背景技术
装饰原纸是一种经特殊工艺加工而成的工业特种用纸,经印刷、三聚氰胺树脂浸胶后得到的装饰纸是很多建材产品中必不可少的原料,如家具、橱柜用到的低压板、高压板,还有防火板、地板等都需要用到装饰纸来提升产品的美观效果。
现有技术中的装饰原纸一般以木浆和钛白粉填料为主要原料制成,以保证其具备良好的匀度、平滑度、不透明度、强度、吸收性等印刷运行适性。例如,在中国专利文献上公开的“一种生态板专用装饰原纸及其制备方法”,其公开号CN108330720A,所述生态板专用装饰原纸是由纸浆、复合填料和多组分助留剂组成;所述纸浆是由漂白阔叶木亚硫酸盐浆、漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆、漂白阔叶木化机浆和损纸浆组成;所述复合填料是由改性纳米级钛白粉、高岭土和滑石粉组成;所述多组分助留剂由阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、硅溶胶、膨润土组成。
然而,以钛白粉作为填料时,虽然其对光具有较高的反射指数,可以提升原纸的白度和不透明度,但其耐磨性有限,且钛白粉的添加会降低原纸的强度及吸收性能,不利于原纸后续浸胶时对胶液的吸收;从而导致最终制得的装饰纸的耐磨性和后续浸胶性能不佳,且在使用过程中易发生龟裂。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有技术中钛白粉作为造纸填料时耐磨性有限且钛白粉的添加会降低装饰原纸的强度及吸收性能,从而导致最终制得的装饰纸的耐磨性和后续浸胶性能不佳,且在使用过程中易发生龟裂的问题,提供一种耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸的制备方法,以空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉作为填料,具有晶体结构的氧化铝壳层可提升原纸的耐磨性,其多孔及空心结构可以降低填料的加入对原纸强度及吸收性能的影响,使原纸具有优异的吸收性能、耐磨性和耐龟裂性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制浆:在木浆中加入空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉,再加入助剂,混合均匀后得到浆料;所述空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉的制备方法包括如下步骤:
A)包覆聚合物层:将钛白粉、十二烷基硫酸钠和吐温80加入去离子水中,分散均匀后加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸及引发剂,氮气保护下70~80℃反应5~8h,将产物过滤、洗涤、干燥、研磨后得到聚合物包覆的钛白粉;
B)包覆无定型氧化铝层:将聚合物包覆的钛白粉加入去离子水中,分散均匀后调节体系pH至9~11,然后加入NaAlO2,搅拌溶解后再加入硫酸溶液,熟化30~90min后将产物过滤、洗涤、干燥,得到无定型氧化铝包覆的钛白粉;
C)煅烧:将无定型氧化铝包覆的钛白粉进行高温煅烧,得到所述空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉;
(2)抄造:将浆料上网抄造后得到湿纸页;
(3)压榨、干燥和压光:对湿纸页进行压榨、干燥和压光后得到所述耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸。
本发明采用空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉作为原纸的填料,填料制备过程中,先通过原位聚合在钛白粉表面包覆一层聚合物层,然后在聚合物层的表面再包覆一层无定型氧化铝层,最后通过高温煅烧,使最外层形成氧化铝晶体,并使聚合物层在高温煅烧过程中分解,使氧化铝壳层和钛白粉之间形成空隙,并对氧化铝壳层起到致孔作用,得到空心的多孔氧化铝壳。
本发明使用空心多孔氧化铝壳对钛白粉进行包覆,首先,氧化铝晶体俗称刚玉,具有耐磨性好、机械强度高、耐腐蚀等多种优良的理化性能,用其对钛白粉进行包覆可提升饰面原纸的耐磨性能。其次,本发明先在氧化铝层和钛白粉之间设置聚合物层,再通过聚合物层的分解对氧化铝层进行致孔并使氧化铝层和钛白粉之间形成空隙,聚合物层的包覆可以提升钛白粉的分散性能,有利于提升纸张强度;而聚合物层分解后在氧化铝层中形成的多孔结构可提升填料的吸液能力,氧化铝壳层与钛白粉之间形成的空隙可形成储液空间,从而显著提升原纸对胶液的吸收性能,有利于后续的浸胶处理。最后,氧化铝层中的多孔结构也可提升填料对细小纤维的吸附性能,提升细小纤维留着率,从而有利于提升原纸的湿强度,使纸张对水的润胀有一定的抵抗力,提升其耐龟裂性能。
作为优选,步骤A)中钛白粉、十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温80、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸及引发剂的添加量之比为1g:0.5~0.7g:3~5g:3~5mL:2~3mL:0.1~0.2g。
