the plowshare mechanism (1) comprises a horizontal sub-roller (13), a depth sub-plowshare (14), a pre-ploughshare type sub-plowshare (15), a sub-plowshare fixing device (11) and a main control motor; the pre-ploughshare type sub-ploughshare (15) is fixedly connected to the sub-ploughshare fixing device (11), and the pre-ploughshare type sub-ploughshare (15) moves along with the transmission device; a main control motor is arranged on the sub-plowshare fixing device (11), and comprises a vertical control motor (12) and a horizontal control motor; the depth plowshare (14) is connected with the vertical control motor (12), and the depth plowshare (14) is used for completing the soil loosening task in the longitudinal direction through the control of the vertical control motor (12); the horizontal sub-roller (13) is connected with a horizontal control motor, and the horizontal sub-roller (13) completes the soil loosening task in the transverse direction through the control of the horizontal control motor;
the depth plow head (14) comprises a rotating body and a helical blade; the rotary main body is connected with a coupler of a vertical control motor (12), and the rotary blade is welded on the rotary main body; the soil entering angle of the contact surface of the spiral blade and the soil is 11-16 degrees, the width of the blade section of the spiral blade is 0.2m, the spiral height of the blade is 0.2m, and the pitch of the blade is 0.05m;
the horizontal sub-roller (13) comprises a spiral soil breaking blade, a circumferential soil leveling blade and a roller main body; the roller main body is connected with a coupler of the horizontal control motor, the spiral soil breaking blades and the circumference soil leveling blades are welded on the roller main body, and the circumference soil leveling blades are radially distributed on the roller main body; the maximum outer diameters of the spiral soil breaking blade and the circumferential soil leveling blade are 0.24m; the spiral height of the spiral soil breaking blade is 0.5m, the thread pitch of the blade thread is 0.08m, and the soil penetration angle of the blade thread and the soil contact surface is 90 degrees;
the depth plowshare (14) and the horizontal sub-roller (13) are made of Q235 common carbon structural steel, and the elastic modulus E=211 Gpa, the Poisson ratio mu=0.3 and the yield limit sigma of the material are s =235Mpa;
The horizontal feeding transmission (2) comprises a first-stage air cylinder (21), a first-stage air cylinder connection (22), a second-stage air cylinder (25), a second-stage air cylinder connection (24) and a first-stage air cylinder fixed baffle (23); the first-stage air cylinder (21) is fixedly connected to a first-stage air cylinder baffle (23), an output shaft of the first-stage air cylinder (21) is fixedly connected with a first-stage air cylinder connection (22), and the first-stage air cylinder connection (22) is controlled to reciprocate in the baffle to drive the horizontal transmission of the plowshare mechanism (1) through controlling the expansion and contraction of the first-stage air cylinder (21); the tail end of the secondary cylinder (25) is fixedly connected to the primary cylinder connection (22), the output shaft end of the secondary cylinder (25) is fixedly connected with the secondary cylinder connection (24), and the secondary cylinder (25) and the secondary cylinder connection (24) are driven together with the primary cylinder connection (22);
the vertical feeding transmission (4) comprises a lifting table (41), a base (42), a control motor (44) and a screw shaft (43); the lifting table (41) and the base (42) are in a nested structure, tenon structures are arranged on the inner wall surfaces of four sides of the base (42), and the tenon structures are nested with mortise structures arranged on the wall surfaces of four sides of the lifting table (41); the control motor (44) is fixed right below the base and is connected with the screw shaft (43) through a coupler to control the rotation of the screw shaft (43); the center of the lifting table (41) is provided with a through hole, the screw shaft (43) is placed in the through hole, a screw boss is arranged below the through hole, and the screw shaft (43) is meshed with the screw boss.
