Abstract
本发明公开了一种含姜根提取物的洗发水及其制备方法,属于洗护技术领域,所述含姜根提取物的洗发水,按100重量份计,包括生姜提取物0.5‑2份、精氨酸0.1‑0.3份、表面活性剂9.5‑11.1份、增稠剂0.5‑0.8份、去屑剂0.3‑0.5份、控油止痒剂0.5‑1份、保湿柔顺剂0.2‑0.5份、防腐剂0.1‑0.2份和余量水;其中,所述表面活性剂包括月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺和硅氧烷三醇藻酸酯。该洗发水通过改变经皮渗透的配方,使生姜提取物、精氨酸等活性成分可以深入毛囊,有效发挥活性功效,实现根治脱发的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于洗护技术领域,具体涉及一种含姜根提取物的洗发水及其制备方法。
背景技术
脱发是一种常见的现象,出现在中年男性身上的情况尤其多,随着社会生活节奏的加快,脱发所波及的人群随之增多,并且呈现年轻化趋势,很多女性和青少年也出现了脱发的现象。常见的脱发主要由以下几种原因造成:一、神经性脱发,精神压力过大时常常出现脱发增多。在精神压力的作用下,人体立毛肌收缩、头发直立,植物神经或中枢神经机能发生紊乱,毛囊毛乳头发生改变和营养不良,从而导致毛发生长功能抑制,毛发进入休止期而出现脱发。二、内分泌脱发,毛发生长受多种内分泌激素的影响,所以当发生内分泌异常时多引起脱发疾病;三、营养性脱发,毛发是身体状况的外在表现,机体营养不良和新陈代谢异常可引起发质和发色的改变,严重营养不良甚至导致弥漫性脱发。
生姜可以通过调节头皮微生态、促进血液循环、抑菌等功能,促进毛囊的修复和净化头皮环境,使得其具有促进毛发生长的作用。同时,生姜还可以起到去屑、止痒和抗皮炎的作用,间接扫除了脱发的潜在因素。含生姜的洗护发产品一直是育发脱发功效洗护产品研发的重点方向。
CN102451128A公开了一种生姜洗发水,成分包括A组、B组和C组,其中,A组:去离子水38.24%、EDTA4钠0.05%、羟丙基三甲基氯化铵羟丙基瓜尔胶0.2%、羟丙基瓜尔胶0.2%、十二烷基醚硫酸钠53%、椰油酰胺二乙醇胺2%、二硬脂酸甘油酯1%。B组:无水柠檬酸0.15%、二甲基硅油231.34%、(丙二醇(和)水(和)洋甘菊提取液0.2%、聚甲氧基双唑烷0.3%、香精0.40、生姜汁5%。C组:氯化钾0.73%、去离子水2.19%。其优点是含有生姜的洗发水有清洁头皮、祛除头屑、防治脱发等功效。能够促进头部的血液循环,强化发根。
CN103405356A公开了一种生姜洗发水的制备方法,取适量蒸馏水加热至80℃,搅拌条件下依次加入邻苯二甲酸1-3%、乙二醇硬脂酸酯0.5-4%,十二烷基醇醚硫酸钠5-10%,椰油酰胺3-5%搅拌至溶解,冷却至60℃加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵1-5%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3%,EDTA-2Na 1-2%,乳化硅油1-2%,边搅拌,待膏体温度降至40℃加入5-30%姜辣素,充分搅拌均匀。该组分洗发水中添加姜辣素成分,不仅能清洁头发,去除头屑,防止脱发,而且能够促进头部的血液循环,强化发根,保根护发。
CN 109730956公开了一种生姜洗发水,以重量百分数计由如下原料制备而成:生姜20%-50%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10%-15%,聚季铵盐-10 0.2%-0.5%,丙烯酸酯类共聚物2%-6%,聚季铵盐-22 1%-4%,聚季铵盐-47 1%-4%,椰油酰胺DEA 1%-3%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6%-10%,月桂醇聚醚-23 1%-2%,刺阿干树仁油2%-3%,DMDM乙内酰脲0.3%-0.5%,香味剂0.2%-1%,纯水余量。
目前,许多生姜洗发水的育发生发效果并不理想,消费者体验度差,在很大程度上是活性物质的难渗透性导致的,因此,亟需研究和开发一种新含姜根提取物的洗发水,更好的满足消费者对育发生发的需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种含姜根提取物的洗发水及其制备方法,该洗发水通过改变经皮渗透的配方,使生姜提取物的活性成分可以深入毛囊,有效发挥活性功效,实现根治脱发的目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种含姜根提取物的洗发水,按100重量份计,包括生姜提取物0.5-2份、精氨酸0.1-0.3份、表面活性剂9.5-11.1份、增稠剂0.5-0.8份、去屑剂0.3-0.5份、控油止痒剂0.5-1份、保湿柔顺剂0.2-0.5份、防腐剂0.1-0.2份和余量水;