作为优选,步骤B)中加入的聚合物包覆的钛白粉与NaAlO2的质量比为100:5~7;加入的硫酸溶液中H2SO4与NaAlO2的摩尔比为1~1.2:2。
作为优选,步骤C)中的煅烧温度为1300~1400℃,煅烧时间3~5h。在此温度下煅烧可使无定型氧化铝转变为α-氧化铝,有利于提升其耐磨性及机械强度。
作为优选,步骤(1)中所述的木浆中以质量百分数计包括10~20%的漂白针叶木浆及80%~90%的漂白阔叶木浆;所述木浆的打浆度为30~45°SR,湿重2.0~3.0g。
作为优选,步骤(1)中空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉的质量为木浆质量的15~20%。
作为优选,步骤(1)中所述的助剂包括阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、PAE湿强剂及硫酸铝;所述阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的质量为木浆质量的5~8%,PAE湿强剂的质量为木浆质量的3~5%,硫酸铝的质量为木浆质量的5~7%。在浆料中加入助留剂阳离子聚丙烯酰胺及PAE湿强剂,可进一步提升填料及细小纤维的留着率,提升纸张的湿强度,从而提升其耐龟裂性能。
作为优选,步骤(3)中压榨时的压力为0.2~0.5MPa。
作为优选,步骤(3)中的干燥温度100~105℃,干燥时间15~20min。
作为优选,步骤(3)中,压光时的压力为30~50N/mm,压光速度10~15m/min,压光温度60~80℃。
因此,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)采用空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉作为填料,氧化铝层可提升饰面原纸的耐磨性能;
(2)氧化铝层中的多孔结构及氧化铝层与钛白粉之间的空隙可显著提升填料的吸液能力,从而提升原纸对胶液的吸收性能,有利于后续装饰纸的加工;
(3)氧化铝层中的多孔结构也可提升填料对细小纤维的吸附性能,提升细小纤维留着率,从而有利于提升原纸的湿强度,提升其耐龟裂性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述。
本发明中所用原料、设备,若无特别说明,均为本领域的常用原料、设备;本发明中所用方法,若无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1:
一种耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制浆:在木浆中加入空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉,再加入阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、PAE湿强剂及硫酸铝,混合均匀后得到浆料;其中,木浆中包括15wt%的漂白针叶木浆及85wt%的漂白阔叶木浆,木浆的打浆度为40°SR,湿重2.6g;空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉的质量为木浆质量的18%,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的质量为木浆质量的6%,PAE湿强剂的质量为木浆质量的4%,硫酸铝的质量为木浆质量的6%;
所述空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉的制备方法包括如下步骤:
A)包覆聚合物层:将钛白粉、十二烷基硫酸钠和吐温80加入去离子水中,分散均匀后加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸及引发剂过硫酸钾,钛白粉、十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温80、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸及引发剂的添加量之比为1g:0.6g:4g:4mL:2.5mL:0.15g;氮气保护下75℃反应6h,将产物过滤、洗涤、干燥、研磨后得到聚合物包覆的钛白粉;
B)包覆无定型氧化铝层:将聚合物包覆的钛白粉加入去离子水中,分散均匀后调节体系pH至10,然后加入NaAlO2,加入的聚合物包覆的钛白粉与NaAlO2的质量比为100:6;搅拌溶解后再加入10wt%的硫酸溶液,加入的硫酸溶液中H2SO4与NaAlO2的摩尔比为1.1:2,熟化60min后将产物过滤、洗涤、干燥,得到无定型氧化铝包覆的钛白粉;
C)煅烧:将无定型氧化铝包覆的钛白粉在1350℃下煅烧4h,得到所述空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉;
