将步骤S4中获得的混合物送检、出料、包装。
对比例1
本对比例采用在实施例1的基础上去掉月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵,其余组分同实施例1。
对比例2
本对比例采用在实施例1的基础上去掉红参提取物,其余组分同实施例1。
对比例3
本对比例采用市售的无中药成分的某品牌洗发水。
试验:使用者体验感试验
(一)试验方法:选取同一地区、年龄段为20-55岁、具有脱发、头皮痒、头发疏密性类似且长短类似的受试者700名,平均分成7组,各组在年龄以及头皮对洗发水刺激性敏感程度、发质等方面均无显著性差异,第1-7组分别使用实施例1-4制备得到的洗发水以及对比例1-3的洗发水。
(二)测试结果:采用调查评分法进行综合评分。每组人群每两天洗头一次,连续洗头2个月,填写试用评分表。评分表中各项使用效果总分为10分,9-10分表示效果最优;6-8分表示效果较好;4-5分表示效果一般;3分以下表示效果较差,各项使用效果平均得分情况如表1所示。

测试结果如上表所示,在清洁程度和降低刺激程度指标的评分中,实施例第1-4组受试者在使用相应的试验样后,可达到较好的去油能力、去屑能力、头发柔顺程度、止痒效果,并且在24h内具有较好的控油效果,长期时候后,可改善脱发掉发的现象,达到固发的效果。实施例1-4均略高于对比例1-3,尤其在降低刺激程度指标的评分中,实施例1-4提供的洗发水的效果要明显优于对比例3提供的市售的不含中药取物成分的某品牌洗发水,说明本发明的洗发水对人的刺激更低,对人体更安全。实施例1-4提供的洗发水的效果与对比例2相比由于缺少红参提取物造成难以达到较好的止痒效果、控油效果、固发效果。