其中,所述表面活性剂包括月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺和硅氧烷三醇藻酸酯,所述月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺和硅氧烷三醇藻酸酯的质量比为8-10:0.8-1:0.3-0.5。
在一些优选的实施例中,所述生姜提取物、精氨酸和表面活性剂的质量比为1-1.5:0.15-0.25:9.9-10.7;最优选为1.2:0.2:10.3。
在一些优选的实施例中,所述含姜根提取物的洗发水,按100重量份计,包括生姜提取物1-1.5份、精氨酸0.15-0.25份、表面活性剂9.9-10.7份、增稠剂0.6-0.7份、去屑剂0.32-0.45份、控油止痒剂0.6-0.8份、保湿柔顺剂0.3-0.4份、防腐剂0.12-0.18份和余量水。
本发明中的增稠剂为丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物。
本发明中的去屑剂为常规去屑功能的功效组分,例如,所述去屑剂含吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐和柠檬酸中的至少一种。
本发明中的控油止痒剂为常规具有控油、止痒功能的功效组分。
在一些优选的实施例中,本发明中的控油止痒剂为卡瓦胡椒(PIPERMETHYSTICUM)根提取物、壬二酸二钠和精氨酸的水溶液,购自珠海博御中医药研究有限公司。
本发明中的保湿柔顺剂为常规的具有保湿、柔顺、修复头发开叉、改善毛糙等功能的功效组分。例如,所述保湿柔顺剂包含硬脂酰胺丙基二甲胺、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵以及聚季铵盐-10、乙酸钠、氯化钠和异丙醇的水溶液中的至少一种。
本发明中的防腐剂为常规的防腐剂,例如,所述防腐剂包含DMDM乙内酰脲、乙基己基甘油和苯氧乙醇中的至少一种。
在一些优选的实施例中,所述防腐剂为DMDM乙内酰脲。
本发明还提供了所述洗发水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将配方量的水、表面活性剂和增稠剂,搅拌升温,溶解后,得到A相;
S2、向A相中加入生姜提取物,恒温搅拌,得到B相;
S3、向B相中加入保湿柔顺剂,恒温搅拌,降温,得到C相;
S4、向C相中加入防腐剂、精氨酸、去屑剂和控油止痒剂,搅拌,冷却至室温,即得所述洗发水。
优选地,步骤S1中所述升温为升温至80-85℃。
优选地,步骤S2中所述恒温搅拌为:80-85℃下恒温15min。
优选地,步骤S3中所述恒温搅拌为:80-85℃下恒温30min,所述降温为降温至45℃以下。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明通过月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺和硅氧烷三醇藻酸酯的配合,对生姜提取物和精氨酸具有较好的促渗作用,使其透过皮肤,将活性成分递送至毛囊深层,修复损伤毛囊、营养毛囊,抑制皮脂过度分泌,促进头皮血液循环,强壮头皮,从而实现生发固发。
(2)本发明洗发水,通过改变经皮渗透的配方,使生姜提取物、精氨酸等活性成分可以深入毛囊,有效发挥活性功效,实现根治脱发的目的,同时,还可以实现去屑止痒,养护发丝,防止头发开叉,使头发柔顺光泽、易梳理。
(3)本发明洗发水的制备方法简单,过程可控,适合规模化生产。

本发明并不对原料的来源进行限定,如无如特殊说明,所采用的原料均为普通市售产品。
实施例1一种含姜根提取物的洗发水
本实施例的洗发水的配方如表1所示。

制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将配方量的水、表面活性剂和增稠剂,搅拌升温至82℃,溶解后,得到A相;
S2、向A相中加入生姜提取物,在82℃下恒温搅拌15min,得到B相;
S3、向B相中加入保湿柔顺剂,在82℃下恒温搅拌30min,降温至45℃以下,得到C相;
S4、向C相中加入防腐剂、精氨酸、去屑剂和控油止痒剂,搅拌,冷却至室温(20℃),即得所述洗发水。

性能测试
本发明对实施例及对比例制备的含姜根提取物的洗发水的固发防脱的效果进行了测试,具体如下。
1、试验产品:实施例1-5及对比例1-3制备的含姜根提取物的洗发水。
2、对照产品:实施例5中不含姜根提取物的相应试验产品基质配方产品。