(2)抄造:将浆料上网抄造后得到湿纸页;
(3)压榨、干燥和压光:对湿纸页进行压榨,干燥和压光后得到所述耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸;压榨时的压力为0.4MPa,干燥温度100℃,干燥时间20min;压光时的压力为40N/mm,压光速度12m/min,压光温度70℃。
实施例2:
一种耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制浆:在木浆中加入空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉,再加入阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、PAE湿强剂及硫酸铝,混合均匀后得到浆料;其中,木浆中包括10wt%的漂白针叶木浆及90wt%的漂白阔叶木浆,木浆的打浆度为43°SR,湿重2.5g;空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉的质量为木浆质量的15%,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的质量为木浆质量的5%,PAE湿强剂的质量为木浆质量的5%,硫酸铝的质量为木浆质量的5%;
所述空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉的制备方法包括如下步骤:
A)包覆聚合物层:将钛白粉、十二烷基硫酸钠和吐温80加入去离子水中,分散均匀后加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸及引发剂过硫酸钾,钛白粉、十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温80、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸及引发剂的添加量之比为1g:0.5g:3g:3mL:3mL:0.1g;氮气保护下80℃反应5h,将产物过滤、洗涤、干燥、研磨后得到聚合物包覆的钛白粉;
B)包覆无定型氧化铝层:将聚合物包覆的钛白粉加入去离子水中,分散均匀后调节体系pH至9,然后加入NaAlO2,加入的聚合物包覆的钛白粉与NaAlO2的质量比为100:5;搅拌溶解后再加入10wt%的硫酸溶液,加入的硫酸溶液中H2SO4与NaAlO2的摩尔比为1:2,熟化30min后将产物过滤、洗涤、干燥,得到无定型氧化铝包覆的钛白粉;
C)煅烧:将无定型氧化铝包覆的钛白粉在1300℃下煅烧5h,得到所述空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉;
(2)抄造:将浆料上网抄造后得到湿纸页;
(3)压榨、干燥和压光:对湿纸页进行压榨,干燥和压光后得到所述耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸;压榨时的压力为0.3MPa,干燥温度105℃,干燥时间15min;压光时的压力为30N/mm,压光速度10m/min,压光温度60℃。
实施例3:
一种耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制浆:在木浆中加入空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉,再加入阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、PAE湿强剂及硫酸铝,混合均匀后得到浆料;其中,木浆中包括20wt%的漂白针叶木浆及80wt%的漂白阔叶木浆,木浆的打浆度为45°SR,湿重3g;空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉的质量为木浆质量的20%,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的质量为木浆质量的8%,PAE湿强剂的质量为木浆质量的5%,硫酸铝的质量为木浆质量的7%;
所述空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉的制备方法包括如下步骤:
A)包覆聚合物层:将钛白粉、十二烷基硫酸钠和吐温80加入去离子水中,分散均匀后加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸及引发剂过硫酸钾,钛白粉、十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温80、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸及引发剂的添加量之比为1g:0.7g:5g:5mL:2mL:0.2g;氮气保护下70℃反应8h,将产物过滤、洗涤、干燥、研磨后得到聚合物包覆的钛白粉;
B)包覆无定型氧化铝层:将聚合物包覆的钛白粉加入去离子水中,分散均匀后调节体系pH至11,然后加入NaAlO2,加入的聚合物包覆的钛白粉与NaAlO2的质量比为100:7;搅拌溶解后再加入10wt%的硫酸溶液,加入的硫酸溶液中H2SO4与NaAlO2的摩尔比为1.2:2,熟化90min后将产物过滤、洗涤、干燥,得到无定型氧化铝包覆的钛白粉;
C)煅烧:将无定型氧化铝包覆的钛白粉在1400℃下煅烧3h,得到所述空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉;
(2)抄造:将浆料上网抄造后得到湿纸页;
(3)压榨、干燥和压光:对湿纸页进行压榨,干燥和压光后得到所述耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸;压榨时的压力为0.5MPa,干燥温度100℃,干燥时间20min;压光时的压力为50N/mm,压光速度15m/min,压光温度80℃。
对比例1(不对钛白粉进行改性):
一种饰面原纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制浆:在木浆中加入钛白粉,再加入阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、PAE湿强剂及硫酸铝,混合均匀后得到浆料;其中,木浆中包括15wt%的漂白针叶木浆及85wt%的漂白阔叶木浆,木浆的浆度为40°SR,湿重2.6g;钛白粉的质量为木浆质量的18%,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的质量为木浆质量的6%,PAE湿强剂的质量为木浆质量的4%,硫酸铝的质量为木浆质量的6%;
(2)抄造:将浆料上网抄造后得到湿纸页;
(3)压榨、干燥和压光:对湿纸页进行压榨,干燥和压光后得到所述耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸;压榨时的压力为0.4MPa,干燥温度100℃,干燥时间20min;压光时的压力为40N/mm,压光速度12m/min,压光温度70℃。
对比例2(钛白粉和氧化铝层之间不设置聚合物层):
对比例2中的填料采用氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉,其制备方法为:
A)包覆无定型氧化铝层:将钛白粉加入去离子水中,分散均匀后调节体系pH至9,然后加入NaAlO2,加入的钛白粉与NaAlO2的质量比为100:5;搅拌溶解后再加入10wt%的硫酸溶液,加入的硫酸溶液中H2SO4与NaAlO2的摩尔比为1:2,熟化30min后将产物过滤、洗涤、干燥,得到无定型氧化铝包覆的钛白粉;
B)煅烧:将无定型氧化铝包覆的钛白粉在1300℃下煅烧5h,得到所述氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉;
其余均与实施例1中相同。
对比例3(不煅烧去除聚合物层):
对比例3中的填料采用无定型氧化铝包覆的钛白粉,其制备方法为:
A)包覆聚合物层:将钛白粉、十二烷基硫酸钠和吐温80加入去离子水中,分散均匀后加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸及引发剂过硫酸钾,钛白粉、十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温80、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸及引发剂的添加量之比为1g:0.5g:3g:3mL:3mL:0.1g;氮气保护下80℃反应5h,将产物过滤、洗涤、干燥、研磨后得到聚合物包覆的钛白粉;
B)包覆无定型氧化铝层:将聚合物包覆的钛白粉加入去离子水中,分散均匀后调节体系pH至9,然后加入NaAlO2,加入的聚合物包覆的钛白粉与NaAlO2的质量比为100:5;搅拌溶解后再加入10wt%的硫酸溶液,加入的硫酸溶液中H2SO4与NaAlO2的摩尔比为1:2,熟化30min后将产物过滤、洗涤、干燥,得到无定型氧化铝包覆的钛白粉;
其余均与实施例1中相同。
对上述实施例和对比例中制得的饰面原纸性能进行测试,结果如表1所示。
其中,定量的测试方法参照GB/T 451.2-2002;
紧度的测试方法参照GB/T 451.3-2002;
不透明度的测试方法参照GB/T 1543-2005;
抗张强度的测试方法参照GB/T 12914-2008;
吸水高度的测试方法参照GB/T 461.1-2002;
磨损率通过CFT-1材料表面性能综合测试仪测试。
表1:饰面原纸性能测试结果。
从表1中可以看出,实施例1~3中采用本发明中的方法制得的原纸具有高的不透明度、抗张强度及较低的磨损率,遮盖力好,耐龟裂性和耐磨性佳;且具有优异的吸水性能,有利于后续的浸胶处理。