3、受试者:试验产品组240人,平均年龄45岁,随机分为8组,分别标记为:S1-S8,分别使用实施例1-5及对比例1-3制备的含姜根提取物的洗发水;每组30人;对照产品组30人,平均年龄43.6岁,标记为D0,使用对照产品;均符合受试者志愿入选标准。
4、试验方法:按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)的具体要求进行检验。根据入选和排除标准招募志愿者受试者,合格受试者进行2周洗脱期,洗脱期结束后再次进行60次梳发法,脱发计数仍大于10根者才能进入正式试验。受试者按照分层随机法分为测试产品组和对照产品组。对受试者进行使用产品前毛发基础值评估(脱发计数)。湿发后,取适量洗发水搓出泡沫,均匀涂抹于头发和头皮上,再以指腹画圈按摩,由发根向发梢温和揉搓3-5min后,清水冲洗干净即可。每间隔1天使用1次。连续使用8周再进行脱发计数。
脱发改善率=(产品使用前的脱发计数-产品使用后的脱发计数)*100/产品使用前的脱发计数。
结果表9所示。

由上表中S1-S5组可知,本发明的含姜根提取物的洗发水,在连续使用8周后,使用后脱发计数相比使用前脱发计数明显减少,具有显著性差异,脱发情况得到明显改善,脱发改善率在30.5-51.1%。
由上表可知,使用本发明S6组和S7组的洗发水,其第8周60次梳头的脱发计数,相比使用前无明显变化,脱发改善率仅为15.0%和16.4%,表明,在本发明中表面活性剂复配的种类以及用量,均对固发防脱有重要的影响。
同时,使用本发明S8组的洗发水,其第8周60次梳头的脱发计数,相比使用前无明显变化,脱发改善率仅为19.9%,表明,在本发明中生姜提取物和精氨酸可以共同作用增强固发防脱的技术效果。
Claims (8)
1.一种含姜根提取物的洗发水,其特征在于,按100重量份计,包括生姜提取物0.5-2份、精氨酸0.1-0.3份、表面活性剂9.5-11.1份、增稠剂0.5-0.8份、去屑剂0.3-0.5份、控油止痒剂0.5-1份、保湿柔顺剂0.2-0.5份、防腐剂0.1-0.2份和余量水;
其中,所述表面活性剂包括月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺和硅氧烷三醇藻酸酯,所述月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺和硅氧烷三醇藻酸酯的质量比为8-10:0.8-1:0.3-0.5;
所述生姜提取物、精氨酸和表面活性剂的质量比为1-1.5:0.15-0.25:9.9-10.7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗发水,其特征在于,所述去屑剂包含吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐和柠檬酸中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗发水,其特征在于,所述保湿柔顺剂包含硬脂酰胺丙基二甲胺、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵以及聚季铵盐-10、乙酸钠、氯化钠和异丙醇的水溶液中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的洗发水,其特征在于,所述防腐剂包括DMDM乙内酰脲、乙基己基甘油和苯氧乙醇中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的洗发水,其特征在于,所述增稠剂包括丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的洗发水,其特征在于,所述控油止痒剂包括卡瓦胡椒(PIPERMETHYSTICUM)根提取物、壬二酸二钠和精氨酸的水溶液。
7.一种权利要求1-6任一项所述的洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将配方量的水、表面活性剂和增稠剂,搅拌升温,溶解后,得到A相;
S2、向A相中加入生姜提取物,恒温搅拌,得到B相;
S3、向B相中加入保湿柔顺剂,恒温搅拌,降温,得到C相;
S4、向C相中加入防腐剂、精氨酸、去屑剂和控油止痒剂,搅拌,冷却至室温,即得所述洗发水。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述升温为升温至80-85℃;步骤S2中所述恒温搅拌为:80-85℃下恒温15min;步骤S3中所述恒温搅拌为:80-85℃下恒温30min,所述降温为降温至45℃以下。