而对比例1中采用不经氧化铝包覆改性的钛白粉作为填料,原纸的耐磨性、吸收性能及抗张强度与实施例1中相比显著下降;对比例2中不用聚合物层对钛白粉进行包覆,直接在钛白粉表面包覆氧化铝,缺少了聚合物层在煅烧过程中对氧化铝的致孔作用,氧化铝层的孔隙下降,且氧化铝层与钛白粉之间不存在空隙,填料的吸液性能下降,原纸的吸收性能与实施例1中相比显著降低;并且缺少了聚合物层对钛白粉的分散,及氧化铝层中的孔隙结构对细小纤维的吸附作用,原纸抗张强度也有所下降。对比例3中包覆聚合物层及无定型氧化铝层后不进行煅烧,无定型氧化铝层无法形成氧化铝晶体,纸张的耐磨性下降;且聚合物层无法分解,无法形成空心的多孔壳层,原纸的吸收性能与实施例1中相比显著降低。
Claims (10)
1.一种耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸的制备方法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
(1)制浆:在木浆中加入空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉,再加入助剂,混合均匀后得到浆料;所述空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉的制备方法包括如下步骤:
A)包覆聚合物层:将钛白粉、十二烷基硫酸钠和吐温80加入去离子水中,分散均匀后加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸及引发剂,氮气保护下70~80℃反应5~8h,将产物过滤、洗涤、干燥、研磨后得到聚合物包覆的钛白粉;
B)包覆无定型氧化铝层:将聚合物包覆的钛白粉加入去离子水中,分散均匀后调节体系pH至9~11,然后加入NaAlO2,搅拌溶解后再加入硫酸溶液,熟化30~90min后将产物过滤、洗涤、干燥,得到无定型氧化铝包覆的钛白粉;
C)煅烧:将无定型氧化铝包覆的钛白粉进行高温煅烧,得到所述空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉;
(2)抄造:将浆料上网抄造后得到湿纸页;
(3)压榨、干燥和压光:对湿纸页进行压榨、干燥和压光后得到所述耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸的制备方法,其特征是,步骤A)中钛白粉、十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温80、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸及引发剂的添加量之比为1g:0.5~0.7g:3~5g:3~5mL:2~3mL:0.1~0.2g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸的制备方法,其特征是,步骤B)中加入的聚合物包覆的钛白粉与NaAlO2的质量比为100:5~7;加入的硫酸溶液中H2SO4与NaAlO2的摩尔比为1~1.2:2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸的制备方法,其特征是,步骤C)中的煅烧温度为1300~1400℃,煅烧时间3~5h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸的制备方法,其特征是,步骤(1)中所述的木浆中以质量百分数计包括10~20%的漂白针叶木浆及80%~90%的漂白阔叶木浆;所述木浆的打浆度为30~45ºSR,湿重2.0~3.0g。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸的制备方法,其特征是,步骤(1)中空心多孔氧化铝壳包覆的钛白粉的质量为木浆质量的15~20%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸的制备方法,其特征是,步骤(1)中所述的助剂包括阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、PAE湿强剂及硫酸铝;所述阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的质量为木浆质量的5~8%,PAE湿强剂的质量为木浆质量的3~5%,硫酸铝的质量为木浆质量的5~7%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸的制备方法,其特征是,步骤(3)中压榨时的压力为0.2~0.5MPa。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸的制备方法,其特征是,步骤(3)中的干燥温度100~105℃,干燥时间15~20min。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐龟裂耐磨饰面原纸的制备方法,其特征是,步骤(3)中,压光时的压力为30~50N/mm,压光速度10~15m/min,压光温度60~80℃。
